B
Big decisions that have to be made.
A
Like, I wanted to be honest about that.
B
Sent a text that would expose her.
A
I honestly will never say that I
B
agree with everybody in the comments. Brooke, the company's mine.
A
Don't do this to me. It is unfortunately, like, even better than I thought. Hello, you guys. What is up? Welcome back to Gals on the Go podcast. I'm Danielle.
B
And I'm Brooke. Happy Wednesday.
A
Happy Wednesday. And you guys, the company did some restructuring last week. Thank you, Katie Bellotti, for subbing in for me.
B
Thank you, Katie. But, you know, our temporary staffer has been relieved and we're back to normal operations.
A
Back to normal operations. I had so much fun listening to the podcast as a listener.
B
Thank you.
A
Like, it was so much fun for me because, like, we listen back, you know, all the things, but, like, listening and not knowing what was going to happen next was so much fun.
B
Well, I'm excited for when I get to be in that position. So teasing, you know, some teasing. That might be another guest.
A
Yes.
B
Another co host, but I will be in the other person, too.
A
So you're going to enjoy it and relax and. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But we are here. We have just so much to talk about. So much to talk about that we had to go on a walk just to, like, get some of it out of the way.
B
Yeah. And I was just barely scratching the surface.
A
Yeah. And I was holding things back. I was like, no, no, we have to say it on the podcast. You know, certain things. So I'm happy to be back. I was in Saint Bar. I was in Florida for 10 days, and then from there went to Saint Barts with Kopari for a really fun brand trip. So I'm so excited to, like, tell you all about it. And you have stories for me. You've been doing so many things. We have Match Day on the horizon.
B
We have that on the horizon. I know. I have, like, a. I have a big week.
A
You do have a big week.
B
What is that?
A
The Kardashian Vegas spray tan? Thursday, Vegas Friday?
B
No, I feel like I've honestly been. The company has been closed, like, since you've been out of town. I have been acting like I am, like, off of work. Like, I've enjoyed.
A
Kind of happens like that, like, when you go to Japan, like, yeah.
B
You're like, sorry. The company is.
A
The company is Closed. We'll have everything, you know, set. I mean, well, no, when you're in Japan, I'll be doing some things, but
B
no, I felt that way too, of course, like, you know, intermittently. But like, I'm like, oh, I can't really. Yeah, like, man. But I loved it, like, because I. I just feel like gals on the go comes first for both of us, like with our scheduling and everything. Not that it's like.
A
But you would think it's not that much. But like, there is a lot that goes into it in a weird way. Like our group chat's always popping off.
B
Totally. And I think there's. And then there's the back end stuff and then there's like, you know, the
A
indoor meetings and zooms and obviously the in person recordings and stuff like that. So it always takes priority of, like, figuring out schedules. Like, okay, when can we record? And then we go from there.
B
Yeah. So. But having, like, open weeks, I'm like, I could. I'm. Hey, I'm free Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
A
Yeah.
B
So I've just been out. Yeah. Yeah, but you've been on the go. I mean, you just got home for the first time and how many days? 14 days you've been.
A
It was a little over two weeks. Yeah.
B
How do you feel about that? How do you feel about life on the road?
A
Life on the road. It was crazy because when I left New York, there was snow on the ground and now I'm in a tube
B
dub you and probably, I don't know about you. I'm sweating through.
A
Oh, my armpits are going. Wish I brought some deodorant. For sure.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
But no, it is crazy. But part of the time I was away, I was at home, so it feels like I have a closet there. You know what I mean?
B
You can get set up and settled.
A
Like, it's not. And I really. I feel like you probably do this too. Like, every time I go home, I bring like some workout sets and just clothes to keep. Keep there. So every time I go, I, I need to bring less and less. Like, there's already stuff there for me. I'm starting to. Not my makeup. Like, I always got to bring my makeup bag with me. But I've got like products at home, you know?
B
Yeah, I don't keep two sets of makeup either. Yeah. Like, I. I've got my one bag.
A
It's crazy. I don't know. I just can't, like, because it's always changing and maybe there's.
B
I agree. I Agree. No. And I. It's like, it, it's, it's that specific blush. Like, and it's not. It's like that specific. Not even that color shape. Like, it's that, that one, the one that has a scratch on the front of it. Like, it's that. And if I don't use that blush, my makeup doesn't hit the same. I don't know. That's how my brainless.
A
Agree. And the brushes, it's like, no, it has to be the makeup by Mario Contour brush. But then like the, say, bronzer or whatever. It's very specific.
B
Yes. I know girls. Girls and their routine.
A
Yeah. But it is nice to be here. I'm only here for a couple days and then I leave again. It's. It's a crazy time for gals on the go because we're both just on the go so much right now.
B
I, I've been explaining that to people. I'm like, well, right now, you know, Danielle on the go, and then I'm on the go. But like, the thing about the gals is that we're flexible. We allow remote work.
