Hola, amigo.
Manny Mua
Yeah, hola, mi gente. It's the whole. The whole episode's in Spanish.
Laura
I just roll off in Spanish. The whole thing.
Manny Mua
I'd be like, I knew it.
Laura
He'd be like, what are you saying?
Manny Mua
I'm like, I knew it this whole time. You do? I can't, you guys. Today we're doing a rapid fire. Today's going to be a sickening rapid fire. We have so many topics.
Laura
We do.
Manny Mua
Because I haven't done a rapid fire in, like a minute. So we actually have so many to catch up on.
Laura
Tea.
Manny Mua
There's a lot of Hot Topics.
Laura
You know, it's crazy. I feel like I've been offline, like, for this.
Manny Mua
You have.
Laura
I literally don't know anything that's happening. Manny basically told me every single topic. He was like, this is what's happening, Laura. I'm like, okay, I'm a bad.
Manny Mua
She goes, baby, I'm. I'm unplugged.
Laura
I'm unplugged. Like, I don't know. Like, the world could have burned.
Manny Mua
You're busy. You're really busy. This.
Laura
I'm in my own world.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
Bad pop culture podcaster. But that's okay. We're here to commentate.
Manny Mua
So we're Here to commentate. And you know, I did tell her things that were happening.
Laura
Correct.
Manny Mua
I did fill you in that he. Yes, things are happening. Things are going on. And honestly, it is fierce. But before we get into that, of course there's no fucking Drew with that. Okay. What is your peak?
Laura
My peak is my sweatshirt. I actually got. This is the bar sweatshirt. It's Bridges.
Manny Mua
The bar.
Laura
The bar.
Manny Mua
Yeah, the bar. Like Kim Kardashian, the bar.
Laura
No, no, no, no. It's Bridget. If you guys don't follow her. Her name is Bridget. Her Instagram account is literally Bridget. Okay. Oh, she got married.
Manny Mua
To get a name like that is impressive.
Laura
It is impressive. She got last year, most beautiful wedding I've ever seen. So it like made me follow her. Cuz I loved her account. I loved how beautiful everything was. And shortly after she got married, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. And it was really unbelievable. Like, it was. It was like, wow, can really happen to anyone. You know what I mean? And she documented from the very beginning to the very end of her breast cancer journey. And to be really honest with you, I've never. I've never seen a breast cancer journey like that. Like. Like self documented, like every procedure, everything, and like explaining everything that happens and just being super honest. It's way worse than what I thought.
Manny Mua
Got it.
Laura
I don't know what I thought.
Manny Mua
Yeah.
Laura
Because I've just never seen it. I have had family members with breast cancer, but I wasn't even alive when they had breast cancer. You know what? I was, I wasn't even born yet. So my mom's sister had had breast cancer, but it was my mom's. It was her oldest sister and there's seven of them and the mom was the youngest. So her older sister was like. Could be her mother. You know what I mean?
Manny Mua
Of course, yes.
Laura
So I wasn't even born yet, so I just had not seen that journey. And she is so strong. I'm just gonna say that she is so freaking strong. And she just went through so much and this is her brand. And she created the pink line in support of breast cancer.
Manny Mua
I love that.
Laura
So I wanted to wear it today, support her and just shout out her journey. I mean, like, she's so brave for putting on those vulnerable moments. Yeah, I mean, she just finished.
Manny Mua
Oh, so she's in her mission, huh?
Laura
Right now. And she just. Just finished the whole thing, like treatment a couple weeks ago, truly. So, yeah. No, it's insane what all she went through for it. So my heart goes out also. It inspired me to get a mammogram. So I want to talk about that a little bit, because I. My gyno. I go to my gyno once a year, and she's always like, oh, go get a mammogram. Most times, you don't have to do it till you're 40, unless you have a family history, which I have a family history on my maternal side. So it's recommended I go ahead and get one, but I never wanted to do one. Who wants to get a mammogram? No one wants to. And you just hear, like, horror stories about them.
Manny Mua
Yeah, like, painful.
Laura
I want to. I want to clear up some myths about mammograms, because I went and got my first one. First myth is they're not bad. You're not supposed to go when you're on your period because obviously your tits are sensitive and hurt. But, like, if you're on a normal day and, like, your tits are being normal and not hurting and in pain, they. So it's five seconds each breast, so.
Manny Mua
It'S not like a minute worth.
Laura
I know.
Manny Mua
I always thought it was like, a.
Laura
Minute anything for five seconds. They just squish your titty a little bit. It is not like a squirrel squeeze like your titty's about to pop. It's not that hard. I don't know how it works with implants. I don't know if that's more pressure or not. I don't have implants, but it is not. Let me tell you, a pap smear is way worse.
Manny Mua
And a past year's not more often, too. Yeah.
Laura
Technically, you're supposed to do both once a year.
Manny Mua
Oh.
Laura
So we can go in. It's just one woman in the room with you, and she's looking at the computer screen, not your titty, the entire time because she's doing the imaging. So she just sets you up on there. You hold your breath. Five minutes. Next hit, five minutes. And then if you have dense breast tissue, which they told me a lot of younger women do, when you get older, it thins out a little bit. They'll go ahead and do an ultrasound on each tit. So it's literally just like, gel and a little ultrasound on each tip. Both mine came back clear. I'm so grateful for that. But Bridget inspired me to go get a mammogram, so that way, you know, if this did happen, I could catch it early, and I'm really happy I did it. But I'm telling you guys this because I want to encourage you. You. If You've been recommended to get a mammogram or it's time. If you've been skipping it, just go do it. It's so easy. It literally takes no time. It's one of the easiest appointments you could have. Truly, it is. For me, it was not painful at all. And honestly, even if it was, it's just five seconds.
Manny Mua
Yeah.
Laura
Let me tell you what's worse than mammogram. The dentist. Oh, let me tell you what's worse than pap smears. The dentist. That hurts.
Manny Mua
Okay.
Laura
But Bridget inspired me. I want to inspire you guys. I want to wear her sweatshirt today. Support her. I actually bought two of them. I'm obsessed. I think they're so cute.
Manny Mua
They're all so cute. I say, there's actually such a cute.
Laura
They're also sold out. I wait. I've set my alarm for the minute. They launch at 9:00am I was like, got it.
Manny Mua
I love. See, that makes me so happy. Because then it's like people are watching the journey and they're supporting this journey, and they really want to support her.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
You know, being so vulnerable and showing what it's really like and what.
Laura
I mean, she was really raw with it to, like, really show, like, what all. Like, her. Her being sick as a dog, losing her hair. Like, what these treatments look like, what they entail. Like, I didn't know what that looks like. It's worse than what I thought, unfortunately. Like, I didn't think it was great by any means. I just didn't know what it entailed. And now I do. And I'm like, my God, she's so strong for going through that. Like, crazy. And she's so young, too. So that's crazy, too, girl. Yeah. Get your mammograms.
Manny Mua
Get your mammograms. And I honestly, you know what's funny? I mean, it's not funny, but, like, you know, something about it is that I feel like sometimes people will avoid getting a mammogram because they're scared of.
Laura
A result where I was coming from.
Manny Mua
The actual procedure itself. They're scared of, like, the. The what?
Laura
Finding out the information? Yes.
Manny Mua
Because, you know, obviously information is, like. The scary part is, like, knowing the information.
