Like, in your, like, proteins in your body. And that's when you actually see the biggest like, drastic physical change in your body is at age. One of them is 34. The first one's 34.

So I'm literally like, well, lucky me. I've already passed that one.

So. So I think the first one was 34. The next one I think is like, at 60.

Got to be a. I can't remember.

Yeah, but those are like, the biggest ones where you actually, like, see like, a major noticeable difference of, like, a sign of aging. And I'm like, I'm hitting 34. And that's when, like, the Biggest, like, hits to your age.

Yeah, baby. On Instagram, I literally look better now. So it's hard for me. Also, yes, I've noticed some aging in my face. I'm not immortal. However, I recently, for some reason, clicked on my first ever YouTube video. That video gets views all the time. Because I know people.

Popped up on my fyp, by the way. I swear, that too. God, it's literally popped up on my thing and I'm literally like, this girl in shock.

I'm going have to take it down one of these days.

I've still look sickening. What are you talking about?

No, I really did. I was like, wow, that's interesting. Maybe I haven't aged as much as I thought. Maybe I'm just, like, picking myself apart because I'm getting older.

But so I think it's natural for you to kind of go around, be like, well, what other things are changing as I'm getting older too? Like, you think about that a little bit. It's like, how do you not the substance? You know what I mean? So it's one of those things. But the other day I was, like, talking to someone. They're like, oh, how old you. I was like, I'm turning 34. And they're like, they were so shocked. They thought I was 27.

You know, people do that to me, and I'm always like, are you just doing that? I think they are.

I think they are. To me, like, I feel like they are.

No, they're not. They're not. They're not. No, they're not. But for me, I feel like they might.

It's scary because, like, I've always had gray hair. I started graying when I was 16, like, noticeably, like, enough streaks where people. They weren't, like, making a big deal. They were just like, oh, my God, you have gray hair. Like, wow, that's crazy, because I'd be, like 16 years old, and by the time I was, like, 20, I had, like, a pretty thick streak in the front, like, gray. And now at my age, Rogue from X Men, I was rogue. And at, like, 22. And now, like, so much time has passed. Like, I'm like, crazy gray. My niece literally goes because I did a day in the life, and I dyed my roots because it was, like, part of what I needed to do that day. And I showed my gray roots. And she goes, girl, in that video, your grays looked crazy. I was like, aaron, shred me. Get out. Leave. She was like, no, they looked crazy. And I'm like, okay, I know that they did, but you don't need to confirm. We didn't.

I knew. We all knew. It's hereditary. My mom's was the same, so lucky us.

The thing is, is shockingly enough, I have good teeth. And it was interesting. I was listening to this really old Katy Perry in our interview when, you know, she would do, like, the blue wigs and all. That's how old it was.

It's probably like 10 years old.

Yes. Yes. So she was like, on a podcast, and she was just so honest because she's from Tennessee. Like, she's from the South. And she's like, yeah, you know, I have, like, poor dental health. Like, I'm working on it. Because her teeth are real. And she was like, we didn't go to the dentist growing up. And the interviewer was just so shocked. Shocked by that, because they probably live in a world where they're able to go. And she was like, why didn't you go to the dentist? And Katy Perry goes, because we were poor. And the girl's mind was just, like, blown. I'm like, yeah, it's real.

That's how it is.

[Laura Lee]

Takes money to go to the dentist, babe. And if you don't have dental insurance. Yes. Even with dental insurance, it doesn't even matter if you. Cuz, like, I know what we pay out after dentist shirt. It's insane. So, yeah, same reason we were poor. I don't have any other excuse. We didn't have the means to go to the dentist. That was a luxury. We didn't take pets to the vet, we didn't go to the doctor, and we didn't get to go to the dentist. So with that being said, I think I had a cavity in my back tooth when I was like, 20, probably 18. 20. And I took myself to the dentist. And, you know, they're like, okay, we can do silver filling for like, 18, and then we could do like, the color of your tooth filling for like, double. And I was like, I'll take the cheapest thing you got. So I've had that feel filling for probably an eternity. Like, probably like, gosh, 16 years plus. And My dentist, every time I would go for cleaning, she'd be like, laura, we have to redo that tooth. You cannot leave that silver filling. So I put it off for years.

Why can't you leave them? I have a question. Like, why aren't they, like, supposed to be left in your mouth?

[Laura Lee]

I think it's just, like, old and decay, and I think the silver ones aren't good for you. Like, I think you're not supposed to.

Have metal in your mouth like that.

Yes. Like, we've evolved past it because I don't even know that they do those anymore.

Yeah, I don't. I honestly don't think they do. I. I don't think they do a silver fil.

I'm so lost in the dental world. I have to ask her 50 times every single time they work on my teeth. Like, what are we doing? And why?

