I feel like I actually figured out what the root of it was after doing so much research about it that I was like, okay, this is like, kind of what the thing is. So Saturday night, I woke up in the middle of the night. I was really, really groggy, and I. I stood up immediately, walked to my bathroom, peed. And it was just like, a lot. It was just like I had. I really had a pee. So I just peed. Woke up on my bathroom floor. So I had fainted in the middle. When I was. After I peed, I fainted on the ground and I woke up completely flat out. Like, head out of, like, my bathroom.

So because I fainted, my body ended up going into complete shock, and I had a panic attack after my fainting spell. And I had. Thank God I had, like, diazepam that had been prescribed from a while ago

Yes. It's basically something to, like, just get you out of your panic, because I was having. I was having the jitters. I had, like, full diarrhea. I was about to throw up. Like, usually when you have, like, a panic attack, your body just goes into, like, insane fight or flight mode, and it's doing everything to, like, expel. It just doesn't make sense. It doesn't make any sense to me. But I had a full panic attack, and I was trying to figure out. I was like, did I. And I was talking to Laura about it, and I was like, maybe I woke up in a panic attack and I fainted from peeing or, like, something like that happened. So I just did more and more research about it, and turns out, like, if you get up too quickly and you pee too fast while standing up, there's ch. You can activate this, like, nerve down the center of your body. I think it's called, like, syncope or something like that. And you can actually activate a. A fainting spell because your bladder is getting empty too quickly, and the blood, like, you're almost losing too much blood pressure too fast. So when you, like, get a liquid of liquid in your body, your blood pressure drops naturally. So when you're standing up too quickly, you're already getting a head rush, and then you're peeing out more blood. So then I just literally fainted. Like, I. Out of nowhere. And then I had a panic attack because of the body reset. So the next day, which was my fucking finals. Not finals, my playoffs for volleyball, I was just, like, not well. Like, I had taken the diazepam to get me through it, but I was so off. Like, my entire day was scared.

So if I ever do that, I think I'm just going to sit down and pee and not risk like activating that nerve. Literally. So gay.

I was just like kind of like researching as much as I could to figure out like there Was it my panic that made me faint or was it the fainting that made me panic? I was trying to like the chicken and the egg. I was trying to figure out like what it was. And and from what I researched, it really was like the fainting, because when you faint, it does, like, a reset on your body. I was like, it does like a re. It does a kind of like a reset on your body. So because you're resetting, your brain goes into, like, kind of like this, like, what the just happened to us mode. And that is kind of why I kind of. It brought on the panic, I think, as well. So I had the pang attack second and the fainting came first, which I didn't realize that that was the case. I always assumed. This happened to me once before, by the way, in college in that exact way, where I peed, fainted, and then I had a panic attack. So it was the exact thing. But that time I threw up. This time I had, like, diarrhea and was nauseous, by the way, on Saturday. On Sunday, I was sick all day. Oh, like, nauseous sick. I thought I was gonna. I took a modium just in case I want to myself all during, like, the playoffs of volleyball. So I was literally, like, horrible. You guys, I'm sorry if I'm a flop. Like, I'm just doing the best I can. That was my pit. Pit from hell, honestly. Hit from fucking hell. So everyone is terrible. It's horrible. Like, if anyone's ever pissed and fainted. Lock in.
