Autumn
It was the last step. It was the formulation company sent me 300 of each can. So I had them here at my house because I had to do the photo shoot for marketing. So it was the month before we were going to launch. Two days later, the president of the company, this is who I'm on the phone with. Like, I'm at the. At the top. He's like, autumn, your beverages are delicious. Nobody would know that the flavor is different except you. And I was so excited. Like, Dom loves the blueberry lemon. I mean, I do too. And I love the cocoa coconut lime matcha. And we cracked them open and I took a sip and I was like, so ready for it to hit the way I know it hit. And it had like this weird bit, like this bite at the end of it. And I was like, that's not right. Took another sip and I was like, that's not right. And then Dom drank his and he was like, something's not right, Mom. And I was like, panic. Scariest moment ever. Because I was like, why doesn't it taste the same?
Donald Stamper
When I notice I just realign my mind. How you doing?
Autumn
I'm good. How are you? We'll shake it up to wake it
Donald Stamper
up Shake it up to wake it
Autumn
up, baby Cracking me a good mood brew. My boys are in town the boys are back in town it's been a minute.
Donald Stamper
Back in town. I'm having lemon water with a lemon freshly picked from your lemon tree.
Autumn
Yes.
Donald Stamper
And girl, I just ate a lemon peel. Because Autumn was like, I think we've established I'll do anything you ask me to at least once. She's like, you know, can you eat this peel? There was a little side eye. Like, this is trying to trick me. But she ate it. You ate it first and it was good. Yeah.
Autumn
It almost makes it like a little sweeter. So it gives you a little.
Donald Stamper
Do a little dance.
Autumn
It's a nice vitamin C kick. I'm doing a little blueberry lemon. Good mood matcha.
Donald Stamper
I love. I need to make my order all the, like, do you ever have. I'm sure you know nothing about having a hectic travel schedule.
Autumn
Absolutely not.
Bretzky
But.
Donald Stamper
And so it's like, when you order things, you're thinking, okay, if I order.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
Now, I'll be there to retrieve it. Whatever. Well, I've been all over the place that I just am having so many issues with knowing when to order stuff. So when I get home next week, I'm gonna have, like, six boxes at my front door.
Autumn
Perfect.
Donald Stamper
Yeah. It's like Christmas in summer.
Autumn
I do love that when I get home from a trip and I'm like, I don't know what I order, but let's find out.
Donald Stamper
Exactly. What do we have here?
Autumn
I love that. Yeah.
Donald Stamper
So.
Autumn
So we haven't. I mean, we've seen each other. I saw you two weeks ago at Joel's wedding, which.
Donald Stamper
What? It seems like a lifetime has gone by in the two weeks.
Autumn
I feel like it was two months ago.
Donald Stamper
Honestly, it seems like it was a long time ago. But that was so nice.
Autumn
It was so fun.
Donald Stamper
I just love them.
Autumn
I know.
Donald Stamper
I love, love. But when they were giving their vows, you got. And I love too. They did their own vows and traditional vows, so I thought that was really sweet, because there's something really sweet about the classic, like, do you. And do the, like, official traditional. But I love to hear what they said.
Autumn
Yes.
Donald Stamper
For each other.
Autumn
Yeah. It was really.
Donald Stamper
And just the way they're. They. The way they have just come together as a family so much, like, as a whole family unit with the kids, and the kids were in both of their vows, which it makes sense, but I don't have kids, so I wasn't thinking, oh, I bet they'll talk about that. Right? So it was really sweet.
Autumn
No, I know. It was. It was beautiful. It was, like, a good wedding. It was fun.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Saw a lot of people.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
No, it was great. Yeah. It's so funny. So got back from Joel's wedding, and I had so much work, just because I. June was a really busy travel month for me, and so anytime I was home, it was just like, head down. Work, work, work.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And we got back from Joel's wedding, and I wasn't on Instagram for, like, or two, which obviously is crazy for me. All of a sudden, I started getting text messages from people, and they're like, are you okay?
Donald Stamper
What's happening?
Autumn
Did something happen at the wedding? And I was like, what? You know, because there were people I hadn't seen in a long time, and people thought that, like, there must have been Drama or something. And that I was not on Social because I was like, oh, God, no, I just. I'm just working.
Donald Stamper
Yeah. The drama is I have 27 hats and I have to cycle them all.
Spinquest Announcer
Yes.
Autumn
I started 5am and by midnight I'm going back to bed. But that's how long I'm working, man.
Donald Stamper
It's tough.
Autumn
But I thought it was so funny that people were just like, was there drama? I'm like, no, I know. Yeah, I'm 45.
Donald Stamper
Exactly.
Autumn
I try not to have. Have drama. Yeah, no, I had fun. It was fun.
Donald Stamper
No, but to your point, getting back in the swing of things, especially being the thing is, when you are the captain of the ship, the entrepreneur, the one who's running the show, it is a lot. And it's like I've heard people say before, I didn't want to work for someone else for 40 hours a week, so I quit my job and work for myself 100 hours a week. Seriously is what it's like. And it's really difficult to be. I don't think someone who's not in it understands, because, yes, it's freedom. And a true creative and entrepreneur wouldn't have it any other way. But that doesn't mean it's fucking easy.
Autumn
No, easy. Oh, my God. If you're looking for easy, go work a nine to five for somebody else. That's the easy part.
Bretzky
Right?
Autumn
Doing it on your own is the terrifying up at the crack of dawn last one. Because you're the only one working till all hours of the night. I mean, literally, Dom, I love that he's 17 and he can appreciate it, but, like, yesterday I was working nonstop and he was like, at 6 o', clock, he's like, mom, want to get in the pool? And I looked him and I was like, tom, honey, mom would love to get in the pool. I still have to go film another workout. He was like, what? And I was like, yeah. And he knows how much I hate working out late at night.
Donald Stamper
Oh, God, yeah.
Autumn
Hate it. And he was like, oh, man. And then he's like, mama, I just want you to know I really appreciate all the hard work that you do for us and. Which I.
Donald Stamper
You know, that's so sweet because he gets it.
