Manny
You catch more flies with honey.
Laura
Weightlifting in the heat is fucking crazy.
Manny
Bitch. I see a head by my car door.
Laura
Women dominating men's hill.
Manny
I love it. My house is a fortress. Okay. I have cameras everywhere.
Laura
Welcome to your favorite podcast. It's full coverage with your host, Laura.
Manny
Lee and Mani Muay.
Laura
And today we have a very special guest. She is our reigning guest, our rating supreme. Our rating supreme, Aaron Weaver.
Manny
The girly girls. My niece.
Laura
I can say our niece. My one who don't know your one.
Manny
Oh my God. Your niece and mine.
Laura
Your mom's pissed about that.
Manny
Oh, she's devastated.
Laura
My mom, literally like three sons and no grandchildren.
Manny
My mom literally wants to all three of us. That's all she has.
Laura
Oh my lord.
Manny
That's why she treats her so well. That's why she takes care of me.
Laura
She really does.
Aaron
That little chicken nugget, that's her baby. That's her only grandbaby.
Laura
So you guys asked us questions about Aaron 247 and we're just gonna do a full life update. We're gonna interview Aaron and ask her what it's like to be a 21 year old living in LA and all the good juicy questions that you guys might have. Plus she's got a lot going on.
Manny
In her world and living in LA now because remember, I think last time she was here she wasn't in la.
Laura
Oh yeah.
Manny
Now she's an LA girl.
Aaron
Honestly, I feel like, because what I've been on the podcast like two times and I feel like each time I just feel like a completely different person.
Laura
It's cuz your age.
Aaron
Yeah, it's because of my age.
Manny
It's so transformative.
Aaron
Each year is so different and I'm changing so much.
Manny
Until you hit like 29.
Laura
Yeah. And then it goes and it's going.
Manny
To be like, maybe this is who the I am. This is what you're going to get. Once you hit your pretzel lobe fully development, you're like, okay, I'm going to stay here.
Aaron
I got a couple years down.
Laura
Life settles down a little bit.
Manny
Things start to calm down just a hair. But in that age, oh my God. I was. I felt the same way.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
I was changing every freaking year. One year I was gay, one year I wasn't.
Laura
New friends, new boyfriends, new house, new jobs. Like dropping out, signing up for class. Like, it all changes in those years. So it's very interesting. But we're gonna start with peaks and pits.
Aaron
Okay, who's going first?
Laura
You? You, Stoney?
Aaron
Okay. Peak of this week is gonna have to be my friend's birthday party last night.
Laura
And on a Tuesday is crazy.
Aaron
On a Tuesday.
Manny
That's diabolical.
Aaron
And I hope you know no one's holding back either. No one's.
Laura
I know.
Manny
This is the crazy part.
Laura
We're not holding back.
Aaron
We don't care, girl. We already knew that. But to the, to the viewers, to the. To the fam jam, we don't hold back. Even though we got work in the morning right now. Actually.
Laura
No, that's good.
Aaron
Surprisingly. But I think it's because I drink too. And then we all stay up. But I did stay up till 5am so. So. And that has just kind of became a norm for me since, like, moving here.
Manny
It's just like, I know that's the norm on a Tuesday. 5:00am sleep.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
Another club, another club, another club, another club.
Laura
We.
Aaron
We actually didn't even go to a club. It was my friend's 22nd birthday. We went to dinner. We had a really good time. A lot of us went out to eat. And then we surprised her with a love island themed surprise party. And there's so many people there. She had no idea. She didn't even want to go to the person's place. She's like, dude, like, we need to get going. We need to get going. But I think that is definitely going to be a peak of the week because it just makes me think, like, oh my God, I'm so grateful to be living in L. A. Again. I'm so thankful for, like, all the friendships that I have started to gain since moving here. And I'm just a more social and active person compared to like this time last year, I felt like I was just such a home buddy, never leaving the house. Besides when I was going to work or maybe going to the gym.
Laura
Why do you feel like you didn't have, like, this experience that you're experiencing now in Santa Barbara?
Aaron
I think me for one, being in a relationship and I'm not gonna like, I. It's not like in a toxic way. It's not like I had a boyfriend that was like, I don't want you going here. Doing this. Blah, blah, blah, blah. We were just so attached to the hip. And I think he was like, I don't know. I just want to do everything with him and be with him all the time. And I think something just finally flipped in my brain where I was like, this is not normal. This is. I don't like this. Even if this was normal, I don't like this. I miss my girlfriends. I miss going out. I miss being social. I don't like this home buddy that I've have become, because I can be a little introverted. I can like my alone time. Yeah, you can just like any other normal person. But, girl, I miss going out. So this is definitely just, like, reminding me that this year, a lot has changed for me. I feel like this is the most productive year of my life. And I truly am just so thankful for all the beautiful, gorgeous people I've met this year and became closer with.
Laura
I love that.
Aaron
I love it.
Manny
Transformative year. It is for sure.
Aaron
It is, and I'm excited. And then Pittsburgh is gonna have to be this freaking burn mark on my neck.
Laura
Hello.
Aaron
I hope you know that I was on the.
Laura
We were literally on the phone with each other when she did it. She's like.
Aaron
And I'm like, laura, if you see me, this ain't no hickey. I burnt my neck.
Manny
And that's like, a burn. The second I saw you, I was like, oh, you burned yourself. I didn't even.
Aaron
No one's gonna look at that and think that my entire neck was just, like, burning for the entire day. It hurts so bad.
Manny
Is that like a curling. What is that a straightener? Curling iron?
Aaron
Cur.
Manny
Okay. Okay. Like a little barrel.
Aaron
Yes.
Laura
And it just takes a second, like a literal.
Manny
And it will just get you together.
Aaron
It will get you hot.
Manny
Tools are scary.
Aaron
They are. I mean, honestly, it's not too bad. I've gotten some really bad, like, forehead.
Laura
Yeah. Like, my ears.
Aaron
I remember when I was younger, May. I don't know if you would get me sometimes. Mom definitely would.
Manny
You're like.
Laura
She would get my little ear.
Manny
Hello.
Laura
Oh, like a little clamp.
Aaron
Yes.
Manny
Like this.
Aaron
Oh, it hurts.
Laura
They're like, 400 degrees.
Manny
Yes.
Laura
It takes, like, a little scissor. A million seconds, and it's over, and.
Aaron
Then it burns all day, and it hurts. I love hot tools because they make your hair look amazing but good. Do they burn?
Manny
I used to straighten my hair in high school, actually.
Laura
Did you? Did you? Oh, yeah. You had emo.
Manny
Like, I had, like, emo hair, and I had like, it was really wavy.
Laura
All the emo boys straighten their hair, though. And you would always wanted that. Yep.
Manny
A little swoop, a little bit. So I would always do like this.
Laura
Like, you might even bring that back.
Manny
No, you sick fox. I'm not bringing that back. You guys. I literally, like, it was like my warp tour days, so it was very my Tumblr warp tour days. So I would be very. Every single morning, I have like my mom's straightener, straightener, and I'd be like this in the bathroom like that.
Laura
Okay.
Aaron
Eating.
Manny
She's like, literally just like this, like, gay.
Aaron
Something I wrote with something like.
Manny
So something different about that child.
Aaron
She's staring at your other brother. So she's like, what's up with that one? What's with this one?
Manny
So I'll straighten it every day, but I never burn myself from the straightener because it's like, you only do a couple passes.
Aaron
It's a bit easier, but if I.
Manny
Curled, it'd be over.
Laura
Well, I love that. My pig and pit is I. There's a new class at my gym where I do hot and yes, they have a new class now. It's called strength. And it's strength training. Like, huge, heavy weight.
Manny
Oh, like you're lifting.
Laura
It is lifting. It's lifting. You're lifting in there in the same heat, though. And I'm Greece. I can barely.
Aaron
Don't try to sign me up for one of those classes. And I love them, I really do. But if you're getting weight, I genuinely.
Laura
Don'T think it's made for you yet. I think you could build up to it. Oh, yeah, 100. But I don't think as of right.
Aaron
Now, I think I would die.
Laura
Yeah, I think I would probably pass out.
Manny
And you're like, heaving.
Laura
Okay. So in sculpt, which, by the way, a heated sculpt class, it's a. All the classes are 110 degrees, except for hot yoga. They go a little hotter, so it's deadly. But in sculpt, it's a high intensity interval training.
Manny
I thought that was training. This whole time it's hit. I thought sculpt this whole time was cardio with strength.
Laura
But you're okay. So in school, because it's so high cardio, your heart rate's normally around 175 to 180, which is pretty maxed out. Yeah, that's kind of like you just ran a mile because of the heat and how fast the workouts are. So you do three to five pound weights, but you're like this moving though. Got it right, so. And it's like rapid, like. Yeah, it's like Pilates rapid. Which totally toned me up this class. So I talked to him. I was like, okay. I was like, if I'm doing three to five pounds in sculpt, what do I do in here? He was like, 15.
Manny
Damn.
Laura
I was like, oh, my God.
Aaron
I said, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Manny
Like, what do you mean? You're like this?
Laura
No, my wrist. I said, girl, I do 10 when I'm not in.
Manny
You're like, 10 is my max ditch.
Laura
I'll do 10. I like tens. He said, Do 15. You always want to do something you almost can't do. That's how you get your gains. But he said, get an 8 to 10 in there and then get a 15. 15. So I can't lift my legs and arms today.
Manny
No, you're close.
Laura
It was my first.
Manny
Because you're actually. Because you're doing actual weightlifting.
Laura
Oh, yeah.
Manny
Weightlifting is a whole different breed.
Laura
And my heart rate was up. It's because the heat, you know, weightlifting in the heat is crazy, but insane. I thought it was the most fun thing ever and I'm gonna take it a bunch of times.
Manny
Okay. I love that. I'm glad. I also think that, like, it's like almost like a Pokemon. Like, you're just leveling up. Like, it's like now heated strength training. It's like, oh, because now you have what el. So now it's like, actually because you toned up from the last one, now you're gonna gain a little bit of muscle. So now you're gonna actually even be like more physically fit.
Aaron
Laura's about to be muscle mommy over here.
Manny
Honestly, like, you don't actually have to lift like that crazy to just have a little bit of a difference. Like, you don't even need to be like a bodybuilder, but, like, just enough to give it a little bit of tone. It just adds to it.