Laura
Well, my thing that scared me with it is, like, everybody I know that gets one. They're like. They're always like, well, we found a lot, but it could be benign. So we're just going to watch it. And then they send you home with that knowledge. You're like, take the lump out.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
Like, you want me to sleep at night? What the is that? 100% like, they do that every freaking time. I was talking to a girl there, and they were like. They're like, she. She's like, I. They have a mass in my TED and they don't know what it is, so they just watch it. Every year, I'm like, this is why I don't want to get a mammogram. Because every time I feel like they find something, and they're like, every year, that could be cancer.
Manny Mua
But we don't know.
Laura
You know what I mean? So it's like, Jesus. But luckily, I feel very blessed. Nothing came back. Zero, zilch. So I'm happy I went. Even if did something came back, I'd be.
Manny Mua
At least you would know fear.
Laura
I went so at. I could treat it, take care of it before anything grew. So, yeah, I just wanted to encourage. Ladies, get your mammogram.
Manny Mua
Yeah. Everyone.
Laura
It's not. We're so tough. Mammograms are not shit compared to what we can do.
Manny Mua
Yeah. No, literally. Literally my peak. My peak is I went to Utah, and it was a peak because it ended up being like. It was just fun because I went to a wedding. It was for my cousin, and I honestly had, like, a really, really great time. And I was apprehensive of going just to Utah as a city state in general, because I'm like, oh, my God, it feels like the motherland going back to, like. You know, sometimes I feel like when I'm going in that settings, it feels like I'm going back into the closet in ways.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Not like. And I think it's more of a pressure I put on myself. It's not people thinking, like, you need to go back in the closet. I think that. And it's something, like, on me that I personally just, like, I suppressed my own trauma of, like, you know, my internal battles of being gay with the Mormons. Yes, yes, yes, yes. And like, the. In the church. And so going back to a state that's filled with Mormons, I'm literally like. It just kind of like, brings me back into a place that I usually don't want to go, to be quite honest. But I had such an amazing time, and the people that were there were so incredible and everyone associated. I went to Provo, Utah, and the wedding was amazing. I told Laura the story at the wedding. That was absolutely insane. I need to tell you guys. There was this kid. It's my peak, I'm telling you. It's just so it's insane. Yeah, it's my peak. Just because in general, I had a lot of fun going. But there was. So we were. We were all in dance where. And honestly, it's funny because, like, the wedding, it's like, you know, my side is Mexican, and then the other side is, like, white. You know, the white. The white girly. So it's like, the music was so fun because it was like. It would be literally like cumbias, like, Mexican music that I hear every single wedding. And then it would be like, more whitey, like. Like Taylor Swift, like, vibes, you know? So it's like that. So it's literally like combo.
Laura
Taylor Swift.
Manny Mua
You know what I mean?
Laura
So it's like Sabrina Carpenter.
Manny Mua
Sure, there was. And so it was like, it's a fun combo. So there was like, obviously, everyone's dancing. Everyone's getting crunk.
Laura
No Charlie. Xcx.
Manny Mua
No Charlie. I literally. There was at one point, I was like, blade, probably. I swear on my life I did. But there was this moment, and everyone is, like, dancing and, you know, getting crazy, and this kid's like, back up, everyone. Back up. We're gonna. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. He tries to do a backflip on the dance floor. On the dance floor. Doesn't land the backflip.
Laura
Oh.
Manny Mua
Lands on his face. Instead he gets up, he's. You guys, I'm fine. I'm good. I'm good. Like, and everyone's like, you're not good. Like, he was, like, actually bleeding profusely from his cheek and, like, blood, like, hit the ground like, it was insane. But at the ground. He had to go get stitches that night. And so everyone's like, oh, my God. Luckily, the party continued right afterwards. And, like, you know, my family is so fun and sickening, and they're just like, like, doing a conga lines up in here. So it was fine, but it was, like, actually insane. I've never seen someone, like, get hurt at a wedding or, like, do a trick that they couldn't land. But also, I'm thinking, like, we're on slick wood. You're in dress. Dress shoes. I don't know if that's the Mormon.
Laura
Dress shoes on Bab.
Manny Mua
No traction at all. So it was insane, but it was actually really fun. Utah General was fine. I went to swig, which is, like, the sodas, right? Honestly, like, it's whatever to me. I under, like, I got the drink, and I actually really liked the drink I got there. They have so many things actually Pepper? Yes.
Laura
And what do you just put?
Manny Mua
You know, I got a Dr. Pepper.
Laura
Did you?
Manny Mua
Yes, I got a. I got a Dr. De Leche, which is a Dr. Pepper mixed with. And he mixes things.
Commercial Voice
Okay.
Manny Mua
So they mixed in. It's like dulce de leche. Like, it's like a condensed milk, like, creamer. And then they mix in, like, some other things in it. Some coconut cream, whatever. It ended up tasting like a, you know, butterbeer at Universal. It tasted just like butterbeer.
Laura
Interesting.
Manny Mua
It was butterbeer, like, in my. Like, I was like, oh, my God, it tastes just like that. So they have, like, refreshers. They have, like, little snacks, they have cookies, they have a bunch of different things. But there's so many, like, options and stuff. So there's like, refreshers, like, coolant drinks, and then there's like, your dirty sodas. And that is what we always see is, like, the dirty sodas. Mind you, they are everywhere. And literally they're like. I'm not kidding. I saw one that was a drive through. The drive thru was a storage container on a ship. Like, it's. You know that those long.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Rectangles. Yeah, it was that. That was the drive through. So there's so many of them all over the place. But it's such an easy concept because you're literally just getting drinks. It's like, so snack bites. Me too.
Laura
I would love a swig. I would just go get an extra large Dr. Pepper with extra ice.
Manny Mua
You have to add some stuff to it, though. Yes. You have to add some shit just to see, mind you, by the way, Mountain Dew is very big in Utah.
Laura
That's why Layla was saying she used to be addicted to Mountain Dew. We piss all over Mountain Dew.
Manny Mua
I'll piss on it again. Let me say something. I cannot stand out. Liquid death, some might say.
Laura
It is.
Manny Mua
It's like. It's rampant. It's actually really rabbit. I've never seen so much Mountain Dew in my life. In the three days I was in Utah. In my life, I watched.
Laura
I mean, I listened to a podcast. This was like six or seven years ago. But I'll never forget I was listening to this podcast because it was so jarring. And it was this prisoner of war that got captured.
Manny Mua
Oh, God.
Laura
I think he was in Iraq and he got captured. So he's telling a story. Fascinated. I mean, it's just like the craziest story. But he remembers all the people that captured him were addicted to Mountain Dew. And he said there Mountain Dew bottles every.
Manny Mua
Oh, My God.
Laura
I'm sure there was. I was like, oh, my God. That would be my hell.
Manny Mua
That would be hell.
Laura
No.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
He said Mountain Dew, like, for year. I mean, I think he was captured.
Manny Mua
No water for you. Mountain Dew. Just kill me. Kill me.
Laura
Okay.
Manny Mua
That's the real torture.
Laura
That's the real torture.
Manny Mua
Kill me.
Laura
He said there's Mountain Dew bottles everywhere because all they drank was Mountain Dew. Like, his captures.
Manny Mua
No.
Laura
No.
Manny Mua
I'm pissed.
Laura
No, I'm pissed.
Manny Mua

Laura
Well, my pit is a movie. What's it called? D My Love with Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Patterson.
Manny Mua
The preview looked great.
Laura
It looked confusing, but it looked like it could be good. Like the preview looked like it could be good. I went into it not really looking up what the movie was about. It's not a good movie, by the way. I hate every time I try to say a movie's not good, people just try to defend it the whole time. For what? Four It's a Y' all didn't make it. Go look up the audience reviews. They're horrific.
Manny Mua
Are they? I was like, are they bad? Horrible.
