John brings us another message from 2 Corinthians. This time we are in chapter 4 verses 1-6. In our passage, we find the apostle Paul writing from a place of immense pressure and suffering. And in that brokenness, he reveals a shocking truth: God's power is not perfected in our strength, but in our brokenness.

In this sermon from 2 Corinthians 3:7-18, John explains to us that the Christian life is not about trying harder to become better; it is about beholding Christ more clearly so that the Spirit transforms us into the image of Christ.

In our fourth sermon in this series, John preaches a sermon that informs us that as we close out the second chapter of 2 Corinthians, Paul wants us to know that when we trust in the sufficiency of Christ, we become the fragrance of His victory, confirming whether people are saved or lost.

In 2 Corinthians 2::1-11, we discover that true discipline is not about punishment; it's about restoration. John brings us a message challenges us to put into practice the strategy of grace when it comes to dealing with those who wronged us. Discipline plus love equals grace.

In a world of broken promises and shifting plans, where do we find solid ground to build our faith on? The Apostle Paul points us to Christ, who is always "Yes" when it comes to fulfilling His promises. Our text will look at the difference between the plans of man and the sovereignty of God. Where we may fail, God always fulfills.

We begin a new sermon series through the book of 2 Corinthians, entitled Strength In Weakness: God's Purpose In Our Pain. This is the first sermon in this series and we discover the Apostle Paul introducing us to the Father of Mercies who meets us not when we are strong, but when we are "beyond strength." And we'll discover that the comfort given to us is not for us to keep, rather it is for us to give to others.

In our final sermon in our series The Road to Victory, John brings us to the book of Acts chapter 1 where we find Jesus preparing His disciples for His departure. One last time, He confronts their misunderstanding of the Kingdom of Heaven and charges them with a mission to be witnesses of the Gospel to the ends of the earth. That mission is still in effect today for those who have chosen to follow Him.

We meet Peter and the other apostles back in Galilee completing an uneventful night of fishing when they meet Jesus again after His resurrection. This meeting is extremely important to Peter, who denied knowing Jesus just before His crucifixion. Now, Jesus comes to restore Peter back to a right relationship with Him and commission Him to shepherd the lambs. Jesus also will meet you right where you are in your failure and restore you to a right relationship with Him.

We continue our series on the Road to Victory and we discover this week that after Jesus rose from the dead, He encountered His disciples hiding in a room for fear of the Jews. His physical presence brought them peace; all except Thomas. Thomas wasn't there with them and as a result, his faith was still uneasy and needed to find substance. Eight days later, he would find just what his heart needed to truly believe. What is it that you need to put your faith in Jesus?

It's Resurrection Sunday and John is bringing us a message that begins in the dark of night in the garden where Jesus was buried. Mary Magdalene discovers that Jesus' tomb is empty and she quickly goes and tells Peter and John, who discover more than just an empty tomb. But Mary lingers and has an encounter that would change her life completely. If we examine the empty tomb, we'll also be changed because of what we encounter.
