Alice's strange gravestone

In this church, leaning against the wall are the grave stones of Alice and Chris Burroway. The inscription on Alice's tombstone is one of the strangest ever found. It reads 'Here lieth Alice, she was by her name, my sister, my mistress, my mother, my wife.'