Laura
Also, Ryan gave it around the 70s, which you can't trust. Rotten Tomato, though. You cannot.
Manny Mua
That's kind of high. Like shockingly high.
Laura
Yes. So that's why I was like, I'll watch it. You know, I don't have to know every detail. Whatever. I'll watch it. But you can't be trusting Ryan. But the audience scores were lower a Lot. And so I looked up people's actual written review to find out, like, what was it? I know why I hated it. But I'm like, why? I'm like, validate me here.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
First of all, I wanted to walk out of the theater because multiple people were walking out.
Manny Mua
No, they weren't.
Laura
Yes. So I was like, ty, let's go. But Ty has a pride with the theater, I guess, where he's like, I have.
Manny Mua
I have a problem too. I will not walk out.
Laura
I do not want to waste my time. I have no ego, no pride with the theater. I will walk.
Manny Mua
That doesn't even make sense.
Laura
Don't care.
Manny Mua
For some reason, I'm just like, you.
Laura
Have to be here, paid and finished. Gotta finish it. Gotta. We paid for it. Like, I don't care. I want my time.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
And I want my two hours back for that manic ass movie.
Manny Mua
It is. So I was gonna say, what is the review? What do they say? Why is it bad?
Laura
Okay, so it's just. First of all, love Jay Law.
Manny Mua
Oh, that's why I watched Jay. That's just one of my favorite actresses.
Laura
So, like Hollywood knew what they were doing. They were like Hunger Games. We're bringing like two franchises. Like, people will watch. They knew what they were doing.
Manny Mua
Of course.
Laura
It's literally. There is no clear storyline. I had to google what. Why she was making.
Manny Mua
Okay, okay.
Laura
It's start. They start to allude that she's postpartum. And it's called postpartum psychosis that she's experiencing the movie. But that is not made clear in the movie. Just so you understand. Because she's acting crazy before she has the baby. So for me, I was like, I don't like, is this postpartum, like she's crawling on the ground, acting like an animal before she has the baby.
Manny Mua
And like they're off the wall.
Laura
Yeah. Really weird. And the scenes are shot all crazy out of order, just random as happening. She's. It's just like tons of things happening in the movie that just randomly happen and they never conclude. Like there's a guy on a dirt bike that's driving by her house and she's like freaking out watching them. But it never concludes that story.
Manny Mua
Got it.
Laura
Like, none of it is concluded. You. You don't know what's happening the entire time it's shot. It. She does the exact same role in Mother. Have you seen the movie?
Manny Mua
I see Mother.
Laura
It's also completely wild and weird. It doesn't make sense. So she does a great job with her performance. But it's that exact role.
Manny Mua
Got it. Okay, well, what did you think about Mother? Did you like that? No, I didn't really like it.
Laura
I didn't like it. Okay.
Manny Mua
I think I just like a plot.
Laura
When I was talking about this story, a lot of people were like, well, do you think it'd be great for a postpartum mother to contribute to the conversation? I was like, baby, wait, what? Multiple postpartum? Others like, but what if you're postpartum? Do you think it'd be great to watch? I'm like, okay, you're not hearing me. You're not hearing me.
Manny Mua
The movie's bad.
Laura
It is a horror. As a matter of fact, I think if you are postpartum, you shouldn't go see this specifically. I think it's the opposite. I think the. I think this movie in no way helps or contributes to any conversation of postpartum. Okay, let me make that clear. It is not a movie speaking out for mothers in postpartum. So you're not going to catch that drift. And I know you guys are like. But, you know, I'm like, well, of.
Manny Mua
Course they'll think that. Like, oh, maybe it's like the message is something different.
Laura
Then watch it. Well, then watch it if you think that. But the message is definitely not that. I don't know what the message is.
Manny Mua
See, that's kind of tough when you watch a movie and you're like, I don't know what just happened.
Laura
There's no conclusion. There's no.
Manny Mua
And you didn't walk out. So you have watched the whole thing.
Laura
Oh, so that's even in the theater.
Manny Mua
So, no.
Laura
Aaron and me literally stood up. So Tyler was sitting in the middle of us. So I wasn't talking to Aaron throughout the movie, but I know she was in hell. Said, what the was that?
Manny Mua
No.
Laura
And I was like, aaron, I have no idea, but I want two hours of my life.
Manny Mua
What was worse? That one, the Longest Mile.
Laura
Oh, let's talk about that. That one.
Manny Mua
That one.
Laura
Oh, yeah.
Manny Mua
It had, like, a plot.
Laura
Yeah. The Longest Mile has a clear plot. It has a clear ending. It has a clear. Like, this is the story. This is the plot. This is.
Manny Mua
We look at Aaron.
Laura
So this movie has none of that. There's no. There's none of that. It's just scenes of her being manic.
Manny Mua
I got it.
Laura
And then so I googled, and they were like, it's postpartum psychosis. The only time they allude to it, really? So she does have a baby in the movie. But then his mom. So her mother in law is like slightly eludes that. Like, you have a tough time after having a baby. So then you can see where they're trying to connect it. But it was weird because in the beginning of the movie, before she had the baby, she was acting kind of that way.
Manny Mua
So she was already starting.
Laura
So in the middle of the movie, I whisper, I go die. I think she's possessed by a demon and that the dog that keeps barking sees the demon. Like it's gonna turn to a demon.
Manny Mua
I would have thought to say, I literally.
Laura
No. So you know what? If you think it would be a good movie, go watch it.
Manny Mua
So what's the whole point of the movie?
Laura
I do not know.
Manny Mua
Got it.
Laura
I do not know the point of.
Manny Mua
The movie because sometimes I think, like, if I'm watching something and I don't like it, and I'm like, is this too big brain for me?
Laura
The. It's not too big brain because I don't think there's any. Also, this was a book.
Manny Mua
Huh?
Laura
And books are normally fantastic movies. So that's also something that got me to go for this.
Manny Mua
That makes it worse.
Laura
The book could be good. And it's just like the director and writer destroyed it in the movie.
Manny Mua
Got it.
Laura
Because I feel like that can happen.
Manny Mua
You know, like, you know, the actors watching it back, they're probably like, oh, yeah.
Laura
They're like, what the.
Manny Mua
Because, you know, like, it's in post.
Laura
But do you remember when the Joker came out with Walking Phoenix and Lady Gaga and he sees it for the first time in front of the audience screening. He stands up and he says, what the.
Manny Mua
Do you remember Gaga? Yes.
Laura
And they catch him on camera saying, that was horrific. And Gaga, she's like, what are you talking about? Yeah. She's like, no, no, you can read.
Manny Mua
His and you can see that. He's literally like.
Laura
And it was a complete disaster bomb.
Manny Mua
I would. Okay, if I was an actor in something and I saw something I just worked so hard on and then it ends up turning to in post, I would be like, are you kidding me? My joke got paid. Hey, the check is cleared.
Laura
They're like, well.
Manny Mua
But I would be like, damn, my name's attached to a shitty project, so it hurts.
Laura
Your name?
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
Also Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson. They're just such good actors.
Manny Mua
Yeah. It's like, how dare y'. All.
Laura
Acting out the roles. But the movie itself is horrible. But please don't argue me in the comments. Just go see it if you if you want to argue, well, this is great for the. Then go see it.
Manny Mua
So what was a question? What was people's like, their reason that they didn't like it? Was it the same reason you thought?
Laura
You're like, oh, they said so from what I read online, the actual, like typed out written reviews from the audience. People were saying it was very similar to mine. They said, this is manic filming. They have misplaced all the clips and there's no conclusion to the story.
Manny Mua
It was actually still in production and they just posted it.