A
We allow, allow. No, I definitely am really grateful for that.
B
Situations.
A
Yes. And you've been amazing picking up the slack, like while I've been gone, which I really, really appreciate.
B
I've been off. What are you talking.
A
Well, I'm glad you, I did see you stayed up to like 3am or something.
B
Yeah. You know, sometimes playing games. Yeah.
A
You know, are you still needle pointing
B
throw wrench in my week? Yeah, I am needle pointing. It's, you know, it's hard having a lot of hobbies.
A
It is. You got to decide which ones to focus on.
B
I like, every night I'm like, like, am I playing my new Pokemon? Yeah. Am I playing, like, it's a lot. It's a, it's big decisions that have to be made and then it's like, but I want to wake up early and go for my run, so like another hobby there, so.
A
Yeah, that's true.
B
It's hard decisions to be made.
A
Decisions to me made. Should we start silly and do our panics of the week?
B
I think we should.
A
I, I feel like we need to panic a little.
B
Yeah.
A
I can start.
B
Yeah.
A
And I got permission to talk about this.
B
Oh, permission.
A
Brandon does involve someone else.
B
Okay.
A
So my brother, I've been home a lot recently and you know, he's like been, you know, sharing his like, dating life with me, stuff like that. And I, without getting like so specific, he met a cute girl. Recently.
B
Okay.
A
Shot his shot, got her number.
B
Okay.
A
And she gave it to him. The vibes were there. He came back home, and he was talking about it, and he was like, I really want to, like, ask her to hang out. Like, I don't really want to text her a ton. I just want to, like, ask her to hang out. I was like, oh, my God. Like, do it. And it was just, like, a couple days of him talking about texting her that he just, like, wasn't. And so finally I was like, what if I just, like, help you write? Like, do you want me to just help you write a text? Because I'm. I'm a girl who I. I'm not in the game, I guess, anymore. But, like, I know things, and I. I know what a girl would want to hear.
B
You are. You always would help me craft my texts and stuff. I feel like. I feel like you are a go to text crafter. Like, in a good way. No, I think. I think so. I would actually, like, if I needed help crafting a text, I would go, actually. Yeah.
A
So funny, because I come to you too. So we help each other, but I
B
feel like I'm more stern. Like, you're more.
A
Yeah. If I need to be stern, it's like, brooke, what do I say?
B
Yeah, but I feel like you're more like, you use fluff it hip language, you know? Like, you can speak more as a boy. I feel like you can cosplay as Freddie, you know?
A
Well, yeah. And it was like, I am a girl, so I know what a girl would want to hear.
B
Yes, exactly.
A
Like, I think I know that. So he gives me the prompts. Oh, and let me start this off by saying she. As soon as he got her number, he, like, texted her his full name. She followed him on Instagram, so he didn't have her Instagram. He didn't even know her last name. But she immediately followed him on Instagram, so it's like, okay. She gave him his number and she followed him on Instagram, like, that day, so she's interested, obviously, so I had no concern. Whatever. And he was like, I want to, like, take her to coffee or lunch. I was like, that's so cute. You don't even want to, like, do dinner. Like, you want to, like, a daytime activity that's so wholesome. Like, this girl's so lucky. So he's driving, and he gives the phone to me. I'm in the backseat. My dad's in the front, and I'm crafting up this text, and I asked Him a couple questions. And he was like, you know, just do it. Like, whatever. Just do it. So I say, are you free anytime this week? Because she's also. Without giving away her profession, it's something that you can tell her schedule is probably different all the time.
B
Okay.
A
So I said, are you free anytime this week? Would love to. Fuck what it is. Would love to take you out. Would love to.
B
Okay.
A
Not take you out. Shoot. This is very important. Sounds like, like, no, we would love to see you. Oh, no. Are you free anytime this week? Would love to see you.
B
That's a. That's a great message, I think. Thank you.
A
That's all I said. And so I immediately read it out loud. Freddy goes, what?
B
Why would you. Did you send it? I was like, yes, you told me to freaking.
A
And he goes, why would you say love? Would love to see you. I was like, that's not like. Would love. Like, I love you.
B
It's not. It's not the same. But I. I could understand how he could read into it too much. But, like, no one's reading into it that much. Like, no.
A
Would love to see you. I. I would love a coffee.
B
Like, I mean, I see you. Like, it doesn't.
A
I think that's weirder.
B
Yeah, that. That is weird.
A
I would like to see you.
B
I think that's creepy. Oh, we would. Would love to hang this week. Yeah.
A
Yes. And he also didn't like that I said, are you free anytime this week? He's like, that makes it sound like I'm free all the time.
B
Literally all the time.
A
Literally all the time.
B
He's like, me, last week, he had nothing going on.
A
My co host is out of town.
