This week’s G-Fit Conversation is a real, honest conversation with my sister-in-law about what true transformation actually looks like. This isn’t about perfection, quick fixes, or chasing another crash diet. It’s about what happens when a woman finally decides to stop getting in her own way and start showing up for herself differently. We talk about:✨ breaking free from the all-or-nothing mindset✨ learning to prioritize yourself without guilt✨ self-love through every stage of the journey✨ why happiness cannot be tied to a number on the scale✨ creating a lifestyle instead of chasing temporary results✨ and the real conversation around GLP-1s and weight loss toolsI’ve shared openly that while tools like GLP-1s can be helpful when used appropriately, they are not the secret cheat code. The real transformation still comes from learning how to nourish yourself, think differently, build sustainable habits, and love yourself enough to stay consistent. This conversation is proof that you do not need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need to decide you’re ready to start showing up differently. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the cycle of starting over, waiting for perfection, or putting yourself last… this conversation is for you.Happy best day ever, girls.xoG

This week’s G-Fit Conversation is your reminder that your system isn’t broken — it probably just needs refinement.Too often, we hit one setback, one hard weekend, one stressful season, and suddenly convince ourselves that everything needs to change. New plan. New program. Start over Monday. But what if the answer isn’t a complete redesign? What if it’s simply a small tweak? In this conversation, I dive into the difference between refining and redesigning — and why the all-or-nothing mindset keeps so many women stuck in the exhausting cycle of start, stop, start over. From workouts and nutrition to parenting, stress, sleep, hormones, relationships, and mindset… this episode is all about learning how to pause, reflect, and identify the ONE thing that needs support instead of throwing the whole system away. You’ll walk away with a fresh perspective on consistency, self-awareness, and the power of the 1% mindset — because real transformation doesn’t happen through extremes. It happens through tiny refinements made over time.Your body isn’t broken. Your life isn’t broken. Your system likely just needs a little tuning.Refine. Don’t redesign.xoG

In this episode of G-Fit Conversations, we go deeper than workouts and nutrition… this is about perspective, purpose, and how you show up in your life. After the unexpected loss of my client, J. Craig Venter, I share a real and raw reflection on just how short and precious life is—and why that matters for the way you approach your goals, your mindset, and your daily actions. We talk about:-The reminder that you woke up today—and why that alone changes everything-The difference between a victim mindset vs. a hero mindset-What it really means to trust when life doesn’t make sense-“Amor fati” — embracing life as it comes, not fighting it-How shifting your perspective can actually calm your nervous system and improve how you feel, think, and performThis episode blends personal story, mindset work, and real-life application—because fitness isn’t just what you do in the gym… it’s how you live.If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning “why me?”… this is your reminder to shift into “what is this here to teach me?”You get to do this. And how you choose to show up… that’s where everything changes.Let's step in and make it the best day ever!xoG

In this episode, we talk about the Misogi- the powerful concept of doing one hard thing each year—not to prove anything to others, but to prove something to yourself. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Misogi, I share how completing a simple 5K became a personal breakthrough—not because of the distance, but because it pushed me outside of my comfort zone. This conversation is a reminder that transformation doesn’t have to come from extremes. You don’t need a marathon, an Ironman, or some dramatic life overhaul. Sometimes the biggest shifts come from small, meaningful challenges that make you uncomfortable in the best way.If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect” challenge or thinking it has to be bigger to matter, this episode will help you reframe what growth really looks like. Because the challenge that changes you doesn’t have to be extreme… it just has to stretch you. What is your 2026 Misogi? Let's step in and own this week.xoG

Happy Best Day Ever! This week, I’m fresh off a spontaneous 5Kand what surprised me most wasn’t the physical challenge… it was everything leading up to it. The overthinking. The nerves. The stepping outside my routine. The mental chatter of “Can I really do this?” Even though it’s something I basically do every week- it was still a challenge for me.In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and reminding you that no matter how experienced or consistent you are, growth still requires discomfort.I talked about:Why doing “hard things” has nothing to do with fitness levelThe mental resistance that shows up when you challenge yourselfHow breaking routine can actually elevate your resultsThe concept of Masogi—doing one thing a year that truly pushes youAnd why consistency in the G-Fit method gives you the freedom to show up for anythingThis wasn’t about training for a race. This was about proving that when you stay consistent, you’re always ready. If you’ve been playing it safe, staying in your comfort zone, or waiting for the “right time”, this is your nudge.Do the thing that gives you butterflies. That’s where everything changes.I would love to hear from you what is on your heart that you are FEELING... I have had so many people already say a race is on their mind... I would love to hear from you! Let's step into the best day ever and ROCK it, sisters!hugs, G

This conversation is your spring reset and a moment to pause, check in, and get real with yourself. We start with awareness. What was your word this year? Do you remember? Are you aligned with it… or have you drifted? From there, we move into growth and what it actually requires.I share what I’m currently stepping into with signing up for a 5K. Not because I can’t run… but because it challenges me in a new way mentally. That edge, that resistance, that voice — it’s real. And it’s the same place so many of you find yourselves when stepping into something new.We talk about hormesis — the idea that we have to stress the body (and mind) to grow. And the concept of a “Misogi” — choosing one thing each year that pushes you outside your comfort zone and expands who you are.Because growth doesn’t happen in what’s comfortable… it happens when you lean in.We also tap into the power of visualization — learning to see where you’re going before you get there. Your body can’t move toward something it hasn’t been shown. You have to create that vision first, clearly and intentionally. This is about reconnecting, challenging yourself, and remembering what you’re capable of.You’re not starting from scratch…you’re stepping into your next level this Spring, let's do this!hugs, G

Welcome back to another G-Fit Conversation. LOOK LEFT & Remove all distractions. This week we’re talking about something that quietly gets in the way of almost every transformation… distractions. Not just the obvious things, but the small daily distractions that pull your focus away from where you want to go — comparing yourself to someone else, getting caught up in noise on social media, conversations that drain your energy, or even the mental chatter that starts when temptation shows up.Today’s conversation is about learning how to recognize those distractions and intentionally look the other way so you can stay focused on the steps right in front of you.
