You know, it's just hard for me because I don't have any feelings for Jesse. I'm honestly really happy for you guys. It's just hard because when we were married, I begged him for, like, what he's doing for you. You know, it's kind of flaunted in front of my face that he hugs and kisses you and is charming and stuff. And he refused to do that with me. Broke my heart. Hello, everyone. Welcome to Everything Iconic with me, Danny Pellegrino. That was the clip from this week's episode of the Valley. They're still on their Mexico cast trip. And that was a clip from when Michelle and Lacy, they sat down on the boat and they really got vulnerable, really got vulnerable with each other. I feel like Michelle's been opening up this season, like we haven't seen the past couple of seasons. And she sat with Lacy, who. I'm loving Lacy this season. I feel like she's such a breath of fresh air on the show. We. Which I was not expecting. And they sat down in that boat and the audio was a little unclear. They had the dramatic music in the background, but the audio, because they were on a boat and there was windy and stuff, but still Michelle was bearing her soul and Lacy was receiving it with her soul wide open. And as this was happening, Tom, Tom. Tom Schwartz was sitting right at their feet, laying down asleep. Is Tom okay? Is Tom okay? That's what Lacy said. Is Tom okay? And I've been asking myself that every time I've watch this season of Valley. Is Tom okay? I mean, last week on the show, remember, he got drunk and put on that makeup and the see through blouse when they went to the club. And now this week, he's obviously hungover, but he's just sleeping on the bottom of the boat. So he was there, a witness to Michelle and Lacey having that very vulnerable private conversation. And he was just sleeping on the boat. And I don't think any of them wanted to be on that fucking boat. They did not care to be on that. It was for Daniel's birthday, who I don't think they even like. And. And they were all hungover because they had just gone out the night before, Zach's suffering from a head injury. Had to go to the hospital and get stitches and everything. So he's wearing the head wrap, his face is all swollen. And now they got to go on a boat. And I don't even like a boat anyway. I'm not a boat person. I don't want to be on a boat. But I was. I was enjoying this episode. Now I have to give our disclaimer that I've been giving the past few weeks on this podcast that if you are a big fan of Nia and Danny, Nia and Daniel, as it were, please just turn off this podcast. I don't want to yuck your yum. And I know that I hear from people say, why are you going so hard on Danny and Nia? You know, people get mad, people get mad. And so I'm just here to tell you, instead of us going through that dance, instead of us doing that dance together, just turn off the podcast. There's other ones out there. And if you are maybe not a fan of Danny and Nia, I'd say continue on and let's have some laughs, some hahaheehees and recap the episode. But I don't want to yuck your yum. And I'm here to give my opinion. That's my opinion. And so instead of getting upset with me, just turn off the podcast. And you know, I love you. Maybe you'll turn it on in a couple weeks or we're going to be covering the real houses of Orange county and everything iconic going forward. So I know a lot of people have been waiting for me to get back to Housewives. So it's 20th season, Vicki Gumbelson's back, and so we're going to be covering that. So maybe you could tune into that. But I only say that because they were once again annoying the shit out of me on this. On this show, the Valley, Danny and Nia, once again, week after week after week after week, annoying the shit out of me. And I don't really understand how anybody continues to really be fans of them at all with even Nia, who I, I felt like at the beginning of the season, I was always on Nia's side. If you listen to all recaps, I was always on Nia's side the past couple of years and. But now she's just constantly defending that man and she's treating him like she's the parent of him every single week. And it's exhausting for her, but it's what she's choosing to do. And so anyway, I was thrilled that Lala made it go pop, pop, pop. Make it go pop, pop, pop on Daniel this week because I. It felt like a sweet release at the end of the episode when she was just going off at him. I forget what she said. Called him a Polly Pocket or something. Anyway, this episode, this week of the Valley opened and it was super sized, which I was not expecting. There was no previously on and then we got a timestamp that said 10:02am and you know what that means. I have the f ing chills when I see a timestamp. A super sized episode and a no previously on at the beginning of an episode I got the fucking chills because I know we're in for a treat. I know we're in for a treat. I used to love back in the day. Remember when you turn on an episode of Roni and there would be timestamps and you knew that the episode was going to take place over the course of like an hour, you know, they'd be. They'd just give us a timestamp every five seconds. It happens on Salt Lake City, too, a lot where they give us a timestamp. In this week's episode of the Valley, it wasn't like we got constant timestamps, like it was still over the course of a day. But a timestamp at the beginning of the episode usually means we're in for a treat. And we were. I thought this episode was great. I really did. Zach woke up in the wrap and. And we see a flashback of the night before. They were all so drunk. And now in the morning time on their Mexico vacation, they're all waking up and we're seeing shots of pizza boxes and Jasmine's in bed with sunglasses. And, you know, that's another good sign of an episode to come because when they're in bed or it's daytime and they're wearing the sunglasses, it's because they're so hungover and they don't have time to do any sort of glam or they're not interested in doing any sort of glam because they're so hungover that they just throw on the giant sunglasses. And I love when a housewife does it. I love when someone in the Valley does it. And when I saw Jasmine in bed with the sunglasses on, I thought, okay, we're in for a treat. Zach has a terrible headache, though. He's swollen. And he said in the confessional, I did not get on a GLP1 to be fat on My birthday. Although I think he said birthday, saying birthday every five fucking seconds. I'm gonna need him to pronounce the thumb the th. Lacy, meanwhile, reveals that the night before she had four quesadillas. And you know, I love a quesadilla, and I've been loving Lacey already, but here find out that she had four quesadillas the night before. Meanwhile, she was trying to get on the Housewives, and now she's on the Valley just having four quesadillas and running around with this crew. And you know, she had in her head when she decided that. When she mentally decided in her head that she wanted to do reality tv, I'm talking pretty. It was revealed that she had tried to get on the Orange county houses, right? And even before that, she had to make the decision in her head. And I feel like she must have attached herself to the idea of being on the real houses of Orange county, and then that didn't happen. And so now she's on the Valley, but she probably had a totally different idea in her head of what reality TV was going to be. And now here she is sitting on a boat with Michelle while Tom Schwartz is at her feet. Is Tom okay? And you know, that's not what she probably was thinking when she first mentally signed up for reality tv. Brittany, meanwhile, she did not sleep in her stomach compressions because she just had the surgery. Remember pre vacation, she just had the mommy makeover. And pre that she had the crab oil, so her insides are going through it. And now she's in Mexico, and she didn't go to sleep with her stomach compressions on. And so she's like, oh, it hurts so bad. And Janet's like, we tried so hard to get your stomach compressions on the night before, but the best we could do was a bra. And so they had pizza the night before. And I wish. Britt, I'm not saying I don't want to be your doctor, and I don't like to give medical advice because what do I know? I'm not a doctor. I'm not a nurse. I'm not a healthcare professional. However, I do think that Brittany should maybe start. I say this every week. I say it every single week. I'm just repeating myself. But I do think she needs to take