Danielle
No one's ever asked me to do this. Me being a homemaker, all those men out there listening.
Brooke
God forbid someone takes a risk.
Danielle
I feel like you know this about me.
Brooke
I really do feel like it makes a difference.
Danielle
Oh, I've never heard you say this. Actually.
Brooke
Like, I feel like it all just clicked.
Danielle
I know. If I could finish.
Brooke
You have these beliefs about your body.
Danielle
It's like, take it too far.
Brooke
Like I don't know what's going on.
Danielle
All right, I'm done.
Brooke
Hey guys, what's up? Welcome back to Gals on the Go podcast.
Danielle
It's Brooke and Danielle. Hope you're all having a great Wednesday. Summer day.
Brooke
A fantastic summer day. We, we've got our, our nice summer beverages. The colors. This is actually the colors of Dunk.
Danielle
Like, no, we literally are both drinking our refreshers. And then we also have Luna water. I walk in, I was like, oh my God, you guys shouldn't have. It's like this is literally what they have at The Dear Media studio, they just have like, lens running around.
Brooke
No, it's really. It's really premium.
Danielle
Yeah, it's so. Lauren. It's kind of. It is.
Brooke
It's kind of giving, like hotel.
Danielle
Yeah, I. I'm really, really excited. And then when I get a Lunin water, I feel like I just use it for many days in a row.
Brooke
You say you've said this before.
Danielle
Oh, yeah, yeah. Did I say this on the podcast?
Commercial Narrator
No.
Brooke
Somewhere.
Danielle
I feel like I said it to
Brooke
you that you were like, oh, that bottle. I was like, really? I just recycle it. Like, I don't know. I just, you know, it's glass. Recycle.
Commercial Narrator
Feel nice?
Danielle
Yeah, pretty much. So I had such a New York moment on my way here. Can I tell you about it? It's very short and simple. It was just like I hopped in the cab. It was Salee.
Brooke
Did you hail the cab?
Danielle
No, no, it was Uber.
Brooke
That would have been like, real.
Danielle
I know I was in a rush, so I was like, we gotta call
Brooke
the Uber while we're still inside.
Danielle
Anyways, it was just so New York. Like on the go, I'm in the backseat putting on mascara, adding makeup because I was coming for my hair appointment, so I didn't want to do like the full makeup, you know. And then my driver in the front seat's literally eating a full meal. Like rice, chicken, broccoli.
Brooke
Like, oh, oh, just a full meal.
Danielle
Yeah, we both. And then I'm like filming a video because my friend's getting engaged. Was like, filming like, congrats. Like, there was just like, we were both. We were getting things done.
Brooke
Oh, wow. That was a really. A lot just happened there.
Danielle
Oh, my God.
Brooke
Crazy. You have to clarify the engagement video thing though, because you just casually said that, like, I had to film a video for the engagement.
Danielle
Yeah. No one's ever asked me to do this. I'm trying to think when this comes out. Yeah. I think we're marked safe. I won't say the name just to be safe, but yeah. Her soon to be fiance reached out, was like, hey, I'm proposing. And he's proposing in a different time zone that we'll all be asleep. So he's like, I know she's going to want to see you guys. So could you send a video? Just saying congratulations.
Brooke
Oh, that is so thoughtful. Thoughtful.
Danielle
I know. Oh, my gosh. Wow.
Brooke
See, I was. I thought you meant that you're going to be part of the pros, like, will you marry me like that.
Danielle
Gals in the go Listener. It's like, brooke, you have to film it next. Yes, that would be.
Brooke
They get like, all of their people to like. Yeah.
Danielle
No, literally, my friend was like, wait, Danielle, yours is so good. I need to do my hair. I was like, no, I feel like it's just an internal video. Like, they're not. Like, it's just for her to watch.
Brooke
She'll keep it forever. And, like, you know, I don't think it's like, she'll.
Danielle
You know, I don't think it'll be like, yeah, but I thought it was a really sweet idea. So. Good idea. Well, to all those men out there
Brooke
listening, like, good idea. The men are. You have to be pretty creative, you know, to put together.
Danielle
No, you gotta get. Ben got creative.
Brooke
Yeah, he. That was like a whole, like, you know, that meme of like. I think it's. It's always sunny in Philadelphia where it's like, he's like. There's like a board of things that I will insert it. There's like a character. He's, like, connecting the, like, clues and whatever. I feel like that's like, that.
Danielle
That's exactly what he's doing in the background. Like, okay, she has to do this
Brooke
and then that and then she might this. But we're gonna, you know, have the
Danielle
plan C. Is this. Yeah.
Testimonial Speaker
That's so cute.
Brooke
And the COVID up is this and the COVID up.
Danielle
Yes. Very important.
Brooke
So what's up with you? I feel like. Oh, you just went to Florida. Yeah.
Commercial Narrator
No.
Danielle
So nice. Just me and my dad and Ryan came for a little. It was so lovely. My dad's doing really well. I took him to a doctor's appointment, which was a really uplifting appointment. So that was really nice. Things are. I know I keep saying things are looking up, but, like, it was just. It gave my dad, like, a lot of motivation.
Brooke
Great.
Danielle
Which is. Yes, really, really nice. I hadn't been to a hospital since, like, we were really deep in it earlier this year, and I've just. I think I do have a little white coat syndrome. Like, just a little. I think I had my exposure therapy, but it definitely. I was sitting in the waiting room yesterday. I was like, okay.
Brooke
Like, I know. And that's. I mean, when you're. When your recent experiences are, like, traumatic, like, I feel like that's, you know, relevant that you, like, ooh. But, like, it doesn't have to be the worst news, you know, But I. I do get that, though.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
It seem like, yeah, this is not. Not fun.
Danielle
No. But, you know, I feel like, then you start playing, like, some. Some good music in these doctor's offices or something. Or like, like when. Then when you're sitting in, like, the. Wait, like, once you left the waiting room, the. The holding room.
Brooke
That's quiet.
Danielle
That's quiet.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
The lobby has music. Sorry.
Brooke
Yeah, but it's like, you know, it's just. Whatever. I'm fine with the lobby music. That's fine. It is. Whatever it is. It's honestly, like, it's so crazy, like, the disposition of people. I mean, really, anywhere. Like, you know, just front desk people. Like, anywhere. Honestly, like, you're walking in today. Like, how that sets the tone. I saw something on TikTok. It was like, you know, when. This is me being a homemaker. But it's like when. When you are meeting up with a friend or when your fiance or whenever someone, like, comes home from work. It's like how those first, like, 10 to 15 seconds, like, literally set the tone.
Danielle
So true.
Brooke
Because I've done that. Where. Oh, my gosh, you caught me on working, and I'm like, whatever. And then I could just tell, like, it's. The vibes are off. You know what I mean? Because I set the tone incorrectly.
Danielle
You mean when he's walking in the door?
Brooke
Yes. Like, if he walks in, I'm not in, like, a good disposition. Then it's like the vibes are incorrect. Or even just you entering a space, like, just being mindful. Not that you have to be, like, so chipper, but it's like the mood is, like, really dictated kind of by how you.
Danielle
The first, like, 20 seconds, like, how's our night gonna be? No, that's actually so true. I never thought about it like that.
Brooke
Me neither. Yeah. But it kind of is the same. Yeah.
Commercial Narrator
What?
Brooke
Sorry?
Danielle
With hospitals. Yeah.
Brooke
No, well, it is. I know. They're like, hey, how's it going?
Danielle
Yeah, the doctor was really in a good mood, and he was just like. He's like, I'm not worried.
Brooke
Like, you know, I love that disposition. I love the. Like, when you're not. When the doctor's not worried, I'm like.
Danielle
Or if.
Brooke
Well, then I don't.
Danielle
Yeah, I mean, if. We're chilling, we're chilling. He's like, yeah, see you in six weeks. We're like, great. Like, awesome. Best feeling ever.
Brooke
Oh, that's so great. So everything's good with dad? You took him out and about, and you guys.
Danielle
Yeah, I feel like I wrote something down. I was just. Oh, oh, funny thing happened. So I feel like, you know, this about Me, when I get into something, like, then I, like, you know, I love something, and then you have to buy it in every color or whatever. It may be like, if I. I feel like you're kind of the same way, too. Like, with workouts specifically. Like.
Brooke
Yeah, yeah.
Danielle
If you get obsessed with something, then you, like, go in.
Brooke
Yes.
Danielle
Like, running. It's like that. I get this way with things as well. And mine right now, you're actually wearing, like, stripes. I mean, it's also trending right now. This is not a me thing. Like, colorful stripes are for sure in. But I am just taking it to an extreme where, like, anything I see that's, like, colored stripes, I want.
Brooke
Okay, can I get some examples? Yeah, yeah.
Danielle
Oh, you're not understanding what.
Brooke
No, I don't. No, I understand.
Danielle
Like.
Brooke
Like, understanding. This is so great.
Danielle
Like, rainbow stripe.
Brooke
Like, but what are the items?
Danielle
Like, I got a rainbow stripe. Phone case. I'm.
Brooke
You did nails for a second.
Danielle
I had, like, the striped nails.
Brooke
Shirts, the clothes.
Danielle
Oh, my God. Yeah. Like, Scott has a lot of, like, striped colored things. Towels, makeup bags. Like, I. But I just, like, take it too far, and it's like, one day I'm gonna be tired of all this.