Laura
They're like, it. It. We need something out right now. Put it out, post it. Post closed it. But it pissed me off because it could have been so great. Because you have such great actors.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
You know what I mean?
Manny Mua
I'm a book, like you said.
Laura
Yeah, girl.
Manny Mua
Let me piss me off too. Well, so my pit is so easy. It's literally like I. Now that we're four days into rain, I'm pissed. I'm done. I'm clocked out. I was telling Laura yesterday, I'm like, listen, one day of rain. So cute.
Laura
It's a moment, It's a vibe.
Manny Mua
It's a vibe. I'm like, in LA, like, we never get rains. It's cute. Four days into rain, getting dark at 4pm I am depressed, honey, and you're pissing me off. Let me tell you, nothing can activate me. I can't be happy for nothing in this situation, baby. I guess easily depressed.
Laura
It's cold, it's cold, it's dark, it's raining, it's raining.
Manny Mua
I don't. Let me tell you something. The one, the girlies. I live up north, like in Oregon, and I don't get it. In the uk, I don't get it. You are God's strongest soldiers.
Laura
Yep.
Manny Mua
Because for you to live in the rain. And what about the Canadians? Praise you.
Laura
What the are y' all doing in Canada? First of all, first of all.
Manny Mua
You guys being able to be in that tumultuous weather and still be productive. I kid you not.
Laura
Have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
Manny Mua
Because I'm not kidding you guys. But maybe I'm. I'm also probably a.
Laura
No, we are. We're both.
Manny Mua
Because I'm from Southern California. I think we can thank God.
Laura
We need one.
Manny Mua
We need one word. YouTube, please give us one. I need to express myself and somehow, God, I. Because I grew up in Southern California and it never rains and the weather is always the exact same. I think that any weather that's something a little jarring will shred me to fill.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
And I'm not kidding you. And I do think that I'm privileged in that way from being solid.
Laura
That's fabulous, though. That's fabulous. You know what? You and, yeah, it's privileged, but you were born here, so why are we Windy Williams either. What?
Manny Mua
Why are we going to do.
Laura
We literally are.
Manny Mua
We're literally. Laura sent me a video yesterday and it sent me because I was like, this is the truth. It literally was a video and it was literally like TV today. And it's like, you're so sweet and.
Laura
Rainbows and sunshine and then us.
Manny Mua
And then it's. And then it goes Wendy Williams. It's like, let's go to the Hot Topics, baby.
Laura
Who's jealous of Adele?
Manny Mua
Beyonce. And I literally was like, this is me. Like, Laura. Yeah.
Laura
We have to keep it alive.
Manny Mua
We have to keep. My God. But yeah, no, I literally feel like the weather right now is really tearing me up real fierce. I have to take vitamin D supplements right now.
Laura
I mean, he's like, I'm on vitamin C. Lexapro, Adivanx, Alexa Pro.
Manny Mua
I want everything just to say a joint. Okay. Everything to stay afloat right now. And I don't know if you guys like this too. If you're. If you're used to sunny disposition weather when it's not that for days and days you feel really off. At least I do.
Laura
I am from Alabama and it never snowed where I'm from either.
Manny Mua
Right? Yep.
Laura
Like, if it snowed in Alabama, it was probably like twice in my entire lifetime and it was like a miracle.
Manny Mua
You know what I mean?
Laura
Like, everybody's like, outside. Schools are closed. It's like, oh. So I've never lived in real cold weather before either. Like, oh, yeah.
Manny Mua
Alam is hot. Yeah, babe.
Laura
Weird, weird South. And then I moved to Southern California. So I do. And I explain this to people. So when I say it's cold, I want you to beat me up. I want you to be.
Manny Mua
I. I mean, I do, you know.
Laura
Do you know if I live in the snow, I would literally cut someone 100% said it was cold.
Manny Mua
Let me tell you something. If you lived in the snow, you would never survive.
Laura
Honey. Not.
Manny Mua
She would kill people. She would turn into literally Eileen.
Laura
I'm not right here, honey.
Manny Mua
Gone, gone. Every man in that state, dead.
Laura
Laura. Prison. Yeah. Yes. Yes.
Manny Mua
No parole.
Laura
Yes. So sorry. But let me tell you something. I couldn't do it. And I don't know how you guys do it.
Manny Mua
That's why I'm like, you are God's only soldiers.
Laura
I love when people are like, try living in Canada.
Manny Mua
I don't want to.
Laura
I would never try that.
Manny Mua
I would never try.
Laura
Don't say try living. I would never do that.
Manny Mua
I don't want to.
Laura
No offense, by the way.
Manny Mua
No, we love you.
Laura
We love it. Some people. Well, we love you. We just don't love your weather.
Manny Mua
No. No. But that's why even when I started, I was like, you are literally like. You impress me. Because for you to be. Be literally able to function like a normal human being in weather like that and still get done and still be happy, you impress me.
Laura
One thing that would piss me the off, if I lived in, like, a snake estate that got cold and snowed, which, by the way, is like, a lot of ourselves.
Manny Mua
Oh, too many.
Laura
Ew, I'm pissed. Can't do it. I'm pissed all over again.
Manny Mua
Pissed. I'm bad for you. I'm mad for you.
Laura
Like. Like, what happens when you need to drive your car but it snowed on the car? Like, what do you do? They scrape their service for that?
Manny Mua
No.
Laura
Scraping a car every day.
Manny Mua
Every day.
Laura
I am not.
Manny Mua
People will literally chip off.
Laura
There's no way off their cars.
Manny Mua
Laura. And they start their car 30 minutes before they even leave to heat up the car.
Laura
So I used to do that in Alabama.
Manny Mua
Okay.
Laura
So cold.
Manny Mua
I swear, now she's getting crazy.
Laura
I did. I used to do that Alabama. I'd go crank my red Honda, go back upstairs, my apartment, get my.
Manny Mua
So you're telling me that you would go in, you would go downstairs, outside, crank it and go back in eater.
Laura
Get it going. Go back in, finish getting ready for work and go. And it wouldn't even be snowing. Maybe a thin layer of frost.
Manny Mua
Oh, and that's literally just like this.
Laura
Yep. I'm like, nope, gotta crank the car. Frozen tundra.
Manny Mua
No, but that's literally like. I think that's what they do in the frozen state.
Laura
Shoveling a driveway, girl. Yeah. That's a lawsuit.
Manny Mua
That is jail time for me. You want to tell me what my hell is?
Laura
It's that you guys tell us if you live. I know some of y' all of our listeners live in cold, snowy states. You've dealt with the cold. You lived in the cold. What's the worst of it?
Manny Mua
Please, I want to know. We don't even know because we don't actually have a grass. We grew up in Alabama. Grip in Southern California. Like, I don't have a grasp on how intense there's got to be something.
Laura
That we're missing that's like so horrible that we don't even have 100%.
Manny Mua
I know there's some, some horrific. But this is why I'm like, kudos.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Honestly, you're amazing. You're. You are God's strongest soldier. I'm not kidding.
Laura
If there was like an apocalypse, you would outlive a warm baby. The Florida babies, the California babies. You're gonna.
Manny Mua
Oh, we're destroying.
Laura
We're destroyed.
Manny Mua
Like we're doomed.

Let's get to the hot topics.
Laura
Anyways.
Manny Mua
And now we're on crack. And now we're on crack.
Laura
Catherine Broom is pissed that. Oh, no.
Manny Mua
What? No, Catherine is Austin's piss pissed off.
Laura
His piss that Catherine's party. I'm just kidding. He's not pissed. He didn't say he was pissed. He didn't act like he was pissed. But he did talk about it.