orders from a doctor and take them seriously, because I feel like a doctor or a healthcare professional probably told her, you need to sleep in these stomach compressions because you just had the mommy makeover. Not to mention you probably still have some of that crab oil. In there rotten. So maybe you need to put the compression pants on or compression stuff. But I'm not her doctor but I hope her doctor's watching this and sending her a strongly worded email or something or a text message. I know now we all got the Teladoc so can't maybe a Teladoc Teladoc into her in Mexico and say hey, you need to put the compression pants on or whatever the fuck you got to wear on your stomach and maybe take care of your insides. But it's Danny's birthday this week, Daniel. And God, I hate that. I hate that he's. I share a name with that man. I'm sorry, I do not care for that man. He's waking up, he's just pounding his chest and he's like it's my birthday, you know, and it's like shut up. And meanwhile it's also their 10 year anniversary which is so dark sided. Oh the other thing I want to say that about Daniel being me and him sharing a namesake is that he's a Libra. Cause this is October and I can't even believe that. And I don't know, it's actually upsetting to me. It's actually very upsetting to me because I've always. I love a Libra and unfortunately this is just making me rethink everything. But it's his birthday and I do think there's maybe a difference between like a gay Libra and a straight guy Libra. That's what I'm going with to make me sleep better at night because Zach's also a Libra and Zach had a great birthday and he got injured but still partied and he's having a great season. But meanwhile Daniel's also a Libra and so unfortunately I can't make sense of that because I'm a Libra as well from the valley named Danny. And so it's tough for me. All of this is tough for me because I do not care for him. But he also got married on his birthday which is just so feels so dark sided to me because I think it's weird when people get married on birthdays. I'm sorry, I do. I know it's an easy way to remember the anniversary or whatever, but it's like you can't get married any other day. And I'm sure there's some. I get it. I'm sure there's some reason like oh, the event, the venue they wanted or something was only available on this day, whatever. But seeing the way that his personality is it just makes things so much worse that it was their 10 year anniversary on his birthday. I'm just like, God, Nia's in hell. Nia's living in hell. And she's not going to say she's living in hell because she's obviously a pageant gal. And so I've even seen interviews. She's going around being like, you know, Daniel and I went through a rough patch, but now we're okay. And what she's really trying to say is like, I'm in a hell of my own making and I'm too concerned with public appearance and too concerned with my own pageant upbringing to be honest about that. But I am living in hell. That's what I think she's really saying. She's crying out for us to say, get out of the hell of your own making. But I don't think she's going to. Moving on. They keep talking about Janet. The thing I want to say about Janet, and I know again, if you are fans of Dani and Nia, please turn this podcast off because you're going to just yell at me about this. But I feel like they're the ones, Dani and Nia are the ones who keep mentioning Janet. Like, I don't feel like Janet's really been like going after them this season. And they keep being like, how's everyone so tricked by Janet? And I'm like, I don't think anyone's even saying anything about Janet. Like, they're trying to pin it all on Janet. And maybe in previous seasons, like season two, last season, yes, Janet was the one spearheading things against maybe Dany and Nia. I get that. But this season she's been sort of quiet about them. At the very beginning of the season, she went up to Nia and apologized. She pulled her aside to apologize and. And Nia wouldn't accept it. Remember that scene? And then every episode since, Danny and Nia are like, janet keep springing this up. And I'm like, actually, you guys brought it up again. Like, you're the ones who brought it up again. And I feel like I'm going crazy. I feel like they're trying to gaslight me into thinking that, like, Janet's the one who keeps bringing this up. I'm like, you guys the one who keeps bringing it up. And Danny's the one who keeps being annoying as fuck when he's drinking and talking down to Nia and then he's like an asshole to Nia when he's drunk. And then they're like, why does Jana keep bringing that up? And I'm like, actually, we didn't hear Janet bring it up at all. Other people brought it up, or you guys brought it up. And we just watched Danny be an asshole to Nia. Every single week, we're seeing him be an asshole to Nia. And then we're all just like. Then they try to say, oh, why is Janet doing it again? And I'm like, she actually just apologized. At the beginning of the season, Danny jokes about another kid, too. And I'm like, that vasectomy can't come soon enough. I'm sorry. Then we see Janet, Lala, and Michelle. Janet says she doesn't want to go on the boat. She says the best gift she can give Dani is to not go. And Lala's gonna stay with Janet because she hates Danny. And meanwhile, I wouldn't want to. I'm not a boat person, so I would want to stay with them, too, because I don't like a boat. It's a Miami Vice theme. The idea of having to go on a boat and celebrate Daniel's birthday just sounds like my nightmare. But they have shot glasses, costumes on the boat. None of them even know what Miami Vice is. Luke's like, what's that? Is it like Dexter? And they're like, oh, Luke made me laugh. And although I pissed at him, we'll get there. Then Daniel's yelling, welcome to the Buco boat party bonanza. And the babies, they have to bring the baby there. And the nanny's just swaying the baby on the back of the boat. It didn't look like a big enough boat to have to have the nanny with the baby. And, like, a separate from the filming, it's all very depressing. And it's also their anniversary and his birthday. You know, they don't want to be there. They hate the rest of the group. The rest of the group hates them. It's like, all very. We're having to spend. Suspend a lot of disbelief, which I'm feeling that way about in the City. Okay, can I actually take a little detour about in the City for a second? I'll be quick. If you're not watching in the City, it's fine, because whatever. But in the City is still going on, and I feel like they're about to wrap up next week. But everything about the dinner last week, they had this really chaotic dinner, and it would have ordinarily been thrilling tv, but they sort of lose me a little bit because Yvonne and Nick, they were celebrating their wedding, but it Was like, such a bullshit, just production thing. And I got so frustrate, frustrated, because it all was. It's not a real wedding. Like, they already had their wedding. And then Yvonne's getting mad at Lindsay for. For not properly celebrating at this dinner and for. Because Lindsay was, like, fighting with someone else. And then Yvonne gets mad at Danielle for wearing white to her wedding, but it's like a dinner for a cast event. Like, this isn't a real wedding. Like, I feel crazy. And then even this week on the show, they go on a cast trip on in the city, and there's this whole fight about, like, who's giving Ivan and Nick the room because they just had a wedding. And, like, they didn't have a real wedding. Like, let's stop. Why are we all acting like it's making me feel crazy? And Bravo should know by now that the audience is smarter than that. And I just feel like they're acting like we're stupid and there's a lot of good to be found in the city. I'm not saying it's the worst show or anything like that. I'm just saying they need to treat us like we're smarter than that. Because I'm not watching Yvonne get mad at Danielle about wearing white to the wedding when it's a bullshit. They're all sitting at a dinner, and they all know that, and we're all just expected to, like, go along with it. I'm like, I'm not going along with that. It's a bag of bullshit. Okay, I'm sorry to get mad about it, but otherwise, in the city's fine. Summer House just got nominated for an Emmy. You know who else got nominated for an Emmy? Ariana. That's right. Ariana from Vanderpump Rosa. I think the first. Probably the first cast member from Vanderpump Rosa get nominated