I started this podcast back in 2020 on a whim. I had no idea what I was doing, had never even listened to a podcast before, but I had a message I knew needed to be heard. That message? Healing beyond a diagnosis. I taught people—patients, practitioners, anyone who would listen—how to look beyond “normal” lab results and actually find the answers hidden inside.

Fast forward to today, and things have shifted in a big way. What started as a podcast for everyone ended up attracting practitioners. You guys—the doctors, the health coaches, the wellness experts—kept tuning in, kept asking for more, and it became clear that I could make the biggest impact by helping YOU help more patients.

So, with that comes a new name, a new focus, and a new host—someone you’ve already heard from many times before. I’m officially passing the mic to Mike Rhees, who’s been in the trenches with me, making clinical practice simpler, more effective, and scalable.