Brooke
I see what you mean. It's like a moment in time, and then, like, two years from now, you're gonna be like, why did I love stripes so much? Like, exactly.
Danielle
Exactly. So. But I'm. I'm loving it. It's like, I'm just drawn to things with, like, rainbow stripes. Whatever. Anyways, so then I was like, I bet Amazon has some fun things, you know, not as expensive as stars.
Brooke
Yeah, that's good.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Okay.
Danielle
But then, so I buy this, and we'll attach a photo and colorful stripe lounge set. I was like, this is a perfect airport outfit. I travel a lot. So then I'm like, I'll pilot it for my European travels to go to Florida and, like, see how I feel.
Brooke
Pilot? Does that mean, like, test?
Danielle
Yeah. One time, Katie Bellotti said it, and I loved it. She was like, I'm piloting my airport outfit. Like, trying it out.
Brooke
See, I would say, like, soft launch, but I feel that it's pilot is probably the right thing because it's like a pilot program.
Danielle
Like.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Like, she's the pilot episode. It's in beta. Yeah. I just. She said it on their podcast.
Brooke
Okay.
Danielle
And I loved it. So I wore this set to the airport, and Ryan immediately goes, oh, hello, Dr. Seuss. And I was like. And this is 6:00am I'm tired. I Can't change at this point. Like, we have to head out the door. And I was like, ooh. Like, you know, sometimes they say things and it's like, actually, if you don't like it, that means it's a good outfit. But I was already feeling a little silly in the outfit. Maybe I can find a photo.
Brooke
Yeah. Wait, I don't think I said, did you post a picture?
Danielle
No, I didn't. I was going to link it and everything, but then I was like, what if people. I was like, what if I post this and people like, girl that. You know, like the classic.
Brooke
Yeah, yeah. When you take. God forbid, someone takes a risk, like,
Danielle
you know, it was just like, it.
Brooke
Oh, no. Yeah. Yeah. I. It's kind of like this with pants. I think it's the colors. Very multicolor. It's.
Danielle
I think it needed to be. There needed to be no white. And it also needed to.
Brooke
It's very. Pride.
Danielle
Yeah. Hey, pride.
Brooke
And no.
Danielle
And, hey, happy for that. I feel like it's missing some colors, but, like, it was.
Brooke
You know, I. I see the vision. It's a lot.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
But I. I wouldn't have been, like, so offended by, like, I do, I
Danielle
think, if I wore just one, like, just the pants or just the sw. I think I just was. It was, like, a lot for the morning. And then I get home, and my dad, who never comments on my outfits, he goes, oh, that's. That's an outfit. And I was like, all right, I'm done.
Brooke
You're like, I'm never wearing shirts.
Danielle
And then I just had this realization, like, just because it's striped doesn't need.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Mean. It's, like, cute or Means I need it. So that was a realization I had while I was at home.
Brooke
Wow. Okay, so. So are we out on stripes? What's next?
Danielle
No, no, no. I still love them. It's just like, I don't need to buy it just because it's striped. I have to, like, really love it.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
I don't know the song.
Brooke
No, no. It is funny. I see. I see, like, it is.
Danielle
Do you really?
Brooke
I think that you, like. I get obsessed with things, and I definitely, like, lean in and will. Yeah. Buy things, but I feel like you do this with, like, a lot of trends.
Danielle
Trends. Yeah, Trends.
Sponsor Announcer
Yeah.
Brooke
I think you do like colors. Like, I feel like you love a color of the moment. Like, remember when you moved to New York and you were obsessed with that green that. I will never forget that year of green.
Danielle
The Balenciaga bag that I bought then.
Brooke
You were just like this green.
Danielle
Oh, I love that.
Brooke
I love that green. That specific gre.
Danielle
Yeah, it was like the Bottega green.
Brooke
Yes.
Danielle
Oh, my God. No, that's what I'm saying.
Brooke
No, and I. I do feel like. Yeah. Like, certain styles, like, you'll be obsessed with or like a specific designer. Like, I feel like you'll just like, find. You'll be like, no, I'm in a Bottega moment. Like. And then it's like, yes. Everything Bottega inspired.
Danielle
Yeah. Then I just go in and I. It's just a realization I've had about myself. I'm not necessarily gonna change. I'm trying. But.
Brooke
No, but I think it's like you. You commit to the bet.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
You know?
Danielle
Yeah, yeah. Just committing to the bit, you know, but it was just funny something too. Yeah.
Brooke
Okay, I see. I just. I feel like stripes are. I don't like, always. Always around and.
Danielle
But like, even like Dairy Boy, she came out, like the striped cashmere sweater I got from Dairy Boy. I feel like, like that.
Brooke
That type of stripe.
Danielle
That type. And the stripes. I love the stripe.
Brooke
Yeah. Because is it like thin?
Danielle
But this is more classic stripes. To me. I'd say, like, thicker stripes is.
Brooke
Yes.
Danielle
Yeah. Like that thick color block stripe. I don't know.
Brooke
No, I. I see what you mean. Like jail stripes. Like low key. Like, you know, like black and white. Like jail. Like.
Danielle
Oh, yeah, like, yeah, but like.
Brooke
Yeah, like it's kind of that, but in different colors. Like, basically it's like. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like when you think of like a cartoon guy. Like, you know, when you start jail, like, yeah, exactly.
Danielle
Those thicker stripes. So I don't know. You guys let me know. That's like everything I see on TikTok Shop right now is like stripes and, you know.
Brooke
Oh, my God, that is so funny you say that because my TikTok shop is literally all Michael Jackson. No, Danielle. I'm getting served. I'm getting served. TikTok Shop. Michael Jackson phone case. Michael Jackson, like stuffed animal. Michael Jackson, like car accessories. Literally everything Michael Jackson. I'm like, did I engage with something Michael Jackson related me a lot of Michael Jackson. I think I'd keep.
Danielle
You're there, but.
Brooke
But it's literally like. It's like, your kids will love this. And it's like a Michael Jackson phone case. Like, are that many people that obsessed? I seriously, there's a whole corner of Tik Tok Shop just for Michael Jackson. Like that.
Danielle
You're on that side. And me and Kelly were talking about this. Like, everyone's on a different side of tik tok shop. Specifically, for a while, I was on the. If your coochie looks like this, you need this.
Brooke
Never been on that corner.
Danielle
Oh, yeah.
Brooke
I did get the neck, and I got sold on it.
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Brooke
You told me about that neck cream, like, Medicube neck thing.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Because that's been, like, a recent insecurity. I feel like I woke up one day and was like, why do I have, like, deep lines in my neck? And it's like, you know, tech neck or whatever they call it.
Danielle
Like, oh, I have that.
Brooke
Yeah. And it's, like, not actually a problem. And it's like, it could be corrected with, like, proper skin care. So now I'm just like, okay, well,
Danielle
it's like, is it this thing with the cream? Yeah, now I've seen it.
Brooke
It's. It's has, like, a gua sha built into it. It's very cool. Now you're going to look.
Danielle
Did you buy it?
Brooke
Yeah, yeah, it's good. I've been part of the routine.
Danielle
Hey, looking. Looking young. Neck looking good.
Brooke
I've been consistently gua sha again. I really do feel like it makes a difference.
Danielle
I feel like there is nothing like being engaged because I feel like you are just maxing every category and it. You're motivated.
Brooke
I have time.
Danielle
Great. And you have time.
Brooke
I have time. Right now I feel like I'm really, like, that is a hobby of mine is, like, bettering.
Danielle
Bettering yourself. Great.
Brooke
Yeah. Like, I'm motivated to, like. Yeah. I mean, I, like, woke up and, like, went for a morning walk today. Like, who am I? You know, on top of my workout. Like, that's crazy.
Danielle
Yeah, that's when you.
Brooke
That's crazy. Like, to do both, like, normally, it's like, oh, I walked. Like, I'm good.
Danielle
Yeah. Like, that's. That's the.
Brooke
That's the work.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
This episode is sponsored by Better Help. We've talked about Better Help for a long time, guys, because Danielle and I feel like we're huge, huge proponents of therapy. Like, having someone to talk to, having someone to. I don't know. I feel like we can get in our heads.
Danielle
Oh. Constantly.
Brooke
Just a little.
Danielle
I think we had merch at one point. Like, CEO of overthinking. Yeah, that was around at one point.
Commercial Narrator
We.
Danielle
It is so amazing to sit down and talk to someone. Even on those weeks where you're like, I'm having a good week. Like, no. There's always still things on the back of your mind. And it could be literally something like so small that's just so worth talking to somebody.
Brooke
Totally. And Better Help, I feel like we talk about it all the time and you guys are, maybe you've heard us talk about it for forever and you're like, okay, you know what, I'm gonna dig into this a little more and check it out. Danielle
That's plan b1step.com I've definitely gone through phases of my life and definitely most recently of like looking at myself in the mirror and just not loving my smile, especially being on camera constantly. I am just looking at my teeth and I feel like a lot of people in our like twenties right now are like having that, you know, I want a little bit of a redo.
Brooke
Yeah. And, and why not? I mean like you deserve to like feel confident. And I feel like this is like the time of life where it's like you have the ability to like get your life together. Like you don't have to have your parent like hold your hand and take you to the dentist or the orthodontist. Like you can do it yourself.