for an Emmy. I know the show got nominated before, but I don't think maybe Vanderlisa has been nominated as, like, a producer, but Ariana got nominated as best host for Love Island. So congrats, Targirl. Anyway, yeah, Summer House in the City. It's wrapping up next week, but I just hate, like, we're smarter than that. Like, we know what's going on. And so I feel crazy, but that's how I feel on the Valley, too. It's like celebrating Danny's birthday. But then they're all going to Mexico with this baby. I'm like, in real life, they wouldn't all go with the babies. Like, they. Because they don't even like each other. Do you see what I'm saying? Anyway, Shorts is going to puke because he's hungover and some of them are drinking on the boat. Jesse's got the 40 ounce beer and. Did you guys ever play in college? Edward Forty Hands? I mean, I had a flashback when he walked out on that boat with the 40 ounce beer. I just remember it was this game in college and I don't know if the youth still play it. I know they don't drink like the millennials used to drink, but when I was in college, they used to tape a 40 ounce beer to your hands and you were not. It's very sadistic. When I think of like the games, the drinking games we used to play in college, it's like sick. It's sick. We've talked about beer pong before. When we used to play beer pong, you just would throw a ping pong ball in the ball in the cup and then you drink it. Nowadays I think they have like separate beer cups. But when I was in college, like at Ohio University, you would, you would drink the beer with like hair in it. Whatever got on the ball, like people's hair, it's dirt from the floor because the ball would be bouncing everywhere. And then we also did Edward 40 Hands where you tape a 40 ounce beer to your hands, both hands. And you just walk around like that. Like we all look fucking nuts. But yeah, we were doing it. We were doing it. I don't even, I don't know if I could do that. Sometimes I get the urge. I used to love a power hour. Do you know what that is? It's like every minute it's like a musical playlist. And then every minute you, the music changes and you take a shot of beer. So I think it's like six beers in an hour or something like that. But that used to be my favorite thing. And I used to make Power Hours. I used to do video. I made video power hours that were like music videos and I'd play them on my tv. I got real technical with it. But yeah, I loved a Power hour, but I haven't done one in probably 10 years, 15 years or something. But maybe it's time to do that. I know I have a baby now, so I probably shouldn't be doing a power hour, but it sounds appealing. Okay, so then Jasmine and Zach, they're on the boat, they have a conversation. They're on to Kristen and Nia using the double standard because Kristen and Nia keep mentioning like Jasmine, Zack and Britney drinking and Jasmine and Zach are like, but it's not the same thing. And they keep trying to compare the two and it's just not the same. And I was so glad that they were finally kind of picking up on that. And they said they're going to confront it at night. They said they're not going to do it on the pool. They said they're going to wait until the last night of the vacation. Meanwhile, Janet and Lala at their pool. Was she wearing a double bathing suit? Maybe that. That might be the style. She's stunningly gorgeous. So I'm not. Who am I to judge? But I was like, also looking. I'm like, what the fuck is she wearing? I don't know. And I don't know women's bathing suits. So maybe it was like really in style. But I'm like, is that one too Bathing suits, double suit, or was it connected? I don't know. But Brittany, they say Janet and Lala meet and they say Britney's resting cause she also didn't go on the boat. And Janet's like, I'm glad she's not pushing too much. She should rest. And I'm like, janet, girl, Brittany's already pushed too much. She should have been in bed five days ago. And she should have never done a crab oil the night before her mommy makeover. So I don't think she is not pushing too much. I think she's actually pushing way too much. And she always has. And. But I'm glad she's sleeping now, I suppose. Anyway, Janet tells Lala that she always feels like she's got to step away from the conversation with Danny and Nia. And she tells this story about being in school. A guy put his hands on her and she pretended it was consensual, but she was labeled a whore and people thought he was cool. She told her mom a little bit about it. She didn't go deep with her mom, but her mom got her therapy and she said she just learned a year ago it was wrong. She always felt like, and I hope I'm. I hope I'm not getting the facts wrong. But she said she, she didn't fight him off, so she just sort of froze. But she has anger towards men who feel like they can get away with stuff. The women have the shame. And she doesn't want to tell everyone about this. She just brought it to Lala. But she said she brought her own experience when Jasmine told her last season about the Danny situation. And Lala even says, like, yeah, Janet might Not have gone about it the right way, but she, like, understands Janet a little more. And I feel like I hope everybody understands Janet a little more with the reveal of this information, because you could imagine how tough it would be. And then we also got a little more insight into that situation with the pantry. She talks about it later in the episode, which I guess we'll get to, but it's sad. It makes me sad. Makes me sad. Meanwhile, on the boat, Luke and Danny are recreating Titanic while Schwartz is asleep. Lacy and Michelle have that heart to heart, which we played while Schwartz is sleeping on the floor. Is Tom okay? They all hate that boat. They hate that fucking boat. But I loved seeing that vulnerable moment between Michelle and Lacey. And then they all arrive at this private beach. So I still have, like, four pages of notes. So we're gonna take our first break here, and then we're gonna come back and sit tight, little bear, because we have so much more to talk about. So we got the ending, you guys, Danny and Lala. Wow, wow, wow, wow. Thank you to Acast. We'll be right back. Hi. This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. We talk about mental health a lot more openly now than we used to, and I think that's really a great thing. But even with all that progress, asking for help can still be surprisingly difficult, especially if you're someone who's never tried therapy before. I love therapy. Been seeing therapists for years, but BetterHelp is a great way to start. In fact, BetterHelp's 2026 State of Stigma report surveyed 2,000Americans and revealed that 85% of Americans believe getting support is wise, yet 74% say society discourages people from doing so. Now, that's an interesting disconnect because I think most of us agree that getting support is a positive thing, yet there's still this hesitation around actually taking that step. And one way we can close that gap is by continuing to have honest conversations and reminding the people we care about that it's okay to ask for help. Sometimes hearing someone say, hey, have you thought about talking to therapists can really make a huge difference. And BetterHelp has over 30,000 therapists served more than 6 million people globally. They match you with a licensed therapist based on a short questionnaire. And if the match isn't right, you can switch to a different therapist from their recommendation at any time. They do a lot of the matching work so you can focus on your goals. So I've been really paying attention to the things that make a difference with sleep. And that's one of the reasons why I've been loving Bolen Branch. Their bedding is designed for exactly the kind of rest I need and really everyone needs. From their signature organic cotton sheets to plush pillows, breathable blankets and temperature regulating comforters, which I love and especially important to me because I'm a hot sleeper. I've been really into nesting lately, getting the home together and it's really overwhelming. I love it. I've been listening to it pretty non. Stop. Dance a Terry Dance Dance a Teria. That's the favorite, my favorite song on the album. But I love the whole thing. And I didn't love it upon first listen because all the songs sort of like lead into each other. And I was like, oh, they all sort of sound the same. And now that I've listened to a million times, I'm like, no, they all sound different. But