Aaron
You posted something on your story showing like a two year difference. Because, I mean, I've always seen you, you're just like skitty. Like, I've never. Yeah, but then when she showed like a picture, I was like, I thought the same thing.
Manny
I see Aurora all the time. I'm like, what?
Aaron
The abs?
Laura
But when I'm not flexing, I look just pretty normal, you know?
Aaron
I don't know. All my friends being are like, they always talk about your abs.
Laura
Oh my God.
Aaron
They talk about your.
Laura
Do they?
Aaron
But yeah, they do. They love you.
Manny
Let's Be honest.
Aaron
I literally cannot bring up Laura. It can't be a woman. It can't be a man. Anyone that I'm friends with. Because everyone's like, your aunt, so hot.
Manny
I have you guys. I have so many family members that have literally been like, Laura's so hot. Like, she's so bad.
Laura
What is happening?
Manny
She's so bad. She's so bad. Tyler's so lucky. And I'm like, I've dealt with it.
Aaron
Since high school, Laura. And no one believes all my friends do.
Manny
All my friends, all my siblings, all my family.
Laura
This is insane. Incoming news.
Aaron
I literally can't show you to any of my friends. Like, I literally cannot because they're. Those start foaming out of the mouth, drooling. They're like, your ass. Guys.
Manny
Act with her when, like, Tyler's not around and it's me and her only. I am always guys.
Laura
Okay, I did tell Manny this at I said, I'm so glad I'm friends with, like a gay guy because men do not even try it with me. Like, they do not. Like, if it was me and another girl, it's a win win for me. They'd be annoying. And it's not because I'm hot. Men doesn't impress me. I have a theory on that. It's a little inappropriate for the podcast. I don't want to be as blogged. But like, a man, A man hitting on me is not an ego boost for me because a man will hit on a dog or have sex with an animal. Yeah, for me, I'm just like, no.
Aaron
It'S not a compliment.
Laura
I'm annoying. Really?
Manny
Actually, you're pissing me off.
Laura
Me off, actually. So I'm like, you're literally repellent to a straight man because one, you're a grown ass dude. So one, they don't want to deal with it, but two, they don't want to deal with a gay because you know what a gay is gonna be like? Oh, and they're.
Manny
And the thing is, like, I'm gonna try. If they're, like, being awkward too, I'm gonna probably be over compensating to be more awkward to them. You know what I mean? What are you talking about? Like, be super. And they usually don't. It's kind of like repellent. Like you said. They're kind of like.
Laura
And I love that.
Aaron
Let's go bug someone else.
Manny
Yeah, they'll bug like two girls, which is really annoying. But it's the truth.
Aaron
It's easier to come up to, like, two girls.
Manny
Yeah. Than it is. And the thing is, like, if I'm not glam and I'm just, like, quiet, have a hat on, it's gonna be less clocky than when I'm, like, in this setting, you know, so they could be less likely to come up to us.
Laura
So that's what I love. But I posted that picture and I put, this did not take me six months. This did not take me nine months. This took me two and a half years, really, like, of doing these classes. Transform my body. It was real. Like, it wasn't appeal. No offense. I mean. But I'm just saying the truth. Like, I wanted to transform my body naturally, but find a way of doing it with something that I love. So I was like, I'll share my before and afters, but this took me over two years, guys. Yes. Like, this was not an overnight success for me, and I didn't even notice results until well into my second year.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
But I know someone's so consistent with.
Manny
Yeah, I agree.
Laura
Thank you.
Manny
Because this thing's actually the biggest key when it comes to, like, working out or when it comes to, like, having something transformative with your body. I've had a lot of, like, compliments in my trajectory of working out, like, where now, like, people treat me differently now with how I look compared to how they treated me before when I was not as fit.
Aaron
Wow.
Manny
So it does make a big difference. And it's. Again, it has to do with consistency and, like, going. Yeah, doing it. Like, I try to go to the gym three to four times a day. A week.
Aaron
A day.
Manny
I try to go three times, four times a week. And that's made a big difference for, like, being more transformative with, like, weightlifting and stuff like that. So it makes a big difference at.
Laura
Home is what gave me. Abs are made in the kitchen. They are. That's just the rule. Abs are made in the kitchen. So eating at home during the week and all my cooked meals are what transform my stomach.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
I'm so happy you didn't turn into someone that was like, I can never eat fast food.
Manny
Us all like this.
Aaron
We're like, she's still here.
Laura
But, yeah, no, it's. It's a lifestyle change. But, like, everything has to be in moderation for it to be consistent. You're not gonna be consistent if it's not realistic.
Manny
You also can eat anything if you want in consideration. Like, as long as you're moderate, you.
Laura
Can literally have anything truly. You can have literally anything truly. Truly.
Manny
People, I think that they don't realize that they think that, like, oh, my go, if I have like a piece of cake, I'll be obese. And it's.
Aaron
You'll burn that off in one day.
Laura
Not even an entire day. It's about like your core meals during the week, you know, and then having some fun.
Manny
Some cheats.
Aaron
Yeah, food is good, I think. Have fun with food.
Laura
Eat what you want.
Manny
God, seriously, it's so. I love food.
Aaron
I love. So good.
Laura
We ate so unhealthy growing up. Everything was fried.
Aaron
Oh, my God.
Laura
I don't think I could ever. I feel like when you're raised with like, only delicious fry, like, everything's yummy because it's all fried.
Aaron
And then going back to like, just like, everything. So impossible. And like, also drinking like six Dr. Peppers a day.
Laura
I used to do that. I didn't used to do that.
Aaron
Oh, six.
Laura
Oh, yeah. No, but, yeah, we're not drinking one.
Aaron
Or two like growing up.
Manny
Oh, I see this weird, like, water. Like it's water.
Laura
Like water or sweet tea. Like, I would never drink water. So, yeah, it was a huge lifestyle change for me. Thank you to hers for sponsoring this episode of full coverage. Everyone is talking about weight loss meds, but these days, fewer people are talking about how hard they are to access girl.

Aaron
What do you think makes the perfect snack?
Manny
It's got to be when I'm really craving it and it's convenient.
Aaron
Could you be more specific?
Laura
When it's cravenient.
Aaron
Okay.
Manny
Like a freshly baked cookie made with real butter available right down the street.
Laura
At a.m. p. M. Or a savory breakfast sandwich I can grab in just.
Aaron
A second at a.m. p.m. I'm seeing a pattern here.
Manny
Well, yeah, we're talking about what I.
Aaron
Crave, which is anything from AM PM.
Laura
What more could you want?
Manny
Stop by AMPM where the snacks and drinks are perfectly craveable and convenient. That's cravenience. AM PM Too much good stuff.
Aaron
Maybe like a bottle of water a day. But everything else was yeah, like juice.
Manny
Soda, like something sweet like sugary.
Laura
Yeah, you should not. You should be drinking like, you should be treating those drinks like a dessert. Yeah. Drink water all day long and then those are treats.
Manny
That's the change up.
Laura
Yep.
Manny
That's the difference.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
What am I doing? Pit. Oh yeah, do your pit.
Laura
I think I did. Let me look it up.
Manny
Okay. I'll do my pit While we're waiting. I. So when we were at La Palooza, I. Let me. Guys, let me tell you something. My house is a fortress, okay? I have cameras everywhere. I have literally like I am just that girl. So I can notify like movement at my front like this camera. And it's three in the morning right so immediately in my mind I'm like, someone's breaking in. Like, I just immediately always think like, the worst. So I shoot up and I'm looking at the camera and it's showing the recording of like, what it is because it records everything, right. I see a head by my car door. So I immediately jolt up from the bed. I'm freaking out. It's 1:30am back in Cali. 3:30 Chicago time. I'm still awake, obviously, because I'm not well, but like, the time is just like, different.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
So I'm watching the video and I'm like, my heart's pounding. I'm like, oh my God, my God. Like there's someone at my car. So I'm about to start, you know, doing all the things, calling, whatever, anything.
Laura
Like a man with blonde hair.
Aaron
It looked terrifying. He kind of looked older too.
Manny
Basically, it's like a blonde white man.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
Is what it looked like because it was still dark before. The lights turn. I have floodlights on it on my. On my cameras too. So the second the floodlights turn on, it's an owl.
Laura
It is the biggest owl.
Manny
The biggest owl you've ever seen on my part. Like where the. Where the window is, like on that side. His head is above it. And then he's. Now the lights are on. He looks at the light, he starts crossing like walking over his little. All over my car. Just kind of like he was.
Laura
Honey, he was partying. He was like.
Manny
He was literally like stopping. But I swear to God, you guys, in the dark, his head looked like a man's head. So I'm literally having a panic attack. And then the second the light turned on and it's the owl stomping across my car, I started busting out laughing. So, like this little bastard gave me a heart attack. Yeah, no, literally, he gave me a heart attack. And so he's literally just like jumping around the video.
Laura
14, 100.
Manny
Of course I said it's because it's so cute. And I love. I actually do love owls a lot. Like barn owls. I think they're so gorgeous. Awesome. But I was just cracking because I was like. This literally was like freaking me out. And I like had an adrenaline rush at 3. At 3:30 in the morning, I didn't fall asleep till like 4:30.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
Because of it. I was doomed. But it was so hilarious. It ended up turning into like a really funny moment.
Aaron
You will always remember that when I.
Laura
Was with Ty, I was like, you had to send me that owl video. So I shown him the video. I was like, look at this man breaking into Manny's car. And I said this. I see the man and he. Everyone that sees the video, they see the man. And then with the owl, he.
Manny
The second the lights turn on up, he was dying. He was laughing.
Aaron
I'm not surprised.
Manny
She was cracking up too.
Laura
Why the owl is stopping?
Aaron
It's like it has a tude. Like it's upset. The lights turn on.
Manny
Yes. The second the floodlight squad. It's kind of like.
Laura
He's like, yes.
Manny
It like does like this.
Aaron
You see him start pooping on the fly? Yes.
Manny
He has a hell of attitude. And I'm honestly like, I have an owl. Cuz I live like by a lot of trees. So I have an owl that lives right above me in the trees. I hear him every single day, every single night. Every night, night. I hear him all the time. So I'm like, it's that owl. It's that owl that's always there. That's like, hey, girl, it's been a minute. Where you at? Like that. So, yeah, that was my pit.
Aaron
So that's your pet owl. Technically, that's your boo.