Danielle
Yeah. And like I don't want braces. I don't want to worry. I am just constantly on camera like we've said. Or just not even like if you're in your bridal phase or you just don't want them.
Brooke
Yeah. And I feel like growing up like I remember like being told like the orthodontist, it's so expensive. Oh my gosh. Like, you know, you got to really like. But I have to say smiles that can straighten your smile for under eighteen hundred dollars. Okay. Smile said really is it? That's less than half the cost of traditional braces. And it's all done at home. So it starts with an at home impression kit. Then a licensed doctor reviews your case and builds your custom treatment plan. Danielle
That's sick.
Brooke
How cool. You literally get the kit sent right to you. I have the, I have the kid at home right now, so I'm, I'm you know, getting started with this. I personally like, I'm doing like the nighttime aligners, you know. Yeah, I feel like I like my smile. I want to, I want a little,
Danielle
you know, little enhancements.

do, truly to do the morning walk and to do a workout or not a morning walk, just like generally hit 10,000 steps. Like do a lot of walking, whatever and do a true workout, like a workout class or like a gym workout, like you know, say 45, 50 minutes.
Danielle
You're elite.
Brooke
That's like three hours of your day. I'm not joking. So.
Danielle
No, it's like, how do people have time for this? You have to have, like, a pretty free day or wake up early.
Brooke
Yeah. Or you have to, like, build it into your day intentionally, I guess. Like, on your lunch break, you walk on your. This, you walk. Which, like, I give you credit. Like, if you are really, like, building it in like that.
Danielle
Because it's really amazing.
Brooke
Yeah. I don't. Or you have to wake up really early, I guess. Yeah.
Danielle
Or it's the early morning.
Brooke
Or you get the walking pad. Bridget's almost on me on the walking pad.
Danielle
Yeah, those are great.
Brooke
I don't know. Whatever. You know, I'm just saying that basically all of this, like, beauty, wellness stuff, I'm learning, number one, it is very expensive. It really is. Like, if you, because you just, you go through the products quickly, so then you just have to repurchase them and you're like, oh, my gosh. This is like, you need to see results. Yes, exactly, exactly. Expensive, time consuming, but also effective if done correctly.
Danielle
So unfortunately, effective.
Brooke
Shockingly effective.
Danielle
Shockingly effective. Sometimes I think about men and I'm like, they wouldn't do half of the things we do. And they also. Half the things we do is painful.
Brooke
So true. I think about that all the time. Skincare treatments.
Danielle
Yes. Painful extractions and a facial. I literally the other day I had tear streaming down my face. I was like, like, Ryan could literally never do this.
Brooke
That's so crazy. Waxing. I mean, I'm not, I don't really voluntarily do that because it's like.
Danielle
That's threading.
Brooke
Yeah, that's, like, real.
Danielle
It's all real. Oh, you mean down there. I'm not threatening down there.
Brooke
Can you even do that?
Danielle
No, I, I, I, I'm not. I would imagine.
Brooke
Do people get, like, their body hair threaded? I thought that it was mostly for the face, but I guess you could really do anywhere.
Danielle
Yeah. I've only heard of it on face because that would be so painful. But I think that's kind of what lasering feels like, right? Like, like a rubber band kind of.
Brooke
But I haven't thinking about lasering down there.
Danielle
You just keep pointing.
Brooke
Literally thinking about lasering my, like, bikini line. Like, I, I, Because I just have, like, the memories of, like, getting. Well, I got sugared one time and that literally.
Danielle
I'll never forget that podcast clip. And you're like, I didn't know if I could finish.
Brooke
Yeah, I was like, seeing stars. I was like, oh. And I have a pretty high pain tolerance. That was crazy. Yeah. I get needles to the face. No numbing. I'm okay. Like, they're like, wow, you're pretty good. Like, and I will be like, you know, tears dripping from my eyes. Like, keep going, keep going. The lasers on the face, even with numbing and everything, like, you still feel it and, like, yeah, it's painful. Like, they're shooting a laser beam in your face.
Danielle
That would make sense.
Brooke
We.
Danielle
Have you ever done microneedling, by the way?
Brooke
No, only lasers. But I feel like people like it.
Danielle
I know I. I really need to do it. I've been told this for years, and I'm just at wit's end with my texture from my Accutane purge. You know, back in.
Brooke
Yeah, back. Back in the day.
Danielle
Back in the day and everyone's saying microneeding.
Commercial Narrator
Or.
Danielle
Have you talked about BBL moxie?
Brooke
I moxie. I have not done the BBL laser. I did twice, and I do really like it.
Danielle
It's laser.
Brooke
Yeah. It's a broadband light laser. Like bbl. Yeah. Right. That's what it stands for, I think.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
That's, like, to dark spots. But it, like, it's really interesting because it kind of, like, makes them more dark and then they, like, flake off. It's really strange.
Testimonial Speaker
So.
Danielle
And you did that?
Brooke
I did it twice, and I feel like it did, like, lighten my dark spots on your post. Acne marks.
Danielle
Really good.
Brooke
So, I mean, I have a lot of makeup on, but, you know.
Danielle
No.
Brooke
Yeah. No, but I didn't have textures issue. I had, like, discoloration.
Testimonial Speaker
Yeah.
Danielle
More so about the texture.
Brooke
So then I feel microneedling.
Danielle
Needling.
Brooke
I'm not a dermatologist, but Brooke is.
Danielle
My Brooke. I go to first to ask about these procedure.
Sponsor Announcer
Yes.
Brooke
Procedures.
Commercial Narrator
No.
Brooke
Like, I feel like that's, like, no downtime. Like.
Danielle
No, it's not. I think it's, like, a day.
Brooke
Oh, that's chill. Then you're good.
Danielle
So chill. No, I actually had an appointment, and then I chickened out and canceled. So that's. That's.
Brooke
Yeah. You just have to make sure that they, like, you know, have, like, the medical grade numbing, and then it's like, like, clean and safe and everything.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
I feel like that's, like, what it is.
Danielle
Yeah. The numbing. Fun.
Brooke
Yeah. Because then you won't feel it as much. I don't know how painful micro needling is. Like, I'm not sure.
Danielle
I feel like it's. I've been told it's just like, Little pricks. Yeah. Or like, I don't know what I've been told. Actually, now I'm getting it confused with a peel thing that I did. They're like, it tastes like. Or tastes. Feels like a cat is licking you. Yep. And she was right. It was like this peel mask I did, like, a year ago. Anyways, this is so funny. I was at the hair salon before this, and she's like, so what are you guys talking about the podcast today? I was like, I couldn't tell you.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
You're like, okay, cat licking your face. I'll have to go back.
Brooke
No, Beauty really is pain, though. I think about that all the time. I think about. I think about it honestly, when I'm in my workouts, I'm like, my God, holding a plank.
Danielle
And you're like, beauty.
Brooke
I'm like, I feel like the. Like, lifting weights is hard. Don't get me wrong.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
But I feel like, you know what? Pilates is a different type of pain when you're, like, holding. Yeah. Those planks and working the abs. Speaking of working the abs, I actually had this written down because what did you have?
Commercial Narrator
Right.
Sponsor Announcer
This is right.
Brooke
Written down. My whole life, you know, you have these beliefs about your body. Right. Like, you know, you just think like, oh, no, I'm big boned. Or like, oh, no, I'm this, like, you know.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
My whole life I was like, no, I have a wide rib cage. It's extremely wide. It's just. It's a wide rib cage.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Like, I don't know.
Danielle
I've never heard you say this, actually,
Brooke
because it's not like an insecurity of mine. It's just like a fact. Like, I just, you know, whenever I'm in a bikini or whatever, I could be 20 pounds heavier. But, like, you see my ribs, like, you know what I mean? It's just the way that it's like my body shaped.
Danielle
Okay. So like, I say I have a short torso like this, but. Yes. Like, it's just like a thing, you know about yourself.
Brooke
Exactly. Like, yeah. Proportionally or whatever. Like, I don't know. I just didn't think that there. I never really thought anything of it. It was really not an insecurity of mine. But then I started getting served stuff about. No, no, no. This was like, years ago about rib flare. Have you heard about that?
Danielle
No.
Brooke
So that's essentially like what I have. Like, I'm looking at all these pictures of all of these people, and I realize it's from years and years and years of Just not engaging my core because I've never really, like. I wasn't like, a dancer. I didn't, like, really, like, do any of those sort of workouts. Like, I don't know shit.
Danielle
I don't really engage my core either, do I?
Brooke
Yeah, but you have no. You. You do not struggle with this. I don't think I am gonna, like, look up, like, pictures of what this looks like.
Danielle
Yeah, you'll have to, so.
Brooke
But no, honestly, the way that I was, I learned what it is, though, because I kind of like. I know what engaging your core means.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
But I really. It really recently clicked for me because I thought that. I used to think engaging your core was, like, sucking in, like, oh, but no, it's like the top, and it's the opposite almost. It's almost like pushing out in a way. Not pushing out, but, like, it. I used to think it was like, the motion of, like.
Danielle
Oh, yeah.
Brooke
But engaging your core, it's like.
Danielle
It's a full body thing in a way.
Brooke
Flexing. Does that make sense?
Danielle
I know.
Brooke
I don't know how to sensation that. I recently. Like, it took me all these years.
