And we certify coaches in our sync neuro coach model. And I'm going to be diving into what is brain based results coaching versus business coaching, life coaching, all the things. And why is it such a vital skill if we want to have a thriving coaching business? And I'm going to start out this video with talking about the elephant in the room. Okay. The elephant been in the room is no one wants coaches. I'm kidding. We all love our coaches, very much so. But the reason we love our coaches is because they help us get results. Okay, let's break that down. So whether you're a business coach, a life coach, a health coach or some other type of coach, people are wanting to work with you for only two reasons. Yes, there are specifics in their pain and all of the things, but there's two reasons they actually put down money to say yes to coaching. First reason, reason number one is they want a result and they don't have it yet. They've tried it on their own, they've tried to slap together all the free stuff out there and they haven't been able to do it. So they have a result that they want that they can't get to on their own. Number two, they have a result they don't want and they've tried to get rid of it but they haven't been able to do it on their own. So first of all, I really want to point out that saying yes to coaching is a vulnerable yes. Would you agree? It's raising your hand and saying I want something, I've tried to get it, I can't get it, so I need some help or I've got something, I don't want it, I need to get rid of it and I need some help. Here's the thing. So many coaches are following marketing gurus that got their background in product or E. Comm or courses, which is okay, but it doesn't directly translate to getting a result. Right. And so at the end of the day, if you're already a coach and you're wanting to get the edge or you're thinking about becoming a coach, brain based results coaching is a skill you must have. If you Want to grow a sold out coaching business. So what is brain based results coaching? Brain? If I didn't say hi, my name is Dr. Shannon Irvin, I think I did say hi, but there we go. I'm going to say hi again. So brain based results coaching is fairly simple. The simple answer is this. It's how the brain allows a result and how a brain blocks it. And I did a video not too long ago about the mistakes that I see so many coaches do. And the big one that I talked about on that is just telling people what you've done and hoping they can get that result too. I call it the wishing method in the coaching industry and 90% of coaches, even if they're certified out there in a different model like the think a different thought model. That's my favorite. Well if your brain could think a different thought, don't you think your clients would have done that by now? Like your clients are smart. You're smart. Like think a different thought. Like the thoughts creating the results. Change the thinking, you'll change the results. That's a nice obvious duh, but it doesn't actually do what the brain needs in order to do that. And so brain based results coaching is on three main premises. Number one, so I'll tell you all three and then we'll break it down. Clarify, erase and automate. So clarify is with your client getting very clear on where they want to go. Not just clear like vision board clear, affirmation clear, but like really getting into that deep seated, desired subconscious level of what it is that they really, really want. And there's a prospect process for that. And we'll go deeper in this process but for now we call it, the model is called Stevdar and it's how the brain really lets any result come to pass. It's stands an acronym and it stands for situation which is neutral. Thoughts creating emotions. Thoughts fire in the brain before emotions do. They combine as a packet to move into the subconscious. So thoughts, emotions, te b is belief. So thoughts and emotions with repetition combine to become a belief. That's a subconscious pattern. When it's been repeated enough, it goes into the subconscious. And that subconscious runs 90% of yours and your clients. Decisions, actions and results. So we're trying to lay on top of that do what I did. But when their patterns say I can't, they won't. Right. And it's from that 90%, that subconscious place 90% of the decisions, actions and results come from. So I'm not going to deep dive into that. We'll maybe do that on a different video. But getting that clarify pillar in really unpacking how to create an automatic pathway to what the client wants is pivotal. It's like building the foundation blocks of a freeway. Right. Have you ever gotten on one of these? I live in Texas now and I used to live in California. So California, everything is like smooth roads here. It's like somebody's taking a jackhammer to the road every single day and somehow every day it's more bumpy. It's like don't understand it. Okay, so this is what it's like when you're trying to just use temporary shift things like vision boards, nlp, those kind of things to help somebody build an automatic success pathway in their brain. It's. It's like driving on that janky road. Yeah, it's a road. Could it get you there? Maybe. But there's potholes, it's ruining your car. It just, it isn't what the brain needs to allow a result. So that's number one Clarify erase is number two in the brain based results coaching model, the sync neuro coach model results happen 10% based on an automatic pathway and 90% based on removing pathways that are blocking it. And so this is where almost every model out there other than what you can get certified in seek neuro coach model fall short because tell me the answer to this question. If your client's foot is on the gas and it's doing all the right things, it's following your steps, it's doing everything. But it's. But if they're metaphorically speaking, foot is on the brake at the same time, what happens? They spin out, they get overwhelmed, they get stuck. They don't know. And the reason they're doing that isn't willful. It's there's this subconscious pattern that says where I'm going is unsettled, safe. And here's the key things to know about this. They didn't create it and it's not their fault. And so knowing the four simple steps to remove those brain based blocks is 90% of coaching. Yet 90% of coaches don't know how to do that. So you want the edge in your business. You want to have a wildly successful business, get that edge right. Learn not only how to create a success pathway which is clarify but to remove the blocks that are holding them back, which is 90% of the game. That is erase. And then the third piece of the brain based results coaching is called automate. And basically we use the systems of the brain to take what they want now that we've removed what doesn't work and is blocking it and put it on autopilot. Here's the amazing thing about the brain. When we automate, when we take your clients through the ability to automate, they put that belief system, that subconscious system that we've been talking about. We get to tell the 90% that creates the decisions, the actions and the results on autopilot, aligning with what they want versus what they don't. So those are the three keys of brain based results coaching. And if you're a coach or you want to be and you don't have these skills, and for the most part there's not a certification outside of ours that teaches you these skills, then really what you are is teaching your teacher. You're teaching things. But at the end of the day, your client wants full results. And so as someone that is putting the shingle up and saying you're a coach, you really want the brain based results coaching skill through the sync neuro coach certification so that you have wild confidence when it comes to making your offers. And your clients cannot stop talking about you to all of their perfect friends that become clients too. So that's it. That's what brain based results coaching is. It's really tapping into the way the brain allows a result. What blocks the result using the brain's systems that are set up to remove any blocks and then automate those pathways.