Manny
That's my baby.
Aaron
He's like, sorry for scaring you. I was just vibing.
Manny
Bastard.
Aaron
We're both up right now.
Manny
Yes.
Laura
He's like, now we're both up.
Manny
Little give me a heart attack for nothing.
Laura
I remember I pit. My treadmill gave out.
Manny
No, wait, the treadmill is fully yet. It's done.
Laura
It's done.
Manny
Treadmills are so expensive.
Laura
I know, I know.
Aaron
Also, that treadmill is so nice.
Laura
Oh, I thought it was a piece of. Oh.
Aaron
Maybe I just don't know my equipment like that. Okay, but was it like a good.
Manny
Was it a good treadmill? Yeah, like a Peloton treadmill.
Laura
No, no, no, no. Mid range. It probably cost a thousand bucks. That's a pretty good mid range treadmill.
Manny
Yeah. For like the price.
Laura
Yeah. I want the Peloton treadmill.
Manny
But that is like fears. But see, this is what I'm thinking. Okay, you guys, here's what I'm thinking. Laura, because she's so like, workouty, she's gonna dm. Peloton.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
Okay, you know what we're gonna do?
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
You're gonna send before and after. It's like, look what Peloton did to me. I need a treadmill.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
You guys, this is how we're gonna do it. We're gonna scam Peloton.
Laura
I do need.
Aaron
And you're gonna post a picture on the Peloton bike.
Laura
I already have the peloton bike.
Manny
That's what I'm saying.
Laura
And by the way, guys, photo sickening. They're going to block me. Get out of here.
Manny
What the are you doing?
Aaron
We're not sending you anything.
Laura
If you get the peloton bike, it's really worth the money because the flat screen on it flips all the way around. And if you. You had to pay subscription. So you. And it has every workout in the world on there. It does.
Aaron
The workout classes are lit on there.
Laura
So you get a double dip. You do. You literally get a double dip with a bike because of the way they invented the screen to flip around. So I flip the screen and it faces the gym mat and I'm able to do a workout. A bike. So it's really cool.
Aaron
I've never been on that bike before.
Laura
Really?
Aaron
Never. But I think you and Tyler were like, don't do it. I don't know. I think, like, I don't know. For some reason, you guys, I couldn't handle the bike. Probably not back then.
Laura
Yeah, you probably could have, honestly. But then I literally did it like three days ago because I was trying to get on the treadmill and it wouldn't work. So I was like, well, at least.
Manny
You have something that can do cardio at the house.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
So it's like, yeah, like the treadmill, it sucks. But at least you have that.
Laura
How do you get rid of a broken treadmill?
Manny
Oh my God. Oh, my God. Even think about that. Because you recycle them. Do you recycle them?
Laura
How the.
Aaron
I think you're. I think you have to call someone to come pick it up.
Manny
I would think so too.
Laura
Just tell me.
Aaron
Because what you're gonna put down the.
Laura
Side of the road. I know, right?
Manny
You're right. Because it's busted. Why would anyone take it? Doesn't make sense.
Aaron
No. And you're. Either way, you're gonna have to call.
Manny
So it's like someone in the comments, please tell me how you get rid of your busted drink.
Laura
Like, what did you guys.
Manny
What did you guys do?
Laura
Did you guys just pack in the.
Aaron
Car and take it to.
Manny
I honestly think it's gonn now it.
Laura
Won'T even fit in the car. It's like a full ass tread.
Aaron
Like it's huge.
Laura
It's big.
Aaron
So.
Laura
So, like, I don't even know what the to do with it.
Manny
And you don't think you can get it fixed or anything either, right? Like, it's not one that you can really Fix.
Laura
I really don't.
Aaron
Pick it up.
Manny
I was thinking like oh like maybe like what do they call those? Like not engineer but a treadmill worker. No, I don't know. No, like someone that does like like junk. A repair man. Like repair man. I wonder if they can like help that.
Aaron
What about like that one, 800 call junk?
Manny
Called junk. Maybe called junk.
Laura
Oh my God. That's. That's what it is.
Manny
That's gonna be.
Laura
It's gonna be.
Aaron
We've had to do that at our.
Laura
House because I'm a yoga.
Aaron
Well the thing is I live in a house technically has seven girls living in there. It's like saying yeah it's a. It's a four bedroom house.
Laura
Four bedroom with seven girls.
Aaron
With seven girls. Girls. Yeah. There's only one girl that has her own room but her room is just so small. Either way when girls pay more for rent too and she does and it's ridiculous how much she pays.
Laura
Oh yeah, we're kind of.
Aaron
We're beefing with my landlord right now like real bad.
Manny
Seven people in one house.
Aaron
Seven people in one house. And yeah, it gets kind of crazy but sometimes when the girls move out like they won't take some of the furniture and stuff and it's like we'll talk to some, some of the girls and be like do you want this? If not yeah we'll call them and then they'll.
Laura
Okay, then I'm gonn call them cuz that's exactly what it's probably going to be. I mean I would love to recycle it but I'm just not sure how.
Manny
That I don't I same how maybe.
Laura
There'S not a special recycle man that comes by and picks up truck.
Aaron
He's going to be like are you going to lift this and put it.
Laura
Yeah, exactly like put it in your blue trash.
Manny
And also like what parts of it are even recyclable?
Aaron
I don't know.
Laura
I don't know.
Manny
How do you know any of that stuff?
Aaron
Like with the battery or whatever.
Laura
I don't know how to get rid of it so I'm going to figure that out. That'll be a whole ass journey. But anyways, did we all get out? Did we air out our. Okay, Aaron, first I want you to talk about how you're single now because you showed online you're in a relationship and you're. For how long were you in a relationship?
Aaron
We were together for two years.
Laura
Was that your first serious relationship?
Aaron
That was my first serious relationship that I'VE ever had. And I'm actually like super excited to talk about it because I've like maybe like brought it up a little bit, talked about it and stuff, but I just haven't really gone on the Internet and I haven't said anything. And I think it's because I wanted to give it some time because I didn't want to be like one of those people that breaks up with their partner and then they go online.
Laura
Rachel and Matt from the Bachelor, he broke up with her in 24 hours. Started making posts before.
Manny
Yes.
Laura
They even knew that they were done. Like, started making all these posts. Her family didn't even know.
Aaron
Yeah, yeah, I, I did not want to do that. Like, and also just didn't want to be like one of those people who they like show, like, I'm single, I'm single, like F them. F them. Not in with them anymore. And then a couple weeks later, they're with each other.
Laura
Oh yeah. Yeah, that too. But you guys ended on good terms, so I think you didn't want to like hurt his feelings.
Aaron
It was very much that as well. Yeah, I think I was like really feeding into his, like, feelings. But I also felt guilty in a way because I broke up with him. And I will admit, I think it was, it was very unexpected. I mean, the same day that I did it, I really, it wasn't planned out at all. I just went with it. I had a gut feeling and I was like, enough is enough. We were together for two years. We met through my first roommate that I had in Santa Barbara. She was dating this guy and that was his roommate. And we met like they were.
Laura
The guys were best friends.
Aaron
The guys were best friends and roommates and me and my roommate were friends. So it's like a little two man or something. And we instantly just hit it off. And there were definitely some things in the beginning that probably should have paid attention to and flags. Maybe there were some flags. They were waving. They were right there in my face. But I was like, no, no, I was just, I was just like, no, it's okay. It's fine. It's just a misunderstanding standing. It's just a one time thing. But towards the end of it, I think what really got me was I moved back here to LA and in Santa Barbara, I think. Let's remember when I moved there, I did not know a single person in Santa Barbara. And it was just the people, my roommates that I met and the people that I met through them. So I think I came very emotionally attached to him and, like, it was.
Laura
Like, I, like, comfort person.
Aaron
He was my comfort person, and I think that's what happened. And. And for a while, I was just, like, I couldn't, like, think about, like, not having him in my life. Like, I. Everything would go downhill. It would just fall from there. So then when I move here and I'm surrounded by all these girls and starting to hang out and go out more, I start to realize not only do I not want to be in a relationship right now, like, I really just want to give myself time to do what I want to do.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
I'm on my own schedule. Schedule. I do what I want to do. If I want to go hang out with Laura Tyler, if I want to go hang out with my friends, if I want to rot in bed, go to work, gym, I could just do anything, which I always could have. But there's something about having a boyfriend.
Laura
Responsibility.
Aaron
It's a huge responsibility. And I never really.
Manny
It's a job in itself.
Aaron
I never realized that. I never thought about it that way. I thought it was just, like, fun.
Laura
It's fun.
Aaron
It's cute.
Manny
It's easier when you're also really living very close to them. And, like, it makes it, like, oh, well, it's just easy. But when you're long distance, it becomes, like, a job in a weird way.
Aaron
It does. And it really and truly did. Like, I remember, and I do not mean to sound mean at all, or like, one of those girls, like, I hate my boyfriend, final boss, but he would be texting me, and I would just instantly be like. Like, dude, like, I just stop texting me. Like, I don't want to talk and stuff right now. Like, I'll call you later. I'll call you later. Like, dang. Yeah, that. That was sign number one.
Manny
Like, like, where it becomes a chore, I guess it's becoming a chore.
Laura
It's becoming.
Aaron
It's becoming a chore.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
But I just realized I didn't want to be in a relationship. I also don't think, like, I wish genuinely the best for him.
Manny

Manny
Yeah.
Laura
That blew up. I feel like you guys just broke up and yeah, you guys were sad like, you know, and got over each other. But I mean it was just not negative. I don't feel like.
Aaron
No, there, there was really no fighting. Even like, like when we were on the phone with each other, it was just more like confusion on his end and it was just like it's gonna be like that. Yeah.
Manny
When it's out of nowhere, it's like.
Aaron
Who, what's the like, especially like, I think it's kind of, it's kind of.
Laura
Up because you have to work on communication at that.
Aaron
That. But honestly, no matter what, this first relationship was such a learning experience for me.
Laura
That's good.
Aaron
As to who I will be with. Like, I'm gonna wait a while.
Laura
I say this now, but no, I'm threatening lives. I'm like, you're not. Not dating anyone. Errands relationship are a part time job for me too. Okay. Okay.
Aaron
They sure are. They sure are. They sure are.
Laura
So I'm like, can we just like find some cute faces? Take a bee.