Danielle
Was it like your trainer to.
Brooke
With the trainer. And I feel, like, in solid. Like, then I, like, in solid core, they would say it, and I would be like, oh, my God, I know what that means now. Like, I feel, like, clicked for me. And I was like, wow, this really makes so much sense. And I really do feel like it's, like, kind of improving.
Danielle
So you think your rib flare is deflaring?
Brooke
I. I do believe so. I don't really have, like, progress picks, per se, but I'm like, wow, now that I know what that is, like, I feel. Even feels different.
Danielle
And it's because your ribs. Rib flare is a postural and structural alignment issue where the lower ribs protrude outward or upward instead of staying stacked flat over the pelvis. T. There you go. The more you know, the more you know.
Brooke
Yeah, I'm still like, the engage your core thing is still interesting to me. And, like, I feel like it has to do with, like, some. A little bit of breathing and stuff too. Like, I can engage my core like, in a plank or doing something like that. Like, it makes sense. I'm like, yes.
Danielle
Cause it's there. Like, you have to, for sure.
Brooke
But we did, like, a move today. I. I went back to Pure Bar because I was like, ah, whatever.
Danielle
Why not?
Brooke
I got a few free classes. I was like, I'll check it out, you know?
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Brooke
It really is so, like, mom coded. I love it.
Danielle
But, like, it's so, like, suburban and, like, there's dads. I saw this video on Tick Tock. Did you see? It was like this older man. It was like his hundredth class or maybe a thousandth. It was something like a crazy number.
Brooke
That's really sweet.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Anyways, it really.
Brooke
It's a great workout. Like, definitely hard, but definitely, like, I could see myself getting there versus, like, solid core. I'm like, you know what I mean?
Danielle
No, I can't even imagine.
Brooke
So more attainable, but still extremely hard. Yeah, yeah, maybe I'd like. But I'm also comparing, like, apples and art.
Danielle
No, it's like a good hard. Yes, like. Yeah, no, exactly, like, because it's like those little movements. At least that's I don't get in, like, college. Totally remember, But I feel like it's like.
Brooke
That's what I said too. They were like, have you ever been here before? I was like, like 10 years ago in college.
Sponsor Announcer
Yeah.
Danielle
I think Ashen's had one and went to a couple.
Brooke
They did, but there was like a motion that we were doing where it was like, back flat against the wall and, like, you raise your legs, but you do raise your legs by engaging your core. And I like those sort of, like, connections. I'm the mind. We're also in connection. I'm like, I literally don't know what's going. I'm just moving my leg up and down. Like, I don't know what's going on.
Danielle
Yeah, you're like, I just. That's another trippy thing too. I think about, like, how lucky we are to be able to just, like, move our leg. It's like. Like, I don't think. Yeah, I was like, I'm moving right now. And it's like. Because I know I'm supposed to be moving.
Brooke
Yes, I do know.
Danielle
Body's so cool.
Brooke
Well, and when you're like, you know, work out, they're like, okay, now, like, you know, unlock your shoulders and, like, put all of your pressure on your bicep or whatever it is. And you're like, wow, I can, like, I can just do that with, like, a simple shift.
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Brooke
Yeah. So cool. So if anybody else is out there and thinks that they struggle from rip flare, please let me know what you're doing now. Now I'm like, on that side of TikTok, right? Like, how to correct it and how to, like, you know, really engage or it doesn't seem like it. Like, I'll be able to fix It. You know, it's okay.
Danielle
Yeah. Michael Jackson and Rivflare. Hey, that's. That's your. You. We won't talk about it, but you had a deep dive the other day. That was so funny. Like, Brooke literally subscribed to a substack.
Brooke
Yeah, that was my third substack. Do you subscribe to any substacks?
Danielle
I don't think. Not paid.
Brooke
Like, paid.
Danielle
No.
Brooke
Yeah. I don't think I was talking about this with someone recently, because I love the creator economy. I support everybody, you know? Like, I really will support someone, like, if I want their Patreon or if I want whatever, but, my God, we have a lot of subscriptions these days.
Danielle
No, I know.
Brooke
You know, I. Sorry.
Danielle
No, no.
Brooke
What were you gonna say? I was gonna say, like, I want, you know, these people, like, they're putting in so much work. Like, I want this. Like, I subscribed to, like, a neighborhood guide. One, like, for my neighborhood. It's, like, just, like, new openings and stuff. And I'm like, no, it's honestly great. Like, I love it.
Danielle
It's helpful.
Brooke
So helpful. Like, they deserve my $5 a month. But I'm like, how many. Like, at what point are you like, oh, my gosh. I'm just like, 5, 5, 5, 5, five. Like, so many subscriptions.
Danielle
I mean, maybe I'll bite my words one day, but we've been asked to start, like, subscriptions for years, and us gals have kept it free.
Brooke
We really. I just talked about this with someone else, too.
Danielle
We always get asked to do that, and we're like, we've been doing this for free for so many years and for free. Obviously, you guys listen to ads and thank you so much for supporting those ads, but, like, why would we all of a sudden put our vlogs or something behind a paywall?
Brooke
That's exactly how I feel, too.
Danielle
Like, why would we do that?
Brooke
And my logic is, like, I would rather, like, the mega corporations who can afford to pay for it. Like, pay for it versus. Or just, like, companies or people who, like, we can benefit through advertising and things like that.
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Brooke
Versus, like, make someone pay to, like, watch the vlogs.
Danielle
Yeah. Unless there was something I was so scared to, like, post on the Internet. It's like, only.
Brooke
Yeah, the paywall. But it still gets leaked, though.
Danielle
No, I know. That's the thing.
Brooke
It's not even, like, behind a safety net at that point.
Danielle
Screenshot or screen record.
Sponsor Announcer
Yeah.
Danielle
No, I'm just trying to think about why. I mean, I know why people do it, like, if you've never done it before. If you're, like a celebrity or something. Yeah, no, if you're a celebrity, you have so much money. Like.
Brooke
Yeah, no, I. People do it. Like podcasts and stuff. Like, you get them early.
Danielle
Yeah. Or they do bonus episodes. I think that's fun.
Brooke
Yeah. No, I see the benefit.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Of it. But, like, I feel like for our. Like, the model that we have created. Our model. Our model.
Danielle
Our business model, our beta, the company's piloting model.
Brooke
Our model we've been piloting in beta. We've. It doesn't make sense. It doesn't make any sense.
Danielle
No, no, don't.
Brooke
I don't know. I'm like, if you guys, like, please spend the money on the neighborhood guide.
Danielle
I'm subscribed to some Patreons, but. Oh, you do a couple.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Actually, I added a new one recently. You know, it's like, you have to decide. Yeah, I want to do it.
Brooke
Yeah. Oh, can we talk about.
Danielle
Sure.
Brooke
How humbling it is to comment on someone's thing.
Testimonial Speaker
Shop.
Brooke
Like, when they do.
Danielle
What it is when they do a post.
Brooke
Like, someone does a post and they're like, comment. Shop for my link. Links.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Like, shop.
Danielle
It's so vulnerable.
Brooke
It's so vulnerable.
Danielle
No, I listened to that the other day, and it was one that, like, a ton of our friends did. I was like, okay, so we're all in this together.
Brooke
Everyone wants the links.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
It is genius. For sure.
Brooke
It's an effective. Do they actually DM it to you? I've actually never tested this.
Danielle
Of course you haven't.
Brooke
No, I'm. I don't want to embarrass.
Danielle
No, of course. I've done it so many times. I've tried it as an influencer before. I've done it a couple times, too. But then I'm like, I can't see people's comments because it's all like, shop, Shop. Yeah. So I have to decide if I really want to use. But, yeah, I love the comment. You love the comments. I do. But, yeah, no, it literally just goes to your dm and it's like, hey, here's the link. Or my friend the other day, I responded to her story. I was like, I love your dress. I just said, I love you, and all of a sudden it just sent me the link. I think there was a tagged word like dress. And so. And then I literally bought the dress.
Testimonial Speaker
Well.
Brooke
Oh, so you're.
Danielle
She got.
Brooke
Keeping the lights on. That's good.
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Danielle
Yeah, I like that's. That's cool, actually.
Brooke
That is. I mean, that. That makes it easy.
Danielle
Yeah. As long as people realize, like, oh, she didn't just send me the link. Like, it just was automated, you know, because then it's like, oh, she just assumed I wanted to buy it.
Brooke
Yeah. And I feel that that was probably the trigger word for.
Danielle
Oh, no, it was definitely the trigger.
Brooke
I feel like I don't have my automation set up that well on my, like, DM situation.
Danielle
No, I looked it up. It's called Link dm. I was like, this is sick. Because then if someone. If you get a story reply, it says, like, love those shoes. It just sends them the link.
Brooke
You're like, thanks, you can buy them.
Danielle
Yeah. Or here's the link if you want. Like, just.
Brooke
Yeah, just throwing it out there.
Danielle
Throwing it out there.
Brooke
Here's the link.
Danielle
I'm trying to be a more. Even more like, reliable influencer with the links.
Brooke
That's good.
Danielle
It's.
Brooke
No, that's real good. Influencing.
Danielle
Yeah. I mean, I think you do it too, but I'm trying to be better and just have everything on there so people can. Also. We have a gals in the Go LTK that's a K that literally every single week are on there. So definitely go.