Manny Mua
So Catherine is pregnant. Point blank. Let's start there. Laura's like, the end.
Laura
Well, that's all we got.
Manny Mua
So Catherine. So she obviously just got engaged recently. No, married. Sorry. Married recently. And she actually was talking about the story on her stories. And she talked about how the day that she was on the aisle, like, she started walking, like, she started like her period.
Laura
Which, by the way, I'm so sorry, I like, listen, because what the hell.
Manny Mua
Are you talking about?
Laura
That is just beyond.
Manny Mua
So she was saying, like a month later she takes the test and she's pregnant. And she literally was like, oh, my God, this must be kind of like she ended birth control that day. And so then like, oh, my God, then that obviously must have transpired that time. So it felt like for her it was like very divine. Divine timing and things like that. And so she's very excited about the pregnancy, which I'm like, so happy for her.
Laura
That's like she's truly rebuilding her 100%.
Manny Mua
She's embarrassed and I'm so happy.
Laura
Me too.
Manny Mua
I'm so happy to see it. And then so literally. So I saw. So Austin was on stream when, like, it. By the way, did you see the shorty bay thing? So weird. It looks.
Laura
She literally was like, not want to ask. I have a question that you told me I have to ask you. Yeah, that's.
Manny Mua
He's like, no, hey, hey. After the workout, man. Babe.
Laura
Hey, babe.
Manny Mua
You're pissing me off. Yeah, so he obviously. Obviously they do their workout. Whatever. He goes on stream after he's like, so cat's pregnant and he's, like, clapping throughout it, which I do find very odd. And I don't know what he was doing, but they. He talks about the pregnancy. He was like, honestly.
Laura
Yes, I can tell.
Manny Mua
Can you tell? Are they shiny?
Laura
What made you paint your nails? Clear.
Manny Mua
Okay. So I just. Okay, let's break it. We're talking about this because this is something I'm actually very excited about.
Laura
So you think your eyes are a little too smoky for every day?
Manny Mua
Justin, I don't like this. Yes. Well, yes. Okay. So there's this brand. They sent me, like, a big package of their thing, and they were like, our nail. Our brand is about, like, sheer. That's like nail care. So it's a nail care nail polish brand combined. So I was kind of like, oh, I don't really paint my nails, but if we can, like, help my. Because I've always had kind of like, really dry, bad nail. Like, this nails are my man's bad. I bite them. Like, they're never really great.
Laura
Do you bite them?
Manny Mua
I bite them pretty bad my whole life. I've been my whole life.
Laura
Let's do it in secret. It.
Manny Mua
I do it all the time.
Laura
I just don't pay attention.
Manny Mua
Maybe you're not paying attention, but. Or maybe I'm just not anxious around you. Hey. Hey. So it's always been a time of my anxiety. I off bet my whole life. Right. So this brand sent me something. They're like, we have like, these sheer washes of color that, like, you can do a layer of it, and it gives you, like, that's why they, like a. A little hint of pinkiness.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
It looks good, but it's not, like, crazy. Right. And then so they just send me all this stuff, and I just started using cuticle oil for the first time. I'm obsessed with cuticle oil. Like, that is something that. I'm not kidding you. I feel like my fingernails look revitalized.
Laura
Wow.
Manny Mua
And it's because of the cuticle. So I'm just very. I'm really into it. I think it's kind of fun because it's, like, soft.
Laura
Yeah, it's soft, but it's not until now.
Manny Mua
Right. It's, like, not crazy, but it's like a little. It's like a little something something.
Laura
Yeah. Nice and polished. I like it.
Manny Mua
Thank you. So really into that. But yeah. So he basically talks about it and he's like, so listen, we. He's like, I. You guys are telling me you guys want my opinion And I'm happy about it. And like, my kids. Kids told me beforehand. Like, they called me, they told me all the information, and I had it beforehand, and I'm very, very happy for them. But then. Which I'm like, okay, cool, that's a great response. Like, whatever. But then he goes on this kind of tangent where he's basically like, I think that there's going to be a time that you guys are not going to try to keep talking about us together, and you're not going to ask me to give opinions about Catherine's life. Right? So then I was like, okay, okay, I see, like, where he's going with this. But the thing is, if this is why they asked, ask. So this is why they ask you, Austin, because they know you're gonna talk about it. The only reason that people ask you to talk about something is because you continue to do so. If anyone asks Catherine, what do you think about Austin doing this one thing? Do you think she'd ever answer? No, she doesn't give a. And she's not gonna answer. So if you did that exact same thing and you're like, you know, I'm not gonna talk about Catherine. I don't want to talk about our life anymore. Like, I just want to, like, let it be, then they probably wouldn't ask you about it anymore as much as they do. But because you continue to talk about it and you almost invite that, and you want to talk about the situation because it brings you. Using clicks. His. His Snapchat Spotlight was a photo of the pregnancy test of it. Like, come on.
Laura
He literally gets, like, don't money off Snapchat and streaming. And he knows people come there, which earns him an income.
Manny Mua
Yeah, of course.
Laura
Like, he knows they come there for that tea and to see that moment to see him talk about it. And same thing on Snapchat. That's why he made the photo.
Manny Mua
Like, yes, that's why he did it.
Laura
To get people in. And he makes a ton of money doing it. And I. I personally believe that's why he talks about it too. Why does it. But, like, Catherine doesn't need that. So, like, she's like, like, I'll make my money other ways. Like, I'm not going to be talking 100, but that's how he makes his money.
Manny Mua
And that's fine.
Laura
But also a clown demon.
Manny Mua
Yes. But what I find funny is him being like, there's gonna be a world when you guys won't ask me to talk about this. You're talking about it because you want to talk about it?
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Not because people are asking you allegedly. Don't, like, be like he's gaslighting his audience and making it seem like you Guys, guys, you're making me do this. Your spotlight photo is her pregnancy.
Laura
I feel like he thought he was slick with Shawty bay, you know, 100. I feel like he probably.
Manny Mua
Girl, you are see through like water.
Laura
Yeah, he is.
Manny Mua
What?
Laura
But I feel like it's just like, how he makes his living, and that's kind of like how he's done it for so long with, like, being a clout demon and, like, driving a jet ski in a pool. Like, you think he's not gonna put a pregnancy test up to get a clip?
Manny Mua
Of course he will.
Laura
He is, like, you know, one of those people who knows how to always get the click. But it's obviously gonna come all the time. Exactly.
Manny Mua
All the time. I just think it' funny that I'm like, you did. Does your audience think that, like, it's them doing, like, they're the perpetrators of your answers?
Laura
He tried to seem like. It seemed like it was like, you.
Manny Mua
Guys are making me talk. Baby, you're talking because you want to talk.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Don't play this game. So regardless, I'm happy for Kathy. That's absolutely amazing. I'm so happy for her rebuilding her life the way she wants to. And I think that's awesome.
Laura
I think it's so great, too. Let's see what else we got in the chamber. Hair by Chrissy. I want to talk about this. Oh, so I did not know who Hair by Chrissy did.
Sponsor Voice
You know?
Manny Mua
I had no idea this. No clue.
Laura
We're also not like people in the hair world.
Manny Mua
I just don't know really about her. Yeah.
Laura
So apparently she's a very. She has a salon in Arizona, but she's gone very viral on Tick Tock and she's very popular. And a lot of girls like to go to Arizona to get the hair by Chrissy to do their hair. Like, that's the thing. Which, by the way, I guess we've never heard of her.
Manny Mua
I don't know anything about her.
Laura
Well, would you get your hair done by her?