Autumn
He gets it. But, you know, I've been doing it like that since he was 2, where he didn't always get it.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
It was funny, though, because when I got back from Joel's, like, from his wedding, and I even said on Instagram, like, oh, sorry, I haven't been on in two days. I've been working nonstop. You know, there's always some asshole and some girl responded and she said some ignorant stuff, you know, that's the correct word about the wedding. And then was like, we all know you weren't working, like you work or something like that. And I was like, you're right. Somebody else writes the workouts and films the workouts and edits the workouts and posts the workouts and responds to the people in the DMS and spent three years creating the beverage line that is now here. And you know, I'm like, what? What? Like what?
Donald Stamper
Well, and I think people have an idea too, that because yes, when you do something you're passionate about, it fuels you and you still get drained.
Autumn
Sucks the life out of you.
Donald Stamper
Sucks the life out of you. And it's like, people know what it's like when you're working a job that you're not passionate about. Which I've done and I'm doing. Right. I have part of my work that I do right now. I'm still. I'm like in an in between phase. And I have the job, the legal job that I do. And that is.
Autumn
So when he says legal, he just means he actually is in the legal field.
Donald Stamper
Yeah. Not that my other jobs are illegal.
Autumn
Other jobs are illegal.
Donald Stamper
You know how I do. Oh, my God. My.
Autumn
I'm like, that sounded bad.
Donald Stamper
I know, I know. Yeah. I'm in the legal field. I work basically as a court reporter. And so I'm in this in between phase of exiting that and being having more time to do the other work that I'm more passionate about. But it both. They both drain you. And so it's not like I can finish the court reporting job and then I have all this energy to do what I'm excited about. All of a sudden the energy's gone. I don't give a fuck. I need to sit down. And either like, I really honestly recharge by just like zoning out, turning off my brain, swiping online or watching a show.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
And it's like requiring more. So I get it.
Bretzky
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
And when you're doing your own thing, it's also so easy because you could be pulled away every second. You could get distracted by scrolling or answering a text or talking on the phone to a friend. But all of a sudden, four hours have gone by and that's half of a traditional work day and you still have all the shit you need to do and no one's going to make you do it.
Autumn
No, my work Days. I'm not kidding you. It's. They're 17 hours right now.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And I mean, literally, like, when I look at my aura ring, I just laugh. I'm like, okay, Yep, that. That tracks.
Donald Stamper
I had no idea I was under.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
No idea. My stress levels were high.
Bretzky
No.
Autumn
Actually, one of what's really interesting, though, my stress levels are lower than the last couple years, which is good. And I think that's because I'm fully in charge, because I'm a control freak, so.
Donald Stamper
Oh, that makes sense.
Autumn
So being fully in charge, it all falls on me. But I also have the ability to be like, it's getting done this way and there's nobody else. I have to approve it by or run it by or wait for them to do it or whatever else. It also sucks because there's nobody to run it by, approve it by, or to pass it off to anybody. But it's two businesses. Just with the good mood businesses. Because it's the app and it's the beverage line.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
The beverage line in and of itself is a beast. This is not something I'm looking to have be small. I am trying to go global with it.
Spinquest Announcer
Right.
Autumn
Like, I'm trying to get in the grocery stores. Eventually, I want to go. You know, people are like, when will you be in Canada? Yeah, I. Eventually I will get there, but it's not like, there you go. You know, it's just. Yeah. Like, I think people just assume it's like, super easy. You just. Why wouldn't you put it? And it's like, well, they have different laws and restrictions and shipping, and you got like, all these things. Yeah, but I was saying to you, like, if you were in my head right now, it's like a ping pong ball bouncing around in there of all the things I have to keep in order. So there's all of that. There's all the phone calls, all the zoom calls that have to happen. They have to happen, right? Because if I don't call the box company and order more boxes, there are no boxes. If I don't call the can company, order more cans, there's no more cans. If I don't call the artist and have them design the next can, it's not done. If I don't call them, the fulfillment company that for or the formulation company and tell them to order more ingredients, they don't care. There's no ingredients.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Like, I have. There's only me and then there's the app, and it's like, people want this workout and that Workout. And I'm like, great.
Donald Stamper
I'm actually that means you have to
Autumn
do my dumb ass. Thought it would be a good idea to drop two programs back to back.
Bretzky

Autumn
Yeah, so I didn't quite time it properly. So I have three weeks left of filming the overload method. But I'm trying to drop the hormone code, which is the hormone program, in a few days because I'm doing this big challenge with Playbook. Like Playbook invited me and a couple of their other creators for this $50,000 challenge that they're doing where they're gonna pick winners on people's transformations. After six weeks, they're going to pick winners from each creator.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And from those winners, they're going to look at it and they're going to pick three grand prize winners. So each of those grand prize winners is going to win $10,000 in cash. And then all the other ones that they picked as winners will win $1,000 cash. And then I'm doing prizes in my group also. Yeah, but I wanted people to have the option of the overload method. People, like, want progressive overload, but I also wanted them to have the hormone code. Well, I'm doing hormone code a little different than I did Belvital workouts. Belvital workouts. I filmed them all once. You repeat them a certain number of times on the calendar. I like to film in real time because I like to be able to give different cues and different motivations.
Donald Stamper
More fun for the people doing it.
Spinquest Promoter
Right.
Autumn
Well, guess who? It's not always more fun for your girl when she's got to do two a day. Like. Yeah, but it is what it is because it is. Yes, I love it. It's my passion and I enjoy it. But you were saying you recharge by, like, chill on the couch, zoning out. Usually my workouts are my recharge, but that is when I can put music in my ears on my own.
Donald Stamper
Yeah. You're not thinking about bringing other people through that.
Bretzky
Totally.
Autumn
But now, twice a day, I'm talking nonstop while filming, lifting Heavier than I've ever lifted. I think I'm lifting heavier than I actually lifted in 80 day. Heavier than I lifted when I was a fitness competitor, which is crazy. Like, I'm super proud of that. But then no sooner do I finish it. It's upload, it's edit, it's all the things by the end of the day. Like my relaxation the other night, I got in my hot tub at night. I was in there.
Donald Stamper
I'm just kidding.
Autumn
Close fetal position, head under the water,
Donald Stamper
and thought, maybe I'll just stay here.
Autumn
That got dark.
Donald Stamper
Yeah. Sor.
Autumn
And I wrote another workout while I let my legs sit in front of the jets because my quads were so dead that I was like, I don't think I'm gonna be able to walk tomorrow, but I have to because I have to film another workout or two. Actually. Two.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Kent was like, oh, you must be so dead. You had to do two workouts yesterday. And I was like, I have to do two workouts a day for the next four weeks. And he was like, what? And I was like, what are you guys missing?