Aaron
I don't have my therapist no more, so everything's going straight to her. Straight to her. I. I've just learned so much though. Like what I want and what I don't want want from a relationship from a partner.
Laura
That's why so great flags that I.
Aaron
Will be looking for and genuinely wish them the best. I just don't think towards the end we weren't matching each other's freak. You know, Like I'm like, you weren't really my person and I. I can sense that and I know that.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
And I think it's more selfish for me to just sit exactly in this.
Laura
Relationship and linger it.
Aaron
Yeah. Because if someone, if a guy did that to me.
Laura
Waste your damn good years.
Aaron
I just. I want you to be straight up with me if you think it's gonna hurt my feelings. I prefer it my time. And also I feel like that's more embarrassing. It's like. Yeah. I'm not really even into them, but you know, I just like stay around.
Manny
Yeah. It's kind of like you're a bastard.
Laura
I have something I want to say about people your age. She's 21, by the way. Young, you know, and getting these relationships. I feel like sometimes getting relationship causes young people to settle down really quickly. And I don't think that that's necessarily. I did that necessary. You did do that with your ex. But when I was dating Ty, we were not like that at all. Like we went out 24 7, either together or separately. But either way we were going out because he moved away and went to a really party college town. And then I would go out every night with my girlfriend. Girlfriend's here.
Manny
You have to get that out. I think too, you have to get the going out.
Laura
You get it out of your system. So I think like if you're with a guy, which this guy Aaron was with, what they could have gone out. I just think that they didn't like to go out a lot because they were together and comfortable. Yeah. You know, you Guys are really comfortable. So you're like, let's just watch a movie every single night. And I'm like, aaron, you need to be going out because you're gonna turn 40 and go crazy. Yeah. You know, so I don't want it to be backwards. Yeah, you don't want it to be backwards. I'm like, you guys need. You need to be going out, having fun with your friends. Make a mistake, learning, experiencing things in your young 20s. But me and Ty were huge. I mean, we're millennials. Yeah, millennials were just hard. They were crazy years. Yeah.
Manny
At the club, every day.
Aaron
What's wrong with us?
Laura
You're partying like crazy now, so, Honey, you're making up.
Manny
Yeah. I feel like also, it's different. Like, I feel like Gen Z party is more like a house party is nowadays. Like, it's more like less clubby.
Aaron
I was talking about the music, too. Like, music like what you guys were listening in the clubs and stuff. Stuff compared to, like, what I'd be hearing. I'm like, no, we need a man. We need to.
Laura
Like.
Aaron
I'm like, can you please. Like, I. I'm okay with doing a 2000s night every night. Like, I'd actually prefer it because I'm tired. I don't. I, like, I'm okay with house music, but I don't always want to hear the.
Manny
I never want to hear that.
Laura
House music's really big.
Aaron
So big right now. It's so big.
Laura
I can't.
Manny
I need work, words.
Laura
La.
Aaron
I mean, the amount of people that, like, be going to raves, and they'd be going to, like, every single Raves, Summer, beyond, countdown, everything. And I'm like, where?
Manny
I know half the things you just said.
Aaron
I know. And that's okay. And that's okay, because I really don't know anything about it either. I just know of it because so many people my age, especially people who live here in LA, they love going to that. Those, like, EDCs and festivals and stuff. When did music like that even become popular?
Laura
Can you tell the story about how you were. You're making out. The guy in the parking garage, and then the car comes. Speed.
Manny
Oh, my God. It's so funny. You have to tell it.
Laura
To me.
Aaron
I want to tell the story. So funny. Because also, this guy, I want to block him, so.
Laura
Oh, wait. But we have a theory as to why we shouldn't block him. Because I don't want him thinking, like, she's that bothered.
Aaron
I'm that bothered. I think it's better for Me just to not text him and just be like.
Manny
I honestly, I don't block people because of that.
Laura
You can't let them know that you're so bothered that you had to block them.
Manny
I won't even unfollow you.
Aaron
What I did, though. Like, I. I know I just mute. I don't.
Manny
Look, I don't want to see it, but I'm not gonna ever let you think that you're really.
Laura
Nope.
Manny
That, like, I'm that obsessed with you all over my mind.
Aaron
You know what I did? I put. I put mute on everything. Text message dms. And I hide my story from him as well. You're not good. You can see my post, but, like, stories where I'm, like, a little bit more active and, like, can just show where I'm at. No. Leave me alone.
Manny
Anyways, is that why is he because, like, you don't like him anymore or what?
Aaron
No, he's giving me the egg just because he's such a, like, boy.
Laura
F. Boy.
Aaron
Such an f boy.
Laura
She already knew that whenever she's talking to him again.
Aaron
I did. I went to high school with this guy and.
Laura
Oh, and I told her to get rid of.
Aaron
Oh, she's always.
Manny
I didn't know that there was, like, high school. I thought you just had met him randomly.
Laura
I can sniff out the. A mile away.
Manny
Laura's nose is that of a truffle pig. Truly. But for people, Aaron.
Laura
Whenever I can just look at a guy and be like, get rid of them.
Aaron
And I wish. I swear to God, if I could go back and just listen to Laura each and every single time. I, like, just want to drag me by the hair and just stop it.
Laura
I try, y'.
Aaron
All.
Laura
I try.
Manny
Laura does it with friends, too, though. Laura's like that with friends, too. She could do it anyway.
Laura
Friends just as quick as the guy.
Aaron
And I love it because I think I try to give people the benefit.
Manny
Of the doubt, and I'm like, Aaron, like that.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
And then Laura Breezy. Right. Right back down.
Aaron
Yes. Until proven otherwise, I'll give people the benefit of the doubt, but I think I gotta switch that up a little bit.
Manny
I'm the exact.
Aaron
We gotta change something.
Laura
There have been guys that I liked and there have been friends that I've liked. So I'm not, like, negative towards everyone.
Aaron
She's not an instant hater for everyone she meets. But when she.
Manny
I love, too, is that Laura will do this thing where, like, someone will do something and I'll, like, explain it and she'll be like, this is what they really meant by that.
Aaron
And I'm like, what?
Manny
Like, I'll literally be so shocked. But I honestly, literally, I feel like 10 times out of 10 you were right about like that thing or like what they were probably thinking doing it. You'll be like, they did this thing. And I thought it was weird because that. And I was like, do you think that's because of this? And I always in my mind because I get people devil advocate. Cuz I'm like, oh, I always just think people don't have bad intentions. Just naturally what I think. But Laura's be like, no, this is.
Aaron
What they probably by it. And I'm like, so, dude, girl, you.
Laura
Can save yourself with these trifling ass hoes.
Aaron
Me and you might. We might not be evil. We might all just.
Laura
I'm up. So I'm like.
Aaron
But we got to remember there are.
Manny
People who like truly they want the bad for you.
Aaron
Which I honestly like being messy. They like doing that.
Laura
And I know Aaron friend's like super nice. She's a sweet, pretty girl. Manny, you are too. You are. You're very nice, very pretty. And I'm like, I'm like a black cat.
Aaron
We're the golden retriever. You're the black dude.
Manny
Yes. But I think it's so good though, because you can see things that like, I feel like people like us, we.
Laura
Don'T see as outside in.
Aaron
And I appreciate that. I feel like it's good to have people like that in my life. Like, I even like, I would say my best friend, she's like that in a way where she was like.
Laura
I love her.
Aaron
I love her too.
Laura
You've got a good best friend. Okay, car, garage, car garage. All right, let's see.
Aaron
I'm gonna try to do like a little speed run, but give you guys all the good details. So he picks me up and then we're. I'm.
Laura
First of all, why are you talking to him again? We got rid of him in high school.
Aaron
I'm bored.
Manny
Pissed.
Laura
She's bored because she's single.
Manny
Oh, yeah.
Laura
And I'm single.
Aaron
I'm bored and I'm single.
Manny
Cause I'm bored. Instead of the Ariana song.
Aaron
Good.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
He picks me up and then we're just like, what should we do? What should we do? We go to a parking garage. And classic. And classic.
Manny
I've done many things in parking garage.
Aaron
And we shouldn't be in a parking garage. Guys, come on now. Leave it alone. Leave it alone. And I've learned that because we. We're making out.
Manny
All right?
Aaron
We're making out. We're hanging out. And then all of a sudden, because we're in. We're on, like, the third level. The, like, top level. All of a sudden, you just hear, like, this car at, like, the bottom of the desert. It was so loud. Doing, like, donuts or something down there. Like, it was so loud, it was causing the parking garage to, like, rumble and shake. And I want you to know, like, apparently this is done a lot, by the way, because I'll hear it now, and you can.
Laura
You know what it is when I'm in bed.
Aaron
And this is. This place was maybe, like, maybe, like, five minutes down the street.
Laura
I think it's really romantic that he picked you up and took you five minutes down the street to a parking garage.
Manny
It's literally like, Boy 101.
Aaron
You see?
Laura
Literally.
Aaron
And I'm like, girl, at least have higher standards. I know.
Manny
Where should we go?
Aaron
And take me to a garage. And I'm like, awesome. And. But I remember we were making out, and then we hear that, and we both just, like, turn our heads, and we're like, what in the world? We're making out again. And all of a sudden, he's like, oh, wait, get up. Cops here. What?
Laura
That's Eric.
Aaron
What?
Manny
We're just making out.
Aaron
Dude. They come up to the window, and they're, like, giving us so much. They think it's us doing the donuts.
Manny
Because it probably sounds like.
Laura
He came.
Aaron
Up to the car. He came up to the car, and he. That's so crazy that you said that, because that's literally what the cop said. He's like, well, it smells like. And then, like, really?
Manny
He did crack you? Because that smell of the tire burns.
Aaron
No, if you looked inside the parking garage, there was smoke all around us.
Laura
Oh, my God.
Aaron
So. And then there was tire marks up there as well, but it was not from us. This guy's, like, driving, like, a Lincoln suv, dude.
Laura
Okay, girl.
Aaron
No, no, you acquit it. This is parking rocks, man.
Laura
There's no Lincoln doing all that, though.
Manny
Lincoln does that.
Aaron
I hope. You know he literally said that to the cops, and he was, like, arguing at a point. He at one point was like, calling him, look, buddy. And I. I wanted to be like, buddy is crazy. Ain't no way you're talking to a cop right now saying, hey, buddy.