B
I'm free every day. Yeah. Always.
A
Always. So then he's. He's mad at me. Not actually. He was like, I know I gave it to you, whatever. And I was like, Freddie. She probably just got that text and she's freaking out. She's probably screenshotting it. Her friends, like, I met this cute boy. He's wants to take me out. Like, he's so polite. She doesn't respond for a couple hours. And I was like, freddie, don't worry. I promise. She's like, making you wait.
B
This episode is sponsored by Better Help. International Women's Day is in March. You know, I feel like our sorority would talk about that. International Women's Day.
A
Gotta celebrate it.
B
Totally. And I feel like it's so important to focus, to give a little love to the women in your life, because I feel like we don't realize all that they do. Like, I think about my mom, like, how she would just do things and I didn't even know about it, but with ease. And now I look back on, like my childhood and little moments, I'm like, oh my gosh, you were working full time plus doing like just making all of these magical moments. And I feel like they are just like undervalued, underappreciated, and they need to take time for themselves to like, really? Yeah. Like, reflect on. I mean, you guys also should reflect
A
on the moment in our life.
B
Totally. I'm sure we've got lots of gals listening and I think that everybody's multifaceted. You guys, I know some of you out there are moms, your students. You have a lot of expectations on you. Like, you, you just have a lot that's going on, a lot of pressure.
A
And I feel like when there's a lot of pressure, just a lot going on and you don't know who to talk to. That's where therapy comes in. That's where better help comes in. Betterhelp therapists are working according to a very strict code of conduct and are fully licensed in the U.S. they also do that initial matching work for you. I feel like a lot of my friends are like, I don't even know where to start. Or, you know, what if I don't like my therapist? Like, no, you just do a short questionnaire. It helps identify your needs and preferences and, and they match you with someone. And also, hey, if you're not happy with your therapist, they'll switch you. Like, it's totally.
B
Look, look, look. We want you to enjoy it totally. They've over 30,000 therapists too, so you don't have to worry about it.
A
Yeah, no worries.
B

A
Your emotional well being matters. Find support and feel lighter in Thera. Sign up and get 10 off@betterhelp.com Gals that's better. H E L P.com Gals a day goes by, another day goes. But this girl doesn't reply. And it's the same girl who followed him on Instagram right away. And Freddie is like, I'm. Freddie's getting mad. He's like, this is just what. What's going on? He's like, this is all your fault, Danielle. So I'm panicking.
B
Oh, you're like, I ruined it for him.
A
Yeah. And then. And then I. I had. I was like, freddie, I think she has a boyfriend. I just had this feeling. I was like. Because he. They texted a couple times before that, and it was very, like, simple. Then he literally found her Snapchat and Snapchatted her once. And she just, like. She was like, oh, sorry, I haven't replied to your text. Like, I've been working. So you saw the text. Like, you could reply to it. And she's Snapchatting him. She won't reply to his text.
B
100. Okay. So he sent a text that would expose her in her relationship.
A
Yeah.
B
And that's why she couldn't reply.
A
She couldn't reply.
B
It's not a friend. That's not a friendly text.
A
Yeah. So my panic was that I sent that. But then finally, to wrap it up, she. She does have a boyfriend.
B
You did some investigative work.
A
No, he. He finally was like, do you have a boy? He was getting so. He was like, I'm just. Because he really, like, thought she was this great person and why would you
B
even give a number? Like, she.
A
Right.
B
She should have just said, I'm so sorry, I'm in a relationship.
A
Yeah. But she gave him it. So a little weird. But she eventually said, like, yes, I have a boyfriend. So I was like, freddie, I told you, I sent a good text. And she wishes she could reply to that. I guess she needs to break up with her boyfriend if she's even responding to other people. But he said he was like, you need to talk about this on the podcast, because this is crazy. Like, girls need to know, like, I'm here shooting my shot. This is why guys are scared to go up to girls or, like, get. Because then they don't reply for days.
B
Yeah. Actually, I have a similar story. I won't. Without giving away too many details, I have a friend that. I encouraged them. I had, like, set them up a while ago, like, through. With help of Ben, whatever. Like, you set them up. They went on a date. It went well, but, like, you know, it kind of fizzled out. And, like, somewhat recently, I was encouraging her to text him again. I was like, oh, like, you know, maybe, like, you know, his. Like, you know, it was not the right time. Like, but I think you should text him again. Like, I really think he would be open to it. I really think he would. I encourage her to text him. She text him. He never replied. And I was like, me, Literally, me. I know. I literally was like, do it. Do it. Do it. And then I kept asking, I was like, did you do it? Like, I don't know why I was
A
so you were convinced that it was going to work.
B
He has a girlfriend. So he just didn't reply. So I guess that this is the strategy instead of. Because I guess you just. You wouldn't reply and be like, I have a girlfriend. Like, I don't.
