✨ Fight: Reacts with aggression—explosive temper, controlling behavior, or quick defensiveness.

✨ Flight: Runs from stress—chronic busyness, anxiety, avoiding stillness, or commitment.

✨ Freeze: Shuts down—numbness, procrastination, withdrawal, or feeling stuck.

✨ Fawn: People-pleases—overly agreeable, avoids conflict, dissociates, or loses boundaries.

✨ Flop: Collapses—complete overwhelm, blackouts, or disengagement.

Here’s the thing: overcoming these responses isn’t about muscling through with willpower. It’s about understanding the patterns, rewiring them, and giving yourself the tools to handle stress without defaulting to survival mode.
