Jessica
Find your authenticity. Find what is in value with you.
Lacy
What makes us so freakishly authentically us is going to be rewarded. And I do have to say, everything I've heard from this new paradigm, it's already fucking happening.
Jessica
How to live in integrity in the new paradigm while we're still existing in the old one. If you feel like you are between two worlds, you were caught sort of contemplating I want this, but I feel like I have to show up like this. If you feel the shoulds coming up stronger than ever, you're trying to really understand your unique authentic path to the life you truly want. If you're even questioning your desires and your wants of. Is this coming from alignment and is this coming from ego? And can. Can I really want for this? Can I really strive for this? Why is it not happening in the timeline I want? And why do I feel so conflicted about this next identity that I'm being called to? You're not alone. We're truly between two worlds right now. And so many people have messaged me this week being like, the tests are insane. The split is real. Like we are facing new and deeper and more authentic versions of ourselves. They are knocking at our door asking to come through. And we're having to figure out how do we make space for those parts of ourselves to pull through and really honor and listen to them. So in this episode we're gonna break down what this transition really looks like, how Lacy and I are both navigating it personally and what you can do now to start living in that new paradigm energy without blowing up your entire life and not still operating the things that we need to operate in the old paradigm in order to survive and have our needs met. And one tool that's going to be extremely helpful for all of this is our nervous system. Reset those short DI's, there's eight of them in there. They're all 10 minutes or less are going to help you come back to self. So when things feel like too much, when you just feel physically overwhelmed, when you're questioning that test or trigger, when you don't know what is the road map for me, what is my truth, what do I need to stand in? It will be your medicine back to self aspiration. Especially as you're navigating this in between threshold of how you need to show up and how you want to conduct business and how you want to navigate friendships and relationships. I feel like all of that is in a period of questioning and restructuring and just getting connected with what a deeper version of all that looks like in our lives. And I really really especially the nervous system tools right now can just get you back to baseline so you can even hear or what your higher self is trying to say or communicate to you. And one fun feature I wanted to share with you guys, I don't know if you know this but we have a members only email so if you are a TBM member you're automatically enrolled. And on Mondays we drop protocols for Di's exercises, journal prompts, workshops, different tools based off of what we're seeing come up in the community. So if you want access to that and to know what tools to use, check out your inbox if you're already a member. Or you can use code expanded for 20 off your first month of the pathway and utilize Take advantage of all these tools right now to help you come back to center. Stay tuned for the end of the episode because I'm going to give you some principles or themes that we're starting to notice with this new paradigm that could really help you navigate. Enjoy. Lacy
Okay, you were just catching us up, Jessica. Yes. All this tension I had like neck
Jessica
tension, which I also realized for our nervous system regulation people that sometimes when you're in fight or flight or in high stress, you stop the blood flow to the neck right behind like the nape of the neck. And so when we say like look around the room, the orientation practices in the DI that releases blood flow back to the part of the neck and then also the Vs, like anything that stimulates the vagal nerve or even like looking up to the side, stretching your neck, it brings blood flow back to tell your body, like, okay, we're not in fight orf flight anymore. We can release it. So if you're someone who gets neck tension, those practices are huge.
Lacy
Yeah, I'm the person who does whenever anything happens. It all goes in my shoulders and neck. Everyone's like my stomach, which I know is a very common one for anxiety and everything, but mine's just like same.
Jessica
I'm curious, have energy healers ever told you that you have cords, like people are connected to you through the, through that area?
Lacy
Never that area. Just orally, but never. They've never said specific. I mean I've had so much, so many people. I'm sure at some point somewhere. But I'm always like listening to like queuing on the things that resonate the most. So I probably. But what did yours say when that
Jessica
I, I've had, I just have sessions before where they're like, oh my God, you have so many people are connected to you through your neck and like you need to like cut the cord and like disconnect with love. Like clearing or a DI is like I always think about releasing especially if I have tension or energy there. I'm like okay, disconnect. Not on my shoulders. Not. Not connected to me. All of that.
Lacy
My greatest one because I. I feel like I have to empty out daily is I have to imagine it's like Archangel's not even cutting it anymore. I've actually. I had this really crazy thing that happened. I've been having a lot of psychic tune up and turn on out of just random stuff. And one of which recently, like three weeks ago when I was in deep meditation, these crystal beams came to me without. Oh my gosh. I can only just recognize the crystal energy they were a part of. I haven't really worked with crystals in a long time, but I'm so versed in them. And then I've been having to bring them in to help clear because they're so angelic, they're so high vibration and that they basically. I have to see a vacuum. Yeah. Because I don't know about you, but cord cutting it never for me personally never actually. I always feel it like wanting to reattach or stitch. It doesn't like vacuum. Like I cut and then I like vacuum everything out.
Jessica
Yeah. When we do in the clear your or Di when it has the vacuuming section, I envision it vacuuming up the energy pockets. And then the other thing I'll do too is I almost imagine something. Someone giving me an imaginary lymphatic massage.
Lacy
No, that's the best my version and we have that in many DI's is like warm honey to calm my whole nervous system. And it's like going through every single nervous system connection to just for that tension.
Jessica
Wow.
Lacy
So it's similar and I love that someone's giving you a lymphatic.
Jessica
I'm like just take all every attention out. Like just release it. Yes.
Lacy
Well wait, you were saying though then you did the DI's after the tension.