it's so fascinating to me how she made this like, cohesive album where they all sort of flow into each other and it's like this wonderful dance album. I just thought it's great. So if you haven't listened to it yet, I just. And good for her. Madonna, Queen of pop, Queen of the world. And I am so happy that at this point in her career she's having such a critically acclaimed album. It seems like it's doing really well. I've been hearing so many people talk about it and I'm just loving it right now. And so I just want to shout it out. If you haven't listened to Madonna album, get there Dance a Turia. That's my favorite one. I love it. Okay, so where are we at here? Arrive at the private beach on the Valley. Lacy tells Jesse to be less affectionate with her because of the Michelle conversation. And Jesse's first response is, michelle should shut the fuck up. And Lacey says, if you talk like that in front of me, I'll take that boat back. She's like, shut the fuck up. And I'm happy that Lacy a star and for her to always tell Jesse. I'm like so happy that she's telling Jesse because it was so weird for Jesse to be like, well, Michelle should shut the fuck up. And for Lacy to not skip a beat and be like, I will get back on that boat and I will leave you forever. I thought, good for you, girl. Good for you, Lacy. They all have lunch on the, on the beach and such huge plates of food. I know they were hungover, but they had all that pizza the night before. And if you saw Zach's plate, it was insane. Like Zach had the biggest plate of food. But they all did. And I get it. They were hungover. It does sort of feel like every meal is like a craft service on this cast trip. I know they're filming a TV show, but every time they go to eat, I'm like, this just feels like craft service. Like I don't think, I think like everybody, including the crew, like everybody's eating the same craft service. But anyway, they're on this nice. It's like a nice little private island. Danny reveals that he got an infinity band for nia for their 10 year anniversary, which is the same day as his birthday. It's today. And Nia is like, I wanted it before I got married, but he made sure to get it 10 years later. And she's like saying it as if, like a playful way. But again behind it she's saying, I live in a hell of my own making and it took this man 10 years to get the thing I asked him for 10 years ago. You know, like that's what she's really saying. And the bar is so low. And we talked about this on Summer House. So remember when Amanda and Kyle. Kyle like got Amanda that Cartier thing and then it was revealed that like she, she got it or something. I forget what the details of it were, but it was like the bar is just so low and Nia's saying like, I wanted that 10 years ago and. But at least he got it for my 10 year anniversary. And it's like, well, actually he should have gotten it like years sooner. Like if he couldn't have gotten it that first year, that's fine. Maybe they didn't have the money or something. But then I don't know. I don't. Maybe I'm nitpick. I'm nitpicking. I'm nitpicking. I get it. I'm nitpicking here. I am nitpicking, but it's my truth. Then Jesse and Kristen go away on the beach. Jesse's concerned about the wedding because he tells Kristen that Luke was like, hey, I might not marry you. And the way he relays the information is obviously a little misleading, I thought. But he's stirring the pot and I'm grateful for it because we need to get some other things going besides this Danny and Nia shit. And so I'm proud of Jesse for telling Kristen. But then Jesse tells Kristen. He's like, yeah, when Luke goes to the garage. You need to just tell him. Like, you need to say, like, blah, blah, blah. And he's basically telling Kristen to cuddle Luke when he goes to the garage. And I'm thinking, like, maybe Luke needs to be stronger and shut the fuck up. Like, she's raising a baby. Like, I don't. What do you mean? Like, Kristen's got a coddle Luke. Like, I feel crazy that that's what the. That's what the solution is. Like, well, Luke's going through it, so. Chris. It's like Kristen's busy raising a newborn baby, and Luke should be too. Like, they shouldn't have to coddle each other. I feel like that's weird. I don't know. Maybe I'm nitpicking there too. But Kristen says Luke is not where he wants to be. He wants to be in Colorado. But they're on the show, and Kristen says her fear is that she's gonna be abandoned and Luke will abandon. I don't think he's gonna abandon it, but I just. I don't know. I don't know. Lacy gets mad at Jesse for telling Kristen, though. And she's like, you guys are stressing out my central nervous system the way you all fight. Meanwhile, on the boat, Luke starts spooning Schwartz. It's a very interesting moment, actually, because Schwartz has been basically like Weekend at Bernie's this whole episode, right? Like, he's not really. He's there, but he's not there. Like, he's being held up by the paycheck that they're offering him, but he otherwise is just sleeping through. Imagine like, you're filming a TV show. Imagine if Lisa Kudrow and friends just decided, like, one whole episode, she was just gonna be, like, so sleeping on the floor of the apartment of Monica and Monica's apartment and not speaking. It's like that's basically what Schwartz is doing. Like, he's part of an ensemble and is just sleeping through this entire episode. And there is something kind of brave about that, but he's sleeping. And so Luke goes and spoons him. And then Kristen comes by and, like, tom Schwartz, can you go away? Like, I want to talk to Luke. And Luke and Kristen have the conversation about the wedding, and Luke says he's not thinking about the wedding right now, even though they're engaged. He said, if you want to get married tomorrow, I want to get married tomorrow. And Kristen's like, well, why did you give me this ring? And he says, because I loved you. But he. He put the d. Unloved didn't he? Did I hear a D? I thought I heard a D. I thought he said, I. Because why did you give me this ring? And I thought he said, because I loved. Loved you. I heard a D. I think I heard a D. Did everyone hear a D? Who heard a D? Who heard the D? I heard a D. I did. And they probably should have just done a shotgun wedding before the baby came. And I say that as someone who did a shotgun wedding before my baby came because we decided to do. Matt and I, my husband, I told this story, but we got married at a place called sameday wedding.com. it literally says that on the building. Like, that's where. Like, on the main sign, it says sameday Wedding Calm. And that's where we got married, like, a week and a half before the baby came. And so not saying that's for everybody, but it was for us, and I'm happy about it. And also, it's, like, so much less stressful. The idea of doing a wedding seemed so stressful to me. And we had been together, like, 15 years, so I'm like, who wants to do a big wedding? Okay, so then Luke says, recently you've started. He says this to Kristen, recently, you've started to realize things are hard for me. At the same time they're hard for you. Which was nice. And then he said, sorry, that was a dick thing to say. And he apologizes, like, in the moment. So he. He realized that he walked away. Kristen's barely hanging on. There's dramatic music. She is going back to the other side of the boat, and she's holding back tears. And I just felt for her. She's holding on by a thread. And now here comes this man being like, well, you finally realize things are hard for me too. That's nice, just in an asshole way. It's like, gotta coddle. She's gotta sit and coddle Luke for. She's trying to be on a vacation, and she's got a little time away from the newborn babies back at the hotel, while Nia's newborn babies on the other side of the boat with the nanny. But Kristen and Luke are finally free of that baby for five seconds. And Luke's got to be giving her attitude. I know she gives him attitude too, sometimes, but I just feel like there's a lot of coddling. And it's like, just. Just pull up your pants, Luke. Or what's that saying? Buckle up. Or what's that saying? Pull up, put on your big boy pants. Or that's not a Saying? Is that a saying? Put on your big boy pants? I don't know. I don't know. You know what's in my head right now? Speaking of toddlers, is the Sesame street theme song. Because we got one of those Tony's boxes. Do you know what that is? It's like this thing that plays, like, music and stuff for babies or kids, toddlers. And