Manny Mua
Yeah, let me go and add $4,000 extensions. Yeah, for sure.
Laura
This is going to be a deeper conversation.
Manny Mua
I want to dive deep on this one.
Laura
So apparently this influencer goes to Arizona and gets an appointment. Gets a hair by Chrissy appointment. She's super excited. So obviously she's going to document the moment. And as it's happening, she's realizing, you know, hair by Chrissy has a lot of assistance that kind of do everything. And here by Chrissy doesn't really do the hair. So she was like, she like touched my hair. She like came by, touched the hair, played with it.
Manny Mua
What do you want to do?
Laura
Yeah, seeing what she want to do and then she sends over her team to do it for her. But the thing is, the influencer shows. Doesn't she show the receipts?
Manny Mua
Yeah, she said like she spent like what, $4200. 4240.
Laura
200 on the services for her hair. Now, now, now, now, now. What do you mean?
Manny Mua
I'm pissed.
Laura
I'm pissed.
Manny Mua
I'm pissed off.
Laura
What do you mean paid? There's no. If I was a billionaire, I would not pay 4200 for hair. I'm assuming this has to be extensions for one.
Manny Mua
It has to be.
Laura
There's like the little.
Manny Mua
Maybe it's coloring. It's extensions. It's everything.
Laura
It's like, girl, ain't no way.
Manny Mua
Like for me, what's crazy about is I'm like, this hair experience is like a one time experience.
Laura
I'm never spending $4,000 K Tip Glue and tape in. I've never had any type of extension other than a clip in where you take it out like a bellamy.
Manny Mua
Yeah.
Laura
I've never had an extension installed. So for those of you who do that, how much does like like normally a normal installation of like those hair extensions that you're paying for the hair.
Manny Mua
Obviously, so you're paying for the service.
Laura
And this service and then you're gonna get a wash and a blowout and a cut. So you'll pay for that.
Manny Mua
Maybe a color, who knows?
Laura
Like, I've paid a lot for hair in Beverly Hills, but it hasn't even come. It had. I've never paid a thousand dollars for my hair, right up to a thousand. So four thousand is where you really lost.
Manny Mua
That's what I'm shocked.
Laura
So I'm like, am I? Because since I've never gotten the extensions done, I'm like, do they cost that much?
Manny Mua
I don't know anything about the extensions. That hair world. The price just overarchingly seems so outrageous that I'm like, yeah, doesn't even make sense for what is happening. And a lot of people like, because this hair by Chrissy situation obviously is blown up on TikTok. Like people doing pieces. Oh, tell them Chris. So Chrissy herself. So after this video comes out, Chrissy decides to upload a gazillion videos and they're all literally like 4K blowout. 4K, Bob. 4K.
Laura
Like old footage that 4K color before. Yes.
Manny Mua
Like 25 videos.
Laura
She made fun of the girl.
Manny Mua
Yes, that's what I'm saying. So she like, was like, literally like, this is not like happening. She basically is alluding like she was doing it in an unprofessional way, almost giving off mean girl energy where she's literally being like making 4K. Her entire brand comes out with the shirt that's literally like. Like this looks like $4. Does this look like $4,000 to you?
Laura
Like, is she saying that the girl didn't pay 4,000 or she doesn't pay? Like she's paying it, but she's just like funny.
Manny Mua
She's basically just saying like. And the whole point of it, I think she's being like, yeah. And. And because the thing is, the girl, I believe, knew what the price was.
Laura
Going to be going to that next. I wonder.
Manny Mua
Yes, she put a down payment down first. She did the first down payment. And the thing is, what I was thinking is I'm like, okay, so you're.
Laura
Making payment plans on your hair. You're in a scan scam.
Manny Mua
It's giving scammed down. Because the thing is. But I think the part that's really the part that the girl had the problem with, not even the price, obviously, that's crazy. But she was like, I paid this much money and Chrissy didn't even do my hair.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
So you're paying this premium price point to not get the person that is getting the premium price point for you know what I'm saying?
Laura
Like, you make your appointment, I guess, with Chrissy. So you would assume Chrissy's doing the hair.
Manny Mua
Yes.
Laura
It was like a whole moment.
Manny Mua
Yes. But it wasn't. So it's like if Chrissy, who is this popular salon owner, influencer, like stylist, crazy. Like there's hair stylists that are celebrity stylists that will charge you 10k for hair. I'm sure. But the thing is, like, if you're going into expend for this experience and you didn't get that one thing, I would be upset as well. Yeah, it's like you're spending that much money on that, mind you. Of course, I do feel like at a salon a lot of like stylists and assistants are doing things all the time, constantly doing washouts, doing blowouts, things like that, that. And so it's like, yeah, that's quite normal to do that at a salon where there's other people helping, joining in. But for her not to get her hair.
Laura
Well, if Chrissy just literally came by, talked to her and like, touched her hair, played with it, then yeah, she didn't do anything.
Manny Mua
No hair.
Laura
Because, like, I have a guy that dyes my hair, and then his assistants, like, wash me out and, like, help him die. But he's dyeing the hair, but they're doing half my head, and he's doing half my head. And then I have a girl that cuts my hair. She also has an assistant. When they blow me out, he blows out half my hair. She does, but she's there the whole entire time doing my hair. And so is he.
Manny Mua
The whole time.
Laura
The whole time.
Manny Mua
It feels like scam. But I'm also like, at the end of the day, like, if Chrissy can get away with charging 4k, people will pay it. She's gonna do it.
Laura
Like, people are gonna go, I wonder how much Jesse, like, am I out of the loop on the hair thing? Is it like all $4,000?
Manny Mua
It must be.
Laura
No, not how much she charged him for, literally.
Manny Mua
I don't think think that it's always 4K.
Laura
That feels.
Manny Mua
I just. That feels outrageous to me.
Laura
That feels outrageous. I don't know.
Manny Mua
I don't know what the. The extensions, like, where it's like the clip in world, like the K tips chat. So listen, what's the average.
Laura
What's the average price of K tip extensions? I think they're called K tip. I could have just made that up. But I feel like I've heard that. I've heard Kate, like keratin tip or something. Searching the web. It depends on the quality and length of the hair you're gonna get. But typical price range are 50 to 400 per bundle. It can range like the high on the high end professional of hair plus labor can range anywhere from 8,000 to $2,000.
Manny Mua
8,000.
Laura
I'm so sorry. 800 to $2,000. So I feel like the highest it could range is 2. So I feel like double that or.
Manny Mua
Gouging is what the Is happening.
Laura
Yeah, that's what's happening. Happening. So I'm assuming that Chrissy is just like, made a name for herself and she's cashing in. But Manny brings up a good point. He says if people are silly enough to pay it. I must say silly or stupid.
Manny Mua
There's both. You know, the silly, stupid semantics. Right. If is I said this earlier and I was like, am I being rude? Is Chrissy not being, like kind of a Genius. In a way. To charge this much money. If people are going to pay it.
Laura
Not go to her 100. You just like, I still think the.
Manny Mua
Whole thing is shady and ridiculous. Absolutely.
Laura
Like for her not to do the hair.
Manny Mua
Yes, it's crazy. But what's crazy to me is that I'm like, if people are willing to pay that much money, then is, Is Chrissy not a genius for charging that much money? You know what I'm saying?
Laura
Like, I mean, listen, Supply and demand. Yes, it's supply and demand. That's what I'm trying to say at that. If she's booked out, so. Booked out. Well, you got to raise the rate. And now the rates hit to 4,000. And if people are silly enough to pay the 4,000, then she's laughing all the way to the bank.