Manny
Saying buddy in general is. Pisses me off.
Laura
You think?
Manny
Don't call me buddy.
Aaron
Hot for saying that.
Laura
But a Lincoln SUV is crazy, dude.
Aaron
I stupid I eventually had to like, cut in because he was just embarrassing and me so bad. I don't really.
Manny
You got the ache from that probably, huh?
Aaron
Yeah. And I was just like, the way that he went about the situation was handling it. Cuz me, I'm obviously, I'm. I'm terrified because I don't have interactions with cops ever. I'm a. I'm a.
Manny
You're baby.
Aaron
I'm just an angel. What can I say? Also got speed taken not too long ago.
Laura
So she does have interaction.
Manny
And I love that story too.
Laura
Look away.
Aaron
Don't give me that.
Laura
Our Uncle Tyler's.
Aaron
Let's just forget about it right now. Anyways. And I like, have to cut in with the cops and I'm just like, I. I'm so sorry. Genuinely, it's not us. We've been in here the entire time. Like, we have not been racing. Like, I'm so sorry. We'll leave right now. But we saw like, that car did whatever that was doing donuts. What? I imagine the car that was doing donuts. Donuts. They like, came up for a second. Guy gets out of the car, is like taking off his shirt and stuff. And just like, no, they're like a little bit away.
Manny
But yeah, this shirt is crazy.
Aaron
Yeah, but I mentioned that. And then I think the cops just were eventually like, okay, we'll just get out of here.
Manny
And we're like, I think that people don't realize that you catch more flies with honey.
Laura
Yes, you do.
Manny
Why? Like, even the guy like, that you're with, like, being like, yeah, buddy. Like, doing. There's no point. Like, you just be like, all you. If all you're just being just genuine and be like, hey, like, honestly, it wasn't us. Like, I'm so sorry. Like, that's case. But it wasn't us. It literally, in that moment. I'm not kidding. If you just do that, it would diffuse everything and they would probably be like, okay, bet.
Aaron
And it did.
Manny
And I'm like, literally did. Because people don't realize that they want to fight for no reason.
Aaron
And I'm like, you can't be getting defensive immediately.
Manny
Especially when you're in the right.
Laura
Guilty.
Aaron
You look guilty as. And then I'm just. That's why I'm like, dude. Like, I. Even at that point, I wasn't even trying to be like, I'm so sorry. I was just more like, dude, like, I swear. And also at that point, I. I'm like, sure. It's not like, I'm gonna be Getting in trouble. Hell am I doing? This ain't my car. Yeah, I'm not the one driving. And we weren't the ones doing donuts.
Laura
In a parking garage in the Lincoln Bay.
Aaron
Not in the Lincoln. Yeah. That guy sucks.
Laura
That story. That guy's a loser. Next guy. What about the guy you ditched on a date because there was another guy you liked more hanging out at your house? This one's crazy. Right here.
Manny
Aaron.
Laura
No, let me tell you, all these.
Aaron
All these.
Manny
It was already there at the. At the place.
Aaron
Okay, okay, look, this is. Dude, this is so crazy. I. I mean, the fans are going to be like, what has she been up to?
Laura
This is what I hear every.
Manny
This is also like. This is la.
Aaron
This is la.
Manny
You're living with seven girls and a trap house.
Laura
Yes.
Aaron
And we try to make that trap house a home. You got seven girls. Like, living in there gets rough. It gets rough. So what happens?
Manny
Keeps me young.
Laura
They're keeping us young.
Manny
Keeping me young. I'm like this.
Laura
I'm.
Aaron
I'm staying. Busy. I'm staying. I got dates lined up. Come on. I've never. Just. Even last night when I went to that party and stuff, people were just playing with me. And I was like, why?
Manny
Well, Aaron, you're also literally drop dead gorgeous, so that does help, I feel.
Laura
Thank you. Yeah.
Aaron
It's just like being hyped up like that. I'm like, oh, my God, you guys are crazy. Stop.
Manny
Oh, my God. Again?
Laura
Really?
Aaron
So what happens is this guy one of my. One of my housemates. Her. Her boyfriend and her boyfriend's friend, they're staying for a while at our house for something. Just hanging out because they're going to be in LA for a couple days, and me and him, like, we kind of. We kind of like. Not the boyfriend, obviously. The boyfriend's friend.
Laura
There's a thing.
Aaron
I'mma give him. I'mma give him a name when we're going to name him William. All right.
Laura
I hate that.
Manny
Hate that or something.
Laura
No, do Jeremiah or Conor.
Aaron
We're going to do Jeremiah.
Laura
Okay.
Aaron
My little Jeremiah. My little.
Manny
I started watching, so now I'm like, living.
Aaron
Yes.
Laura
Was Conrad.
Manny
Okay?
Laura
Okay.
Aaron
Okay. And then the date. Was Conrad Okay. Jeremiah. Ew. Wait. No, flip it, flip it. So the boyfriend, the third wheel, the third will. That's gonna be Comrade. Because team.
Laura
The guy you originally had a date with is gonna be Jeremiah. Yes.
Manny
Got it.
Aaron
So, God, how do I explain this without Team Jeremiah? Ew.
Laura
Wait, what season are you? Season three.
Aaron
Two.
Laura
I'm a season Two. I finished season two last night.
Manny
You did?
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
Oh, I'm like, two episodes away from finishing.
Laura
I see why you're Team Jeremiah, but I still think Conrad's so hot.
Manny
Well, I think Conrad, like, is actually a gorgeous human being, but I just like, like that I can go into a full story. Go back. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Aaron
I'm, I'm like, trying my best to think about how to tell the story without giving too much detail and, like, giving out information, but as much as you want. Okay. Because I'm like, okay, what are two straight men gonna do watching this?
Manny
Like, oh, they're not watching.
Aaron
They're not watching.
Laura
Oh, they're not.
Manny
Like, they're not gonna watch full coverage.
Laura
Yeah, they're not gonna watch.
Aaron
Anyway, so me and Conrad, we, He had already visited maybe like two weeks prior. We go out to the club and we, like, make out and stuff. We hit it off. And I, I thought he was, like, really cute and sweet. I really liked his personality. And I was excited because I knew in two weeks he was going to be coming back. I was like, okay, I'll see if I can get something going. By the way, got his phone number and everything when he came this time. So hyped. Anyways, so I thought, what about the.
Laura
Guy with the date? Where'd he come from? He is Jeremiah.
Aaron
Jeremiah is one of another housemate. Again, we got six other housemates, y'.
Manny
All.
Aaron
We got so many in this house.
Manny
It's like, it's the, it's the web. It's very large.
Aaron
Yes.
Manny
Having six other girl, like, they're going to know all people. So you're going to meet all these people?
Aaron
Yes, I. One of my housemates, she, It's a, it's her friend. It's her friend.
Laura
Okay.
Aaron
And I think, like, him.
Laura
Do you think he's cute? Jeremiah? This guy Jeremiah?
Aaron
I think he's, like, cute. I really do like his personality and stuff. I think it's just.
Laura
You don't have got to know him yet. Maybe.
Aaron
But even then, I'm like, have you.
Laura
Hung out with the guy yet that.
Manny
You were going to go? You have this park with Conrad?
Aaron
Not, not a.
Laura
Alone.
Aaron
Not alone. There was more. Like, with Conrad, I was just. I had more fun. And I, I, I, I'm like, I prefer him. But Jeremiah does have, like, a really funny, outgoing personality. He seems very, like, kind and giving, so.
Laura
Oh, my God. It is. Maybe you shouldn't cut that off so quick.
Aaron
Yeah, yeah.
Laura
But she had a date with Jeremiah that night.
Aaron
That night is the thing. Because they Conrad dad had already spent the night, maybe like two, three nights. Like this was. This was about to be the fourth night that he was spending the night. But I thought they were gonna leave that morning. So he. So Jeremiah was supposed to come over, hang out for a bit. And then he was gonna take me out on a date. And like a Korean barbecue, all you can eat sushi. It was gonna be like super cute and fun.
Laura
I'm like upset.
Aaron
I declined because I'm like, oh bro, you crazy.
Manny
I know. But I was like, that ain't cheap.
Aaron
Know, but I'm like, the hoes can't meet. I can't like. And I just thought about how embarrassing that would be because the Conrad guy also that night prior, he had literally just asked me like we were talking hang out. He's like, can I take you out on like an actual date? And I was like, yes. So I'm like, then the next day.
Laura
I have to tell. Okay, so Conrad, he just sleeps on the couch because they're staying for a couple of days. And Aaron was like about to go to her room and he was like, well, where are you going? She was like, I'm just gonna go watch tv. And Aaron said, he like mentioned like, do you. There's two couches.
Aaron
I wanna, I want to say. So we were watching. We were watching American dad on the tv. And then we go outside and then we come back in and he's like, are you going to bed? And I'm like, no. Like I'm gonna stay up for a little bit longer. It's maybe like 2:00am and I'm like, no. I'm actually like, no.
Manny
I hate sleep sucks.
Aaron
And I'm like, I'm gonna watch. I'm gonna watch TV for, for a little bit and then I'll head back to bed. And then he was like, oh, I guess just go head back to bed and like leave me all alone. And then that's why. That's when I was like, wait, where are you gonna sleep? And he couldn't even finish the sentence. He's like, well if you sleep out here. And I was like, okay, I'll sleep out here. I literally like jump on the couch, like basically pounce on him. And I'm like, I sleep out here. Is what I was hoping he was saying. Going to say either way.
Manny
Oh my God, I want to see him.
Laura
We'll show a picture.
Aaron
I'll show a picture. Should we answer?
Manny
A picture, you guys. We're going to show you a photo.
Aaron
That's my man.
Manny
That's my man.
Aaron
If you're looking at him, don't talking to him. Stop.
Manny
Don't even look at.
Laura
So she cancels her date with this guy because Conrad spending the night.
Manny
It makes sense. You're belly. You're literally belly.
Laura
She doesn't want to mix her hose up.
Aaron
I don't want to mix the hose. Come on.
Laura
Women dominating men's.
Aaron
Yeah. I don't. You guys be doing this all the time.
Manny
You've been like, honestly, keep it going.
Laura
Yeah. I'm like, do this. Don't date either of them.
Manny
Yeah.
Laura
Don't make them your boyfriend.
Manny
But what if Conrad's everything. So like he's gonna have to go.