you put these figurines on it. And my son has an Elmo one, and we love Elmo in this house, but he puts it on. And then immediately when he puts it on, the Sesame street theme song starts playing. And he loves to hear it. It's like, ooh, yeah, sunny days. And then he'll take it off and then he'll start it again. So, like, the beginning of the Sesame street song is just, like, stuck in my head and won't get out. Speaking of toddlers. Okay, so then Kristen, Luke, they arrive back to the hotel from that miserable boat ride. And Danny's like, let's go. And he being so annoying. And Kristen, Luke, they go to their suite. Kristen gives Luke the silent treatment, and Luke says he's mad at Jesse for bringing up that way. And just as they start to argue, Kya starts crying. And I just. I feel bad for them. Meanwhile, over in Zach's suite, Benji's wrapping him. And he thinks he looks cute with that wrap on. And Benji and Zach are adorable. I love them. Then Danny asks Nia when he's gonna get to fuck her. And she's like, well, there's a baby here. And, you know, she obviously doesn't want to fuck him because he's such an asshole to her all the time. Every five seconds he's being an asshole to her or somebody else. And so when he says, on his birthday slash their anniversary, like, when are we gonna fuck? She's like, well, there's a baby here. And I don't know, I should do it now. I don't know, maybe. Maybe later. But I don't know, with the baby sleeping in our room, we probably should. And she's also probably thinking, like, I don't want to, even accidentally. I know he's not snipped yet because he didn't have the vasectomy. So she's probably thinking, God, I can't have another baby with him, so I don't even want it to accidentally happen. And, yeah, she's like, also probably thinking, it's my anniversary and now I gotta sleep with his ass for his birthday. And she don't want to do that for her anniversary. She probably wants to not have sex with him. That's her anniversary gift, I think. Anyway, then we cut to the nighttime dinner outside. Jesse arrives in velvet shoes despite the fact they're on a beach. And Danny arrives and sees Janet. Oh, Janet's here. I was hoping she wouldn't be here for dinner. It's like, it's a cast trip, sir. And she didn't come on that dumbass boat with you. Okay. Brittany's upset that they. They don't have ranch. Y' all have ranch? And they're like, no. I don't even know what they were serving. It was probably, like, barbecue ribs or something. She's like, do I have ranch? She just wanted that ranch. I'm not a ranch person. Luke caught a fish, though. Was I? Did I miss something? Luke said something about the fish. He's like, oh, they're serving my fish. Or something like that that he caught on the beach. I don't know. I'm not a fish eater either. But Danny asked Michelle if they're good. Danny goes up to Michelle and he's like, are we good? And Michelle's like, yeah. I was, like, speaking on behalf of the group when I said that nobody likes you, but mostly we're. She said, I. No one cares if you have a drink. They. We just care how you act after you're drinking. And that's a, like, big thing that for some reason, they're acting so obtuse about and, like, seeming like they don't get. It's like, it's not about Danny's drinking. It's about how he's acting after he's drinking. And Michelle says, if I were you, I would just not drink. Danny's like, that's what I've been doing. And it's like, oh, that's not what our eyes see. Michelle says in her confession, we all know he says he doesn't drink when he clearly does. And we've seen the footage of him going 100 times and pretend he's not drinking. Which, again, I sort of understand if everyone's talking about your drinking, but it's like, you still can't keep acting like an. When you're pretend or sneaking drinks. He's just not getting it. And I don't think he ever will get it. And he's like, everyone else can get blackout drunk and no one says anything, but if I do, it's a yeah, because you're making everybody uncomfortable. You dumb. You know better. You're not that stupid. You can't be that stupid. Like, you know, it makes me infuriated because it's like, you. He knows what he's saying. They all know what they're doing. They're being very purposeful, purposely obtuse. Like, everyone else drinks and blacks out. It's like, yeah, but nobody's getting uncomfortable by Zach or Brittany or Jasmine or whoever. Nia walks up. She's always blocking him, too. And it's, like, so clear to me. That's what makes me the most uncomfortable, embarrassed, is like, she's constantly having to parent him and then, like, protect public perception of him. So every time he's talking, saying anything or has one drink in him and starts talking, that's how I. It's obvious. They know that he's makes everybody uncomfortable because Nia's always trying to protect him when drinking. Do you see what I'm saying? Like, they know Danny and Nia know that Danny makes everybody uncomfortable when he's drinking. That's why every time Danny has even a sip of alcohol, Nia's staring at him out of the corner of his eye. And then the minute he starts to talk to a human, she runs up and blocks him like a linebacker or something. And so she knows. She knows. She knows that he makes everybody uncomfortable. She's obviously not gonna say it on camera. And she's constantly having to defend him. But she knows because that's why she's always staring at him with those spider eyes out of the corner of her eyes, just staring and saying. Then running up and trying to block him from talking to anybody. Danny brings up Jesse, and Michelle's like, jesse never did what you did when he drank. Like, Jesse's the same person when he's drunk or sober. And then Nia says under her breath, like, Michelle's talking about two years ago, and it's like, actually, it's this year that we're talking about. Michelle says Jesse's the same, drunk and sober. And lala. This is when lala walks up and Nia has to coach Danny. Like, she's acting like his parents. She's like, danny, walk. Daniel walk away. Daniel walks away and tells Daniel, says Nia, that Michelle has her own trauma from Jesse. And it's like, you're a mess. And lala clocks Nia, though, trying to stop conversation. Because remember, it was just a conversation last week on the show about how Janet walks away. Remember Nia said at their lunch, like, Janet's always walking away. This is what Janet does, always walks away. And now lala is like, actually, Nia you always are pulling Daniel away from every conversation. So you can't have it both ways, Nia. You can't say that. Janet's always walking away from conversations when you're trying to drag your husband away from conversations. And you yourself are also walking away. And they're always using the baby as a thing of like, oh, we got. We gotta go, Daniel. We got the baby. We gotta go get the baby. And it's like, ugh. Meanwhile, Zach confronts Nia about throwing him under the bus, and Nia thinks she's tricking the audience. So Brittany even goes up to Nia and is like, hey, why do you keep bringing my name to compared to Daniel? And he's like, I never said your name. I just said people. And then they literally flash back to when Nia, remember she had the baby on the. On her chest, and she mentioned Brittany by name. It's just. It's very frustrating. It's very frustrating to watch these two. I actually. I get frustrated watching them. I do. And I want the best for them and those kids and just hope it's off this program because I can't like them. Not acknowledging any truths that we're seeing is frustrating. And everything about this show is conflict resolution. So you have to resolute. And they're not resoluting. Oh, there's also this thing about, like, Kristen saying, Zach, Britney, and Jasmine. And Britney's like, Kristen, you said Zach, Britney, Jasmine, and she's holding up her fingers, and Kristen's like, I don't talk like that. And then they show a flashback of her talking exactly like that. What's the truth? They caught your ass. These editors are catching their ass left, right, and center. You know what the editors say every time that Nia and Kristen are talking this episode? They say caught. We're showing a flashback. And look, devil's advocate, I do think they're hanging on by threats. They have newborn babies, so their behavior is understandably unhinged. I'm talking about Kristen and Nia. I have to have forgiveness in my heart for those two gals. Gotta root for my women. Gotta root for my gals. And