Jessica
Yes. Okay, so the week that we're recording this is the week that I'm sure you guys have heard about like the new moon, Aries, the stellium, the Cellium I think is we looked online is supposed to be there until June 7th. So you may still be feeling this intensity or this energy. But I posted on my stories actually. I was like, is anyone feeling like a deep clearing this week? Stuff needs to clear off. And everyone was like, yes. Holy. What's going on? So I did the unblocked DI yesterday and I love the longer ones like the unblocked or the inner child. Cuz I treat them now as like my special sessions. I have 30 minutes. I'm going to shut the door. I'm like, going to be in my zone, nobody bother me, versus, like, the shorter ones I'll do on walks or, like, throughout the day. But like, those. And even worst case scenario, I'm like, I want to be alone. Like, I'm treating it like I. I booked a session with myself.
Lacy
It's a deep healing session.
Jessica
Yes. Yes. So I did that yesterday and then I did the inner child one today. And I didn't even have an intention for going in there. I was like, whatever wants to come up, just come up. And this memory from childhood came up that I've gone over a million times, and I saw it through this new lens with my inner child was like, I took away that. I feel like I messed up this and I should have done this. And I was like, what? Like, I did not realize. I thought that obviously that wasn't my, like, responsibility to handle. I was a kid. Like, holy crap, I can't believe I. This makes so much sense for how many things have shifted in my life in this way. But it was so, like, what? Like, there's still more things down there that I don't know. So. Shocked.
Lacy
No, it's wild. It just. The uncovering is constant. And it's like when we evolve, it's a new layer because it's. Yeah, it's just. It's interesting. I experience that all the time with things that I've totally looked at millions of times before. And it's like as we mature and have new perspectives and new awareness of what is conscious around a situation, our subconscious allows us to see more underneath some. It's wild. So I think that's amazing. Do you feel like it shifted a lot?
Jessica
It shifted a lot. And it also was like. It was so, like, internalized shame. I felt like, oh, my God, I failed at doing this for, like, my mom in this way. And that's so not true. I know my mom doesn't see it that way. My adult self doesn't see it that way. But my inner child, even to get to hear her speak on it, I was like, I didn't know you were carrying this. Like, I didn't even know you had this wound in there. It was funny. Daniel was like, well, that makes sense because you hate being in trouble and, like, that leans on that, so. And I was like, oh, maybe that's where that's from.
Lacy
Completely. No, I have the same. And I hate confrontation. I hate. It's like, oh, that feeling. So I'm sure I have a lot more to dig into
Jessica
okay, we have to dive into all of this. So this conversation of the New Paradigm, if you were at tour with us, you know that we've started talking about this so much. You can check out episodes we've had with Jenna Zoe where we break down the main premise of it. We've talked about it this year. It was actually one of our most popular episodes where we broke down the energetics of New Paradigm at the top of the year. But right now I feel like a lot of people are struggling to live in their authenticity, to live in their integrity, but then also be existing inside this old framework. The framework hasn't shifted yet. And the ways that we're going about and we've been voice noting about this, but like the ways that we used to go about, okay, if I just do this and this will come quickly and things aren't moving as quickly for people and they're kind of like, okay, so should I just go back to this old programming way of doing it or do I, like, stay the course? And I feel like a lot of people are feeling that tug. I mean, I even think about so many voice notes and chats I'm having with friends that they're really trying to figure out, I want to be in my integrity, I want to be in alignment, but, like, I also have to pay the bills or I also have to do this. Where do I know how I can compromise? So we wanted to kind of unpack and talk about this two worlds dynamic, staying in alignment, all the things.
Lacy
Yeah, it's interesting because I talk with Jenna Zoe all the time about it. I've been digesting what she has been saying for so long now, but really listening in the last year, I would say, especially when all the strep channeling came through last year and it really aligned with so much of the new paradigm. And like Year of the Snake, it was all just so in alignment. And I think when I started to experience really heavy stripping the fires, there were so many things that hit right at one time. And this is how I've always been as a person. I think it's my Capricorn Moon. I mentioned this, but I love to heed advice from those I deem wise or correct way ahead of the time. So, like, I always think back to even when I was in high school, like in a really small cowboy town, that nobody was tuning into this. But I remember that commencement speech that Baz Lierman then made into a song. And it's like always where Sunblock, I think, was the song's name in the speech. And I listened to all of that and I was like, okay, check, check, check, check, check, check. I'm just gonna do all those things. And I am that type of person and it's really gone a long way for me. In fact, I've done it all through my life. Whenever I would hear financial advice and I'd be like, oh, I don't even have money yet, but I'm going to heed that when I do. And similarly, it really resonated as of the last year with all the stripping messaging coming through, aligning with the new paradigm. I started to think, oh, I'm going to be a really early adopter of this. And I have been. And so things have felt at ease for me. But I know there are things that I still have to be in the old paradigm of about. And so the thing I've been telling people is, yeah, right now we're still in the in between transitional phase and you have to work. Like, we just, I mean, you don't really have to, right? You could like just fucking move off grid and do all the whatever things. But so I've been telling people, you do have those things. Like you, you do have to work in this moment until more clarity is coming through in the time that you have free time, what's the steps are we each taking to really move into alignment with the new paradigm? I've been loving the content Jenna's been sharing on her substack about the new paradigm. And frankly, I think it's, it's really scary for a lot of people because what a lot of the new paradigm asks of one is to drop the egoic. It doesn't mean drop your desires or who you are, your gifts, or the things you're led by. It's really, quite frankly, going to make you drop all of your shadows, all of the masks you've put on to please other people and to be loved and doing things in the way you think you have to do them to be successful because it's just going to be a new playing field. From everything you know, I've digested. What are your thoughts?