A
Yeah. I don't know. But these are. Yeah. Yeah. What do we know?
B
What do. What do we know?
A
What do we know? What do we know?
B
I don't know what the. I mean, I. I've never had that problem, so. Yeah.
A
Never had that problem.
B
Literally. No. No one's ever text me and I have to be like, I'm so sorry. Yeah, I'm off the market. I know.
A
Yeah. I. I think a response is fine. Like, oh, hey, I actually started seeing someone. And like, I think that is so fair because then this person might keep texting you.
B
That's so true. I started seeing someone and like, I. It's going well. I hope you're doing well. Yeah.
A
Yeah. Because then if that. Maybe the fear is that your boyfriend or girlfriend would see that message. But, like, they'll see good. Like, you.
B
You kept them.
A
You said no rather than like, if you don't respond, then it's like you're trying to keep it open ended just in case.
B
I could see both sides. I see both sides of like, you're not welcoming anymore by, like shutting it down.
A
And then also.
B
Right.
A
Crazy.
B
I don't know. It depends.
A
It truly depends. I was panicked because I was like, do I not have game?
B
No.
A
But then it's because she had a boyfriend. Because I knew it was a good text. I'm like, come on.
B
I'm sorry, Freddie. Freddie.
A
Sorry, Freddy. Any girls live in Tampa? I would reach out now.
B
Oh.
A
Feeling vulnerable.
B
His DMS are open.
A
His DMs are clearly open. No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
B
No.
A
What's your opinion?
B
It's really funny. I feel like there's like a whole scene in Tampa.
A
Yes, there is.
B
Right. Like, I see more and more people that are moving there, like right after college.
A
Yes. So many people.
B
Like 20 somethings. I mean, I'm sure that that was always the case, but it's. No, it's a big.
A
It seems to be a new, like, post college spot. Like how Nashville is Austin. Austin, Charlotte.
B
Now Atlanta is a really big one. Oh, that's been big. But like, I feel like now is really. I was on the belt going back to the Belt line conversation. I mean, everybody. Like, if you want to meet someone in between the age of 20 and 30, you just walk on the Atlanta belt line. I mean, it is.
A
I haven't been on it in years.
B
I. Apparently every time that I've seen it before this, like, it doesn't even compare to what is now. Like, they keep improving it and growing it, and it's, like, really so fun.
A
There's breweries. There's like a mini city off of the thing.
B
Like, I love it. It's like, I love a walkable city, you know, So I love being able to get back on the belt line. I'm like, oh, or we could take
A
a scooter if you want. You know, hey, if you end up there, you could. Hey, you know, you could end up in Nebraska. Yeah. In Atlanta, you could. Who knows?
B
Rural.
A
You gotta find those spots that you could go to. Boat line is fun.
B
Oh, my God. I need to. Also, before I do my panic, I need to address. I'm wearing my Apple watch.
A
Yes, you are. I.
B
In this new fitness era that I, like, kind of got back into, I started tracking my steps again, and I literally have just become addicted to, like, getting, you know, the Apple. Like, Apple has, like. Apple does things different. They do, like, the same hours. Yeah. And I don't know, I'm just. Just. I'm in it and I'm like, I don't really care if it doesn't match the outfit, doesn't match the vibe. Like, I. Unfortunately, I have to get my, like, my circles.
A
Have you seen these cuffs that you can put over top?
B
I did order one.
A
Okay. I'm excited to hear how that goes.
B
I saw that on Tick Tock. It's like a big bangle that, like, kind of covers it.
A
Yeah, I think that would be great.
B
That. Yeah. To cover me.
A
I'm like, yeah, no, yeah.
B
You're like, you can cover it up, you know? Yeah.
A
So why not Aura ring? You like the Apple specific things right now.
B
So my OURA ring and I have been on a journey. I had it for two years, and then all of a sudden it, like, kind of stopped charging and pretty much died on me. I messaged the company, of course, the company. You know, I stretched, you know, and they said, you're shit out of luck. And then I said, wow, I'm not buying a new one on principle. I'm not buying a new one. Like, I just. I refuse to. It was a good. We had a good run.
A
Yeah. This gives you visuals, at least. Like, when you're Out.
B
It does. It's better for running, for sure. Like, this is, like, I can track that inside. I can see my split pace, you know?
A
Split pace. That's very cool.
B
It's like, you know, your splits.
A
Like, that's like your times per every mile or whatever. Yeah.
B
People like, you're my splits.
A
I'm like, you know what that means?
B
You don't want to see mine.
A
Yeah. I'll show you my splits one day.
B
Yeah.
A
It's a secret. So you're wearing your Apple watch again?
B
Yeah, I'm wearing my Apple watch again. I know.
A
I feel like it looks good with this outfit.