so, unfortunately, I have a soft spot for the two of them. Not the men, but the women. I have a soft spot in my heart for Kristen and Nia because they're going through it. They're four months postpartum, four months after having the baby. Kristen's got her first child. Nia's got 100 children, plus parenting her short husband. And so she's busy, and they're Tired and they're stressed, and they're probably anxious, and they've got hormones coursing through their bodies, and so we have to give them a little bit of grace. But you know who doesn't have the hormones coursing through their bodies is that Polly Pocket under five. Five. He doesn't. I mean, what kind of hormones does he got running through him? I mean, anyway, they. Brittany says me and Kristen use Janet as a scapegoat. And I think Britney's spot on because they keep mentioning Janet. And I think that's largely the reason, at least this season. Again, last season's different, but this season, I think the. The people who are still holding on to hate to Janet this season, I think are doing so because Nia and Kristen keep saying, like, Janet's riling everyone up or keeping this thing alive. And I don't think actually watching the season that Janet is the one doing that. Maybe other people are. Maybe Dani and Nia are like, they're keeping it alive and keep saying Janet is. But Janet's not actually doing that. Do you see? It's like the gaslighting. It's like Janet's not actually doing that if you're watching it. Kristen confronts Janet, though, and it's like, you're a piece of work, and Janet's trying to be chill. And then Kristen mocks her, which kind of made me laugh because I know I just stuck up for Janet. But there was this moment where Janet said something to Kristen like, actually, I'm not doing anything. And Kristen's like, oh, actually, I'm not doing anything. You know, she mocked her. And I recognized that. I laugh because I recognize that behavior in myself. Like, when I'm really tired or hungry or stressed or anxious, whatever, I will turn into a child, like, in certain moments. And so Kristen turned into a child. She just was, like, openly mocking Janet for almost nothing. Like, Janet was just very calmly saying, like, I didn't say that. Oh, I didn't say that. Oh, it made me laugh. Like, was it immature? Of course. Meanwhile, Lala's in the. In the corner. Like, if you. I spotted Lala out of the corner of my eye, and she's just, like, sitting away from everybody, like, charging her juices. Like, she's ready to make it go pop, pop. Make it go pop, pop, pop. But she's, like, charging. You know, if you have an electric car, like how you park at the grocery store and plug it in, I feel like that's what Lala was like, plugged in, charging. And she was getting her, her energy up, her juices charged. And so if you notice, she wasn't in the mix quite yet until her juices were fully charged. And then she like walks up to Daniel, sits down at the table where he's sitting with Jesse and Jesse's like, lala, leave the table. And if you have, if you want to talk to Danny, you have to get through me. And Lala's like, I have to go through your linen suit and loafers. Ooh, I'm fucking scared. Shut the fuck up. She says, I have the chill. No, she was, she was ready to make it go pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop til the pennies go drop, drop, drop. I loved it. And I don't. Yeah. I say there's someone who's never been a big fan of Lala. You guys know that. But now this season, I am. That's the journey we're all on, on the Bravo roller coaster. And I love that roller coaster. I do. Let's take one more quick break here and we're going to come back and talk about the rest of this beach dinner because there was a lot to discuss. Now before we get back, we have a message from Ashley the Mosquito about Orkin. Hey besties. Hey guys. Hope you all are high key, excited for summer. It's literally giving all of us mosquitoes life. So we thought we'd help everybody make the most of it before Orkin pros try to ruin our fun. Remember, if you have standing water on your lawn from the pool or the sprinkler, let it sit there. The more the merrier. And when there's standing water, there'll be plenty more mosquitoes. Next up is a bit of a hot take, but we're so hype on it. Let mosquitoes inside. What could go wrong? Just let us inside, please. Thanks. Love ya. Finally, the number one rule this summer is do not under any circumstances speak to anybody from Orkin. That's literally so cringe and will ruin the vibe of any get together we might be having. Take it from a mosquito. Orkin pros know literally everything about us, period. Don't visit orkin.com for a free estimate today. You know, I love finding a good deal, always have. I grew up going to garage sales, yard sales, trying to find a bargain. I get the same thrill these days when I'm looking for something I've been wanting without paying full retail price. And that's one of the reasons why I've been obsessed with Whatnot lately. Now, Whatnot is the largest live shopping marketplace in the United States. And it's such a different shopping experience because everything happens in real time. You're not just scrolling through listings, you're interacting with sellers, asking questions, and connecting with other shoppers while you browse. I recently got an iPhone, actually an Apple iPhone, on whatnot for 500 bucks, which was an incredible deal. I had been looking at one of the new ones and comparing prices. So when I saw that price, I was immediately invested. And what really sold me was the seller. They took the time to walk through the device, answer questions from the chat. I'm not so great with tech, so I needed to know what the difference was between the new models. The old models show close up details, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Felt like shopping with a knowledgeable friend instead of buying from a faceless website. And that's what I love most about whatnot. You almost never pay full price. There are amazing sellers going live 247 and it's genuinely fun. I've discovered products connected with great sellers, found deals that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think Whatnot is the closest I'm going to get to bargaining at a yard sale. And you know, that's my highest of compliments, truly for me. So download Whatnot today and get $20 off and free shipping on your first purchase. Search whatnot. W H a T N o T in the App Store, sign up and start finding the best deals on the products you love with $20 off and free shipping on your first purchase. We're back. You're squaring up with me, dog, because you squared up with me, homie. All right. Lala and Danny about to go at it again on the beach. They're on this dinner, which none of them want to be there because it's for Daniel's birthday. It doesn't make sense why they're all there, but they're all there despite the fact that they hate each other. And Lala goes to the table to sit down across from Danny and Jesse. And this is when Jesse's like, if you want to talk to Danny, you got to get through me. And Lala's like, shut the fuck up. And then Danny at one point says something like, no shit to Lala. And Lala gets pissed. She said, don't talk to me like that. I ain't your wife. Check yourself. You got the wrong bitch. That's what she says. Danny's like, it's my birthday and anniversary. I need this day. And then this is when Nia crawls up again to Danny and drapes over him. Like, she's gotta block him. And Danny's like, look in the mirror, Lala. She's. He says to her, and he was like, daniel, stop. Don't engage. Daniel, stop. Stop being intact. Daniel. Stopping antagonizing. Daniel, don't engage. Just focus on me. Focus on your wife. Come here. Let's leave there. She's gonna, like, block his ass from being a human. Like, he can't even function in society. She's gotta always like. And that's an exhausting life to live. She's already so fucking tired from all those kids she's got. And then now she's got a. Every time her husband is interacting with someone, she's got to check him. And look, I know a lot of people are out there saying, like, yeah, because they're on a reality TV show and everyone's coming after him, but you mean to tell me this isn't how real life is too? Because remember the whole thing with the Jasmine situation? Not to rehash that, but that happened off camera. Okay? Which leads us to believe that Daniel acts like this off camera. And there. That wasn't the only allegation of him being drunk and a mess and