Jessica
Yes, I mean, 100%. I mean, okay, even, let's go into what are we categorizing as old paradigm? What are we categorizing as new paradigm? This concept of old paradigm is very linear, structured. You go to school, you get a job, you work up the corporate ladder. You trade your time and effort and energy for money. You aren't rewarded for doing things that are your passions that you Want to do that you love, you're rewarded for grind, effort, hustle, force. It's also this concept that you're honestly, it's a scarcity concept. You're always without, you're always in lock. You need to get more money. Once you have money, it can get taken from you. If you have money, it's taken takes away from someone else that doesn't have money. There's this balancing of the scales constantly. It feels like a rat race. It feels like you're just in this maze of sorts of like you have to keep going and going and going. It's like survival of the fittest in a lot of ways.
Lacy
Well, there are a lot of the concepts too that we're moving into the individual era. So in this prior era, it was a lot of structures that were in play as sort of safety. So it was like having corporations, having government, having a health care system, a school system. And a lot of that is going to be moving, like crumbling essentially, not overnight, but it will in various facets. And basically it's moving to the individual. And so that means relying on each other and getting back into community, following our truth, following our gifts. From my understanding and a lot that I digest too from from Jenna is like, basically it's really in alignment truly with the Aquarian age. That old Piscean patriarchal way of living seems like it's moving into more of this Aquarian, more conscious, like, can't hide the bullshit any more meaning, like the government's not going to be able to pull the wool over people as much anymore. There's not going to be, not as much corruption is going to be acceptable anymore in the new paradigm. So there's this big sense of purity and living out your truth, living out your gifts and living out your purest authenticity. You're confronting who you are at your deepest core, which is only. It's all we've ever been asking for
Jessica
alignment before you cross your list. Step one. Yeah, and the, and the other aspect of the new paradigm, and this is something we had Elizabeth Ralph on Spiritual Investor and she talked about and this really clicked for me. She's like, look, it's not like the new paradigm is going to come in and everything of the old paradigm is going to leave. Both will be operating at once. What room do you want to be in? Because for a long time the old paradigm ways, if you want to trade your time for money and go that route, you can get returns. Like you can get success in that way. And it's just going to Deplete you in a way that it maybe hadn't in the past. It's going to cost something. Whether it's like your life force, your joy, your, you know, the compromises will be starker as a way to invite you to be like, hey, there is a more easeful way of doing this. Step into this way of operating, and it's challenging. It sounds like having a more easeful life where we're all in more harmony and more balance would be like the easiest thing in the world. It's so confronting to get there and to also get there while everyone else is still operating. You almost feel delusional. You're like, what am I? Am I crazy? Like, why do I even think this is an option? Look how the whole world is operating. And so I've definitely felt like this back and forth where it's like my soul knows it wants to live in this direction. And then in those times of fear or scarcity, or you second guess yourself, you're like, okay, wait, am I crazy? Like, should I even be pursuing this? Like, should I just go back to the. And then you're like, okay, wait, no, let's drop it all. Listen to the heart. And I think that actually is the thing that everyone needs to, like, grasp their connection to right now. Because I think as we tread both lanes, there's going to be a million people telling you a million things and it's going to be like, okay, so I need to do this or I need to do that. Actually, no, you need to figure out what your truth is and what your line of what is ego, what is shadow, what is true? You, what brings you joy. You can only define that for yourself. Find your authenticity, find what is in value with you and stop looking to other people to model, okay, that person's values. That I need to follow this path. That person does this, I have to follow this path. Tune out and like, tune in.
Lacy
I do think that where we will see this, and I think we're starting to already see this die off more and more. The hooks, the filters, the fillers are gonna step as humans, I think as this consciousness moves quickly and upgrades us unconsciously, I think we're just going to have a lot of reflection on what's real and what isn't. And I think what isn't real and serving everybody is going to definitely become very uninteresting overnight. Being able, like you're saying, to have awareness of how to be in both worlds is going to be huge. And I think the big thing that I come back to is like the new paradigm is nothing we've ever experienced before. And in fact, to fear what's coming in any way, shape or form is crazy because we only know in this like dog eat dog old paradigm world how things work. So it seems like anything beyond this way of living that we've all had to sort of master or not master in an effort just to survive and thrive, and that's suddenly not going to be applicable. So when we hear these predictions in the new paradigm of how cheap things truly will be because of potential tech booms and robots and such taking over a lot of the work, that doesn't sound that crazy. AI is already doing it. The level of which people are getting laid off, it's already doing it. But then there's that flip side to it. When AI starts to take over a lot of things and quite literally robots start to do a lot of the work. That means costs come down tremendously on stuff because things become a lot more affordable since there aren't wages being paid to something. So there is this thought where it's like, oh, that all sounds insane and scary, but it's already actually happening. So for instance, Max's boxing instructor, he, who I work with sometimes too, he came over.
Jessica
Everyone was obsessed with this boxing video of you.
Lacy
I.
Jessica
They were like, Lacy looks so chic and she's boxy.
Lacy
Like what is. It's the most nervous system regulating thing in the world because it's like you're, it's like the pushing exercise, you're like releasing and then there's this hand eye coordination to it. It's wild how. Yeah, how wonderful it is. But he quite literally is working for a company who uses robots to build houses. It's a robot that frames and does everything and there's this massive commission of them and the Palisades and Altadena and so this stuff isn't wild and it's going to happen like that, you know, and so when I hear like Jenna predicting these things or other people predicting, like even a lot of the tech world's predicting this as well. It's like we can't sit here and be scared of what that will be because we only know the way things operate in the old paradigm. And so the only thing we can all do is quite literally what you said. The more we can find our truth and our truest authenticity and operate from that place in our free time, the easier this transition is going to be for us. And what I've personally been finding since starting to adopt that early last year. I've never fucking been happier in my mind because I'm. I'm spending any of my free time doing anything that lights me up and not. It doesn't cost the stuff. Everybody's different, what their things will be, but at this moment, mine's like writing letters and spinning and knitting and, you know, that's my version of my truth in this moment and this season. It's what is everybody else's. Mine's like being deeply connected to the earth, deeply in nature right now, deep presence as much as possible with my children. How can we all start listening to our truth and following that in the times of which we don't have these commitments to survive, which is usually our job, or whatever, whatever social media is for us in this moment or, or any of that type of stuff. So we've been talking about this forever at tbm, but it's asking such a deeper level of uncovering and truth and trust than ever before. Because it's like, oh yeah, I'm authentic. I'm authentic in what I, you know, and it's like, are you. Because the world's going to move at such a pace that's going to be like, are you authentic? Like, as authentic as possible. And Jenna said that in one of her last posts. Authentic is going to be currency in the new paradigm. Authenticity is currency.