Donald Stamper
Exactly. Do you see me? That's so funny.
Autumn
So entrepreneurship is a mofo, but I love it.
Donald Stamper
We got. We got an email kind of about this, so I love that we're talking about it. And this phone a friend. I'm going to go ahead and read it. We can dive in a little bit deeper. Says, hi, Donald and Autumn. So impressed with everything you guys are doing with the podcast. And I want advice that might be off the normal topic of health, fitness, and sex. Hey, girl. We got more than us. Kind of. I've got some ideas and would like to start my own business around some things I want to create.
Autumn
Love that.
Donald Stamper
Smart for not sharing your ideas because, you know, someone out here might snatch it. I'm just kidding. But as I look around, it seems like everything's already been invented. So as I'm watching you guys venture into all these new directions. The podcast. The podcast. Autumn has her beverage line and the workout app, and Donald has his coaching and make supplements. How do you break into the these new areas when it seems like everybody's already doing it? Hope my question makes sense. Would love some insight into how to take the leap and how to feel confident enough that you really can create something that people need.
Autumn
I love that question.
Donald Stamper
I do too. And like I said earlier because we're. We've talked a lot about how it really is hard work. You also when it's. When you're that person who has that desire, you wouldn't have it any other way?
Bretzky
No.
Donald Stamper
And so I think it's a really good question. I think someone who constantly has this desire to break into entrepreneurial life and. And it's good to be asking those questions. So what. Does any advice pop off?
Autumn
Oh, gosh, yeah. So much. Well, first of all, I think, you know, I've. I've always heard the quote, like, God wouldn't put it in your heart if it wasn't for you. Right? So, like, if you're feeling that pull, it's not about what everybody else has done. You're uniquely you, so you're going to bring something different to it. And it's funny, actually, I just got asked this question on a call a couple days ago. I was on a call with a big brokerage firm that does mass distribution for beverages. And I'm. I'm very new. Like, I should. Like, the fact that they even took the call with me was crazy. And, you know, they were, like, liking some of the things I was saying. And they're like, okay, but, like, what do you think you have sort of discovered in the market that other people haven't? Because the beverage market is very competitive right now and it's super saturated. And listen, sometimes you're gonna have to be a little delusional to just believe that you can.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And I don't mean that in a bad way. I'm like, I did it because I believed I could and that I have something to offer that other people don't. And I. I said point blank, I said, I haven't identified something that other people haven't. Creating a beverage is not reinventing the wheel. It's not something. There's beverages out there. I said, I could be so bold as to say it's not that they haven't identified it. They haven't executed it the same way I have. And I think I have executed it better than anything that's on the market. And I don't say that from a cocky place. I say that from three years of research. I bought every functional bever beverage, literally every functional beverage that was at Erewhon, sat down, taste tested, what's in it, what have they done? There was two out of the, like, I don't know, 50 that I bought that day that were, in my opinion, were even palatable. Like, literally, not, like, yeah. Oh, my God. So lots of people are trying to create it. Whether or not they've created something that tastes good is functional, that you would drink repeatedly, all those things. Right. So what is it that you're bringing to it? You can't worry about whatever everybody else is doing. You have to focus on what is unique about your idea or what is the unique thing that you bring to it. What I bring to a beverage line is 25 years in health, wellness, fitness and nutrition and a passion for helping people. Yes, I love to make money. That's not a secret, right. But I it not at compromising helping people. Like, so that's always going to be at the forefront of everything I do with my app too. I'm not the only fitness person. Everybody has an app these days.
Donald Stamper
I mean, the truth is like for to her point about when it seems like everything's been invented or the idea everything's been done, if people, if creators allowed that to stop them, we would have no more new music, right? No more new restaurants. No more. There's a, there's a, there's a restaurant. Similar, right? Like, no matter what, there's someone else who can cook a real. How many meal?
Autumn
Italian restaurants? How many Mexican restaurants?
Bretzky
Exactly.
Autumn
Like how many? Yeah, yeah.
Donald Stamper
But it's the idea, not just what do people need, but I believe too. And like I said in my stories the other day, I have a sense of calling. Like, the reason that I am a coach is because I feel like I am meant to and very good at connecting with people and making them feel seen and heard and also see a different perspective. And I think that that's something that's just a part of who I am. I don't think it's because I decided to do it. I mean, I'm sure that I could have never followed the. The path, but I think that is a part of who I am. That sense of calling, if it's in your heart, right. It's probably so it's about what kind of work, not only because other people have done it, but what do you feel that you need to do, right? Not because someone couldn't get it someplace else, but maybe, you know, there's all kinds of. When I look at the path, like the universe, I think who knows about if this person, if we were always destined to cross paths or what little choices we might have changed that would have changed the whole trajectory of how something played out. But the truth is we don't. You should. I believe you should follow your heart because there could be a bigger picture at play. It's like I've told my story about becoming a dance instructor and all the paths that I took that led me here, you know.
Autumn
Well, look, portion Fix. My portion control containers that we put, like, started with 21 day. Fix. It's not like portion control was something new. And there had been measuring cups and measuring spoons and, oh, the size of your fist and the palm of your hand and the da, da, da of your thumb. I just executed it along with Beachbody in a different way. Color coded containers. Now you're speaking. Eat the rainbow. So there's. Yes. People have been talking about portions for years. Balancing your macronutrients for years. I just did it in a different way. And so again, that's where somebody else's uniqueness and your perspective is gonna come into play. So if you let that fear creep in. No, you will be stopped dead in your tracks. If you expect it to be easy, you will be stopped dead in your extracts. If you expect it to be fast, you'll probably be stopped dead in your tracks. Again, this can that I'm holding in my hand took three years. Are there celebrities that are white labeling or licensing, brand dealing their names that are popping out beverages every five seconds? Yes, because they have tens of millions or hundreds of millions of dollars and they could do it faster and they bring that to it.
Donald Stamper
It's fine.