Brooke
And if it's not the exact item, because sometimes, you know, it's from two years ago or whatever. Like, it's a similar. Which is really nice.
Danielle
Yes.
Brooke
Linked. Similar.
Danielle
Yeah. So we're reliable. Yeah, in that way, hopefully.
Brooke
Well, reliable. No, I do this. I. I'll update my ltk, but I don't like. Dude. And I do links in my YouTube descriptions.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Do you do that too?
Danielle
Right? In a while I have, like, my LTK and I shot my, like, linked.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
But yeah, it's been a minute since I put the actual links in. Yeah, sorry, guys. I should do that.
Brooke
I wonder if people like it. Let us know if you like it. No, because I actually do. That is one thing that I will look at if I'm watching a vlog and I like something that they're using. Like, I'm like, oh, that pink shirt. And then they, like, have it linked. Like, that gets me more than, like, Instagram. I don't know that. Maybe that's just my. What I'm used to.
Danielle
Yeah, no, that would make sense. But you're so right. It is so vulnerable when an influencer says, comment down below panties to get the link to my panties. And then you're like, oh, my friend from college, Sally, wants the underwear.
Brooke
Like, comment Below recipe for the recipe. Like, and it's like, oh, you cook. Like, I see those. Like, I'm scrolling. I'm like, oh, someone's baking tonight.
Danielle
Yesterday I saw one for, like, a vegetable washing liquid. And I saw my friend commented, like, shop. And so I text her, hey, you want that?
Brooke
You know, did she buy it? I'm curious.
Danielle
Yeah, she was like, I got it.
Brooke
Wow.
Danielle
I know. It's just so. It is so vulnerable. It is, but it's like, you have to. It's like a. A humiliation ritual.
Brooke
It kind of is like a link. Hey. It's like a public forum. It's like, hey, how bad do you really want.
Danielle
How bad do you really want that link? You gotta comment. Yeah, and it's just great for engagement. Like, it's really.
Commercial Narrator
It is.
Brooke
No, I see the. And, like, that is the best way to do it, I guess. Like, when I do giveaways and stuff, I do the same thing. I'm like, sorry, guys, you have to humiliate yourself and comment on this right now. But, like, it's the best way to collect all of the information.
Danielle
It really is all in one place. I'm just checking out my notes.
Brooke
Comment below gals.
Danielle
For the gals. Comment below, gals. We should. We should try it sometimes, see what people think.
Brooke
Hey, girly. Here's the link to her.
Danielle
Hey, girly.
Brooke
Is that what it said the dm? Like, is it? Hey, girl. Like, it's like. It's like a standard thing.
Danielle
I think that one in specific, she literally just at the link, just sent. But some people, you know, you add the message or.
Brooke
How fast is it? Like, legit?
Danielle
Instant, Instant.
Brooke
Whoa.
Danielle
Yeah, it's cool.
Brooke
I haven't played around with these features. I know it's like advanced.
Danielle
I know.
Brooke
It's still in prototype. Yes. It's like Gen 4. Like.
Danielle
No, it's.
Commercial Narrator
It's.
Danielle
It's a lot. There's so many. So much tech. So many things to keep up with.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
How are you, though? You asked me how I was. What have you been up to? You went to the Hamptons.
Brooke
I did go to the Hamptons with Listerine. Oh, my gosh. I have something for you. I will give it to you after. Yeah, it's a. It's a. It's a dazzled Listerine spray.
Danielle
I am literally the worst. I saw it on someone else's story that was on the trip and I sent it to Brooke. I was like, if they have an extra, I want one.
Brooke
It's really cute.
Danielle
It's.
Brooke
They had really great stuff. I mean, Listerine, they have on the go mouthwashes. Like, I feel like I knew this, but, you know, people, like, do the toothbrush thing. I don't really get the toothbrush thing because, like, I understand it in practicality. Like, it's like, you can get stuff out of your teeth and whatever, but it's like, where are you brushing your teeth? Like, on the go.
Danielle
The Listerine mouthwash is incredible. The little.
Brooke
That makes so much sense to me. It's a little swig. Yeah.
Danielle
Bring it on the airplane. And it feels more refreshing than those toothbrushes.
Brooke
Yes. And you don't need, like, a. You know, I mean, you have to get rid of the liquid, obviously, but it's not like. Like, the full. Like, the balm. You need to, like, wash out after. I feel like this is. Once, you know, you're done, I feel.
Danielle
It feels like you're taking a sh. You're like.
Brooke
Yeah, it really does. Yeah. I just love the feeling of my mouth after listening to.
Danielle
I know. I think you were the one who showed me breast spray back in the day during live shows. Yes.
Brooke
You were like, hey, my mom got me on that.
Danielle
Your mom got you on it? Yes.
Brooke
She was like, the og she would do, like, the scripts and everything, too.
Danielle
Yeah, those are nice.
Brooke
So she would do the hips, the breast, Right? Yeah. Little head. I'm so into, like, materials of things right now. I feel like, with clothes and, like, you know, in my bridal hour, I'm trying to be, like, very specific. I, like, have a vision of, like, the style that I want, like, the luxe looks and literally, really, the looks for, like, trying on wedding dresses popping around town, just wedding venue tours. Like, I still want to, like, be looking chic and put together. And I found lily silk, guys. It's a premium silk and cashmere lifestyle brand. They have clothing, they have sleepwear, they have bedding, they have accessories, and they bring comfort and effortless polish into everyday life. And they use premium natural materials, and it's really thoughtfully crafted, so it makes silk feel wearable, practical, just easy to enjoy.
Danielle
Yeah. And I feel like silk is often seen as reserved for only very special occasions, but it's. It should just be a part of your everyday wardrobe. Like, I mean, come on, pajamas or pillowcases.
Brooke
So true. Shirts, A nice pair of pants. Like, everyone talks about, you know, the nice pair of silk pants. You can really dress it up. You could dress it down.
Danielle
Those are. Those were such an unlock for me because I feel like it's always like, oh, I'll just wear jeans and a top, but, oh, you could switch it up with silk pants. Like, it's also just silk. Feels noticeably smoother, lighter, breathable. And lilysilk pieces are designed to move across different moments, like, you know, getting ready the work day, kind of like we said. I mean, just have fun with it.

In the summer, you know, you're wearing less clothing, so you want to feel more confident. I personally want to feel less bloated,
Danielle
but I also on that train right now. Yeah, the less bloated.
Brooke
Yeah. I mean, we're wearing clothes, very minimal clothing. Yeah. And I feel like it all starts with your gut. That's what they say. I, I, I truly thought that being bloated every day was just normal, you know, just like a lot of other things in my life. But it's not okay. Once you fix your gut, everything changes. Changes. Like with your digestion, your skin, your hair. I could, like, tell when I'm taking care of myself in my gut. Like, I just look better. I feel better.
Danielle
Yes. And it's so funny because you might start taking cowboy colostrum for your gut, but then you get these results that you didn't expect. Like, some extras. Like, your hair is noticeably thicker and fuller. I feel like the skin's clear and you're just not bloated after every meal.
Commercial Narrator
What? What's that like?
Brooke
Seriously? And they actually just dropped a new cookies and cream flavor.
Danielle
So, I mean, that's got your name written. We're all over it. Rookie cookie.
Brooke
I do love a cookies and green moment.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Probably makes, like, taking a supplement a lot better when you're like, wait, this is actually something that, like, I look forward to. It's so easy to build into your
Danielle
routine, to put in a smoothie, put in your coffee water.

Brooke
Really. And there's only so much you could do at home. Like let's be real, like sometimes you gotta like let a professional take the look, take a whack out of no. And that's why Face Foundry. I just think this is so genius. It's the largest woman owned facial bar in the world. They've got over 80 locations and counting. They're going to have 100 open by the end of the year.
Danielle
I think we need to go.
Brooke
This to me just sounds awesome. It's perfect for brides. It's perfect for people who have events. It's perfect just for everyone. If you want to, you know, get one of these services. For me with facials I feel like I don't really know where to start. Like and I feel like going to a place like Face Foundry, like they've got it down, they have the routine. It's so easy. You can get a membership.
Danielle
I mean a membership. Let's go. Also something to note is they're open evenings and weekends. So it really fits into your life if you're busy, like a busy mom or you're working, whatever it may be. Because I feel like a lot of my friends be like I'd love to get a facial but they're only open when I'm working, you know.
Brooke
So true.
Danielle
This is really cool. It's genuine. Like you go in and it's like, it's also, I feel like it's like a fun community vibe too. Everything else is in there too.
Brooke
It's an open concept setup. So you can like bring like, we should. Honestly, we should just go together, like next time.
Danielle
Like, no, let's just go together. I've never gotten a facial with a friend before neither. So fun.
Brooke
So it's like self care, but also like quality time.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Catching up with a friend. So they have amazing memberships. You can pick one focused facial and one enhancement each month, plus you get 10% off additional services and products. I mean, who knew facials could actually be a monthly thing and, like, be reasonable?
Danielle
Yeah, I like when something's affordable and also just another way to see a friend, your mom or something like that. It's like, instead of like, let's go get our nails done, like, let's go get facials. Or they also do lash lifts, brow services. All also done in under an hour.
Brooke
I'm like, that's like, truly for the gal on the go.