Jessica
I think that's the question people are asking too. They're like, can I still have the life I want without betraying myself to get it? And what do I have to do to have the life I want? Like, I have passions, desires. I think even the way people go about approaching their. You were talking about this and we were starting to talk about this. But the way people approach their manifestations I think will shift from very concrete. My thought is. And I want to hear yours too, Lacey, on this. But like, my thought is they're going to move from. And they've already been kind of doing this from like, I want X material thing to like scrap that. What is the truth underneath that? Because if you go for that, that's going to change by tomorrow. And then you just wasted all this effort trying to get that thing. Or. But what is actually the root underneath it? I want to grow to X amount of followers.
Lacy
Why?
Jessica
That's who care. The Instagram could go away tomorrow. What do you actually want? Do you want a community you can talk to? Do you want to connect with like minded people? Like, what do you really want? Or when people are like, I want to make a million dollars, why okay, what if a million dollars was a hundred dollars tomorrow? What if the whole market changed? Great, now you have a hundred dollars. What do you want to do with that? What do you think that that material thing will get you? And I think the more people can be like, really questioning that on their list, more and more, the easier it's going to be to connect with it, because they don't have to do the song and dance of like, this is the only route I can get it from. What are you seeing with manifestations in this lane?
Lacy
I think that all that, and I also think we're gonna have to listen deeper to every day waking up and being like, God, universe, what do you want from me? I think that's gonna change. And I think people sitting there like, oh, why not get the life I want anymore? No, I think God and the universe is gonna take you to the life you want about 10 times faster if you're operating from that way. So it's not really like, I'm not gonna have attachment. I'm gonna be Buddhist and I'm not gonna want for anything. That's not what I'm saying, what whatsoever. I'm saying that I think pings are going to become how we called and things before prior. We had strong intention and we wanted this. I think pings are going to be our new level of calling in manifestations that's going to guide us to them a lot faster. And so I think, personally, I could be really wrong about this, But I think in the new paradigm, all of us are going to serve very specific purposes because it is that individual era right now. We really are just kind of cogs in a wheel. At the end of the day, we really are. We all in a collective consciousness just are playing our role. And that's true, I think, in the new paradigm, but I think we're going to get into a space where our deepest gifts and truths and what makes us so freakishly authentically us is going to be so rewarded. And when I say rewarded, it's different, in my opinion, than the old paradigm, where it's like, oh, that means I'm going to be rich and famous and blah, blah, because, right, that's all we're ever really chasing in the old paradigm, most of us, that's really because we didn't have enough growing up and we didn't get the love we wanted growing up and the blah, blah, blah. I think there's such a deeper layer of truth that's going to be asked of us. Jenna talks about this a lot that she thinks there's going to be a huge existential crisis for so many people in the new path paradigm. The people that are all living their life in that way. I want to be rich, famous and successful. Whatever version of that is right, Like I want the mansion or I want the thing or the blah. Even if it's on a small level where it's like I want to be the healer in my community so everybody knows about it's. All of that is so old paradigm to me. I think the deeper level of like beauty that seems like it's going to come from this is okay. If you've never wanted for any of that and you just know you're going to have it if you are so truly yourself doing the things that make you the absolute happiest. And like, let's take the prediction that everything's going to cost so little, so you're not going to have to spend your whole life working all the time just to survive anymore. It means you're actually going to be this like beautiful flower in the world that's different than every other flower. And you, whatever your gift is of that flower, whatever your medicine is to give to the world and whatever your color is and your coloring, that's going to play a therapy in the world. And you get to just do that and your needs are met and you get to have a ripple effect in the world because of that. Is that not the deepest exhale you've ever heard in your life? Right, so, and I, I've played in the old paradigm just like everybody else. You know, I was healing my inner child by trying to become a public figure unknowingly but knowingly being a public figure, wanting a lot of money, public figures, just because I wanted to be loved and connect with people, right? Wanting a lot of money. I didn't have any growing up and I wanted security. When we can take the invitation that's probably going to be offered to us over and over and over again in various forms of stripping this year, I don't see the stripping in individually being as intense as it was last year. Because I think last year was like such a reckoning of energy shifting. I think this year it's a lot more internal than it's going to be external. It seemed like there was so much external stripping for people last year. And I think if we take those invitations less as an existential crisis of like, can I give up my need to want to be famous or want to be whatever our version versions of these things are and Just listen to what the universe is asking of me. Day by day, the pings I'm receiving and when I'm not receiving, the clarity in my free time, totally immersing myself in the things that light me up and then this added piece of. And we should really have a deeper conversation on this one. Am I in integrity everywhere? I think that formula is going to lead us into, if we can really accept the invitation, if we can really go there, the deepest bliss, ease, happiness, all of that energy.