B
It's fine. We were, like, on the go today, you know? Like, I wanted to track my steps. That's fine. Okay. Panic. So something about, like, a grocery store. Why do we always have to poop in a grocery store? Like, I don't know. I could literally. I have had. I'm. I'm just gonna say it. Like, I've had issues, like, for the past, like, few weeks, whatever. Like, I'm getting on, like, a better. You know, I'm doing a lot of fiber, like, whatever. But I'm still kind of like, you know, it's a struggle. It's a struggle. I step one foot into a grocery store, and I swear I'm like, I have to run to the bathroom. I don't know what it is. It's like that. Bookstores, TJ Maxx. Like, there's a few places that, like, yes. Trigger that feeling of, like, oh, my God, I have to poop. But we were so. Ben and I were grocery shopping. We, like, we're getting everything on our list. And I, like, kind of felt, like, the sensation of, like, coming out of the bathroom. But this is an extremely, like, local grocery store. Like, really close to, like, I was like, okay. We're literally just like. It's a very quick errand, you know?
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
But then we, like, are approaching the checkout line, and I, like, really start to get the urge, and I was
A
like, the sweats and stuff.
B
I was a little weird. And the thing is, with my bathroom issues is that, like, when I get the opportunity, I need to take the opportunity, you know, like, yeah, if, like, it's a swing and a hit. Like, I can't miss. Like, I have to.
A
Yeah, you'll miss it after that if you don't, like, that's what I'm saying.
B
And then I won't have it for another.
A
Like, this too shall pass.
B
Yeah.
A
You get two more days of that.
B
Yeah.
A
What Is it the groundhog sees two more days of no poop.
B
That's literally it. It's like, if you don't go to the bathroom, the groundhog is not seen for two more days. Yeah. So we walk up to, like, the cash register counter, and that's like, when I really, like. And I'm thinking my head, like, I'm like, playing out the scenarios. I'm like, okay, I could. I could let it pass, you know, or. But not really, though. Like, it was really to the point that I was like, things tight? Yeah, it's time. Like, it's. It's.
A
It's been ready.
B
It's been a, you know, a few days. Like, whatever. It's been, like, it makes sense that this is my time, you know? It's my time. And we were mid checking out, and I turned to Ben because I started to, like, you know, get the sweats. And I was like, I. And of course, it's like, always the worst time. Like, it's like, we have to go home now and, like, carry all of our heavy groceries. Like, you know what I mean?
A
Gotta get it out before that.
B
And like, there's no bathroom in the grocery store probably. Or, like, want to, like, explore that option. So I just, like, turned him. And I was just like, I'm really sorry, but I have to go home now. Like, I have to go home. And we talk about, like. I was like, I have to like, it's an emergency. I said, it's an emergency. And he was like, okay. And he was like, oh, like, the stuff. The cashier hear you well, so that's where it got a little weird because. So. So I was like, it's an emergency. Like, I have to go. And he's like, okay, go save yourself. And he was like, but like, you know, this is a lot of stuff. Like, you're gonna have to take something. And the one thing that he had just, like, rang up was a gallon of milk. So. So I was like, okay. So I, like, go behind him and I take the milk. I was like, I'm gonna take the milk. I gotta run the cash register. I was so confused. He was like, what the. Like, she's running out of. I just like, go back, take the gallon of milk, and I'm just running out of the store with this gallon of milk. Down the road with a gallon of milkman and running down the streets of
A
New York with a gallon of milk.
B
In a rush, in. In a rush. I made it home in time. I just thought it was so funny because the like, you're like, this is. I was like, yeah. I was like, I gotta go. Thank you. And he was just like, wait. But I didn't finish. Like, he was still, like, ringing up.
A
Did he ring up the milk?
B
Yes. So I looked at, like, this stuff that he had rang up, and I was like, what. What are my options here? I was like, this is a heavy item. I'll take the gallon of milk. This should help Ben lighten the load. Oh, my God.
A
Well, thank God it was near your place.
B
Yeah, I know. It's literally leaving at the worst time, though. Like, I was like, like, obviously we went grocery shopping together. Like, you know. Yeah. We were doing cans and everything. Yeah. And I was just like, you got it. You got all this, right? Like, I gotta go.
A
Yeah. Like, I guess the other thing he could do is, like, wait for. If it was like, so much stuff, he would check out. Wait, and then you go do your business.
B
No, he. I was like, but it was a. Back in one hall.
A
Yeah, he's got this.
B
Yeah. I was like, sorry.
A
You know, I can picture it like, I.
B
With the milk. I was like, I gotta take the milk.
A
It's an emergency right now.
B
I was like, no, it's an emergency. Emergency. You know, like that split second decision where you're like, it's game time. Like, I gotta speak up.
A
Yes.
B
You're like, literally.
A
I know. Literally. Yeah, I know what you're talking about. I have a similar feeling in dressing rooms that I have to pee, not poop.
