Ali and Rouchelle talk about sex addictions and shame and finding a way to freedom.About the Guest:Rouchelle Cota decided to become a Mindfulness Coach based on her own experiences, struggles, heartaches, and ultimate path of self-acceptance and love. Earlier in her life, as she grappled with life’s challenges, she was devastated to discover that her husband had a serious porn addiction. Feeling shocked and deeply wounded by his betrayal, no matter how many couples therapy sessions her and her husband attended, she couldn’t shake the horrible feelings of anger, resentment, and depression which eventually began to take its toll on her. In fact, soon after, Rouchelle was diagnosed with cancer and although she was fortunate it was caught in the early stages, she continued to battle ongoing health issues like depression, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, which she was convinced was exacerbated by her terrible stress. It was when she discovered the extraordinary power of mindfulness it was when her life began to flourish and finally she felt connected to her deeper sense of self and feel gratitude for the valuable lessons she learned. Today, she is helping hundreds of women also shift their mindset by helping us design an actionable plan that absolutely works. Rouchelle has learned to create a life she loves, to go from surviving to thriving, and she wants to help us do the same. By supporting women to tap into their amazing inner wisdom and capabilities, the results have been remarkable.Guest Links:https://www.facebook.com/rouchelle.cotahttps://www.instagram.com/rouchelle.cota/https://www.kron4.com/business/press-releases/ein-presswire/621814195/mindfulness-coach-rouchelle-cota-to-be-featured-on-close-up-radio/Check us out on apple and please give an honest review and I would love it if you would follow me.https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/find-your-joy/id1665240252You can also find us on your favourite podcast app.https://find-your-joy.captivate.fm/listenhttps://podcasters.amazon.com/https://feeds.captivate.fm/find-your-joy/or on Youtube: youtube.com/@aliwayart7385Thanks for listening! Thanks so much for listening to our podcast! Ali and Dianna talk about wellness fairs and running events and creating healing.communitiesAbout the Guest:Dianna Maycock lives on Lasqueti Island, a remote, off the grid island situated in the Georgia Straight of British Columbia. Although born and raised in Victoria BC, a city girl of 50 years, she instantly fell in love with the simple, back to nature, homesteading lifestyle that is Lasqueti.Living off the grid can be challenging and is definitely hard work. Dianna and her partner are responsible for their own power (solar), water (rain water collection/storage) and have to be self-sufficient. There is no "running to the store" as there are no stores or shopping on island. Their closest access to amenities is a one hour boat ride on a passenger only ferry (no cars) that takes them to Vancouver Island. A pleasant enough ride in calm weather but when the wind is blowing 40 km/hr with 15 foot waves it can be a little harrowing!Dianna bought her first DSL camera 2 years ago and since then has been obsessed with photographing nature and all that she sees every day. They live on a mountain, surrounded by forests of Douglas Fir, Cedar, Maple and Alder and own 10 acres of property that butts up against an 80 acre nature reserve. Every day she revels in watching the eagles, hawks, owls, ravens, wild deer and feral sheep.Guest Links:https://lightandenergy.wixsite.com/lasquetimomentshttps://lightandenergy.wixsite.com/lasquetimomentshttps://www.instagram.com/lasqueti_lady/Check us out on apple and please give an honest review and I would love it if you would follow me.https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/find-your-joy/id1665240252You can also find us on your favourite podcast app.https://find-your-joy.captivate.fm/listenhttps://podcasters.amazon.com/https://feeds.captivate.fm/find-your-joy/or on Youtube: youtube.com/@aliwayart7385Thanks for listening! Thanks so much for listening to our podcast! Ali chats with her son Ryan aka Rad Dad about all things pro wrestling.About the Guest:Rad Dad (Ryan Spaidal) is a beloved fan favorite on the 365 Pro Wrestling scene, known as much for his high-energy moves as for his heartwarming origin story. A lifelong athlete, Ryan shared his love of sports with his daughter Hannah through baseball and fast pitch. When he sought a new way to bond with his son Kashus, fate stepped in with a sign—literally—for pro wrestling lessons. What started as a fun father-son activity quickly became a passion. Ryan dove headfirst into training, and not long after, Rad Dad was born. A year later, he made his in-ring debut, bringing his signature mix of dad energy and pure determination. Now, he’s not only tearing it up in the ring, but also training side by side with his son, now known as DJ Ka$h.Guest Links:https://www.instagram.com/rad_dad_365/https://www.facebook.com/ryan.spaidalCheck us out on apple and please give an honest review and I would love it if you would follow me.https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/find-your-joy/id1665240252You can also find us on your favourite podcast app.https://find-your-joy.captivate.fm/listenhttps://podcasters.amazon.com/https://feeds.captivate.fm/find-your-joy/or on Youtube: youtube.com/@aliwayart7385Thanks for listening! Thanks so much for listening to our podcast!
