On this episode I had the privilege of chatting with a friend, who not only opened my eyes to the mental health world but who also was willing to share their journey, as they learned to navigate life with a Mother who was diagnosed with a mental illness. Sincere opens up about the residue left behind from being a child of someone who was deemed "Crazy" I had to break this episode down into multiple parts because that just how good and complex this episode was.