Aaron
Through a long checklist.
Laura
Because he is.
Aaron
I told myself and I really want to stick to this. I want to have high standards and I don't want to be in another relationship.
Laura
Wealthy. Exactly.
Aaron
I also kind of want to get myself wealthy. Wealthy.
Manny
You're too hot and too.
Laura
My thing is I don't want you to be with a guy for his money. But he's going to pick up his own slack. I'm g. Tell you Abely, I'm going.
Aaron
Say that we're both.
Manny
Don't be dating. No broke.
Aaron
We're both working.
Laura
No new friends.
Manny
Exactly. That's exactly what it needs to be.
Aaron
Yeah. I'm just like. You're gonna have to go through a long checklist and you got to be approved by this one. If you're not approved, we can maybe still go on some dates.
Laura
But you guys can have a great time together.
Aaron
We can kiki.
Laura
We can have fun. But you want. But as far as like a relationship long term too. The list is boot camp.
Manny
This is heaven's gate right here.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
Actually Hell's gate. If you not pass the gates. It's not.
Aaron
It's a.
Manny
A rap.
Aaron
If you're able to pass her though, you must. You. There's something about you.
Manny
There's something good.
Laura
Yeah. I'm gonna have to deal with every time you piss her.
Manny
Exactly. So there's the checklist. Yes.
Aaron
And she's gonna hate you. So. You know, you gotta make me a happy girl because if I keep coming back to this one.
Laura
Yes.
Aaron
Oh, she's gonna.
Manny
She's gonna ring some next.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
So.
Manny
Yep.
Aaron
That. That has been my little love story.
Laura
I would draw triangles.
Manny
There's so many.
Laura
This is the tip of the iceberg.
Aaron
This is just like.
Manny
And that's what we're allowing.
Aaron
I wanted to.
Laura
I wanted you to come to LA be a 21 year old have fun, experiment, experiment, date around, have girlfriends, go to clubs, do everything.
Aaron
And I am just.
Laura
We know. You are the only thing.
Aaron
I think the only thing in life that I need to do do is just be a little bit more productive and like actually getting worked done.
Manny
Definitely.
Aaron
Yeah, for sure.
Manny
For sure.
Laura
Like 100.
Aaron
I've been saying this for.
Manny
But it is, it is hard to balance like this new like almost like life that you have from like excited. Yeah, exactly. And it's fun. And you're gonna.
Laura
Now that the podcast is 45% over, I'm like, we can't see your face.
Aaron
Oh, could you guys not see my stunning, gorgeous face the entire time?
Manny
But no, seriously, like, it's going to, it's going to come with it. Cuz you're so excited about this and you like found life.
Aaron
I think I just got to be more strict myself.
Laura
You.
Aaron
You get to hang out. When you get your done 100%, you're.
Laura
Going to get in trouble. Hey, you're going to get.
Aaron
We're fine right now.
Laura
We go through ebbs and flows with Aaron on her product productivity level. We do. We go through es and flows.
Manny
And I hear it too. Don't think I don't get it too. I'm like this.
Aaron
No, I know. You hear every single thing.
Manny
I don't hear.
Aaron
I. You are just a part of.
Manny
I'm part of it.
Aaron
I'm in. You're a part of it. I already know.
Manny
I mean, I'm have to start scolding myself.
Aaron
You already know everything that happens in my life. Everything I tell her.
Laura
We were at Lalapalooza. We were with some influencers that were really sweet, but one of them was around your age and like they like to go out to three, four in the morning, night.
Aaron
Yeah.
Laura
And they're like, what are you guys gonna do tonight? Me and Manny were like, go, we're going to bed. And he was just kind of like, why?
Manny
Like confused.
Laura
He was just very confused. You were at a festival. You're not gonna stay until 4 in the morning. Which we do do that Coachella. But we were like, let me. We're like, let me explain something to you. So you know at like five in the morning when you're rolling in and you feel like you want to die? And he's like, yeah, yeah. Like you feel like that at like 10pm at our age, like that's. That's how you feel at 10. Okay. So you're want.
Manny
Appreciate it when you can.
Laura
Yes. Your want for like staying out that late starts to like die. Yeah. It starts in cuz you're, you don't have the energy, you don't have as much energy.
Aaron
That makes sense because even now I'm realizing like I am going to have to start treating sleep like a priority again because absolutely I really have not been taking care of myself with sleeping like I have just been fine with because I don't. I, I will sleep in but like for the most part I think I feel a little too guilty sleeping in sometimes so. And I like naturally wake up around eight, nine and I have a roommate too so like girl you know it gets a little complicated but. But I'm just so fine with just running off a couple hours of sleep and I'm like keep it going right now.
Manny
You can keep it going. Keep it going.
Laura
Yes. Okay. So whenever you're my age you can't.
Manny
Physically cannot do that.
Laura
That will not work.
Aaron
I don't even care about sleep. I'm like and don't need it, don't.
Manny
Need it, don't need it. It's like who needs to eat sleep.
Aaron
I don't care about it. I don't even want to take a nap. I'm like don't care.
Laura
I used to go out sleep for four hours and go work 40 hour a week job and then but it was like thirsty Thursday, can't miss it.
Manny
Yup.
Aaron
Want to go out? Out, want to go, gotta go out.
Laura
Have to experience it and it's okay. So do that and enjoy that.
Manny
Yeah the energy.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
And also like you can like implement like productivity like in there as well like about it and you know like for me what helps a lot with productivity too is like having things on my calendar, on my phone. Yeah helps a lot like kind of just like little things like that.
Laura
I have to film this this day. I have to turn this in also you guys selecting days for things influencing.
Aaron
I have yes. I finally back on her influencing a.
Laura
Very self driven job though it is only self.
Aaron
I I think I'm. I think for me I'm trying to find mostly like what I want to do content wise because I, I like posting like get ready with me makeup like showing little things but there's just something that I miss about like I don't know I feel like I would just be a lot more like personal like want to do all these cute ideas so I'm like trying to figure out about like let me tell you.
Laura
What it is too with content. So like the get ready with me is something you know how to do like the Back of your hand.
Aaron
Yeah.
Laura
Like, so it's like an easy go to. But like, new concepts that you want to implement in and start trying. It's going to be a learning curve. Like how. How you can film them quickly, how you can edit them quickly. You're gonna have to do them multiple times in order to learn, like, how to get that going. You know what I mean? It's gonna be a whole new genre, so it's harder to do. So you might be more inclined to do, you know, a get ready with me, but because you know how to do it like the back of your hand. And you know it works and you know it doesn't. But when I'm getting, for me.
Aaron
Comfortable.
Laura
Yes, exactly. Don't get too comfortable. Like, I'm getting too comfortable to try different stuff.
Aaron
And I'm trying to work on that. That little. That little voice in the back of my mind that's like, cringe, cringe, cringe.
Laura
Okay, tell her.
Manny
It's so funny. I think the. I had this combo before last week about how I was like, I'll do the same thing. I still go through all the time. All the time. But the thing is, you have to. What you have to remember, too, is that that you are one cringe video away from, like, changing your whole life.
Laura
Yep.
Manny
Okay, about that. Okay. Like, at the end of the day, there's times when, like, I'll do things, and I'm like, this is so cringe. I can't post this. I post it anyway, and I go through it. People loved it. So at the end of the day, you're gonna be your own.
Aaron
We're our biggest haters, too.
Manny
Yes. Critic. And it's something that you do that you feel is cringe. People could not find it. Cringe. You can do something that's so sickening and they think it's cringe.
Laura
Dude, who cares? I'm tired of what people care about.
Aaron
I get tired of, like, what people on the Internet like and don't like. If you don't like it, you don't have to watch me. That's fine. But if you do, hey, exactly. I'm here.
Manny
It will stay forever. Like, it just is one of those things where, like, you'll not be able to because at the end of the day, you are filming yourself.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
And there's gonna be things that you do that you just don't like.
Aaron
Yeah. You're just.
Manny
What it is.
Aaron
You're, like, paying attention to all these things that you've never noticed before. And it's Like. Like, it's like, girl, calm down.
Manny
Yeah, exactly. And also, you're watching yourself on camera editing your. You're gonna have these little things that you look back and you're like, I don't like that. But you're only thinking that because you're watching yourself constantly.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
So, like, if you didn't then think about. Think of it like that.
Aaron
Also. No one's obsessed. Which maybe some people are obsessed with me, but. But. No, but genuinely, like, no one thinks about you and is obsessed with you.
Laura
They don't, you know, like you do with yourself.
Manny
Everyone's so obsessed with themselves. That's the thing.
Aaron
And I don't even mean that in a bad way. But you. You're constantly just thinking about yourself. Yourself, what you need to do, where you want to be, what you look like.
Laura
You know how it's like at an event, maybe a lash pops up and you got one fluttering, and it's like, no one told me. Do you know? No one told you because no one gave a fuck.
Aaron
No one cares.
Laura
Honestly, no one cares. They cared more about their own lash, and they probably were thinking about their own car.
Manny
Like, oh, my God, am I going to pop up?
Laura
Yes. And they see yours popped up. It's just like, oh, lash popping up. And like, they don't. They just don't care.
Manny
Like, it is what it is.
Laura
Yes. And that's just the truth. But then you go look in the mirror and you go, oh, my God.
Aaron
I can't believe I've been watching, walking around like this.
Laura
And. And that's just the truth. Like, you have to level it down for other people's perspective on you because it's never that deep.
Manny
No one, like, anything is. Like, I. Even if they know something, they just don't care.
Laura
They don't care. That's the thing. Yeah. They saw it. And, like, how you cared when you saw it. They didn't care. Like that. That's why they didn't tell you.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
You know, like, you're just a huge pimple. Like, yeah, you might care. My thing is crazy. Some might see, like, oh, they have a pimple, but that's where it ends. Like, there's no.
Laura
They don't think, Ew.
Manny
Oh, my God.
Laura
Oh, my God.
Aaron
Like, even when I see people with ac. Acne, I don't care.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
And also, like, don't. If you. If you struggle with acne, who cares?
Laura
Who cares?
Aaron
Like, no one. Like, of course I get. Like, it's an insecurity, but, like, I'm not Looking at someone like, for their features and being like. Yeah. And it goes for anything. Like with your makeup, your hair, the way you like to dress yourself. I just don't. Look, I get being a hater sometimes. I, I get it. I get the talking. I do, I do, I do, I do, I do.