And they're like, girl, but. Because I hate dental, where I hate the dentist, you guys. I love my dentist, but I hate going. It is. And she's been going, I would rather go to the gyno seven days a week before the dentist. I hate the dent, so. And I've been going, so. So I put it off because my teeth don't bother me. So I put it off. Put it off, put it off. I've had a toothache, of course, but no. And I said, okay, 20, 25. One of my, like, resolutions was, like, you're getting.

I just noticed your teeth. The dehydrate, the thing.

And so I went to finally get it, finally finished, and I cracked the permanent cap tooth.

I bet they said that like, the. In good shape. And so they said, like, there's a lot of tooth left, like, natural tooth. So they're like, it's a very, very, very thin cap that they're going to put over the tooth. And they said because it's so thin, my bite down is just so close. It cracked it. And so they were like, we're going to have to actually shave down your natural tooth like a millimeter more just to add more to the cap tooth because it's such a thin cap. So that's what they did. Now I have to go back again. But anyways, I'm dying. Like, I leave there every single time. Like, and my dentists are so nice and patient and sweet, but I leave there, like, feeling like I'm going to start crying.

Every time I get hard. You're like, it's hard.

It's just hard to do your body. It is on your teeth. So you feel, like, almost, like, emotionally drained.

So it's hard to not, like, want to feel like I want to cry. Because you're just, like, drained kind of from afterwards. Because you're, like, kind of like pent up for hours on end, depending on.

How long your mouth. You're, like, trapped in this chair. It's very, like, traumatizing, honestly.

For sure.

Lots of pain involved. Always with the teeth. Like, you're always gonna. Numbing or not. It's gonna be very uncomfortable.

So numbing isn't comfortable.

And last time I went. I went, no numbing. Because I didn't want to have a numb mouth all day. So I just asked them, could they do it without numbing? And I left there wanting to cry, but I was so happy to leave there without a numb mouth. It's weird. It's weird.

It just depends. Yeah, like, how. And it probably obviously depends to, like, how fierce the work is. Like, if it's.

[Laura Lee]

Yeah, you're like, oh, they numb me down. Yeah, it hurts so bad. I was like, I'm gonna cry. I'm gonna cry my next. I have another appointment to get that too. That came in. And they were like, do you want to come in early? I was like, no, I don't. I don't ever want to come back again. And I told my dentist my face. I said, you're never gonna see me again after this.

Like, never. Not even a cleaning.

Will never see me again. I said, so put it on and kiss me goodbye. She says, it could be. She's like. She went through My invisalign journey with me. So she's used to my. The thing is that she's so great. You can dip on her for like two or three years and she doesn't judge you.

Yeah, no, totally.

She's so chill. She's like, hey, girl.

She is like, how you don't get.

In trouble at her office. She's just like, let's see.

White Calcium deposits on your teeth. Some of y'all might have. I see people with it sometimes.

It's not something.

It's just like little white marks. Markings on your teeth. And it's the water. It's what's in the water you're drinking. It's your water.

Okay. So I was wondering how it even happens. Like, what?

Just your water. She was like, it actually doesn't have anything to do with your dental care.

It's water. It's in the water.

But now there's a treatment to get.

Rid of that, which is brand new.

It's brand, brand new. And Lord tried it. And, like, I now noticed that it's like, they're gone.

So I had it like now that my appointment's made, I think it's like in May, but it had been like six months since my last one and that's usually like pretty long for cleaning. For a permanent retainer, I usually should be going like every four.

But then he went back to Selena for a very, very, very short window and then quickly five minutes later got engaged in Mary Haley out of nowhere. And they were so young too. So it seemed very rushed. However, Haley on that podcast was saying not at any point were they talking or dating while Selena and him were together.

And she also said she's really, really happy that he did test it one more time with Selena because. Because it solidified a hundred percent that it's not meant to be. Like it's not the it.

So I was like, no, no, no, no, no. I was like, this cannot be real. Because based off everything that I've recently watched of her, she's constantly defending the relationship. So if it was rocky, she would probably stay just silent on it her all the time. Oh, and two hours. Okay, so, like, I'm like, okay, she has unfollowed him. I go to his page, he's like, on a run, and he's like, posting cryptic and, like, a lot of crazy, weird stuff. Okay.

And he was like, almost like crashing out vibes.

Crashing out vibes. He had posted, like, 10, 20 IG stories of the most random crazy stuff. Posting the craziest, like, Instagram post. So it seemed a little crash Audi. But in his last pose, Haley's in it. Like a beautiful picture of her perfect face. Like you can tell. And she commented on it hard eyes.

Yeah.

So it's like her support for the post. And so that was to support him, essentially. That was two hours after it broke that she unfollowed him. So it didn't make sense. It made no sense because you saw.

It and she really wasn't following him.

Literally posting her face and she's commenting on it, but she doesn't follow him. It doesn't make any sense. I do believe there's a glitch because my Instagram has made me unfollow people that I swear to God on my soul. Unless this per. Those people blocked me and unblocked me to get me to unfollow them, which they didn't do. Instagram has unfollowed just trolling.