B
Okay.
A
But for some reason, anytime I'm like, in a dressing room in a store, I'm like, there should be a bathroom in here. I don't know if you're taking your clothes out. Like, I don't know.
B
No, I. I get that.
A
So I. I do feel you on that. Wow. Very soon.
B
I. I do feel that there should be more public bathrooms. I'm really. I. I do stand really firm in that stance.
A
I know. Not the best at that.
B
No, it's not.
A
You have to, like, know your spots, know before you go.
B
No, no. Your options. Know your bathroom codes.
A
Plan accordingly.
B
Yes.
A
No. Anytime I can use the bathroom in New York. Like, I do. Like, you really should. Even if you're, like, at dinner with someone and you don't, like, just go before you leave. Like, that's how I.
B
But you. You have to peel a lot, but you drink a lot of liquid, so that makes sense. I'm. I'm on my trying to drink more liquid journey because I'm over. Like, I can't have like, like bright yellow pee anymore. Like it's just not good for me. It's not good for my body.
A
Gotta stay hydrated.
B
I want to start taking creatine. I can't believe it. Do you take creatine?
A
Yes. I finally started. There's a lot of capsules. I tried the lemon gummies but I just. There's so many. I just make it sick.
B
I tried the lemon too and I don't know why they.
A
I didn't like the taste. It was gritty. Gritty.
B
The world of like supplements and like women's health and all of that. Like I think we can both agree that it can be a little like confusing, right?
A
Very confusing. I'm like what's good for to take like. But also we want to do things that are good for women. Like good for us as a woman.
B
Totally like thing that things that like are going to benefit you and like the, the struggles that we go through as women, you know, the relatable things, emotional highs and lows and oh yeah, everything that's going on in there.
A
Yeah. Wanting to feel clean and fresh and in there, up there. All the things. That's why we love a positive. It's a women's health company.
B
It's. It's a women's health company and they offer a range of symptom targeting supplements that are going to support women at every stage of life, literally from you know, your first period to well beyond your last if you're going through menopause. I feel like that is like a whole struggle on its own. Like there's just so much to being a woman that would like needs to be unpacked and I think that they, they're really like the leaders in this.
A
They have some great products. They have some of the best selling women's health products actually at Target and on Amazon, which we love, super easy to get. They have their Euro vaginal probiotics which is one of the top five supplements on Amazon. And they also have multiple number one products and Target for intimate care, PMS and menopause categories. So like Brooke said, any stage of life you are in as a woman, they've got you covered.
B
Totally. So you take two capsules a day of the euro and that's going to give you noticeable benefits within eight weeks and it really is just going to help you like I don't know about you guys, like if you get like any sort of like uncomfort or like imbalance from like working out in tight clothes or maybe after having sex and getting your period and stuff. Like, I feel like some women really struggle with. With going through a lot of changes down there. Like, you gotta regulate.
A
You gotta regulate 100. So it's nice that you can just take two capsules a day. And Euro delivers noticeable benefits within eight weeks. So many see results. Many people see results sooner too. So, you know, it's really up to you and how you want to, like, put this into your routine. Like, I know personally, like, I. I like to feel fresh down there. I like to feel good. Like, we're women. We're. We have so many things that we want to, like, take control of. And it's so nice that this is something easy we can do.
B
Totally. I think it helps, like, just boost your confidence a little bit.
A
Yeah, that's a good way to put
B
it yourself, you know, Take proactive care of your health. And head to o positive.com gals or enter gals at checkout for 25 off your first purchase. That's O P O S I T I V.com gals for 25 off. And I take a lemy gummy every night.
A
I take gummies every night.
B
I love them. It's just that flavor combination was not.
A
I agree. I think it must be like the creatine powder or whatever that they put in there. But yeah, apparently creatine helps with, like, anxiety. Like, all these amazing. That's what finally got me. Freddie sent me this article and I was like, fine, you've got me. I'll do that.
B
I just saw Sydney Tilton. I mean, she's the most amazing physique. Like, she. Yeah, she does ripped and she did a video and she's like, guys, I literally, like, I do not watch my diet. Like, I eat whatever I want. I just work out really hard. And like. Yeah, you know, and she's just like, I just live my life. I like to eat good food. I like to eat fast food. I like to eat healthy food. I like to eat, like, everything. And she's was. She was like. Showed her abs and she was like. I think, like, she was like, I have, like, I take creatine and it keeps my muscle on. Like, I do not have abs. And she showed them. And I said. I literally saw her abs. And she said, creatine. And I was like. I went into the living room, I was like, ben, I'm finally ready to take.
A
And I'm ready. Sometimes it just takes one person. Hey, she's an influencer.
B
She is.
A
She truly influenced you in that moment.