Danielle
Yes. Like, that is my dream. I hate sitting for so long.
Brooke
Me too. Me too. I get antsy. I'm like, I gotta go, I gotta go.
Danielle
Yeah. Face Foundry is really, really great. And like Brooke said, there's over 80 locations, so there's bound to be one near you, so definitely take a look there.
Brooke
The Gals on the Go listeners are going to get 20% off their first service. Visit face foundry.com that's F A C E F O U N D r I e.com and use code Gals on the Go at checkout.
Danielle
We're in the studio right now and Brooke and I are both drinking our Dunkin refreshers because we usually record in the afternoon and that's kind of when that afternoon slump hits. So. So we need one.
Brooke
We do. And I feel like today it's like humid. It's hot, it's sticky.
Danielle
Like, it's maybe coming.
Brooke
Literally the perfect day for a Dunkin refresher. It just brings me joy looking at it.
Danielle
No, it was Brooke's idea. She texted in the chat, like, should we get refreshers today?
Commercial Narrator
I was like, yes.
Danielle
I emphasized it so fast.
Brooke
Suddenly, like, we're excited to record. We always are. But, like, you know, it's bit a little. Little extra.
Danielle
It's an extra treat. Like, it's a. It's a win.
Brooke
It really is. Duncan is helping everyone stay cool this summer with their lineup of refreshers. The drinks are packed with bold, fruity flavors and they're served ice cold. Literally still has ice in it from. You know, I love. I love a. Oh, my gosh I know.
Danielle
And they're so pretty and colorful. I got the strawberry dragon fruit. They also have, like, Brooke is drinking, what, mango, pineapple.
Brooke
And you could actually try your favorite flavor with whatever base you want. I did green tea as the base of mine.
Danielle
Oh, yeah. I did sparkling water. Better.
Brooke
And they also have, like, lemonade. Duncan's all new limeade.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
I switched up depending on my mood.
Danielle
Yeah. It's really so great. They also have some curated refreshers, like the fruit punch or the black cherry daydream. So there's just really so many options for Duncan. We love them so much. It's just. I feel like I see one in every corner. I'm, like, perfect. I'll just pop in and grab one. It's very easy. There's so many. So many ways to customize, which I feel like we both, like. Like, option to add this. Absolutely.
Brooke
And I feel like it. Like, it makes sense to me now that I'm, like, really, really, like, hooked on the Duncan refreshers, and they're, like, truly part of my weekly routine. Like, I get it. Like, I feel like everyone's talking about it for good reason.
Danielle
Yeah. And I just feel, like, energized and ready to take on the day, because usually after the podcast, I'm done, but no, I'm like, no, I could go do five things right now.
Brooke
It's refreshing.
Danielle
Truly. Head to Duncan today and find your favorite refresher. Duncan refreshers contain less than 1% fruit juice. Limited time offer. I heard somewhere that I think it was Iris on Love Island. Did we talk about this already? No, no, no. But that Iris, like, because you can't. Like, there was limited alcohol, and there were not a lot of drug, whatever, all the things. And so if she was really nervous for something, she would just do a hit. A hit. Do a little spray of breath. Spray.
Brooke
Yeah. That's what they were all using because it.
Danielle
Oh, all of them. Okay.
Brooke
Well, for fresh breath, because during the kissing challenges, it's a lot of saliva.
Danielle
Is. I saw. Did Bryce say he was, like, gonna vomit after all the kissing because of all the saliva? I mean, I would, too.
Brooke
Yeah. It's a lot of. That's a humiliation ritual. Those challenges and the kissing, I feel
Danielle
like they slowed down on the kissing towards the end of the season. It was like kissing forward in the beginning.
Brooke
Yeah. They're like, look, if you could survive the first few weeks, you're gonna be. You're gonna be a star, baby.
Danielle
You're gonna get cold. But then we.
Brooke
Fine, then you're gonna. You're. You're gonna get millions of followers. Just get past this week.
Danielle
No, but do you realize what I'm saying? Like, yes, it's a. For your fresh breath, but it also kind of wakes you up.
Brooke
I do know what you mean. No. Yes.
Danielle
I've done that before. If I. Like. Like, I've got my toolkit of, like, if I start to get anxious or feel like I have a panic attack, like, breast spray is nice. It just. It kind of just brings you back. Like. Or how people do sour candies and stuff.
Brooke
Yeah. My wedding planner actually replied to my story and was like, we. We do list. We give every bride a hit of Listerine before they walk down the aisle. I was like, well, don't worry.
Danielle
I got service.
Brooke
I've got a lifetime supply now.
Danielle
So you need to bring the bedazzled one to your wedding. That's cute. What if there's a way to refill them? I'm not saying with the bedazzling. We should start bedazzling. I feel like that would be a fun activity. Yeah, but you want to be able to bedazzle things that are refillable.
Brooke
I. I bought it from Etsy, but I have, like, a bedazzled pill case.
Danielle
Oh, that's cool. I like that.
Brooke
Like, things that. I know what you mean.
Danielle
It needs to be like. Like hairspray. I don't know. Unless it's just the cap. Then you move.
Brooke
Yeah. There's some moisturizers that you can refill, though. Go.
Danielle
Oh, yes. Some brands do refill.
Brooke
Like, you keep the pump part of it. So maybe you begazzle just the pump. Like the experiment one.
Danielle
Yes. That's a great idea.
Brooke
Refill we could do.
Danielle
Maybe that could be our next Gals in the Go community event.
Brooke
Oh, I love that.
Danielle
We do a bedazzling party.
Brooke
We need to learn how to do it first.
Danielle
Yes. Well, maybe we could have.
Brooke
Or we can have an expert.
Danielle
Are there bedazzling experts?
Brooke
Yeah, I'm a head Bedazzler.
Danielle
Head bedazzler at Bedazzling and Company, llc. I'm happy to help. No, seriously, I feel like that would be fun.
Brooke
I think that would be fun, too. Yeah. So it was a lovely trip. Have you ever stayed at Gurney's?
Danielle
No, I never have. You've stayed there?
Brooke
No, that was my first time.
Danielle
That was.
Brooke
That was my first time. Yeah. Hey, your vision was insane. It was so nice. I'd have to say it was really. And that's what. Apparently that's what the celebrities say. I didn't personally get eyes on them, but people are like, lindsay Lohan was here, like, just hours ago.
Danielle
So that's the spot.
Brooke
I think if they're not staying at a private residence, that is.
Danielle
That makes sense because I don't think people realize this. A lot of Hampton's hotels are glorified motels.
Brooke
Yeah. And there's like, truly a thousand a night. Like, it's not more. Yeah, yeah. And so. And you have like, you like, check
Danielle
in at like a. There's like, you have to call them to check in. They're not even there always.
Brooke
Yeah. And. And you definitely, like, have the feeling of sand on your feet, like, permanently, for sure.
Danielle
Especially in Montauk.
Brooke
Yeah. It's like, so chill. Like, you know, we don't even, like, wash our feet.
Danielle
Like. Yeah, Montauk's like, surfing town.
Brooke
No, it's. It's really interesting. The. The duality of the cost versus, like.
Danielle
Sure.
Brooke
In the Hamptons. It really is so crazy.
Danielle
So wait, you guys went out? You went to Bagatelle?
Brooke
We did go to Bagatelle. We were like, the only ones there on a Thursday. So I think maybe the weekend is like, where it's at. However, it was so fun. I mean, like, you know, they have a whole light show.
Danielle
Was it like the Cabo one?
Brooke
It was like the Cabo one. It just the weren't a lot of people. No. So I was like. Like, I like, felt bad for the dj, you know, I'm like, no, we're having fun.
Danielle
Oh, that's so nice of you. Like, giving affirmations.
Brooke
Don't worry. Well, you know, cuz like, the employees started, like, getting on the dance floor. Like, that's when, you know, like.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
And they do that there. But like, they really. They had nothing else to do.
Danielle
Right. Like, they kind of had to set the tone. I. I do know what you mean.
Brooke
They were dragging up people. Like, there was like a little stage platform area, and like, they dragged one girl up. And then afterwards they're like, you're. You're next. They were like, trying to, like, do a line of people. I was like, I'm not.
Danielle
Oh, wow.
Brooke
I had one shot. I'm not nearly drunk enough to be up there. Right. Like, I can't.
Danielle
Yeah, that's such a shame, because Bagatelle is so fun.
Brooke
So fun. But I think that we, like, might like it maybe to go at some point.
Danielle
Maybe on the weekends. More popping.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
I mean, sounds like I kind of love when a dance floor Is empty. I'm like, we can just tear up the dance floor. The dance floor.
Brooke
Yeah. The food and everything was great.
Danielle
It was good.
Brooke
I feel like Bagatelle is always, like, a good vibe, like, going out and whatever. Yeah, yeah. What else was I going to say about Hamptons?
Testimonial Speaker
You know?
Brooke
Know, it's a good place. Oh, one of my friends is leaving the city, so I had to, like, we. We had a goodbye party for her, which was sad. And it just made me realize I was like, damn, we're really growing up. Like, people are leaving the city. And I knew that these days would come. Like, I remember when she moved to the city, like, five years ago or something. I remember knowing in my head, I was like, damn, one day she's going to leave. Like, I just know that she's not going to settle down.
Danielle
Like, she's not from up.