Manny
Raise your head, your hair sometimes.
Laura
Okay.
Aaron
But I don't like someone who is really negative about what people choose to do with themselves. Girl vibes, like, you know, like if.
Laura
You hate them, that's rejected though. Projection.
Aaron
Yeah.
Laura
Whenever someone wants to do something but they feel like they can't, can't they? Typically the normal go to for that would be to hate on someone that's doing it. And they're my biggest. They don't even know it. They don't even know it, though. A lot of times they don't realize. They don't realize how bad they want that and that's why they're hating.
Manny
It's a deep rooted insecurity.
Laura
It is loser behavior because it's like you're supposed to use jealousy as a tool. Like, oh, why am I jealous of this? This must be something in there that I want. So let me explore that.
Aaron
Yeah.
Laura
You know, rather than being mean to the person who's showing you, doing you the service of showing you what you.
Aaron
Want, you can't stop yourself from feeling jealous.
Laura
It's a natural. Jealousy is a natural human emotion and it is a guide to show us things that we're passionate about and that we want. And it's crazy though, that a lot of times we'll be mean to the.
Aaron
People or it can become such a toxic thing.
Laura
And I'm like, the problem is those people are doing you a service. They are not only showing you something that you might want, but they're showing you that it's possible to have. Have it. So you know what I'm saying? So jealousy is an amazing thing if you use it the right way.
Aaron
That. Honestly, I've never thought about it that.
Laura
Way because it's an amazing tool.
Aaron
Whether. I don't know. I've always just thought of it as like toxic, you know, like try to just nip at the bottom.
Laura
It doesn't have to be because everyone's jealous at some point.
Aaron
Oh, oh my God.
Laura
No one who's not.
Aaron
But whether it's like in a relationship or like when it comes to like, people where I'm like, but even I look at that and I'm like, I'm jealous because. Because I want to look like her light body Tea sound okay?
Laura
This must be something I'm wanting. How do. How do I get that? You know?
Aaron
Yeah.
Laura
Also, guys are jealous in relationships. That's a toxic trait.
Manny
I think there's different kinds that can be toxic.
Laura
Like, that's controlling. That stems from, like, wanting to control people sometimes.
Aaron
Is it bad? I. I can, like, understand the conversation of, like, oh, it's kind of hot. Like, when they're just jealous.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
I hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it. I cannot stand a jealous man who projects his insecurities. It's really annoying to be around, if we're being honest.
Laura
Yeah. Ty's not jealous.
Aaron
I hate an insecure man. No, I mean, honestly, like, I feel like Tyler's just perfect. He's still.
Laura
I'm like, well, he's a man.
Aaron
Well, he's a man.
Laura
No, he is great.
Manny
He's not insecure about your guys relationship.
Laura
That's exactly. And I don't do things to make him insecure about our relationship. But it's nice. Like, whenever I go to a festival or, like, go somewhere and I mean, God, we've been together for 15 years. Oh, my God, I can tell him all my fun stories and tell him everything we did and everyone I met and everyone I talked to, because he's like, also my partner and friend. And I don't have to feel scared. I'm gonna have to make him upset. Like, I can be like, let me tell you every crevice of my night. You know what I mean? I'm excited and he's excited, excited to hear about that.
Aaron
And that's like, I want a relationship like that. And I want to make sure that I'm the exact same way as well. Like, you go have fun, go out.
Manny
With your guy friends, live your life.
Aaron
Because if you're gonna cheat on me, you're gonna cheat on me. Like, there's nothing.
Manny
You can't control them.
Aaron
Yeah. At the end of the day, emotionally cheating as well. Like, I still consider that, like, that hurts my feelings.
Laura
Well, that's cheating.
Aaron
Yeah, that's cheating. But yeah, I get. I get so sick of seeing, like, girls my age with, like, these toxic guys. Dude. Like, they can't go out. They want to know your password. They want to see your text messages. Who's that? Who's that? Who's that guy?
Manny
Second that happens to me. I'm freaking out.
Laura
Like, isn't scary. Like, some of her roommates and all, like, they'll deal with it.
Manny
I also think that people Especially like your age, I think it's tough cuz a lot of people are not as content being alone. Yeah, I think that's something that comes with maturity, dude, is that realizing that the aloneness is actually really nice and it's peaceful and you can actually like appreciate yourself and like, once you learn that concept of like self, soothing self, love more, you're gonna be not as content happy with people controlling you.
Laura
Yeah, exactly. Like you're not gonna put up with that because you're okay by yourself. So being by yourself is going to make you happier than being with a controlling loser. So you're going to be more willing to let those people go. And whenever you are, because you're young, you haven't really learned that a lot of times.
Aaron
No.
Laura
Like, so you're willing to keep jumping into things or to keep someone around or keep around a really nasty, toxic person in order to fulfill that, you know, comfort, which your ex was not nasty or toxic at all. It was a comfort person because you didn't want to be alone there. You know what I mean?
Aaron
Yeah. But that is something I was really grateful about. Like I, I felt like I was the one who was showing more jealous tendencies.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
But I, you know, I'm just. Whatever. It just.
Manny
No one's perfect.
Aaron
No one's perfect. I. That's definitely I. Do you know what? I wasn't going to say sometimes I was jealous for a good reason. That was in the beginning.
Laura
There were things that happened that I was like, what are you doing, Aaron?
Aaron
And what was I doing? I. I just. I. What? That's the biggest thing I probably will take from this relationship for my. This past relationship. Relationship. Communication.
Laura
Yeah.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. You got a problem, say it. You feel a certain way, say it. You don't like it.
Laura
Aaron would tell me like exactly how she feels right now about him. She would tell me like, you know, what she wants to say and like what this did to her. And I'm like, aaron, go tell him this. Tell him every word you're telling me. Just tell him, please.
Aaron
Go tell him.
Laura
Tell him. Tell. Tell them. And it's hard to do that sometimes.
Aaron
But I think I'm getting a little bit better.
Laura
You are. I'm getting, it's with experiment, experimenting, you get more confident in what you're more confidence, you're able to speak up. So it's really good.
Manny
Especially when you get good things that happen because of doing that. It's kind of like, oh my God, I shouldn't be so scared of this.
Aaron
And you're like, oh, what is your.
Laura
Favorite thing about living in la?
Aaron
See, because I've been meaning what are.
Laura
The three things you'd miss about LA if you had to move out of here?
Aaron
I would miss the people.
Laura
Oh God, the people.
Aaron
The people. I, that is the biggest thing. I have met so many just like cool, unique, awesome personalities while living here and just people who are so open, so creative.
Laura
That was also one of my favorites when I moved here from Alabama.
Manny
Yeah, like the boiling pot of people.
Laura
The boiling pot of people here in the diversity. And like it's diversity, not just an ethnicity, it's just diversity and ideas and minds and cultures and what they're working on and what they're creating because there's so many options here. So that was also one of my first.
Aaron
And it's like, it's the best thing. And it's. I don't think people who like grew up here in la, they like truly realize how lucky they have it. And that kind of goes for like any big city like I can imagine imagine like if you grew up in New York or like I don't know, Chicago, Seattle, anything like that. Like it feels like that. But growing up Montgomery, Alabama, I don't know, like there, there was no diversity there. Yeah, but I just love the people. God, if I moved out la, let's be realistic.
Laura
What's two more things that you had missed the most?
Aaron
Food.
Manny
I was gonna say the food. I was gonna say the food.
Aaron
I mean you got everything. Anything and everything you can think of. It's like we got it best form and the best. Because it's also will be authentic too.
Laura
It's like you got the best Taiwanese, you got the best Chinese, you got the best Mexican, you got the best Greek. Like every form of food you can find a restaurant that is like the best of it. Of it. Yes. Oh my God, the food here is crazy.
Aaron
Also someone told me, I want to tell you this, we would have to go all the way to Englewood, but apparently Englewood has the best barbecue food.
Laura
Oh, cuz we can't find good barbecue.
Aaron
That's the only thing. Okay, so people food. And then I really am just going to say probably like social life here.
Laura
Just like how something to do.
Aaron
The fact that we can go to a club on a Tuesday and it's.
Laura
Packed and then go to the beach after.
Aaron
Yeah, like, are you joking? What?
Laura
It's the coolest city in the world too.
Manny
And geographically like oh yeah, the weather.
Aaron
The weather, the views. It's like also I just love with like California, Louisiana specifically, I can drive an hour and a half. I'm in Santa Barbara, I drive two hours south and I'm in San Diego.
Laura
Like all movie premieres come out on Thursday here, not Friday. You see any movie you want to see on, you know, we get on first. We get everything. LA gets every concert, every.
Aaron
We got Disneyland, Universal, everything.
Laura
It's like, what do you want to do? Because we can do it. And it's all the tips of your finger, like right at the tips.
Manny
It's a city of opportunity here.
Laura
It really is.
Aaron
Literally you can do anything and everything.
Laura
So in Alabama there's like nothing to do. You want me to tell you what we did in high school? College? Got in the back of a picket truck and hung out in the parking lot. Dude, that is it. Or no mud rotting.
Aaron
No one was doing anything in the south unless you were rich and you were able to go on trips and.
Laura
Like leave and leave the South. But we, we weren't. So, like, we got parking lots and that was it. Or you just got in trouble.
Aaron
The rich. I remember when I was still in school in Alabama, the rich kids, their vacations was like. They loved cruises. That was like such a thing. Yes, they love those dang things.
Laura
They love to cruise.
Aaron
I love a dang cruise. Traveling.
Laura
But Los Angeles, it's just like the most incredible city.
Aaron
It's the best. And I like, I do not want to move he out of fear anytime soon. They can threaten to blow up la and I'm like, I'll die here.
Manny
She's like, this bad? No, it really is, it is the best city. People come here to like, literally make things happen.
Laura
They do.
Manny
It's a city of like opportunity.
Laura
It is. LA has been really, really, really good to me too.
Manny
Same. I've loved la. People always like, want to la, but I'm like, LA is what you make of this, of it. Like, if you want it to be. If you want it to be shitty, it'll be shitty too.
Laura
Maybe you're shitty. Shitty.
Manny
Maybe you're shitty.
Laura
Maybe you're shitty. How can it be shitty? It has like everything. What doesn't it have? Like you can do anything in the world.
Aaron
That's just more personal problems.
