Let's talk about the financial situation of Jamaica and our people

What is too old ? What age gap !!!

Can a lie save your relationship ??

Why Noah Lyles wants to be Jamaican 😂 and who slid in the DMs first ??👀

It's crazy to think that Justin Gatlin and Asafa Powell have known each other for more than half their lives. Now for the first time ever, they're having a conversation and spending time together in Jamaica. We get to learn about Justin off the track and the amazing dynamic between these two legends.

Join us as we reflect on the challenges of parenthood, highlighting the importance of understanding and supporting each other's roles! We also get into serious topics like maternal stress, postpartum depression, and the pressures of motherhood. Asafa opens up about his charity work, sharing the challenges he's faced and lessons learned and we wrap up with insights into setting boundaries, financial literacy, and the realities of fame and wealth.

We're joined by the amazing Janet Silvera, founder and chairman of the Jill Stewart Mo Bay City Run. She shares her story and what lead her to create this amazing event and the inspiration for her charity work helping young Jamaican students in need. The world needs more people like Janet!

Today is very special as we welcome my mom to the show. We learn about her story and really give us the chance to meet her through this medium. From the resilience and fortitude she has with the adversity she faced to meeting Asafa and watching her daughter grow up and get married. Plus, advice for all the couples out there.

From the first time Asafa and Ajani met in 2008, Safa knew he would be in his spirit. At the time he had just retired from the NBA. Starting in track and field, basketball found him. As a scholar at Georgia Tech, he walked onto the basketball team. Years later signing with the Atlanta Hawks was a full circle moment for Ajani. How athletes transition into business should begin before retirement, and treating business as a skill.