annoying. Whatever. Off camera. So in previous season, if you were to go back and watch, you'd see a lot of instances where people were saying, Daniel, this uncomfortable, whatever. Not to mention the times he was an asshole on camera to Nia or to whoever after drinking. And. But if it's happening off camera, it's like, it's not just this reality show. Like, Nia's having to do this all the time. And who wants to be in a marriage where you got four kids that you're trying to take care of and then also have to, like, parent your. Your husband and, like, watch what he says and constantly, like, cover for what he's saying. And it's like, we all. In relationships, I understand there are times when your significant other. You're out to dinner with someone, we talked about this last week. Where you kick them under the table. They say something stupid or they say something you're not supposed to, or maybe they're gossiping. You told them some gossip. You know, I feel like this happened recently with Matt and I. It was like I told him some gossip that he wasn't supposed to share, but maybe he forgot that he wasn't supposed to share. And so we were out to dinner with friends and he started talking about it and I was like squeezing him under the table, like telling him shut the fuck up. Like you weren't supposed to tell anybody else. This. This was for. Between us. And then you get home at night and you're like, why did you say that? You might have a little argument about that. That's like a totally normal. I think, think. But Nia's having to do this every time Daniel speaks. Every single time she's having to go drape on over him, tell him, not engage, leave, walk away. And it's like every single conversation. Imagine having to do that for your hu. It's exhausting. Exhausting. And I think. Did we meant. We mentioned how Nia's doing all the press too. She's doing interviews and stuff and having to explain his behavior. I'm talking about off the show. She's. And Daniel's not doing one interview. He hasn't done one interview. Where. Where is he on watch what happens live. Why isn't he giving any interviews to explain himself? He's purposely hiding away from press because he doesn't want to answer for his behavior. But yet his wife is having to go out and answer. Like, that's feeling. That is not okay with me. Because I'm saying in defense of Nia, she shouldn't have to do that. Like I'm trying to. If you're mad at me for going hard on Daniel, Nia, like I'm trying to defend her like I'm trying to. It's not, I say it's not okay for her to have to go and explain away his behavior all the time in press when he's the actor. So he should be the one wanting to do press and he's the one staying away from it. And you mean to tell me that no one wants it. I'm sure a lot of people are reaching out to interview Daniel. Not me, but not I. But I'm sure somebody is. Somebody is. And he's not doing it. And yet Nia's doing interviews left, right and center, having to explain away his behavior. And I don't like that. But yeah, Nia's like the focus on me. And then Daniel yells at her, do not talk to me in a way that's Gonna heighten me, he says. Meanwhile, Lala's yelling at Jesse. Nia says that Lala's on a mission to antagonize Daniel. And it's like, yeah, no shit. Lala's on a mission to antagonize everyone. That's why she's on reality tv. And that's why we've been watch forever. Daniel goes and gets a drink, though. And Nia's like, daniel, don't drink. We need to have water and go to bed. Daniel's like, it's my birthday. I want a Patron Silver. And Lala, she says, again, everyone gets mad at Janet for walking away, but you always pull Danny away, Nia. And Nia says, yeah, I do. And Lala's like, I think you get nervous about what he's going to say. And she's like, no, I don't. But she does. She does. And Lala says she can't talk to Danny because Nia's so worried about what he'll say. And Brittany called Daniel a little kicker. Do you guys catch that? He's like, a little kicker. What did she say? Made me laugh. Call him a little kicker, Danny. Oh, Danny says to Lala, go to your husband. Where's your husband? Lala? Adios. And Lala's like, if this is what it looks like, I don't want a husband. Like, and it is true. Like, what? I hate when people use that. It happens on housewives, too. We've talked about in the past when sometimes housewives, if someone's married, they'll yell at a single housewife and be like, where's your husband? And it's like, that's not an insult. Because the single one, that's actually a compliment. Because time and time again on these shows, these men, we find out they. They're acting awful and then they get a divorce down the road anyway. But it's like, we're. That's not a good insult to say, where's your husband at? It's like, actually, the single person's probably living a better life than you mean to tell me that Lala's not living a better life than Nia, who's having to constantly, like, cover for her husband and parent her husband? Like, it seems miserable. So, like, yeah. Why? What? That's not an insult. And it's also so misogynistic. Just be, where's your husband at? And I was happy that Lala's like, I don't want this. And Lala says, what's done in the dark is always brought to the light and you're upset about it. And then she says, your wife can have you misogynistic, small peter pocket looking motherfucker sister. Yes. There. If you have seen it, I bet you you would have done the same saving Tom Z. Until my panties go drop, drop, drop. I gotta be honest, my panties went drop, drop, drop. When she said that, I was so happy. It felt like such a release. And Nia's like, daniel, this group is terrible. And Brittany's like, who's terrible? Who's terrible people? Because Nia's like, this whole group is terrible. And it's like, if you guys hate everyone again, you shouldn't be on the show if you hate everybody. Danny's pointing to them and Nia's like, stop pointing at people. And Nia's like, they're not our friends. I feel very out of control and I freaking hate it. And she is out of control. And they might not be your friends, but like, your husband's not a good husband either. I'm sorry. From what we're seeing, he's not. And Jasmine's mad at Daniel for yelling at women. She's pissed. Janet explains a little bit to Jesse why she got weird about the pantry situation. Then Nia and Kristen, they go and have a conversation because Kristen goes to talk to Nia and Kristen is one chasing after her. And meanwhile her husband's sitting at the bar, which another point against him. So, like, you can't even get on their side because they're not even on each other's side. So that's what other thing I don't understand. For people who are on Danny and Nia's side, it's like they're not even on each other's side. Like Daniel on their 10 year anniversary let Nia go up to the room crying while he sat at the bar and drank. Like, that's not them on the same team. Like they he's being horrible to her. And then Nia and Kristen, they're talking and they're like, I don't understand the spell Janet has over people. And it's like I feel like I'm crazy. I'm like, Janet wasn't even doing anything. She wasn't even bringing anything up. She was just sort of like quietly at this buffet dinner, the craft service they set up. And so it makes me feel nuts that Nia's then sitting with Kristen. How does Janet have this spell over people? And then Kristen's like, yeah, I know Janet's got the spell over people. I'm like what? She didn't even say anything. Like, you can hate Janet for being annoying or for last season for what? You can hate plenty of things, but for this season, that's not a thing. Like, they're just making something up. It's like from. At least from what the audience sees. It's not what Nia and Kristen are telling us that, like, Janet's stirring everyone up. Cause that's not what we saw happen. And Nia's like, if you want to attack him, attack him on another day. And it's like, he didn't even come to you on your anniversary. He's drink, drinking alone at the bar, you dumb. So why are you still defending that man? Like, why are you still. I know he's your husband, but it's like he didn't even come with you after you, like, begged him to. You just look like such an idiot. And I, I like, get mad about it because I want the best for her, but it's like, she don't want the best. She didn't love herself. She don't love herself anyway. She. Danny. Then in his confessional, he's like, getting sad. My biggest thing is my wife and I are not together. And that