In 1992, 18-year-old Katie Rackliff was murdered in Surrey, England, in a random, brutal attack. For years, police believed the killer was an adult man. The truth was shocking: the killer was a 12-year-old named Sharon Carr. She was later convicted, becoming one of the youngest female murderers in UK history.