If there was one practice that I could recommend to you that has transformed my life more than anything else, it has been the 2B magnetic work. Obviously, I may be biased because I am the Chief Content Officer, I'm the host of the podcast, I develop all the workshops with the brand. But it is also the tool that has helped my life the most. When I am in a season of doubt, when I'm in a season of fear or tests or triggers, when I am trying to get clarity on my next chapter, when I'm trying to design a life for my future, that I want to be really deeply connected to my soul, to my potential, to my purpose, to my ambition. TBM houses all the tools and workshops that you need to connect to deeper to yourself and not let your past patterning, your past programming, your limiting beliefs run the show anymore. Because every time I get tripped up on one of those things, it is always younger versions of myself coming in, taking the driver's seat and running rampant. And until I can connect with them through the TBM work and really learn to process it in a new way and recontextualize the things, that is when my life actually shifts and I reprogram my neural pathways to be in alignment with what I truly want, which is how you manifest. If you are interested in joining the pathway, we have a special offer for our podcast guests where you can get the first month for $20 and then join our annual membership. You can use this work through our various workshops that we teach you how to manifest. We go through an inner child program. There's a shadow program, one for rut, rock bottom, money, love, you name it. Or you can use it as a daily tool to reprogram in the moment issues as they come up to reset your nervous system, give you high self worth, reconnect with your magnetic self, or talk to your inner child part that may be in the way and running the show and self sabotaging. So if you're getting the ping to join tbm, now's the time and you can use code Expanded all caps E X P A N D e D for $20 off your first month to join the pathway. Okay, this is giving me so many aha moments as you're talking. And I think one thing that is, like, starting to crystallize is when people think about their dreams right now, I could see them being like, oh, my God, am I coming from ego? And does that mean I'm not going to have it? And is it, like, futile to even try to have these things? And they shut down their desire for it at all. But in shutting down their desire, they're also shutting down a truly authentic part of them that wants something that's connected to that desire. So anyone listening, it's not that your dream or your manifestation or anything is wrong. It's how you go about it and the story underneath that, playing out of what it needs to specifically look like is what needs to shift. I'll share from, like, my YouTube perspective. Right there is this world where I could have said, and this was not my intention with the YouTube, but I could have said, like, I want a YouTube so I can have the biggest YouTube and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. My ego could have said that what I actually wanted and what I. Why I think it kept pinging to me for a year before I even took action on it, because I kept shutting it down. Like, this isn't. This isn't going to monetize. Like, I don't know what I'm doing. This. Why do you want me to make this? Is. Isn't this ego based? I really question myself so many times with the YouTube. Is like, is this ego based? Am I trying to be seen? Like, what is this thing? This is creative expression. Like, just go from that place. So had I wanted the YouTube to be, like, the biggest thing in the world, the way I would have built it, structured it, talked about it, did, it would have been a very different path than being like, this is creative expression and I need to get everything else out of the way so I can let my, like, artist part express and do its thing. And it has felt so good. And the way that it has grown and built conversation and community, which was the whole point, having this space where I could talk about these other things and express in this way. It is checking every single box. It's not monetizing, but it was never a thing to monetize, you know, so. But the energy that that portal is giving me is fueling so many other pockets of my life. It's that energy that is lighting me up. So much is a, an energy exchange. Whereas like in the past we're like oh, I can only do it if it's going to monetize or can only do it if it's going to be so big. What if the value you get from doing that is so much greater than those external things? And guess what, my needs are met in other ways because I get to bring that energy somewhere else.
Lacy
This is such in my opinion. Again I would love to hear experts thoughts on this. All I can listen to is my intuition. But in my opinion this is the perfect foot in both worlds and similar to me. So what I'm getting out of like learning to spin from the fiber of my animal. I'm not making any money money off of that. I'm certainly not making any followers or fame off of that. But the level of how lit up I am doing this along with all these other like such random creative expressions, it's so wild because I think back to myself as a child like growing up on a cattle ranch and then also to me in my early 20s when I first started my blog and that's I just wanted to be gardening and knitting and and I was like deep in astrology and working with the moon and just like this purest place of my legacy. I think as my lineage is a better way to put it, as just a magic worker and a healer. All of this is bringing insane peace to my life, insane joy, a level of light and filled up in a way I can't even express. And then I have my foot still in the world with the market, with real estate, with the company. Like it's the beautiful way to be in both worlds still. And so like let's just take your YouTube example and that your passion for how you serve the community at TBM. Let's take both of those now. Let's skip to 10 years from now and let's say all of this money you've made from TBM and investing and whatever ever, it's almost valueless in a way because things are so affordable, they're so cheap. Through community, needs are being met, things are being taken care of and all you really have to do at that point is live out a passion and to serve.
Jessica
That is my ultimate dream, isn't it?
Lacy
Most people, you know what I mean?
Jessica
Ultimate, ultimate dream.
Lacy
So that's where it's like who knows what this is truly all going to look like. The only data we have have is what raw channeled and the people that are channelers of human design. But I my Intuition, listening to the calls that are coming through right now are feeling good and in alignment. And I do have to say, everything I've heard from this new paradigm, it's already happening. You know, I think Jenna, I'm, I'm totally paraphrasing this, but a few posts back on Substack, she had this thing where she talked about, yeah, just finances aren't going to be the end all, be all. And she was like, what if you're a nurse who you have a robot that can build your house and you no longer have to have a car payment because you can just walk out and pick on the street what car you want to rent for the day, any of your dream cars, and they're just a day rate. And I forget all of the other things she put in that. But her being a nurse is just her greatest serving and love of what she, she does. And so she doesn't have to worry about making her life work anymore. She can just serve. I think the level of calling in manifestations, yes, I think we're all going to still have our desires. I don't think the ones that are out of ego are going to be met as much. I really don't. I know it's happened for me, but the universe has given me many material things I've asked for and then I've gotten them and I'm like, oh, that's not what I even really wanted. That was just to heal and inner child wound. Right. I don't think that's going to be the case as much in the new paradigm. But I also think those of us who are early adopters and who are stepping up and getting so true with ourselves and feeling the uncomfortability, like when I post a video on Instagram of spinning and like it doesn't get the likes that it used to. And even some followers drop off being okay with that because knowing that I'm adopting this level of deep truth in myself and a lot of people aren't, they haven't caught up with that yet. A lot of people don't even know this stuff exists. This, this stuff's going to happen and it's going to be so confronting to people who don't have access to this information. But being so okay with being in that limbo is, I think, really, really powerful right now. Because I think the greatest thing we can do to prepare for this is really survey what in our life is not truth. And we have this in almost every workshop. But it's like we had to really, really really get to the truth of what we're wanting. That's not authentic. And this is like the perfect place to do this in. And I believe that everything we've ever wanted is going to be granted in the new paradigm. Everything we've ever truly wanted from a healed, integrated whole, worthy, our soul, essence, wants, will be granted. But I don't know how much of the we do just to be loved is going to be granted. And I think the we're going to get that we really want is going to be 10 times better than what we ever wanted, just to be famous and loved, or whatever our version of that is.