Autumn
That's fine. That's their path. But I can't go, oh, three celebrities put out a beverage. So I can't put out a beverage.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
You have to be ready for the long haul. You have to be ready for a lot of setbacks. You have to expect that there will be unknowns. You cannot be afraid to ask for help and guidance. Like, that's part of how I got here. You like? No, I wouldn't necessarily say tell your idea so that we would share it on a podcast. Like, Right. But when you have close, trusted people and saying, like, I've got this idea and you know, I'm trying to figure out how to do this, or, you know, the beverage line started with, I had had the idea, I had been sitting on it for months, but I did not know even where to begin. And I happened to mention to our friend Moira, and she was like, oh, I let me introduce you to our friend Randy, like, or my friend Randy, like, he deals with investment stuff. He might know how to help. Told Randy the idea and Randy said, oh, my partner Daniel, this is what he does. I'm going to put you in touch with Daniel. Put me in touch with Daniel. Told Daniel the idea. Great. Worked with Daniel. Like, still work with Daniel every day for three years.
Donald Stamper
Yeah. So if you wouldn't have shared your
Autumn
idea With Moira, it could still just be an idea in my head because I had zero. I, I didn't know what I didn't know, I didn't know where to start.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
But the second he and I got going it was like great, like I'm a workhorse, I'll do it. I just need somebody to help get me going. So don't be afraid to ask for help.
Donald Stamper
Well, and also having the trusted people like, like doing it smart. Obviously if you're, if you have an idea you think someone would rip off, you do want to be careful about that. But having the trusted people because if you aren't confident enough to believe in your product or your off what you're offering enough to tell those around you about it and why it's valuable and why you have this need to do it, then how are you going to present it to strangers and to market? Right. So I think it's good to say this is something I want do and it doesn't matter if you feel like, oh my God, my friends could think I'm crazy, tell them anyways because you need to first. The first person that needs to be a hundred percent all in convinced this is exactly what I want to do is you. And when you get there, then your next hurdle is getting other people to fall in love with it. If someone asked me what was different about your beverage line, I have a list of things I could say and I, and say it proudly like the, everything from the design to the flavors. And oh, I wanted to mention too because some people listening might not know what white labeling means.
Autumn
Oh yes.
Donald Stamper
So if a, if celebrity and frankly you don't have to be a celebrity, you could have white label the beverage.
Autumn
Label the beverage.
Donald Stamper
It's where let's say you try something you really love and you decide that you want you, you literally purchase that same product and put your packaging on it and it's like a licensing deal. You pay an amount to get the product and then you do your branding. And that's also sort of what happens with a lot of dupes. Like a lot of like you'll see the Instagram where Trader Joe's brand of skin care and they'll compare it to the higher end. And a lot of times they are
Autumn
the same problem, same exact product. They've just white labeled it and put it. Yes, exactly. Because there's formulation companies that make it like this is what they do. They'll make something and then companies, brands go and buy it and put their
Donald Stamper
label on it and there's nothing wrong with that, but that is something that is different as a creator is I, as your friend, got to witness every step of you going through the flavors. Even something. I forget at what phase it was, but it was pretty late in the game before the final release of your line and you were like, something's off with the flavor. And that's really a private label situation. Wouldn't have caught. They wouldn't have even been formulating the flavor.
Autumn
It was literally the last step. It was. The formulation company sent me 300 of each can. So I had them here at my house because I had to do the photo shoot for marketing. So it was the month before we were gonna launch. They hadn't filled all the, like thousands yet they sent them. And the night like, like I got them the day before we were doing the photo shoot. Like, that's how tight the timeline was. And I was so excited. Like, Dom loves the blueberry lemon. I mean, I do too. And I love the coconut lime matcha. And we cracked them open and I took a sip and I was like so ready for it to hit the way I know it hits. And it had like this weird bit, like this bite at the end of it. And I was like, that's not right. Took another sip and I was like, that's not right. And then Dom drank his and he was like, hey everybody, lady luck here.

Donald Stamper
panic, huh?
Autumn
And I immediately emailed the formulation company and I was like, something's not right. This is not the flavor I approved. And they thank God they're really good. They take it very seriously. And they're like, we're on it. They pulled the entire team in. They're like, listen, if a customer, if our, if our client says something's not right, even though it's very rare that something goes wrong in formulation, we're on it. We're going to figure it out. And he's like, we need 48 hours. I was like, okay, you got 48 hours. But like, I need to know what's wrong. And it was more than the matchas not the functionals. Two days later, the president of the company, this is who I'm on the phone with. Like, I'm at the. At the top. And he's like, we figured it out. And I was like, okay, what happened? And he's like, so when we send you cans to approve, they would send me like six of each, like six of the flavor just to make sure you're good. He's like, everything's happening right there in our lab, right down to the pasteurization process. And I was like, okay. And he's like, well, when we filmed those 300, filled the 300 cans, they went on the line, they got pasteurized at a 2 degree different temperature than what they were pasteurized in the lab. It was two degrees. He's like, autumn, your beverages are delicious. Nobody would know that the flavor is different except you. And I was like, that's fine, but I know it's not as good. And I know. And he's like, no, no, we're gonna fix it. And he's like, I'm just saying it's impressive that you picked up that. That 2 degree difference in pasteurization just barely changed your flavor profile.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And he's like, so we'll adjust it for when we film the thousands. Scariest moment ever.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Because I was like, why doesn't it taste the same? Because I do think the flavors are so good. So those are those things. But yes, if you white labeled, you don't have that. Like, they've got that formulation down pat. They're sending it to you. Humans do it a lot. Like a lot of vitamins company white label.
Donald Stamper
That also is another really good example of be like, you cannot be worried about offending someone when it comes to your product that you're putting out. I learned this through. So, like, I've always dabbled in music and it really is more of a hobby for me than something I've tried to make money at because my brother's in the music industry. And it's great money for like.00001. Exactly. But for a lot of people, like the. The way the industry has changed with streaming, probably similar to like how when people bought your workout DVDs to streaming, it just changes things.
Autumn
Sure. Sure does.
Bretzky
So
Donald Stamper
when we. So like, if. If you guys. Sometimes I get messages and people asking, but our little intro song is one of my songs. It's called Grind. And if you search my name and you can find it and my bro. But we did. I did a little EP around the release of your program, nine Week Control Freak. And I love those songs and I love that, that I'm happy, I'm happy with that process. But I would have changed things. And in hindsight I think there were. There was. As much as I wouldn't have admitted it in the moment, there was, there were feelings of, oh, the other people in the room are more professional at this than I am. I need to be a little bit more quiet, a little bit more humble. And if the producer says it's good enough, then I guess it's good enough. Because they know.