Manny Mua
Then she's making her. She's making her thousands. It's like if people are willing to pay that, then she's gonna cash their checks. How much money would it cost you for someone to glam for you to glam them?
Laura
Don't ask me that because I don't want to hurt anyone. Silly.
Manny Mua
I'm just saying. I can't even answer that question. I can't. It's unanswerable.
Laura
I, me and Manny want to make something.
Manny Mua
I recently, I recently did get offered artist. I did get asked recently to do glam.
Laura
And what you say no, no, at what rate you tell.
Manny Mua
You know what's funny? So I didn't even give them the rate cuz I literally. It was a cele. It was actually a celebrity like person and their wife, like they were getting married, right? And they were doing a dinner party and I was. And they asked me to do the wife's makeup and I was like, oh no, I don't do that anymore. Like that's not a world I'm in. Like, I just cannot. Like, like I don't have a kit anymore. I don't have. I don't have the practice anymore.
Laura
Like, I get my makeup done and like I see all their kit and like all their stuff. Incredible, baby.
Manny Mua
A working artist.
Laura
I'm not a working artist.
Manny Mua
I'm not either.
Laura
I haven't been a working artist in years.
Manny Mua
I think, I think 10 years for me.
Laura
Yeah. Oh yeah.
Manny Mua
I wouldn't know what to even do for me.
Laura
I quit. Whenever I first started my YouTube channel, I said this. I'm just going to teach everyone how to.
Manny Mua
When I started my channel, I was still at ma back. So that's why I say 10.
Laura
Yeah. Yeah, no, I wouldn't. I mean, could I beat down the face? Of course. Would I? No, no, no, no, no, no.
Manny Mua
I also just, like, I. I feel this, like, immense pressure for someone's, like, special occasion.
Laura
I'm gonna say. I'm gonna be for real, too. Hair makeup is really hard labor.
Manny Mua
Oh, I'm sorry. On your body, on your back, on your legs, legs.
Laura
It's everything labor.
Manny Mua
You're also standing for hours and hours.
Laura
And hours bent over nuts. It's a hard.
Manny Mua
They deserve career.
Laura
They do. It's a tough job. Try guys in their Try Guy podcast, as soon as Ned starts his. What's up with that?
Manny Mua
Manny the tripod is.
Laura
They said, you know what? Ned have it all.
Manny Mua
No. Joy's actually really funny. They kind of shaded Ned in this. They did. I saw, like, a. I saw a shady tick tock. Sorry. I saw a comment. So apparently in Ned. Ned's. In one of Ned's episodes, she's talking to, like, this woman, and the woman goes like, do you think you're interesting enough for your own podcast? And he was like, I don't know. So then it says that Ned says that. Okay. So then the Try guys, when they're doing their last episode, they're like, some people think that they're the most interesting people in the world. And they are like. And they obviously are poking fun because everyone's kind of giggling, like, I love that you said that. And so there's like, this. They're poking fun in it, obviously. It's very, very obvious. But they're also getting a little bit of, like, heat and backlash, slash. For ending their podcast because there's an employee that they have there that she is just, like, apparently amazing, and everyone loves her. I don't really know a ton about their podcast. A lot of people love her. And they're like, oh, you know, we're ending the podcast because we want to do other adventures and do other things together, and we're gonna bring back other things because the podcast takes a lot of time. But they're like, why would you end something that is actually your most genuine thing? So the comments are literally, like, this is the most, like, real we get of you. And, like, your employees are awesome. Like, you guys are awesome in this setting. Why would you go back to doing, like, daily trying?
Laura
And that's what they want to do.
Manny Mua
Yes. They want to go back to, like.
Laura
Doing different trying stuff. Get them more views, you think?
Manny Mua
Probably. I'm sure. I'm sure. I'm sure. Or they can just do more with that constantly. Because the thing is, if they're constantly, I, I understand like the idea of like wanting to end the podcast because they have other avenues together. Doing so many things too much. It's like, that's a lot. You're inundated constantly with content. But it's sad for the audience that's like, this is the most you. And we lose this. That's crazy. Especially like losing something that they really like for something that they might not like as much. It's kind of like feels like, you know what I mean? But I did love the little shade to Ned and I do hope that they, you know, do amazing things and they are able to be genuine and bring on that their employees that they, you know, potentially might lose from ending the podcast that people really, really like. But at the end of the day, you have to do what feels right for you and what feels right for your team, what feels right for your partners. So it just sucks that it is ending the way it is. But I did the love the little Ned shade. Can't help it.
Laura
Well, there you have it. Ariana Grande gets attacked on the red carpet premiere of season. Season two.
Manny Mua
Season two.
Laura
Wicked Season two. They should. The TV show's next. Listen, I mean there's. You see the video, I saw the video. The fan just rubs up and he, and he just runs up and he wants to like, he grabs her. Intense, like take a picture with them. It seemed like he wanted to like walk with them in a way.
Manny Mua
Did he like put his arm around. He like grabbed her to like take a photo and like he started jumping up and down so it looked like he was like grab like cuz he was jumping up and he had put her arm, his arm around her and she's obviously like small.
Laura
Oh, very small.
Manny Mua
So she literally looks like, like a rag doll, like being flung around.
Laura
Cynthia was there to her rescue, of course.
Manny Mua
Of course. But I'm like, I love that Cynthia like jumped in. Like I thank God someone did before security. She was like. And I'm like, oh my God, that's like a real Cynthia.
Laura
Don't play.
Manny Mua
She's not playing any games. Don't play with her.
Laura
Crazy.
Manny Mua
No. And so what's really crazy about the situation, like I feel like is the lore that came from it was that this man who basically was posting beforehand was like, I. He's like, gotta meet Ariana Grande.
Laura
Like, oh, he did.
Manny Mua
Loves the attention. Loves the hate, to be honest. So this guy is actually the same guy that went up on Katy Perry's stage.
Laura
I saw that video of him, and he had kind of the same movement, same thing. Put his arm around her and kind of was, like, jumping, like. It was a very similar thing that he did to Ariana that he did to Katie beforehand, and Katie, like, shrugs him off.
Manny Mua
He wants to do this, like, with celebrity. He wants to be almost like this.
Laura
Like, famous celebrity jumper.
Manny Mua
Yeah, a jumper. A literal celebrity jumper. Literally. So true. So they, like, did, like, a little investigation on him, and he actually ended up going to prison for nine days.
Laura
That is crazy.
Manny Mua
I don't think this.
Laura
That got him. Because he's nine days, though. That's.
Manny Mua
So I might go more consents more. Yeah.
Sponsor Voice
What the.
Laura
Is nine now, baby, you don't even got time to make 99.
Manny Mua
Make him regret it.
Laura
Honestly. 90 would be good for him.
Manny Mua
That would, like, at least make you.
Laura
Like, twice about some nine days is.
Manny Mua
Not really gonna make nine days. I'm like, you guys need harsher punishment for this kind of thing. Because the thing is, what's really scary is that, like, super fans have killed celebrities.
Laura
Yes.
Manny Mua
So, like, you, it needs to be. I feel like people don't take it serious enough because they're celebrities and they're like, oh, it's a celebrity, whatever. But it should be taken seriously because they could be in really dangerous situations that you don't know what's happening. Like, like I was saying, people were like, super fan. Like, look at Selena.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Her manager killed her. And it's like, these super fans are obsessed.
Laura
Celebrities have stalkers. I think it was. I don't know how. Like, I don't know. There's so many.
Manny Mua
There's just a. There's a gazillion.
Laura
It just takes one crazy, too.
Manny Mua
So I'm glad that he went to this prison. Nine days. He should have went for longer. And I hope that if he pulls this again, he better go for longer. I know he will, because there's no way, like, in no world.