Jessica
I think the thing that's, that's also illuminating to me right now is that these side passions that we're talking about, like you, your knitting and this YouTube creation and all this stuff, there is zero financial expectation or pressure on it. There's no conversation around that that is helping expand our psyche of what it feels like to create, to serve, to do something that feels rewarding, that we're not doing it solely out of. I have to do it for survival. I have to do it to make money. I have to do it for whatever. Because any job that anyone has right now, they'd be lying if they said they were purely doing it from a soulful place. Like, you need money to survive. You can be as aligned as you want, but at the end of the day, if you don't have the money, you can't pay the people. It's not a business, you know, you can't pay your taxes. You can't. We live in that society still. So how beautiful that we get to see what would it feel like to express, to creatively explore where money wasn't a factor, where that limitation was removed, and you get to just feel what it feels like to be in your pure, channel your pure creativity. I think that's what, you know, spending. You were saying, I was like, what's the best way for people to do this? Like, they can't cover up their whole life and be like, let's move into this 24 7. They still have to pay their bills. You said, find the pockets in the day, in the afternoon, in the hobby, in the little moment. So in these little moments, we're learning what the energy exchange feels like to do something purely for us, purely because we got the ping to do it, we got excited to do it, we're spending time doing it. And it's almost like building our muscle for if and when that time switches with the old paradigm. We know how to operate there. We know what feels good, we know what's correct for us and we can have joy in that. But if everything we're doing is thinking from this lens of is this helping, getting me closer to really, I mean, financial safety, financial security, which everyone wants. Because you can't really, I mean, hierarchy of needs. You can't think about self actualization if you can't pay your bills. You gotta be able to do that first. So it's like that resource.
Lacy
You have to be resourceful to do that.
Jessica
Do what you need to do in this world to operate how you need to operate as close to your authenticity, as close to your integrity as possible without compromising your values. But then in those little pockets, listen to those pings. What wants to come through you, what wants to be expressed, what wants to be seen? And I also think too, you know, with we're in an age of social media and everyone's sharing online, I think that shows up there too. Where are people showing up because they're looking for that financial transaction or are they showing up out of pure cre. Like I just freaking love this thing and I want to talk about it and I want to share, you know, and like your voice matters and what you say matters and all of those things. So I don't know, I just feel like there's this beautiful imitation right now for people to be like, who am I really? Like, let's open up my soul. What wants to come out from there and how do I want to express whether that is even if you want to be an actor, do improv for fun, or if you want to do an art project. My mom found something on Instagram where it was like a cardboard cutout where it had little holes like bouquets. And you go on a nature walk and you put the flowers in the cardboard. And her and her friend Anna, who I think is also a tbmer, went and did this walk and I was like, that is so cute and pure and beautiful that like my mom is just doing this like flower. Like what are those things for? You listen to them, you know, they're not things to brush off right now.
Lacy
I agree. And I think the integrity piece, we can give that a little air time because that seems to be so. That seems to be like a good anchor. And I think when a lot of us hear integrity, especially like in the States, growing up in a puritanically founded country, it just means something, I think a little bit different. It sounds daunting, it sounds like shameful, like, oh my God, am I doing anything in integrity. And I think when we can actually look through the lens of manifestation, what we're talking about is anything you're doing in your world, your day, outside of what you have to do to survive in this moment, moment and the transition period. But anything else, is there any conflict inside of yourself with what you're doing? What would be examples of that that you know of or have heard of in the community?
Jessica
I mean, even when it comes to people looking at their manifestations, I feel like there's inner conflict.
Lacy
Yeah.
Jessica
There's such a fear for people even naming what they actually really want because even there's fear of like the ego. I have so many people that have told me like, oh, I wish I could create online or share my art or do this, but like, I, I don't want to be like a ego driven person. And I'm like, but is it on your heart? Are you interested in doing that? Like, what, what is the route of doing that? And I think sometimes internally, when we have those protector parts or we've had a critical parent or we've had society shame us for something, there's a part of us that says, in order for me to be safe and loved, I cannot do that. So we hold it back. But then there's that other part that's like, wait, but I really, really want this. Am I allowed to have it? I see that come up so much
Lacy
and I think when I think of the energetic of integrity, it's just that it's when you're at odds with something you're wanting or doing or. And you're like, oh, I have to do it for this, but I really want this. Or I really want to do this thing, but I don't deserve this thing, you know? And so that back and forth. I think we need to clean up. So it's like, if you're outside of a challenge cycle with us, that's a really good thing to be looking at. Is just kind of taking maybe. Are we, we're thinking to maybe do a version of this in our upcoming challenge.