Brooke
No. No families somewhere else else. It was always, like, known that it was a temporary thing, but, like, you just put it, you know, in your mind. You're like, another year, another year, another year. And then it comes in. It's like, ah, damn. And I just fear the next, like, few years of my life. Like, there's gonna be a lot of that.
Danielle
What are you gonna do when I leave?
Brooke
Stop. I'll have to go with. I guess. I don't know.
Danielle
Yeah, well, if I leave, it'll probably be to Florida. Did it.
Brooke
Did, like, being home inspire that at all? All or no? Were you, like, I should purchase a beach property or no?
Danielle
Well, my mom's boyfriend's really into real estate. He's like, now would be a good time.
Brooke
It's a buyer's market.
Danielle
I'm like, I just am not in the mood.
Brooke
It's a big undertaking. That's a big project.
Danielle
It's such a big undertaking. And, like. And my dad's like, if you buy a house, like, you need to buy a new one. Because our house is starting to just, like, things are happening. And it's just I'm watching him have to, like, deal with those. I'm like, I don't want to do the roof.
Brooke
Like, what, like, thing.
Danielle
We had to get a new roof a couple years ago, a new deck. Like, the things need to constantly need permits. And, like, yeah, it's a lot. It's just not. But no, I. I also like the idea of having a, like, some sort of place here, maybe if it's even renting. But then also, hotels in New York are fun. I don't know. Like. Like the idea of. Yeah.
Brooke
Hey, I Don't know. I don't know. I feel like people, like, make the. Like, they make decisions. Like, I mean, I made a pretty concrete decision. I do.
Danielle
Like, I.
Brooke
You know, it's pretty concrete, but. Yeah, but it was. However, that's not, like, crazy, though. But, like, I feel like they'll buy houses, like, in places, and it's like. Okay, wait, are you. You. Is it like a vacation home? Like, whatever, A flipper.
Danielle
Real estate?
Brooke
Like, yeah, it's a good investment, but you have to lay out a lot of money at first, though. That's the thing. Like, people are like, it's a good investment, but it's like. Yeah, but in the short term, you still have to, like, shell out a lot of money.
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Danielle
Like, and it's like the down payment. I'm a renter. I've only rented.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
I don't even own a car.
Brooke
That's a commitment. Yeah, no, all of it is commitments. Like, it really is.
Danielle
All of its commitments. No, I. I won't be leaving anytime soon.
Brooke
Yeah. So anyways. But you have a nice, humble abode to visit. Florida.
Danielle
It was great. It was quite humid. Florida is. Are your parents in Florida right now?
Brooke
Right now they're in New York.
Danielle
Okay, nice.
Brooke
Because my mom and I are looking at wedding venues this week, actually. Yes, it's here.
Danielle
You better send it for later.
Brooke
Yeah, I'll do. Yes, for sure. Like, clips and whatnot. We're doing, like, an overnight of one of them, so we can, you know,
Danielle
overnight and really see if they get. That's good. They're going to have to wow you and Adina.
Brooke
I know.
Danielle
It'll be a big deal.
Brooke
No, I. I know, I know. We're. And really doing dinner there and stuff. I'm like, I got a tough critic with me.
Danielle
Got the four weddings up in here.
Brooke
It literally is actually three venues we're seeing.
Testimonial Speaker
So.
Brooke
Yeah. It's basically.
Danielle
Are you staying at just one of them?
Brooke
Yes, and then just one of them. And then we're gonna, like, see the, you know, two tours one day, one for the other day.
Danielle
Oh, this is so exciting.
Brooke
Yes. It's really just, you know.
Danielle
Any new updates in the wedding? So that's the update, I guess, is that.
Brooke
And I'm trying to lock down my engagement party just trying to get that info. Yeah. I hate being pushy. Like, and I. I have to do it a lot because someone's got to do it.
Danielle
Look, sorry Brooke ends up having to do that.
Brooke
But I really do hate it, though. Like, following up again, like, people Are probably like, I literally hate you. Like, just stop. But.
Danielle
But it. But then following up, like, everyone does.
Brooke
How often can you. What's the reasonable amount of time to follow up, though? Because I'll follow up one day later, and it's like, still no update.
Danielle
Like, one day later is tough. Unless it's. Well, but you've got to.
Brooke
I need to make it.
Danielle
You need to know. You need to tell people. I need to know when it is. I've got weekends. I agree.
Brooke
I know. I. That's what I'm saying. I literally. I bl. Blaming it on other people. I'm like, my. Getting a lot of pressure from grandparents.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Literally. No, Grandma.
Sponsor Announcer
Yeah.
Danielle
So I need to know.
Brooke
Thank you, grandma.
Danielle
Thanks, Grandma.
Brooke
Like, I'm blaming you. Oh, my gosh. And your grandma's asking. Like, that's like.
Danielle
Oh, my God. Yeah.
Commercial Narrator
So.
Danielle
Well, I feel like you have, like, the spot you want to do it at, so that's good.
Brooke
Yeah. Yeah.
Danielle
Have you toured it?
Brooke
No. No.
Danielle
Are you gonna.
Brooke
Well, I don't know. Do I just, like, show up? Like, there's like, I. I waiting. Coordinating a tour or, you know, I'm. I'm coordinating a lot of things, but I need to hear back.
Danielle
Oh, right.
Testimonial Speaker
Yeah.
Danielle
Following up.
Brooke
Oh, following up.
Danielle
Yes.
Brooke
Following up.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
I feel like I do subtle ways of following up. Like, if it's someone that I follow on Instagram, I'll, like, reply to their story.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
And they're like, oh, that reminds me. And it works.
Brooke
That's good. But it's like, I literally have, like, never contacted these people in other ways,
Danielle
so they work in that way.
Brooke
Weird.
Danielle
Yeah. These are, like, sending me memes.
Brooke
She's never sent. She's never sent me a meme before. Like, that's lol. This reminds me of the text I sent you, by the way. Following up. Sending Tik Toks.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
Lol. Remember that one time, like, we hung
Danielle
out once, like, you accidentally text her. Oh, sorry, I meant to send that to my mom. Like, and then she's like, oh, right. This person.
Brooke
Oh, speaking of. Yes, Speaking of.
Danielle
While. While I have you. Yeah. I feel like you have to word it different every time. Like, one can be following up. One can be bumping. The above one is just an emphasis on the. You know, you got to get creative.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Oh, but yeah, no, I know. Then it's also. I mean, Brooke, you. You say you're very patient, right?
Brooke
I'm patient. But, like, there. Then it comes to a point where it's like, decisions have to Be made. You know, I'm at a point where it's like, all right, yeah, I am impatient at this point. At this point, I sue me. No, but I do hate being that annoyed because I know what it's like when people. People repeatedly ask me questions that I don't have the answer to.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
And I get really annoyed. I'm not gonna lie. Like, I get really annoyed. I'm like, I don't know. I still don't know. You asked me 24 hours ago. I still don't know.
Danielle
Yeah, no, I know. I definitely like. And especially if you tell the person, like, I will tell you when there is an update. And then they ask, like, I told you I would let you know when there's an update.
Brooke
Yeah. You're good at updating people, though.
Danielle
You say, yeah, yeah, that's good. One thing I learned about, like, I knew this about you, but you put, like, a word to it, and that is. Is you don't like people, like, looking for you or knowing.
Commercial Narrator
I hate it.
Brooke
I hate it.
Danielle
I can't believe you even. Well, I know. I know that. But, like, you saying it out loud, I was like, oh, my God, you're so right. Like, you don't like people to know, like, what you're up to.
Brooke
They can know, like, loosely what I'm up to, but I'm like, why do you need to know a play by play of my past day? Like, I can give you the highlights, but, like, it doesn't need to be. Or even, like, the day coming up. It's like, what are you doing tomorrow? Oh, I'm getting dinner with Ben. Like, that could be. Be like, obviously I'm working and doing everything else, but, like, I'm, you know, that's. Yeah, like, highlight of the day. I don't need it to be. Well, first I'll be here, and then I'll actually be running an errand here. Like, you know, I. I don't need it to be, like, you don't be mysterious. I share my location with some. Like, yeah, but I don't. When people are like, I was tracking you, I'm like, no, don't. Why did you tell me that?
Danielle
Because now I know, Brooke, that, like,
Brooke
you can track me. But don't tell me you're trying to tell me.
Danielle
Don't tell me. No, I know when someone said. I said that to Ryan the other day, because I was like, oh, you took a weird way home. And he was like. And I was like, no, I was just seeing. When you were home because Actually call back to what you're saying earlier, about, like, the first 20 minutes when someone walks in, because I was, like, in the middle of doing something, and I really wanted to be there to, like, greet him and say hello. So I was like, my God, he's still not home. And he was like, yeah, okay, I stopped at cvs. I'm like, yeah, okay, sorry. Now I sound like a creep.
Brooke
Yeah, you're like, and why did you stop?
Danielle
And why did you stop? He's like, I bought the toilet paper you asked me to buy. I'm like, all right.
Brooke
Yeah. That's so funny. I saw something. It was like, tracking your friend is, like, not, like, truly having no idea if they're, like, at the CVS or the funeral home, because especially in New York, it's so true. There's, like, a million things in one place. You're like, well, they could be at the IHOP or they could be.