Laura
But they should have given nine days.
Manny Mua
But I feel bad. Like, Ariana looks shook the.
Laura
Yeah. She was like, who the hell?
Manny Mua
Afterwards, I would have been sick.
Laura
How does he keep breaking through? Like, he got well.
Manny Mua
He literally jumped offense.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
He, like, is actually the. He's the type of. That would jump the fence, do it.
Laura
Really, really fast on stage for Katy Perry. Like, that's crazy.
Manny Mua
Again, jump the fence. I'm sure when. The thing is, if he was like, he's obviously professional at this or wants to do this constantly. So the second the security looks, maybe another way he just leaps for that moment. He waits for the moment just for them to look to another direction. Leaps up, finds the plan beforehand. He's like, this is how I'm gonna do it.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
And does it. And then it becomes this celebrity jumper. It looks like a psychopath.
Laura
Psychopath.
Manny Mua
He also looks like, actually insane.
Laura
Yeah, yeah.
Manny Mua
Like, he looks sickly. No, Laura.
Laura
So fast. It moves so fast. I'm gonna Google. You know right now he looks like. You just see the back of his head. And then, like, Cynthia, look. Right now to pull him apart, I.
Manny Mua
Need you to look at him. Right.
Laura
Ariana Grande. What should I type in? Like, jumper attacked. Attacked.
Manny Mua
Yes. Ariana Gray attack, attacked at Wicked Premiere. Yes. He looks like he is a demon.
Laura
I just know Cynthia will body slam him 100.
Manny Mua
Cynthia would literally put an elbow in his.
Laura
I know, know. I know. She don't. That's why I.
Manny Mua
With her so heavy.
Laura
Okay, I see. I think I see him right there.
Manny Mua
You see?
Laura
Look, he's smiling.
Manny Mua
Yes. But there's. She literally. Cynthia's like this.
Laura
Get the back.
Manny Mua
Yes. No, he literally, like, the photos of him are insane. Like, he just looks like. He looks like a. Yeah, Ari.
Laura
Pretty hard around the shoulder. It does look like he's like this trying to take, like, you know, exactly what he did to Katy Perry. Put his arm around her shoulder and was, like, jerking her, you know, so. Oh, yeah.
Manny Mua
But also, like, that's like, don't be jerking people.
Laura
Well, don't touch people.
Manny Mua
Don't touch people.
Laura
Don't be jerking her. Even if you ran up to her. Is weird.
Manny Mua
But no. Yes.
Laura
Yeah, I found the picture. Okay.
Manny Mua
That's what I'm talking about.
Laura
We're going to insert the jumper.
Manny Mua
Yeah, Screenshot that.
Laura
We're going to go ahead and insert.
Manny Mua
People to understand the gravity of how sickly I find him.
Laura
Oh, my gosh. It's scary, though. It really is.
Manny Mua
That's why it's scary. I'm like, girl, get the away.
Laura
Scary. Yeah. Okay, last topic is alleged. We're gonna be careful reporting alleged.
Manny Mua
Okay.
Laura
But there is some.
Manny Mua
Some wee wee sucking.
Laura
Some wee from Trump going on that's getting released. Allegedly.
Manny Mua
Allegedly. Like, emails. Okay, so recently, I'm sure you guys have seen it. It's all over the Internet. It's like, become a viral funn at this point where, like, Trump is blowing Bubba. Okay. So the rumor has it. So there was, like, I guess, leaks between Epstein and his brother. Right. And they're talking back and forth and there. And one of the exchanges goes like, do you have the photos of Trump, or does someone have the photos of Trump blowing Bubba? So. And people thought Bubba was Bill Clinton.
Laura
It says, ass.
Manny Mua
Putin. Putin. Putin.
Laura
Putin is involved in the leaked email. Allegedly.
Manny Mua
I mean, they. Allegedly. Okay.
Laura
Putin's like, they asked Epstein's brother emails Jeffrey and says, ask Putin. Which. That is the craziest part to me.
Manny Mua
Insane.
Laura
Ask Putin. We're gonna. For the picture photos of Trump blowing Bubba. We're gonna take him down. It's basically like, he could.
Manny Mua
Yes, he can go down, essentially. So everyone online thought because Bubba was Bill Clinton, like, people, it was his nickname. So they're like, oh, my God, Trump's blowing Bill Clinton. And it became a huge. And I was. Cat links. I'm like, no wonder he hates Hillary.
Laura
Yeah, I mean, it's clear.
Manny Mua
Like, he's the other woman. Trump's the other woman. So it became this huge thing. Huge about me.
Laura
I love that Putin has the picture.
Manny Mua
He's like.
Laura
Like, I love that. All people in the world.
Manny Mua
And I'm like, honestly, that. Like, why am I trying to. It just weirdly, it makes sense to me in. In a way where I'm like, yeah, of course.
Laura
He's a fever dream.
Manny Mua
It feels like a fever dream. It feels like a Putin.
Laura
We have to do great.
Manny Mua
Great. It feels insane. It feels like literally we're in a.
Laura
It does. It does. It does.
Manny Mua
So basically, Epstein's mother come out and was like, bubba is not Bill Clinton. Like, that is not the case. It is someone else. So now there's, like, speculation going around, like, who could it be? Who is this Bubba that Trump is blowing? So there's apparently allegedly evidence that Trump is blowing someone, and there's photos of it.
Laura
We don't know who Bubba, and we.
Manny Mua
Don'T know who the fuck it is. Have no fucking clue. But now it's like this crazy thing where this morning, a reporter, she asked Trump, she was like, so about the Epon situation, like, what's going on about the, like, everything. He goes, shut up, piggy.
Laura
He calls her Piggy. I ain't shocked.
Manny Mua
I. I'm not shocked at all. But for him to be so angry immediately, I'm like, there's clearly something to that.
Laura
Yep. You're admitting there was.
Manny Mua
There's something, huh? So there's definitely something to it. And a lot of people, obviously, Democrats, Republicans, don't like, they're like, just release the files, then. Release the them. But they're like, so there's a lot of Some spooky shit's happening in there. And everyone's scared beyond. Everyone is scared. Everyone is terrified. But I'm like, let the public decide.
Laura
This whole thing is sick.
Manny Mua
It's insane.
Laura
Sick that this went on. I'm not talking about the emails. I'm talking about the whole situation that's gone on. I watched documentaries. The whole whole entire thing is sick. It's sick that it's been protected. It's sick that they've protected criminals.
Manny Mua
And it's also that they're using it almost as a tool.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
Resource. I'm like, yeah, you're. You traumatize people and you literally using this as a tool against your, like, opponent.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny Mua
It's insane.
Laura
Really sick. I think the whole thing, I mean, our whole country is a joke at this point.
Manny Mua
Literally, literally with this situation. It is actually a sick joke. Everything happened. It feels like, again, like I said, the Twilight Zone. It's almost, Almost like, how is this even real? All these men and people in power that do these sick, diabolical things that just all slept on the rugs because they have power is insane to me. And there's literal proof of it. There's these files and they're somehow just being blocked from being out because they're like, well, we did all these crazy.
Laura
Things, so we got to protect.
Manny Mua
We have to protect that we did it. No. Expose their fucking asses.
Laura
Yeah, it's absolutely, absolutely.
Manny Mua
So, yeah. Well, we'll continue the story when we hear more things about it. But it's definitely getting real fierce. It gets fiercer every day.
Laura
It does with that.
Manny Mua
It gets fierce every single day. It's taking many turns and growing many legs.
Laura