sucks. It's like, well, you were the one who. Meanwhile, I don't even know what Schwartz was doing. Is Tom okay? I hope he was okay. And Nia's back at the room and she tells the nanny to pray for her. And Danny's drinking alone at the bar. Lala's like, I gotta call my sponsor. But it's like, like they're. I don't even understand how. It's like Danny's so awful to Nia. Like that. That's what's getting lost here is like, Daniel was being awful to his wife on their 10 year anniversary. Granted, it's also his birthday, but. Or his birthday, in the words of Zach. But he. So he's being awful to her, and yet she's still blaming Janet. And it's like, that's crazy. That's crazy. Your husband is the one you should be upset with. He's the one who's not taking into consideration your feelings. He's not coming to check on you. You're having to constantly explain him to other people. Like he's making your life hell and you're still in the hotel room alone without your husband saying, I can't believe Janet has this spell over people. And it's like, no. Yeah. Wake up, wake up, wake up. We're. Full house. Full house. Oh, Speaking of other shows, not to get us. I mean, that's the end of the Valley, and I'm sorry to get angry there. But speaking of other shows, I do have to say my Sally Field octopus movie was nominated for an Emmy, and I'm proud of her. Sally Field was nominated for that movie Remarkably Bright Creatures, which I was just telling you guys about last week. Fantastic movie if you haven't watched it. But she just got nominated for the Emmy, so I'm rooting for Sally. Rooting for my girl Sally. You know what? I'm always rooting for Sally Field. Honestly, just pretty much standard. If you ever see Sally Field in something, just know that I'm rooting for her. Doesn't matter if she's trying to go to 80 for Brady or if she's trying to raise her kids while her husband is dressed as an elderly nanny. She's doing what she does best, and that's being Sally Field. And I think we all watch Mrs. Doubtfire these days. You look back on Mrs. Doubtfire, you watch it, and first you say, hello, but then you say, actually, Sally Field had a point, because her husband was, like, not being a good husband, brought a whole petting zoo to the house for the kid's birthday. For the Lawrence brother, Matthew Lawrence was having a birthday, and Mrs. Doubtfire and Robin Williams brings a bunch of animals to the house. If Matt. Let me tell you something. If Matt, my husband, brought any sort of live animals to our house without me knowing, doesn't matter if it's for a kid's birthday or for July 4th, Christmas Day, I don't care what it is. If you bring a live animal to my home without telling me, that's grounds for divorce. And so Sally Field was villainized for no reason because she just came home and there were live animals at her house that she did not anticipate for. Now, I love a live animal. You come up to tell me and say, hey, I'm gonna invite a donkey over to the house for a goat, for some yoga. If Matt were to tell me these things, I might say, yeah, that sounds great. Lovely. I'll get some treats. But if you surprise me with a goat or a horse or any sort of live animal in the way that Robin Williams did on Mrs. Doubtfire, then there'd be hell to pay. And so I just hope everyone realizes that Sally Field was right and unfortunately, she was villainized. And maybe that's how we'll look back on the Valley. We'll see that Nia was villainized or Janet was Villainized. When really it was the husbands. It was always the husbands. So anyway, I wish the best. I wish the best for Nia and I wish the best for Janet and Kristen and Brittany and her drains. I gotta have my gals backs. And unfortunately I do not like the way that these men are swirling around stirring shit up and causing their lives to be hell. And I'm talking to Luke, talking to Jesse, talking to Daniel Schwartz. I'm not really talking to him because he was just asleep the whole episode. Is Tom. Okay. And then Jason's not been on the show for weeks. I'm not talking about him. Who else is there? Obviously not talking about Zach and Benji. My, my Shayla's. I love that. So I'm just talking about those other three. And I want the best for the, for the gals. And so yeah, that's the end of the episode. I mentioned earlier in the podcast that I'm going to be covering the real houses of Orange County. I don't know if it'll be out right after Orange County. I might, the recap might arrive maybe a day later, so I'm going to try to be on time. But we are going to be covering the real houses of Orange County. So the new Orange county recaps will either be out maybe like Friday at some point or Saturday or Monday. I don't know exactly how we're going to do it, but they will be coming. So just sit tight, little bear, and know that an Orange county housewife recap will be coming. I've been getting a lot of messages saying, you got to cover housewives. You haven't been doing Housewives. And I know we missed Rhode island and I'm sort of hanging on by a thread these days. You guys know that we don't have, I don't, we don't have any nannies or anything. And so having a baby is really hard, especially now that he's one and so he's running around everywhere and I'm exhausted and I got other work projects going on and trying to. I mean, just doing a. Having a baby is like a full time thing. That's why I look at these women on the shows and I'm like, how are they doing it four months and then having to go film and go on vacations and stuff like that. It's like a lot. It's a lot. So anyway, any of the parents out there, especially single parents, Single parents, I don't know how you do it. Single parents or parents who don't have any help around the House or, you know, any of the single moms out there, I hope we're giving them some grace, because what a nightmare. And the fact that they're doing. They're so strong. And the men, to the single fathers out there, whoever it is, just sending you love. And also, hopefully you can get some. A treat. Get a treat. Maybe a donut or something. A good donut. Who doesn't love a good donut? Maybe Taco Bell. Whatever you like, whatever makes you feel good, you go and get it today. And take a nap on a boat if you have to. Is Tom okay? And ignore your work responsibilities. Is Tom okay? And don't offer anything to the workplace. Is Tom okay? In the way that Tom Schwartz has this episode where he earned a paycheck somehow by sleeping through a whole episode. Because the other thing that I just want to mention this actually about Tom Schwartz is that he. I think on these shows, I don't know how the contracts work. My guess, my gut, again, I don't have any information about this, but I think if they're not in episodes, they don't get paid for those episodes. I think they used to maybe get paid for the season, but now I think maybe they get paid per episode. And so if they don't appear, like, Jason wasn't in this episode at all. Right? He didn't even appear. I don't even think it flashbacks. So I'm pretty sure they don't have to pay him for the episode. That'd be my guess. But yet Tom was in the episode, but just like, slept through it like Weekend at Bernie's. And so he, I think, did probably earn a paycheck for this episode. And he offered almost nothing. Like, he just slept through it. And so that. I'm proud of him and I hope he saves that money because he didn't activate not one bit. He just slept through the whole episode. And good for him. Good for him. You know what? He's taking advantage of Bravo because sometimes Bravo takes advantage of the talent, maybe allegedly. And they don't always want to loosen up the purse strings to pay the talent. And so you know what Tom Schwartz said? He said, I'm going to say screw you to the man. And he got that paycheck by just sleeping through. And so he's telling big corporation that they're going to have to pay. And so maybe Tom is the normal Ray of our. Or. What's that? Who is it? Norma Ray? That's the Sally Field movie. Speaking of Sally Field, it's Norma Ray, right? Norma Rae, I'm gonna look this up because I don't want this will bother me. Yeah, Norma Ray, he's the Norma Ray of the Valley. He's saying fuck the man. And he's going on his own little strike by not being awake for the entire episode. So Tom Schwartz is the Norma Ray of this season. And so I just hope, I hope he, I don't know, spends his money on some donuts. I love you all so much for listening. Bye bye. Now. (“Is Tom okay?” – the real question for every episode.)