Autumn
Right.
Donald Stamper
And now there are moments and, and honestly, like I, I'm still proud of it and you can all go listen to that too. That it's called the EP is called Control Freak. There's four songs apart that are a part of it. But the. If I had it to do over again, I would have. I want to be someone who notices like you, that 2 degree difference in the pasteurization process of like, no, this note is held for half a second too long. Or this. You know what I mean? Like when you are taking something that is your creation, your baby and putting it out there and promoting it, own it fully and advocate for it to be exactly what you want it to be, it's not.
Spinquest Announcer
Not.
Donald Stamper
It's not chasing perfection and it's not that you still wouldn't maybe do it differently in hindsight, but if there's a voice that's like, oh, well, maybe I shouldn't. Yes, you should say what you're thinking. Fight for it to be exactly what you want it to be.
Autumn
Right? Absolutely. Yeah. For sure. Because I know, like, I've learned that over the years with all my fitness programs. And don't get me wrong, I had to learn to finesse.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
My language around how I would say things. But when it's your, it's so different when it's yours because nobody else is inside your brain. So nobody sees it the way you see it. Right. You have to be able to communicate it to them.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Nobody feels it in their gut the way. Or in their heart, like the way you do. Like from the minute the idea popped in my brain for this. I'm telling you, like when you're like, oh, do you believe in God? Like there are those moments where I'm like, I could tell you when the frickin idea was placed in me. Like the electricity that would go through my body where I would start scribbling, oh my Gosh. And then this, and then this, and the excitement. And when you feel that passion and that rush, you have to go with it, because then, let me tell you what comes next. You get that, oh, my God, this is going to be so good. And you're so excited. And then terror sets in.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Because it's like, can I? Should I? That's gonna cost a lot of money. That's scary. I could lose it. Do I even have a clue what I'm doing? And you could talk yourself out of it as quick as you got excited about it, if not faster. And so you have to really go deep breath. Go deep breath. Charge. What is it? Even if that just means even if you don't know where to start, keep writing ideas. Search, AI, Google, whatever. Ask somebody, all the things. It doesn't matter. I thought it was going to take me a year. It took me three.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
You know, but I had the idea. I knew what I wanted it to be. Same thing with my fitness programs. There were so many times I'd go to Carl with my ideas and he'd be like, well, not right now. And I'm like, no, now? Yeah, we're in the moment now.
Donald Stamper
Like, this is what the market's ready for.
Autumn
The market is ready for. It's hot for it. Like, I know how long it takes us to put something together. I know how long it's going to take for me to do it. Right. We got to go now. Now. Sometimes you gotta push. You gotta push a little bit. Or, you know, people on my teams sometimes would be like, autumn, good is good enough. And I was like, that might be the worst thing you could ever say to me because that tells me it's not at its best.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
And it's easy for somebody else to say because it's not their face and their name. They're on your team, but it's not their face and their name and their reputation. If something isn't done well or if it's not a good fitness program, it's Autumn that didn't put out a good fitness program. It's not the seven people behind me helping me, even though they're a part of the team, too. So sometimes you got to pick up other people's slack.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Sometimes you have to be the not nice guy. Sometimes you have to be the one working longer.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Like all those. You have to be ready for all of that. But it's so rewarding and it's so fun. So I don't think you should ever think everything's Already been invented. Because if that was the case, we would all just stop.
Donald Stamper
Yeah, let's wrap it up.
Autumn
Yeah. There's nothing else to do. Fine.
Donald Stamper
Like, right?
Autumn
I mean, look, I love Brumate. How many different roommates could you. Could you come up with like, it's a cup.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
They come up with new designs all the time and I'm like, I gotta have that one too. Yeah, like, you know, so like, they could be saying it about their own product. Coke could have said it about their own product. Well, we made Coke and it's huge and it's famous. We don't need to do any more with Coke. Then Coke Zero and then Diet or Diet Coke Coke Zero, Cherry Coke, Lime Coke. Like, yeah, 700 versions of Coke. And then guess what, what else did they do when they couldn't come up with a new version of Coke? They changed their cans. Uh huh. The polar bear comes out at Christmas. Do you remember when Coke. I don't know if you'll remember this or not. I don't remember how long ago it was, but it was freaking ingenious. This. I might have to steal it. Do you remember when they put everybody's names on the cans?
Bretzky
Oh, yeah.
Autumn
You could get a can that said Donald or a can that said Becky, or a can that said Mike or whatever. Like, so you'd go find your name, your can.
Donald Stamper
Yeah, that's cute.
Autumn
I'm still, right now, I'm still just trying to get people to understand that the big word on my can is a motivational word and not the name of the beverage.
Donald Stamper
And it rotates and it rotates.
Autumn
Like this one is, is the good mood brew. This is the Blueberry Lemon Matcha. And it says radiate.
Donald Stamper
But it could say something else.
Autumn
Could say celebrate.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
It could say breathe. Because I have all these different words. Because when you grab it, I wanted to evoke an emotion and I want it to be like, oh, okay, what's my word for today?
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
You know how Snapple had messages underneath the lid? Yeah, yeah. Like fun facts. So. Oh, you get the word radiate. Okay. Go radiate love. Go radiate joy, Go radiate peace. Like. Like shine bright, basically.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Or if you get breathe right, you're like, oh, yeah, maybe I should stop
Donald Stamper
and take a breath.
Autumn
Universe is talking to me today. I'm about to go into this meeting. I'm gonna take a deep breath. Yeah, you know, things like that.
Donald Stamper
So I had a really interesting thought about my coaching the other day because
Bretzky
it is.
Donald Stamper
I. It's so rewarding for me the way I get to help people and, and, and even in that I'm thinking about it's not really a business that's very easy to scale working one on one with people. So I'm thinking other ways. But that's beside the point. The point I want to make is I was thinking about the kind of work I want to do and I was like I think I want to really also offer like continue helping people with mo Most people who come to me it starts because they want help one on one on a weight loss journey.
Autumn
Sure.
Donald Stamper
And I totally get that. And if I'm being honest, then we usually dive into, we do dive into like food journal, what are they eating, what their habits have been. They're all that. But we also will talk about, you
Bretzky
know, oh, I have had no luck lately. Wait.