Manny
Yeah, it's personal. It's not about the city.
Aaron
And also. But sometimes people just aren't city folks. And that's okay.
Manny
Yeah, it's not even like a city like that, though. This isn't New York. Like, this isn't a concrete jungle. This is literally as la is just.
Aaron
So random too, like, like how big actually LA is and you look out and it's like, how is this considered a part of L. A?
Manny
I know, it's like Santa Clarina.
Laura
You're like, yeah.
Aaron
And it's like how the.
Laura
Hella County, Louisiana County.
Aaron
But yeah, there's so many different parts. Like you can have a different vibe. Like Beverly Hills, Northridge, Encino, the Valley.
Laura
Valley, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Malibu. I didn't downtown, downtown la. Oh, I know. I had a friend from Alabama that's visiting and I have a list that I keep running of like favorite like restaurants and little things to do. And at the bottom of my list I always say stay away from downtown LA if you can like stay the. Because if you're a tourist, it's a bit dangerous.
Aaron
It is and I will admit, like it, it could be a freaking vibe down there. I do like I be vibing down.
Manny
I love Korea town.
Laura
But no, you have to know where you're going if you, you're a tourist. That's why I say like you got to be living in LA to go downtown and have a good time.
Aaron
I'm saying this right now. Always walk fast. Always walk fast. Always walk fast. Don't even let anyone get the opportunity to talk.
Laura
Don't engage.
Aaron
Like that's, that's the biggest thing that I've realized because you just don't know who you're going to meet and gets a little scary sometimes. I just walk with a pace. You're going to have to chase me if you want to talk.
Manny
100%.
Laura
Mm yeah. I also love that you live here now too so we can always have you over.
Aaron
Come pass through.
Manny
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Laura
You want to feed me? Aaron is so funny. We were like, we were taking. Because we'll like go eat sometime later and you want to come to eat with us. She's like, yeah, of course I do. She's like, I'm going to do the 10 ounce filet. She was like, girl.
Aaron
This girl ordering.
Laura
She's like, how much was it? Oh, that's not that bad.
Manny
You're the baby.
Laura
We laugh so give me three drinks.
Aaron
Give me the fattest steak with three sides.
Laura
Aaron's like, we want, I want. We're all doing. We were at some restaurant. She's like, we're all doing individual sides so we're all gonna do it all.
Aaron
We're like, oh, okay.
Laura
She's like, love the sushi. So whatever yellow tail you got, she's.
Manny
Like, bring it in, bring it out.
Laura
Bring it out. Just one of everything, you know.
Aaron
And I try not to be a little spoiled brat. I really and truly do. But you guys just be hyping me up with like the way you're ordering.
Laura
I'm like, see how we order? She's like, well, well, she.
Aaron
Apparently they don't mind.
Laura
She's like, top shelf. Tequila please.
Aaron
And I'll take three.
Manny
A triple.
Aaron
A triple.
Laura
Cracks me and tie up.
Aaron
Cuz.
Laura
She orders like a 45 year old woman. Rich woman. She orders like a 45 year old white rich woman restaurant.
Aaron
Whose fault is that?
Laura
You. She has a very, very expensive palette. She does not order a cheeseburger and french fries. There's no chicken tenders on her plate. No, no. Yeah, tell me.
Aaron
But to me, I'm like, while I'm going out to eat with you guys, I might as well get the good stuff.
Laura
Absolutely. I would do the exact same thing.
Manny
Take advantage of them while you can, honey.
Laura
Lobster and crab while you can.
Manny
Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. You take advantage of them. Cuz I do. I like this.
Aaron
There's some mama e papa. They are.
Manny
I'm baby too with them.
Aaron
Yes.
Manny
And we're in the back seat like this. We are in the back.
Aaron
Oh, I'm so full.
Laura
I was like wagu.
Manny
I'm like, I want.
Laura
Who said grass fed? Yes.
Aaron
With a glass of wine.
Laura
Yes. The bottle truffle 1988.
Aaron
Stir mashed potatoes.
Laura
It cracks. That's so funny because you think she's gonna. Oh, but you guys have also seen her on a date. They better get ready.
Manny
You're literally the white chicks where she's like extra sauerkraut.
Laura
Yeah, yeah. I'll have salad perhaps that's you.
Aaron
I'll have a snack. They're gonna be sick of me. That I probably won't be going on second dates.
Laura
That's a really great way to weed out. That's so true.
Manny
If you don't like. If you don't like. Also if you don't like them, you're like me. Just.
Laura
Let me just get the lobster and get rid of them. Let me just. I'm gonna order the. Great.
Aaron
You're paying, right?
Manny
Just triple check it.
Laura
It's not spread.
Aaron
I don't even have my phone on me. Can't even do apple pay.
Laura
So besides, in a relationship, have you ever gone on like a first date and they didn't pay?
Aaron
Yes, yes, yes. Oh yes. That's, that's.
Manny
And what you like split or like you.
Aaron
Yeah.
Laura
Was it a Split, split, split.
Aaron
But I also.
Manny
We're splitting them on a date.
Aaron
Okay.
Laura
Okay.
Manny
That's not a date to me.
Aaron
Okay. So call me crazy, it should I not do that on a date because sometimes like they'll go to grab the check and I, I've noticed I had this tendency to be like oh no. Like no, like let me like let's.
Manny
I do the same thing.
Aaron
But what I'm hoping is that they like literally like they're like. They flip my hand away.
Laura
That's what I want. That's the energy I got like get the out of here.
Aaron
And they're like, like they almost seem annoyed with it. They're like, are you seriously?
Laura
Okay, what about the guys who are like well yes, you need to put your car.
Manny
They're like I left that they don't.
Aaron
Get a second date.
Laura
I wouldn't, I wouldn't, I wouldn't. Because if I wanted a girl like that would be the easiest way.
Manny
Absolutely easiest.
Aaron
I'm like, you guys love to say girls are hard. Just buy me dinner. I love dinner.
Laura
Yeah, that's a little too easy.
Aaron
Okay, you gotta be funny. Buy me dinner. Open the door for me. I just, I do want like a gent.
Laura
I really like gentleman behavior.
Aaron
I do, I do.
Laura
I really like doors opened and like things like that. Like that. That's a big thing.
Aaron
Yeah. I be seeing.
Laura
Cuz the thing is if they already don't do that, it's just they never will do that. They're baby. It's never going to get better than the first day. Cuz you know on the first day you're typically kind of like you're on.
Manny
Your best behavior in a way.
Laura
Exactly. In case you're interested in somewhere you want to always. So in my eyes I'm kind of like. Well if it's. Can't even give that on the first day, baby. Downhill from here.
Aaron
It does. Because a first date, that is genuinely the first impression I'm getting of you.
Laura
And if they're not gonna be common sense to put their best foot forward, they're only gonna get stupid.
Manny
It'll get worse.
Aaron
Yeah.
Manny
Then literally it's gonna be worse than you should just cut the losses.
Laura
Yes.
Aaron
I really, I want a gentleman. I want like a manly man.
Laura
That's gonna take some maturity and that's why I think you should wait.
Manny
That's hard. I feel like that's 20 year old.
Aaron
Listen, listen to this. Like the next time I get into a relationship I like maybe like 25. So that way I could date Someone who's a couple years older, maybe like 27.
Laura
28. 28. Yeah. And they can have like some gentleman.
Manny
Makes a big difference.
Aaron
Dating guys in la. It makes me like, oh, yeah, they have rosters. They're out every night. I have have straight men who care more about their Instagram aesthetic than I do. Oh, oh no. I cannot with that.
Laura
And they're ugly.
Aaron
Ugly. You care more about your Instagram, but you look like that.
Laura
And they're gay. I mean, just, they're probably gay.
Aaron
We accept and we love. But I just, I. But I'm thinking also if I date a guy at that age, I'm hiding, hoping, because 28 is still young too.
Laura
28 frontal look, guys.
Manny
And I was like, it's barely getting there at 28.
Aaron
I know. And that's why I'm like, I'm just hoping they're maybe like, they've already exited their like horror phase.
Laura
Yeah, man.
Manny
I feel like it lasts longer though. In a weird way.
Laura
They do. But the thing is, not every single 28 year old is still in their horror phase. Yes, some of them probably will be, but I feel like at 21, they're all in there.
Aaron
But my thing is I don't want to have like the complete opposite where it's like, it's really cute but like kind of still in their horror phase. Like they like talking around. But I also don't want to be a man who's like, I want to get married.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
So many kids.
Manny
Totally.
Aaron
I.
Manny
An in betweener. A slower.
Laura
Yes. Maybe I'm just young right now.
Aaron
So the thought of that, having that like a conversation like that I'm like, girl.
Manny
Yeah.
Aaron
I do not plan on getting married anytime soon.
Laura
You're supposed to be having fun.
Aaron
I don't know if I ever want kids. I'm just live, laugh loving girl.
Laura
Yeah.
Aaron
Like let a girl vibe. We don't even talk about this right now.
Manny
100. I hate the societal pressures. It's like too much like, can we.
Aaron
Just not go with the flow? Like, is that crazy?
Manny
Do whatever the you want to do.
Aaron
Yes. Honestly, I'm. I just, I like to ask for advice, but I like to go along my own flow.
Laura
Yeah, that's good.
Aaron
Just have a good time.
Laura
Well, Aaron, this was fabulous.
Aaron
This is fabulous. We should do this every week.
Manny
I agree. We do. We do.
Aaron
Actually, I'm just gonna come pop in. I'm gonna stop by and just be like, hey, so I'm gonna wear back for 10 minutes. I need like a. I need a little therapy. Session.
Laura
Every time I see Aaron, she has a full new story and new.
Manny
She's living. She's literally living.
Aaron
That's why I can see her every single day. And I'm.
Laura
I always have every new plot.
Aaron
Okay, Laura, you will never.
Manny
I ain't living like that no more. Trust.
Aaron
It's just always stuff going on, but it keeps me up, it keeps me active. And truly, there are not enough hours within a day.
Laura
I've been saying that there's.
Aaron
There's just. Just not.
Laura
There's really not. We need 48 hour days.
Aaron
I know.
Manny
Three days. It's only three days a week with 48 hours of them. I like it. I like it.
Aaron
Oh, that sounds a lot better.
Manny
That sounds only work one day. F3.
Aaron
Yeah, I can.