B
Because he's Been saying it for a while because we've been working out. He's like, hey, it will help your running. It will help your stamina or your muscle recovery, whatever. I don't know all the stuff, like. And I'm just, you know. No, no, no, no, no, no. Hit me. And now. But I think you have to drink a lot of water with it.
A
You do drink so much water.
B
So you take it. How many capsules?
A
Four total. Two at. Two in the morning, two at night.
B
Like, that's a whole routine.
A
I know.
B
Do you have to do it that way?
A
That's what. Honestly, I just did what Freddie told me, too. Honestly. Okay.
B
He.
A
I just, like, couldn't get started any other way. I've been home a lot, so he was like, here, just take him when I take.
B
I don't know. I think I want to start doing, like, a mega smoothie again. Like.
A
Oh, yeah. Like.
B
Like everything. Because I. It's smoothie weather, you know, it's warm outside again. And I do find that that's, like, the easiest way to, like, just dump all the. Like, you can just put, like, a. I don't really do a green powder, but I would put, like, a fiber thing in there. I would put, like a. Or like, chia seeds or something. Just for fiber.
A
Yeah.
B
And then you can also put.
A
You could put collagen. You could put collagen. You could put creatine. Yeah, the creatine. There's. That is a good way to, like, kind of hide things.
B
I feel like I might need to get. I am not a. You know, you. You and your handful of pills, man. You. You, Danielle, handshake, handful of bills. Like, she loves that handful of pills. I hate that handful bill.
A
No, I know It's. It's easy when you already have those things going, but it's harder if, like, it's just one supplement you're wanting to take every day. Like, that's tough. And I don't take it every day. Especially with all the travel that I've gotten worse at bringing it when I travel. Like, I don't.
B
But that is a lot. Because you have to pre pack and.
A
Yeah, everything.
B
And that is, like, a lot of
A
it is a lot.
B
I. It is truly, like, to keep up with all of your, like, not. I feel like you're still working out and stuff. I could be. I mean, like, it looks like you
A
are, at least, but. Yeah, the last couple weeks, I haven't been. And it's so funny because I've never gotten more comments like, you look, the best you ever have. I think it's because I've just been under so much stress, I can't even lie. Yeah. Like. Yeah, that's a whole other conversation.
B
But I mean, we could talk about it. I feel like.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, my God.
A
Yeah. Well, finish your thought. I didn't mean to.
B
No handful of pills. I was just. I mean, I'm literally. I. You know, I was off last week and I. So, yeah, I have literally no excuse and I can't take my handful of pills. So if I was traveling, then, you know, that would be a whole other thing. Yeah. Forget it.
A
Forget the trial. Those supplements aren't coming to Japan. No.
B
Oh, my God, no. No.
A
That's gonna be. That would just be because you're on a different time zone. There's something.
B
Yeah, there's so much like melatonin. Yes. Like, yes.
A
Melatonin will be coming with Let me chill. I also love. Let me chill. Let me chill. Let me sleep.
B
Yeah, the lemmings.
A
You can come. You have to stay.
B
Yeah, Everything else has to stay back. I actually have been seeing people's America hauls, like on TikTok Japan halls, but then I'm also beginning served people's Americas. And everybody loves to buy Lemmy's when they. Yeah, it kind of makes sense.
A
No, it's really good. And like Trader Joe's bags, right?
B
Like, oh, they love. And just Trader Joe's snacks and random nut butters and like, things like, I guess Target certain processed snacks, you know, like, because they ban like, some of the, like, every other chemical in every country.
A
And like, so they're like, we'll go to. Yeah, get the GMOs.
B
Of course.
A
Yes.
B
Red dye for the United States. Yes.
A
Yeah. Yeah. That's what we do for you. Yeah. Great.
B
I love it. I love this country.
A
Yeah.
B
Anyways, what were you.
A
Oh, so. Yes, no, I. I did want to talk about that because it's so interesting. I've seriously gotten so many mess just in the last couple weeks. Like, you look the best you've ever looked. Like, what are you doing? And unfortunately, I kind of just wanted to bring this up because unfortunately, I think it's because I've been under so much stress. Just like everything going on with my dad because my brother has also lost like 10 pounds. Like, because it's just like when we're homes, like, basically I went home again for like 10 days to take care of my dad. Be there. It's just like, we're so focused on making sure he gets his breakfast and make sure he. Like, it's just. I don't know. Like, it's not. Like, I'm definitely eating, but it's just.
B
Just.
A
I don't know. I. I feel like that might be it because I'm not. I'm not working out or I'm losing muscle. I don't really know. But I've only not worked out for, like, two weeks. Like, it's not this crazy thing, but I definitely haven't been on my routine, and I would like to, because I feel better when I work out and stuff. But it is always so unfortunate because I remember there was one other time in my life when, like, things were just not good. And I looked amazing then, too. So I just wanted to, like, let you guys know that, like, everyone's like, you're glowing. You're glowing. And I am. Life is so great. Like, I am so thankful for my life and, like, all these opportunities I've had recently. But. But it's not necessarily that, you know? Like, I think that some people just assume, like, everything's perfect, but there. And I've. I've really tried to lean into the moments where I've had. Like, I went on this amazing trip, and I tried to be so present, but of course, I'm having multiple phone calls a day, checking in, planning the next time I can go home. So I think, like, honestly, anxiety, like, you kind of, like, it just messes with you a little.