Miss Crashed how? He was like, he saw blocked her. Oh my gosh. See, like it makes sense for her to be like, no, it's like a glitch.

I believe it. That makes sense because of the post that he posted, like literally two hours after the unfollow happened of her face face. And then she comment on it. That doesn't even make sense.

But she, the problem is, is like she built her whole entire career off standing up for plus size women. Inclusivity. And then all of a sudden she's no longer plus size but didn't talk about it. Just kind of kept on going and you know, I don't know, it's like.

Honestly like even just talking about it, it's like it's a really sensitive topic. So it's something that you kind of like, you know, you have to respect in a way where it's like this is something that's very polarizing when it comes to weight loss and which ways doing it, the efficacy and all these kind of things when it comes to that it's a very, like, polarizing topic in general. So this is just something that we've been seeing that's kind of going around that, like, she, you know, was being super about inclusivity and being plus size and then preaching all these different things about that world. But then she lost all the weight, you know, and did it, like, it through, like, a gastric bypass, and then, like, you know, taking.

She went on Khloe Kardashian's podcast and basically, finally, after all this time, because, like, the weight loss is pretty drastic. It's drastic, right? So it's like.

It's fast and drastic. That's the difference.

Oh, see, that's another one. It happens. It's really quick, fast. Like, overnight, it seemed. It was like, oh, my God. But then she didn't talk about it when it was like your whole page was built off talking about body image. So it was interesting takes. And then she goes on Chloe Kardashian's new podcast, and she airs herself out, and she says, you know, oh, I was having all these problems and all this, and I had, you know, the surgery where they made part of my stomach and basically went through a lot with that. And it's recovered, and it was hard, but now she's so much better, so much happier, and talks about all the benefits for her being skinny, for being skinny.

So this is why it's kind of like.

And this. It. There. There are layers. This thing keeps unfolding more and more and more. So the Internet did not take it well. Just because, one. I think the way she went about it, and people were like, influencers don't owe you anything. That's their transparency. But.

But the thing is, I think it's different because when you build your entire influence and your career and your entire, you know, essence of who you are online off of one thing, and then you change your one thing. It does, I feel like, deserve a little explanation, I think. Oh, I think that that would be weird to me. Like, I think that's weird. Like, I actually think that part of it feels almost like phony in a way. Or, like, it would just be weird. I'm not saying that she's phony. I'm just saying.

Yes. She would speak on, like, your bones aren't meant to carry that much amount of weight for this extended years. So eventually you can have these problems. Remy would go off on her, like, stitch her and go off on her. You know, she would give these pretty factual things about weight, and it seemed like Remy didn't like what she had to say because Remy was so pro.

And it's so crazy that you came for me at that time when now you are that girl.

But she calls her out on a bit, too. She's like, you went and had surgery. You didn't, like, just lose the weight by working hard month after month after year on it. And now you're regurgitating basically everything I said on my page for my body positive positivity, Tick tock blog, essentially for yourself on Chloe's. But I've spent years getting on from you.

It's kind of like, no, I was honestly really gagged. Because the thing is, it's what's. What's. No, mine too. What's fascinating about it is that, like, I can understand being Remy at the time, being frustrated by someone who's, like, thin, promoting being thin and talking about and, like, not feeling like there's a body positivity in aspect of it. I can understand that. Aspect of being, like. I can understand that. I can see that. I can. I can see where she can get, like, upset about that. But then to cause, like, essentially, like, a hate train for her when now you have become, you know, thinner and she's like, you know what? Life's so much better thin. People treat me differently thin. And it's like, that's like what everyone says.

Like, it makes sense when you make the choice to literally, you know, you're like, if I right now make a choice to go stitch someone's video, and I know I am about to rain hell mercy upon them with my followers, and then I. I just would never do it. I've never done it, and I would never do it for clicks or the views, regardless of what relevancy and how tempting that may be. I'm not that type of person. But when you choose to do that, it. That's bold.

Oh, yeah. And the thing is, like, it's funny because I feel like. I bet you Remy at the time felt like she was the advocate for, like, plus size. So she felt like, I have to do this. I have to. I mean, at the time, especially because she was, like, in this niche where she really was trying to create change for body positivity in general. I feel like, how else are you gonna do that without making waves?

But now that this is the case, I think that Liv totally deserves an apology, or she's just some type of acknowledgment where it's like, this is what I've been saying this whole time, but I got on it. I think that's why it became so controversial with Remy losing this weight and doing the surgery, because of how many tick tocks she chose to do in the past to be the martyr for the cause and then switched up so quickly. And I think that's why, because if anybody else went through this, people are happy for them, people are excited for them, and people are like, you know, this is an amazing new journey for you. You could tell people feel and look more, you know, confidence. They build. So it's like a beautiful thing. But with Remy People are just not necessarily having it. I mean, I think there's a lot of people out there that love her for it, but there's a lot of people. They're pissed. This is literally why.