Danielle
Yeah. I'm trying to think of reasons why I would track a friend. It's typically, if I'm meeting. Do you ever look like, when do you track people? Do you. Like, when do you look at my location? I think you don't want to reveal your sources.
Brooke
When I was in the Hamptons, I was like, just curious if anybody's out east or, like, coming out. He's around. Yes. Because I feel like I knew the Margo was, like, possibly going out east, and I was like, oh, yeah, maybe.
Danielle
Is she here?
Brooke
Are we gonna cross paths?
Danielle
It's the new Snap maps.
Brooke
Yeah. In those ways. Because, like, before I would text her, I'd be like, oh, are you even coming out this week? Like, I'd save the text or.
Danielle
Never. If you're meeting someone for dinner or something and you want to see.
Brooke
Yeah, yeah. Like, if we're like. If it's a group of. Let's just say four of us meeting up or something, and it's like, oh, shoot. Like, I'm gonna be the first one. Like. And it's like, okay, I'm three behind. Like, you know, you don't have to tell me.
Danielle
Oh, yeah, I loved it. Oh, she hasn't even left her apartment yet, that little stinker. I'm gonna wait five extra minutes or. How.
Brooke
How many times per day do you really think you're checking?
Danielle
Oh, per day. Once. Like.
Brooke
Yeah, that's good. No, I thought you were gonna say, like. Like, 10.
Commercial Narrator
Like.
Danielle
No, it's.
Commercial Narrator
It's.
Danielle
I never. Friend. She's probably listening to this, that she uses it like social media. She goes on like, she'll be at work and she'll text me, like, what are you doing at MetLife Stadium? Like, she'll.
Brooke
You know, I wouldn't like that.
Danielle
I love it.
Brooke
You.
Danielle
You do.
Brooke
You're like, oh, well, let me tell you what. I feel like I have a concert tonight.
Danielle
Well, that's also because you too. Like, I don't have people tracking my location. I don't, like, watch.
Brooke
I removed a lot.
Danielle
Yeah, we. I remember in Cabo, we did a big audit because it was shocking the
Brooke
people that were still on there.
Danielle
I was like, this is. And there's a way to do it. We figured it out where they wouldn't get notified. I. Forget it now. I think you have to just, like, remove as a friend or something.
Brooke
Yes. I think you hit. Well, I thought it was like, if you hit stop sharing location. Yeah. Or if you remove. There was one.
Danielle
There was something.
Brooke
They don't get it. If you stop sharing your location with someone, I don't think they get a text, but I think it shows in your messages with them. Like, it will say, like, brooke, stop sharing location.
Danielle
But like, I thought we figured out a way where. It didn't do that.
Brooke
It didn't do that at all.
Danielle
Because I remember we were like, oh, my God, this is amazing. But maybe. Maybe it was. There's no notification, but they would see it in your messages.
Brooke
So I don't think I get like a buzz and it's like, stopped sharing location with you.
Danielle
Yeah, no, no longer. That someone shared their location with me randomly the other day. Lauren Wolf, out of the blue. Lauren, I'm talking. It was just like, Lauren Wolf started sharing your location. But then I'm like, maybe she had it before.
Brooke
I don't remember, was it an old phone or I don't know.
Danielle
But now I got you. Lauren, do you.
Brooke
Did you share back?
Danielle
I shared back.
Brooke
Yeah. That's. I feel like that's the etiquette is
Danielle
you have to share back, you have to share back. Same with, like, close friends. Sometimes if I'm on someone's close friend.
Brooke
Oh, for sure. I'm like, oh, my God, I gotta put them on my now. I don't want them to feel left out.
Danielle
Yes. But honestly, I feel like you and I, we don't really use it. No, I don't trust close friends.
Brooke
No, definitely not.
Danielle
Stresses me out. Even though it's the closest to friends. Like, I.
Brooke
You know, it's only like, like one tier more private, I feel like, than the public story. Because, like, everything you post on there I feel like you have to be okay. Okay with it.
Danielle
Potentially. It's like you tried to keep it
Brooke
private, but yeah, it's like, hey, maybe this isn't ready for public release yet, but yeah, I'm soft launching it here first or something. Piloting. Pilot. That is. Yeah, piloting this. Let's see if it gets a lot of engagement on clip's friends and then
Danielle
I'll post it live. I've definitely done that before. People like, oh my God, this is so cute. Like, I should have like posted this on live, on real, on whatever the heck. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's really all I got.
Brooke
I thought I had something else to say. Oh, I. This is like so dark for a second. I have to go home for a very sad reason. We don't have to talk about it, but like, I will not had to. I wanted to go home for it.
Danielle
Yeah.
Brooke
But in positive news. Well, I saw a lot of people that I haven't seen since high school.
Danielle
Yeah, like literally high school.
Brooke
I mean, it was kind of crazy. Like some people I was like, you know, like weird, like deja vu moments where you're like, oh my gosh, like, this is so crazy.
Danielle
Is that so and so from you from home room?
Brooke
Like, yeah. But I did have someone, a very, very good friend. Like an old good friend. But like, you know, just. I don't know, like nothing happened. Like, I feel like I don't have like blow ups with people or anything really. But it's just friendships fade.
Danielle
Oh, I don't know. I definitely have some of those.
Brooke
I feel like when I went to college, that was like a big marker in my friend group at home changing. And like, I have my friends that I'm still super close with my mom. And then I have like the ones that like, I literally like, don't. Haven't talked to them, haven't seen them.
Danielle
Right. You don't know what's going on in their lives.
Brooke
No idea.
Danielle
Totally.
Brooke
Yeah. But one of them came up to me and she's like, oh my gosh, Brooke, you look so good. I didn't even recognize you.
Danielle
Oh, you know, that'll last you a few months.
Brooke
I've been telling everybody. I can't shut up about it.
Danielle
I literally tell Ben.
Brooke
Yes, I told Ben. I told my parents. I told my other friends were there. I was like, by the way, she couldn't even recognize me.
Danielle
Wait, that is, I think the best compliment.
Brooke
No, I literally, she didn't even know I was recognizing you. And. And it's so good to See you too. All of a sudden, that woke me up. I was like, and you come here.
Commercial Narrator
She.
Danielle
Did she get a hug?
Brooke
No, but I was being very touchy. I was being touchy. We can't clip this because I really don't want this.
Danielle
This is towards the end of the episode.
Brooke
This is kept within our.
Commercial Narrator
It's close.
Danielle
This is close friends.
Commercial Narrator
We.
Danielle
We should have a close friend segment at the end of our podcast.
Brooke
Oh, that's so smart.
Danielle
Actually, the toast has been doing this where it's like, comment if you made it to the end of the episode. Like a certain emoji.
Brooke
Oh, my gosh.
Danielle
So maybe we should do something like that. I want to see if people make it to end of the episode.
Brooke
Yeah, that is good. What should we.
Danielle
But without revealing what we talked about. Stripes. I don't know.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Not an emoji. I want them to say something. Yeah.
Brooke
Didn't even recognize you.
Danielle
Yes. Comment on our episode post, like, where we promote this week's episode.
Brooke
I didn't even recognize you.
Danielle
Gals. Yes. Yes, you gals. Not just Brooke.
Commercial Narrator
Please.
Brooke
I need to know both of us. We both look shockingly good. Yes.
Danielle
And then we'll know you made it toward to the end of the episode and you're. You're in our close friends. Wait, we have to. We have to do this. I'm getting close friends at the end. This is cute. That was good idea.
Brooke
Yeah, but that's like, top five best compliments. Like, for sure. I don't know better than it.
Danielle
Top one.
Brooke
Yeah. I.
Danielle
Unless it's like you reverted back and it's like, oh, you didn't recognize me because I look so bad.
Brooke
She started it with the.
Danielle
No, I know she didn't mean that for you.
Brooke
No, no. I just. So we're clear, like, it was the phrasing that I was like, I'm going to give you a big kiss right now.
Testimonial Speaker
Right.
Danielle
I'm going kiss you on both cheeks.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
I would fall over. I would be in a great mood.
Brooke
I know it was a really. It was a dark day, but that I held on to that.
Danielle
You're like, you know what?
Brooke
No. I literally couldn't shut up about it.
Danielle
No, I wouldn't either.
Brooke
Yeah.
Danielle
Wow. It must have been really good to see her.
Brooke
It was. And, you know, I hope she's doing well.
Danielle
She doesn't even know how far it's gotten you.
Brooke
That took me. Really. So it goes to show, actually, compliments really do go far away. Like, just.
Danielle
It really does. Like, it's so important if it's like in the back of your mind, feels fucking stupid, say it.
Brooke
I. It's so true. Yeah.
Danielle
I love that. That is so. I'm going to remind you this in a few months when you're having a
Brooke
random having winter scaries.
Danielle
One day I'm going be like, brooke, she didn't even recognize you.
Brooke
I'm like, you're right. And for that reason.
Danielle
And I'm up.
Brooke
And for that reason, I'm getting my 10k steps.
Commercial Narrator
Yes.
Danielle
And I'm here today.
Brooke
Three hours of working out.
Danielle
Sure, no problem. H. Well, this was a fun chat.
Brooke
Per usual, it always is. You know, know. Lots of stripes, lots of stalking on fine friends.
Danielle
Lots of piloting.
Brooke
Piloting.
Danielle