Jessica
Oh, it is. It's huge. It's a good piece. Yeah.
Lacy
So you don't worry. Tools are coming out on this and the summer, but it's like really starting to bring awareness, you know, like when I did scene study and acting and you're studying scripts and stuff or plays, there's always the subtext, what's being said, but what's actually being said beneath it. And so it's like start kind of just having awareness of the subtext of every relationship you have in your life, Everything you're doing, everything you're wanting. You know, if I look at the. The relationships I have in my life, even, like, ones that support me, and in my heart I'm like, oh, I feel bad that someone's supporting me. What. What's that about? You know what I mean? It's like, I'm a mom who needs help right now in my life. Before having kids, I had one day a week that someone would help me clean the house. So it's like getting really clear on those exchanges and relationships and friendships. Who are you friends with? But you have all the stuff you judge about them. I'm having to look at that with myself lately, and it's like, I don't want that. That in there anymore. I don't want that noise. It's like, I have to clean all that up. So I think that's a really good. When someone's like, oh, I don't. Jessica and Lacey are talking about these, like, passions they want to do in their off time, and I just can't even think of what mine would be. This is a really good focus. I think integrity is going to really play a part in the new paradigm. Of what? Of us landing exactly where we want to be. And our heart, like, our soul, wants to be doing what we want to be doing.
Jessica
There is so much to say on this topic. I'm sure we're going to have more episodes on this. But talk about, like, pings coming through. Like, this is what we want you to talk about. This has been coming through everywhere.
Lacy
We should do a whole episode on
Jessica
this one a hundred percent. Because I. I really feel like the piece of integrity, especially how it relates to manifestation. If you have those inner conflicts, it is distorting your signal totally. You have energy towards the desire of something you want, even for you. Lacy. Like, okay, I want to feel held by the support I have, but if a part of you is like, oh, I should feel bad for having this, then it's going to come out wonky. And then you don't want to receive all of the goodness fully and letting it land in your body and being like, nothing in the dynamic needs to change except for getting to that place of acceptance or dealing with that part that's like, I'm not allowed to have this. And when we can partnership, like, I
Lacy
haven't my relationship and, like, what are all my subtext, like, judgments and blah, blah, blah, or I'm better than. Or they're better or What? All this stuff. Like, we need to clean this all up.
Jessica
I've been also looking at examples of this in. In real life. And when you see someone that has no inner conflict or very little inner conflict, their magnetism and how they can project their essence, not even in, like, a celebrity way or something like that, but it's like a power. Like, whoa, what is that? Like, they feel pure. Yeah, not pure.
Lacy
Like, oh, they're so good. No, it's like a pure channel. You're like, oh, I love being around this grounded energy. I want to see this grounded energy
Jessica
because they know who they are. They are honest with themselves about who they are, what they need, what they value. They're not confused about it. They're not in conflict with it at all. And it just is like, boom. It just comes out. And here's the other piece. The people who. I've seen her do this. I don't necessarily want their life. I don't necessarily agree with everything they say, but I really appreciate them in their full channel being them exactly who they are, even if they say things that I might disagree with sometimes.
Lacy
No, I agree. Well, I think about this just to give more examples. Like, even in parenting where I have this tug and pull where I'm like, oh, am I doing this good enough? Or, oh, am I like, am I guilty for. For wanting to show up for myself here, here? Or did I handle that situation where, you know, yesterday my. My daughter was at her little choir class, and a little girl was dysregulated next to her and stomped on her foot and scratched her face, and she came home crying, and we really, like, talked through it and felt through it. How did that feel? But what do you think was going on? All that. And I'm like, did I handle that enough? You know? And so I really do believe that this should be such a new body of work, the integrity work and being. Because when we can be so clear, it also. There's so much noise running in the background at all times for us. But when we can have that. Just that simplicity of clarity and being that. Yeah. Integral, clear, focused energy. I just, like, can you even imagine how much more energy we would have as human beings?
Jessica
I mean, talk about all the tension. You know what I mean? Like, all the tension, the physical symptoms, the brain fog or confusion or exhaustion. Like, I feel like so much of that lifts and what is meant for us finds us faster because we are clear about who we are, what we want, what we need. It's like, okay, you need that great boom. You're not conflicted. It's coming in. It really is blocks. Like, our blocks are the conflicts. That's where that all comes in. But I think thinking about it through this lens of, like, does what I want and the values I say that really, truly align with me. Am I responding from that? Am I second guessing that that's where that. That friction exists?
Lacy
Yeah. And I do think that that is going to be like a super speeder in the new paradigm of just living a harmonious, transitional experience into it. I intuit.
Jessica
Oh, so good, Lacy. I feel like this is really important and we need to keep having these combos on here because I know our community is kind of, like, confused. Yeah. Like, what? Where do I go? What do I do? And I think the other thing is people see people succeeding in old ways of doing things, and they're like, what am I doing over here? Trying to just, like, be a good person and, like, be in my career, my passion. Yeah, like, you're not doing anything wrong. Follow your truth. Follow your heart. Reconnect to self. That inner guidance Di that we dropped with the nervous system reset, I feel like I've been doing multiple times a week because I'm like, wait, wait. I'm gonna stop outsourcing what I think I need to do. Like, I'm not gonna go to Claude and be like, what's happening in my astrology?
Lacy
Claude's just gonna validate it. There's this whole new concept of delusion that people are talking about with AI where it's like, it's going to validate anything you're feeling or doing.
Jessica
It's delusional at this point, and it's not embodied. Because I think when you land on your truth, there is a somatic check, check, check that happens. And when someone else tells you or reflects back, it's okay for awareness, but it never lands. You never have that embodied truth. So I feel like something like the inner guidance Di or the pings Di, or even just feel your feelings validation Di. Create space where you're like, does this land? Is this true? What does my higher self need to communicate to me in this moment? That's gonna be your North Star through everything.