Donald Stamper
The how the their emotions around their body and how they feel about themselves because you don't need to wait for physical results to start loving yourself better. And I think like I would be doing everyone a disservice but I was thinking about how a big part of my story is how I've gone through what's commonly known in this circle. The a deconstruction of what I believed. And I want to apart like basically be people's deconstruction coach because it's really difficult and really scary especially when you're on your own pulling things that you've held true apart in seeing like asking the questions that you were always too afraid to ask.
Autumn
Question for you. I'm just, just curious when you say that are you referencing just religion or just their beliefs? Whether it's about themselves, about life, the world.
Donald Stamper
So actually no, it's not just religion. A big part of mine is about I would say is about religion. That's because I grew up in religion. But also it's about things like sexuality, things like what I believe, whether it's from religion or some there people who have zero religious or spiritual faith who still think that homosexuality is immoral.
Autumn
Right.
Donald Stamper
And so like that belief for me I, I had that belief Regardless of where it was from and how I had to do some serious deconstruction when I realized, well, I'm one of those people, you know. And so for me that. But. But I think everyone actually, as they come into their own in adulthood has to go through a phase of deconstruction of how their par. Things versus what works for them or how even things they thought that worked for them. That changes because of hormonal changes. Sometimes people have had really solid routines for the first 35 years of their life that no longer serve them. And that is a type of deconstruction. You have to pull back one labor, one, one layer at a time. And I, when I thought about doing that and the point of, the point of what I'm saying is I got excited about the work that I could do for people. Yeah. And so I think if you're making a product, get excited about how someone's going to feel if you're making soap, that pops in my head because I went to a farmer's market and I happened to pass this guy's booth and there are a few people selling soap, but I loved his and I smelled it and I love offering it to my guests. They're like the handmade lavender, you know, whatever.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
Think about like how you want people to feel, what motivates you to do that work and then do that when it gets to be really exciting, even though it's still work and challenging. And some days it is like, why the fuck am I doing this? I could just be working on my retirement and get paid vacation and not have to worry about all the stress. But it's so rewarding when you identify. This is work, but this is the work I want to do.
Autumn
You know, I will say this just for everybody listening because I don't do one on one coaching anymore. least not right now. But like, like you guys, Donald is a phenomenal health coach. And not just health coach, wellness coach. And I love what you're saying with the deconstruction because it does come in all forms. It's like every time you hit a new phase in life, level up sometimes different ages, like you said, hormones. I mean we watched it with 21 Day Fix. It's a phenomenal program. People did it for years and it works. But if your gut health's off. Off.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
You might need to go over to a gut health and if your hormones are off, like right. It's not that this is bad or doesn't work anymore, it's that you're In a different place. So if you're hanging on to the. This is the only way to do it. You need somebody to help you go, okay, hold on. Let's take from this what is working and keep it right. And let's start to build something else in addition to. Or in life, in sexuality, in religion, all those things.
Donald Stamper
Relationships. Yeah, anything that it is.
Autumn
And sometimes you just need somebody that is far enough outside.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
That isn't. Because some. Like, when people are really close, they might hold the same beliefs. So they might kind of try to hold you to them. Like, no, no, we believe this.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
You can't change. D. Yeah. So I think, you know, I just want people to know that.
Donald Stamper
Well, thank you for saying that.
Autumn
You're amazing at it.
Donald Stamper
And I do think, like, just even if someone, like, by all means, if someone actually, someone who listens reached out about coaching and they were like, I figured, you know, I didn't know if I'd hear back from you. And I'm like, girl, reach out. Shoot your shot always. And I definitely. I will respond and help if. If possible. But the thing that I love about deconstruction is it feels like when you're handling it on your own and there's something that just doesn't fit anymore, that it's going to be destruction, that everything is going to come crumbling down because this piece that feels like it's a pillar. But when you have someone who has also gone through that and understands that maybe it's like, for some reason, what comes to my mind is like a cheeseburger. And you're not going to throw the whole thing in the trash. You just have to take off one layer at a time until you get to the rotten tomato that you don't want on there anymore. And then you put everything that works back together. And it's not destruction, it's just you're deconstructing and reconstruct.
Autumn
Yeah, exactly.
Donald Stamper
So anyways. But I do. I love that we're having this conversation because I think that a lot of people get, like, these ideas and there. I remember when I was a kid and. And my dad loved me for sure. But he also was very practical when we were little about. Well, you know, he wanted us to work at General Motors like he did, because it was a sure thing and retirement and all this stuff. So we thought, thought, so we thought until it went away. And it's so cool. I've shared this before, but to hear my dad go from when we were little, saying, you know, you want to do A sure thing. And a lot of people want to be this or that. But a lot of people also fail to. When the rug was pulled out from under him, everything worked out. He's happier now in his job than he ever was before. And now he says nothing ventured, nothing gained. And that's what I'd say. You don't have to be the only person who, who does this work, but that doesn't mean that you're not needed in that space, whatever it is.
Autumn
Right.
Donald Stamper
And so take the step, take the leap.
Autumn
Yeah. My dad always said, do something you love, you'll never work a day in your life. And so yes, even on those long 17 hour days where, don't get me wrong, it feels very much like work. But there's all a sense of pride. Every time you get a thing done, you check it off the list. Do this. Okay, great. Like I did it. Oh, I did it again. Like go me. Hanging out at the pool is great. Relaxing and playing Vegas style games on my phone at the same time.

Yeah, but there is one, like one thing I will say is if the passion isn't there, if the fire isn't there, that's not the thing to pursue. And I like, I say that for a reason because it is so hard that if you don't love it, you're not going to probably, you're probably not going to stick with it. I. Okay, so like my son's friend, I'm not going to name who he's got this one friend who is just love the kid but like he's a year older than Dom so he's got to be like 18, maybe almost 19 now. This kid has a different business idea every week.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And, and tries to execute on it. At 19, I'm like, first of all, stop trying to be 35.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Like be n. And I don't say these things to him just so you know, but these are like in my head of like he's not trying, he's trying to be an entrepreneur but he's not trying to be an entrepreneur because he has something that he loves. He's trying to get rich quick.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
He's trying to find the thing that he could do real quick that's gonna make him all this money or get him all these connections. And I'm telling you, it feels like he's a 19 year old who feels like a 45 year old scammy sales.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Car guy. Okay. Like, that's how it comes across when he talks. And I just want to shake him so bad and be like, you're 19, by the way. Try everything. Try to figure out what it is. But. But wait till you find the thing.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
That you're. You have to create it. You can't not create.
