George Goodenough

George is a former British soldier and veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He was a very fit endurance athlete in his youth. By age 56 his health had deteriorated to the point of being a morbidly obese T2D waiting to die. Then a nurse told him “All carbs are sugar”. The rest is history…….