Lacy
I agree, man. I cannot wait for this. Integrity DI and journal prompts. That's all I can think about now in my mind. I'm like, I want to be doing this work right now, so I'm going to start this process to contribute to that. I just think that's going to really super speed magnetism right now.
Jessica
Oh, good. Oh, thank you, Lacy.
Lacy
Yeah, thank you so much. This was such a fun conversation.
Jessica
Yes. I hope you guys enjoyed that episode and are just starting to simmer on these concepts. You know, instead of having like a step by step plan, I think it's a soft awareness opening. Like, okay, if that were true, what would that mean for me in this? And start to look at your life from that lens of like, let's zoom out. What are those things that are authentic to me that I want to start putting into my day to day life? I want to start adding a little bit more priority for it, even if it's five minutes, you know, what is that creative expression expression? What is that channel that feels like it connects you deeper to yourself that you can start doing now? And a couple things that I've really picked up on from this episode in my conversations that might be helpful for you guys to hear as well. So one, you are not going to be able to unsee authenticity both in yourself and others. It is going to feel like something in that does not feel sincere, authentic, aligned. You are going to see it in others and you are going to see it in yourself. And I just want to give the caveat that this doesn't need to be a blame game. You know, it's not like, oh, you're bad because this isn't authentic. Everyone is working on feeling safe to be their own level of authentic in the spaces and places that align for them. So I think noticing it in others is a great way of saying, okay, where might I be showing up in that way? Or how might I give compassion for that person that might be struggling to show up for more authentically? Or can I hold more nuance around the fact that, you know, that didn't feel authentic versus allowing that immediate judgment to come up. This is something I'm checking in with myself. The four agreements have been so huge during this time because I'm like, integrity with my word. I want to make sure that I'm only speaking good, both of myself and others. So hard to do, especially about ourselves. But I really do feel like having some sort of guiding principles that are going to come back to your internal integrity, your internal inner compass are going to be so huge for this time. The both and bridge is so real that feeling like I'm doing this. But I'm also seeing this. We're seeing it play out of media right now where it's like old school ways of operating are more prevalent, more propped up, more looked at. And again, not to say, oh, that's wrong that's bad. It's to say, okay, does that align for me? And can I look at it more from a lens of curiosity and say, okay, that aspect doesn't align for me, but maybe this part does. You know, can we start to pick and choose the parts that really resonate with us and just leave the rest without the judgment or feeling like it is intruding on your way of being or your goals in any way, shape or form? Your rock bottoms will still be your biggest portals. So if you are one of those people who are just a in the thick of it right now, give yourself some love, give yourself some compassion. It will be your greatest portal for transformation. Just keep coming back to self. Keep having those practices. Try not to shame yourself that you're in this. It is a portal of transformation. And last but not least, ease will be built, not bypassed. And what I mean by that is that we are not throwing the baby out with a bathwater. It is not saying that, okay, I want a life of ease. I will do no more. I will act no more. I will sit back and just receive. It is saying that we are still living in a realm where we need to make things happen. We have to take action. We have to work towards things. Aligned action is one of our pillars for a reason. So how can we make sure that we are coming from our action, from our efforting, from a place of alignment? Because that is where true ease will will come in is when we approach whatever scenario we're coming from. From alignment first, from knowing ourselves first, from knowing our truth first and being grounded and then acting from there. That is what is going to bring the true ease. Not the hustle for hustle sake. So much more on this in the coming weeks and we have a really good exercise in our upcoming newsletter on Monday around really being honest with yourself about what is true for you in this season, what is true for you and your wants. I just did this and it was Chef's kiss of just unlocking everything that is in your psyche and in your desires. All right, we'll see you next week.

Host: Jessica Gill (Chief Content Officer, TBM)
Guest/Co-host: Lacy Phillips (Founder, TBM)
In this rich and timely episode, Jessica Gill and Lacy Phillips dig into the palpable collective experience of shifting from “old paradigm” to “new paradigm” living. They explore the tension, confusion, and opportunities arising in this transition—asking how to stay truly authentic amidst rapidly changing external circumstances, and how to bridge the gap between integrity and survival in the real world. The central message: Authenticity is becoming not just a value, but a true currency in the new energetic paradigm, and the process of living it is both confronting and transformative.

On the In-Betweenness of the Shift:
“The split is real… We’re having to figure out how do we make space for those parts of ourselves to pull through and really honor and listen to them.” – Jessica (00:50)
On Shadow and Stripping:
"The new paradigm asks… to drop all of your shadows, all the masks you’ve put on to please other people… It’s just going to be a new playing field." – Lacy (15:30)
On the Practical Approach:
“Do what you need to do in this world to operate as close to your authenticity, as close to your integrity as possible… And then in those little pockets, listen to those pings. What wants to come through you?” – Jessica (44:44)
On the Coming World:
“What if you’re a nurse… you have a robot that can build your house… and you no longer have to have a car payment because you just walk out and pick… So she doesn’t have to worry about making her life work anymore. She can just serve.” – Lacy (paraphrasing Jenna Zoe, 39:21)
On Integrity:
“When we can actually look through the lens of manifestation, what we’re talking about is: is there any conflict inside of yourself with what you’re doing?” – Lacy (46:18)
Personal Resonance:
“There is so much to say on this topic. I’m sure we're going to have more episodes on this… this is what we want you to talk about.” – Jessica (50:12)
For those lost in the transition between paradigms, this episode provides grounded hope, actionable tools, and the clear message that radical personal integrity and authenticity are the gateways to belonging, fulfillment, and a smoother transition into the new world already taking shape.