Donald Stamper
Stop thinking about it.
Autumn
Yes. Like, don't be the person who's like, I'm gonna do this one thing. And then I don't want to say the things because if he happens to her, his mom happens to listen to the podcast, I don't want them to think I'm putting him down. I'm not. But I, I applaud his drive, but the focus needs to get honed and wait until he finds something that he's passionate about. And I think that happens at any age. Right. Like there's the, oh, my God, I just want to make money.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And then there's, oh, my God, I don't even care if this makes money. I have to create this.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
I wanted to make money, but I have to create this.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
And I think you'll always be more successful if you're coming from a. I have to create this place. Place. Because no matter where you land again, you're going to be so proud that you did it. Like, if this would have sold one six pack and it would have been to a family member, I would have been like, but I still did it.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
I took the idea from my brain and got it out there.
Donald Stamper
That's right.
Autumn
Like, that is a win in and of itself. Now the beverage line is doing really well, so I'm happy with that. But I'm just saying, like, like it's not, oh, I launched it and out of the gate, everything's great. And now everything's easy. In fact, now looking back, being six weeks in, I'm like, oh, development was so much easier than this because now you gotta scale. Now you gotta.
Donald Stamper
It's like when you're running on a hamster wheel and it starts going really fast.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
And you're like, oh, we're in it now.
Autumn
Yeah. This was much better to just get it going. Now I'm like, can't stop, won't stop. So no, I agree.
Donald Stamper
Like, really sit with things. Sometimes when I have song Ideas people are like, well, you should write it down. Or sometimes I'm like, let's see if I still have. Let's see if this still comes to me tomorrow.
Autumn
Right.
Donald Stamper
Because if not it obvious, it maybe wasn't that good. And I think if you're thinking about making a. Because also it's an investment minimum, it's an investment of your time. But that's valuable. We have families and friends and whatever we do to make money, whether self employed or a job. And also, you need to rest. I know it's not popular, but you need to rest. Autumn.
Autumn
I don't disagree.
Donald Stamper
Right. So really sit with something and be like, is this my passion? And if it's not, that's okay. Because it could be something that leads you to your passion.
Autumn
Right.
Donald Stamper
You know, and I've seen that happen in my life. That that's honestly a whole nother episode that sometimes saying yes to a thing, that's not the big thing, but it's a step. And then you take another step and another step and all of a sudden you'll be like, wow, how did I get here? Oh, yeah, yeah. Like, I'm ready to do this. So.
Autumn
Yeah. And as all learning experiences, you got to take that into, like, learn as much as you can along the way and be ready to learn all of that. Because like I said, if it's a new business that you haven't been in before, you don't know anything.
Donald Stamper
That's right.
Autumn
And don't assume you do. Do what you know is the idea you have and what you want to execute.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
But other than that, you don't know. And be okay with not knowing and be okay with asking for help and don't try to be the smartest person in the world and in the room. And don't be afraid to say, I don't know what that means. Oh my gosh. Let me just tell you the amount of times I've had to say to Daniel, like, especially when we're talking about finances and investment stuff, he'll be rattling off all these terms and I'm like, what does that mean?
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
So I don't know what that is. Like, because when we're putting the pitch deck together, like all, like all these things and. And he's going and doing certain number research because that's what he does. And he's come back and he's like, oh, the da da da and the da da da. And I'm like, huh, huh. And you know, you try not to sound stupid because you don't want to be like, why am I working with this girl? But I don't. Why would I know these things? Like, I wouldn't know market research on certain things. So I bring in somebody who does to make sure that I'm not.
Bretzky
Yeah.

Donald Stamper
So it is so refreshing to me when someone who asks the question. It's so nice to just be able to say, you know, I've actually never heard that.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
Before. And we feel for some reason this pressure to know everything. But it's really nice to be like, I don't have to know everything. I know what I need to and I'm going to learn what I need to.
Autumn
Yeah. You know, I want to say one other thing and then I don't know if, like we have other ideas or so. Okay. Okay.
Spinquest Promoter
So.
Autumn
Yes. So I have a friend, ex boyfriend actually from like, what's it been, 12 years now? Anyways. God. Yeah. Any.
Spinquest Promoter
He.
Autumn
He and his uncle were in the beverage industry in distribution for years. That, like, that's what he did. When I met him, I happened to run into him at the gym like six weeks ago. It was the first time I had seen him in 10 years. And to the point where I almost didn't recognize him, I was. Was like, is that Anthony? I think that's Anthony. Hi. Okay. Yeah, it's him. Anyways, haven't talked to him. And so the last couple days, it keeps coming in my head, like, you should just ask Anthony if you could pick his brain. Like about distribution and stuff. And I'm like, I don't know. Nothing ended on bad terms or anything. I just hadn't talked to him. I was like, this is gonna be weird. And so I shot him a text yesterday and I was like, hey, is this your number? Is this still your number? It's autumn. And he's like, it is. I'm like, okay. First, hi. Yeah, how are you? Hope you're doing well. This is probably very out of the blue, launched my beverage line. Wondering if I could pick your brain. He's a smart ass. So of course he had to come back with some smart ass shit. But fine. But anyways, text back and forth. Can I, can I pick your brain on this stuff? Yes. And on one hand he gave me some very helpful stuff. And then he also had reached out to a friend of his who's done like, like brand launches and stuff. And you have to remember too, when not everybody's going to see it the same way you do.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
And not everybody is going to blow. Like, not everybody's going to be like, that's the best thing ever. So the one friend that he sent the deck to that's done all this came back and was like, well, this and the name and blah, blah, like gets lost on the can and I don't know about this. And I was like, okay, hold on, I didn't ask for all that. Yeah, the beverage line is already launched.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
I am very happy with it. Like, there's reasons I did what I did with the name on the can and the design and everything. I want the can, I want the design to go. Like, people will know the name. Good Mood Brew. This can is going to stand out on a shelf.
Donald Stamper
Totally.
