Cy: Ger gwaelod y bryn mân, cudd y tu ôl i lwyni o dderw a choed onnen, saif Teml Caws Ddirgel.
En: Near the base of the small hill, hidden behind a grove of oak and ash trees, stands the Temple of Caws Ddirgel.

Cy: Mae'r haul haf yn disgleirio drwy'r dail, gan daflu cysgodion ar y mynwentydd cerrig hynafol.
En: The summer sun shines through the leaves, casting shadows on the ancient stone tombs.

Cy: Dewch i mewn, ac mae'r awyr yn llawn arogl cryf caws a'r sŵn ysgafn o adar yn canu.
En: Come inside, and the air is filled with the strong smell of cheese and the soft sound of birds singing.

Cy: Yn y canol, mae'r cwrt mawr lle mae ffrindiau'n ymgynnull bob haf i gymryd rhan mewn cystadleuaeth fwyta caws mawreddog.
En: In the center, there is a large courtyard where friends gather every summer to participate in a grand cheese-eating competition.

Cy: Eto, o fewn cysgodau'r teml hynafol, mae perygl cudd.
En: Yet, within the shadows of the ancient temple, there lies a hidden danger.

Cy: Mae Gareth ar y ffordd i'r teml gyda'i ffrindiau, Eira a Rhys.
En: Gareth is on his way to the temple with his friends, Eira and Rhys.

Cy: Mae'n frwdfrydig ac yn nerfus ar yr un pryd.
En: He is enthusiastic and nervous at the same time.

Cy: Ers yn blentyn, mae wedi caru caws yn fwy nag unrhyw beth arall.
En: Since childhood, he has loved cheese more than anything else.

Cy: Ond mae yno ofn chwarae'r golau trwy ei galon - afradfetod geifr.
En: But there is fear playing through his heart - the recklessness of goats.

Cy: "Fe fydd pob un o'r geifr fawr yn cael eu tynnu yma heddiw!
En: "All of the big goats will be drawn here today!"

Cy: " meddai Rhys.
En: said Rhys.

Cy: "Pam na fydde’n nhw’n medru peidio bod yn rhan o’r hwyl?
En: "Why wouldn't they want to be part of the fun?"

Cy: " ychwanegodd Eira.
En: added Eira.

Cy: Gareth yn gwenu, ond mae ofn yn cuddio tu ôl ei lygaid.
En: Gareth smiled, but fear hides behind his eyes.

Cy: Wrth iddynt gyrraedd y teml, mae'r cystadlu'n dechrau.
En: As they arrive at the temple, the competition begins.

Cy: Tablau'n llawn gyda nifer o wahanol fathau o gaws.
En: Tables are filled with a variety of different cheeses.

Cy: Ond wrth i'r cystadleuwyr baratoi, daw sŵn cerddoriaeth ysgafn gyda’r gwynt.
En: But as the competitors prepare, a light sound of music comes with the wind.

Cy: A diflannod oedd y geifr.
En: And suddenly, the goats have vanished.

Cy: Mae drawr Gareth wedi gweld hyn yn wir - y geifr am yn ail yn rhedeg tuag at y caws!
En: Gareth has realized this is true - the goats are running one after another towards the cheese!

Cy: "Beth rydym ni'n gwneud nawr?
En: "What do we do now?"

Cy: " gwaeddodd Eira.
En: shouted Eira.

Cy: Mae'r geifr yn ymosod, a'r caws yn aneglur.
En: The goats are attacking, and the cheese is unclear.

Cy: Mae Gareth yn wynebu ei anghenfilovaidd.
En: Gareth faces his monstrous foes.

Cy: "Byddwn yn eu harwain i ffwrdd," meddai.
En: "I’ll lead them away," he said.

Cy: Wrth law, mae llinyn caws, a chynllun syml sydd ganddo.
En: At hand, there's a line of cheese, and he has a simple plan.

Cy: Mae'n gwneud leso o'r llinyn caws, gan ysgwyd yn feddal hyd at y geifr.
En: He makes a lasso out of the cheese string, gently waving it toward the goats.

Cy: "Rhys, Eira, gofalwch y caws!
En: "Rhys, Eira, take care of the cheese!"

Cy: " mae'n gweiddi.
En: he shouts.

Cy: Wna Rhys ac Eira y tŷr ar hyd y bwrdd, ac ail ddechrau sylw'r geifr yn ychydig.
En: Rhys and Eira rush along the table, distracting the goats a little.

Cy: Gyda'i linyn caws, mae Gareth yn llwyddo i ddenu'r geifr i ffwrdd.
En: With his cheese string, Gareth manages to lure the goats away.

Cy: Y tro hwn, nid yw'n rhedeg i ffwrdd.
En: This time, he's not running away.

Cy: Mae'n deall na ellir byth perffaith ond gall wneud ei orau o hyd.
En: He understands that perfection isn't possible, but he can still do his best.

Cy: Yn gorff y geifr, tra bod yr arholwyr cychwyn ymgais.
En: Amidst the goats, while the examiners begin the contest.

Cy: Pan ddaw'r rownd derfynol, mae Gareth yn sefyll gyda Eira a Rhys wrth ei ochr.
En: When the final round comes, Gareth stands with Eira and Rhys by his side.

Cy: Mae gyda nhw y caws gorau, a llwyddo i goncro ei ofnau.
En: They have the best cheese, and he has managed to conquer his fears.

Cy: Mae'n derbyn coron o gaws o flaen y dorf, ac nid yn unig wedi ennill, ond hefyd wedi dysgu werth cydweithrediad a dewrder.
En: He receives a crown of cheese in front of the crowd, having not only won but also learned the value of collaboration and bravery.

Cy: Ac wrth i'r haul gwenu ar Teml Caws Ddirgel, mae Gareth yn gwybod ei fod wedi ennill mwy nag un coron.