Autumn
Like, there were just certain things and for a split second I was super annoyed at it. And then I was like, autumn, it doesn't matter. First of all, that wasn't even. You don't even know who the person is that he asked for the advice for from. Appreciate that. He went and asked somebody else. Like, everybody's feedback is valuable. Like when somebody gives you feedback that feels negative, you don't have to take it personal.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
He was just giving feedback. Fine, great. I can do without what I want. I can look at it and go, okay, let me. If I want to adjust something later, I can. Or I can look at that and go, I appreciate that. That's. That's not what I wanted for this.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
But anyways, let's talk distribution. And. And great. Like, he had some really good ideas in terms of helping get the beverages out there and some other areas and stuff like that. But my point is, is that there will be people that won't get it. There will be people that look at whatever you create and it won't be their cup of tea. And that's fine too.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
So you're gonna have to have some thick skin because you could go ask somebody for advice or feedback thinking that you're gonna get something good back and you could get something a little. And then you're like, oh my God, is this A complete. Right. Like, you could spiral very quickly.
Donald Stamper
Totally.
Autumn
Especially if they catch you at the end of the night when you're tired. Like last night, I was like, oh, yeah, the game's already launched. And then I was like, okay, we're not going to let this get to us. So I think that's really important, too. You got to have some thick skin. You have to be able to weed through the feedback and go. That's valuable. That's helpful. Can I implement that? Do I want to implement that? That. Like you said, though, like, sometimes you were like, oh, maybe the producer knows better. But really you were like, oh, I held that note for half a second too long.
Donald Stamper
Right.
Autumn
If you could do it over, you would have changed it.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
Don't let, like, you've got the vision. So there's going to be pieces to take and there's going to be pieces to let go.
Donald Stamper
Right. And. And not stand your ground. That's a little dramatic. But you. That's the point of being a creator. And the difficult thing is when you're a creator, you see the thing exactly how you want it, whether you're creating an experience or an actual product or you. And so other people don't have that, and they might not catch the vision the same way, but it's still. You're the one creating it, that sees it. And I think it's important to stay fully committed to it. It. It's like people might have thought it was weird. Who has square hamburger patties? Wendy's or did they used to.
Autumn
White Castle White.
Donald Stamper
I don't think I ever ate at White Castle, but didn't expect you to say that.
Autumn
Did you go to. It was a college food. It was a.
Donald Stamper
It'll just. You didn't even have to eat it. Just slide right down.
Autumn
I don't even know what was in that. The little onions, literally.
Donald Stamper
But the point is, someone might think it's weird to have square hamburger patties.
Autumn
Right.
Donald Stamper
But that's your vision, and it also stands out. Thank you. Exactly. It's like choosing sometimes, like, if you're decorating your house, someone might come in there and hate the way you decorated it, but that's exactly the way that you wanted it. And you have to be that kind of person that says, all right, well, obviously you have an opinion. I didn't ask for it, but thank you, but. But it's what you want it to be. You're the creator, so really fully own your vision for that.
Autumn
Yeah. His one comment on the cans, I was like, really? You are literally the only person ever that has seen a photo of this can and not been like, that's beautiful.
Donald Stamper
Yeah, I think the cans are so pretty.
Autumn
He was like, oh, tell her the name gets lost on the can. And I was like, I don't think it does. You're looking at a pitch deck. And also, also, they're out.
Donald Stamper
So it makes me think of a Keeping Up a Kardashian episode when the Paris Hilton was in and she released a so. And it was when Kanye was on. He was like, oh, you know, and we could change this with the hook. And da, da, da, da. And Paris was like, well, it is released.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
Like, that's not the kind of advice I was asking for, but thank you.
Autumn
Thank you. But also, I was like, have you heard of the brand Alani? Like, ever? Look at Alani's cans? They don't even put their name on the can in the same font. Or sometimes it's horizontal, sometimes it's vertical. Like. And I'm like, like. And they just sold for, I think, like, $1.8 billion. I'm not worried about my name.
Donald Stamper
Yeah, thanks, buddy. But no, to your point, like, taking the advice that. That actually clicks.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
And you're like, wow, I needed to hear that. And there's other advice. It's not that someone's coming against you. It's just not for you. Don't pick it. Don't. Don't, like, leave it there.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
Don't carry it.
Autumn
If you've got 10 people all going, I don't know. And you're, like, just being stubborn again. You gotta pick. Who are you talking to? How is it resonating if everybody's like, I don't like the flavor? And you're like, well, I like the flavor. Well, you can't be the only one that likes the flavor. Or if somebody is like, I don't. Like. I don't know. Maybe you're designing a clothing line and everybody's like, I don't like the fit. And you're like, well, fits me well. Okay, well, if you're the only one buying it, fine.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
But you've got to make sure that you are considering. Considering the masses, if that is your goal.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
But not. It's not always. So I just think it's Thick skin is the point is of an entrepreneur 100. Yeah.
Donald Stamper
I've had a lot of fun talking about. I don't think we've ever talked about, like, the specifics of. Of that kind of thing. And I think if you're listening. What. Maybe you're not an entrepreneur, but you've thought about. About that, even if in part as a side thing, whatever it might be. And so I had a lot. I hope you found as a listener, I hope you found this interesting. And maybe we'll. If you have questions about that even diving in more, hit us up. We'd love to continue talking about it.
Autumn
And I also want to say one other thing. If you have a friend or a family member that is an entrepreneur, understand how much went into that and show some love, show some support, like, like totally. However that is, like whatever they're doing, whether it's just cheering them on or like when the launch happens or buying what, sharing, like all of those things. Because I think you know a lot. Most people know somebody who's an entrepreneur and sometimes you don't think about how
Donald Stamper
much your support there.
Autumn
Yeah. Them pouring their heart and soul into it and how much that little bit of acknowledgment or something like that means totally and it means the world. Every little like this is, you know, you're putting yourself out there. So every little drop of confidence boost that you give to somebody is. It's so easy to overlook, but it's also so easy to do and could keep that person hanging on when maybe they are doubting themselves.
Donald Stamper
Right. Absolutely. So gas up your friends, like, and support what they're doing. 100%.
Autumn
Yeah.
Donald Stamper
100.
Autumn
But this has been fun. So, yeah, I'm always all about, listen, I love talking business. I don't feel like I talk about it as much considering how many business as I run.
Donald Stamper
Yeah.
Autumn
So I'm down.
Donald Stamper