B
Yeah.
A
I don't know. So.
B
Yeah. No, I mean, that makes.
A
Yeah. I don't know. It's not, like, crazy to say. I just, like, felt like I wanted to be honest. No, I don't. About that.
B
I think it's great that you're being honest about it. I think, to be honest, that's probably a lot of people's truth. And, like, when people, like, look good, it's like something might be going on behind the scenes.
A
Yeah, for sure. Like, I'm healthy. I'm good. I'm. I'm eating my three meals a day, but it's just. I don't know. It's just a little different. Like, it's just you haven't.
B
I mean, I don't know. I'm speaking for you. Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
No, like, is it not. Not. Not as much of an appetite?
A
Yeah. Like, I. Like, it's not like a glp One thing. It's like a I'm stressed right now thing is what I'm trying to convey to you guys, because, I don't know, I just feel like I'm not taking as good of care of my body as I should right now because I'm, like, so stressed about my dad and I want him to get better, so. But it's nice when I, like, come up here to New York or I'm, like, traveling, I'm a little bit more focused. It's just when I go home, I'm like, okay, we. We gotta get like a smoothie. You know, all these things.
B
Yes. So, yeah, and you're being like an incredible daughter and caregiver and everything, so I feel like your focus is on, like, what am I gonna eat for lunch? It's like, let me take care of.
A
Yes, right, Exactly. And again, I want to emphasize I am not not eating. We all know I love to eat food. It's not that. I just think it's not the right nutrition.
B
Yeah.
A
That, like, it's like, grabbing when I can. Like, at the hospital cafeteria, like, grabbing chips. Like, it's. I'm not happy about it. So, like, even just last night, like, Ryan made me, like, a steak dinner with, like, protein and stuff because, like, when I'm home, like, usually, like, my dad would cook for you and my mom, and, you know, my mom's been really, really great. But it's like me and my brother, when we're home and we're like, okay, like, he'll, like, make us eggs for breakfast and, like, I'll get the toast going. And then for lunch, we're like, okay, what can we get? Like, okay, kava. You know? Like, I don't know. Do you know what I mean?
B
I know exactly what you mean. I do know. I mean, knock on wood, like, you know, health wise. Like, I. It hasn't been like, those conditions for me.
A
Yeah, sorry. Not.
B
You know what I mean? No, but I. I can.
A
What I'm trying to say.
B
Well, I know what you're going through, I guess, because of what you have shared with me. And.
A
Yes, a lot.
B
And you have a lot. You have a lot of going on. Like, you've, like. Yeah, let's put it as it is. Like, a lot of shit going on.
A
Going on.
B
And I think it's completely okay for you to say your dad's health is your priority and not what you're having for dinner for yourself. Like, that's very real.
A
Like, yeah, like, I don't know. I just. I just wanted to bring that here because I don't want things to say seem. I don't know, I just wanted to be real about that. But on the same note, it's not like, it's fake when I'm posting. Like, social media is my outlet. Like, I get so excited to post my outfits. Like, I had. So I really did have so much fun in Saint bars. That wasn't fake. Were there moments when I was, like, having major anxiety? Didn't want to leave the hotel because I wanted to, like, talk to my dad on the phone? Yes. But that's also life, and that's normal. And I was just trying to lean into the moments when I was. Like, when we had our boat day, I felt amazing. I was so happy. They played a ton of Drake for me. Like, everyone on the team, like, everyone on this trip.
B
Trip.
A
Kind of, like, was aware of what was going on too, and they were just so supportive and so sweet. But, yeah, so thank you guys so much for consistently praying for my dad. We're still, like, trying to figure it all out, but we were making small improvements every day, which makes me the happiest. And, yeah, there's just. There is just a lot going on. So that's why, you know, Katie filled in for me last week, which I really appreciated. And also mixed in with Travels, which it's. Yeah, it's just. There's a lot.
B
Yes. And I think it's easy for. To see a picture on Instagram and be like, oh, my God, like, yeah, she's living the best life ever. Yeah, it's like, yeah, like, no, there's pockets total. And two things can be true. Like, you can be enjoying yourself and whatever, but, like, can be going on in the background, you know?
A
Yeah. Like, I get so excited to get dressed up and put on an outfit and, you know, go to these dinners or, you know, whatever. But then there are moments where I'm like, oh, man. But, you know, Instagram's a highlight reel.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay. I am, like, constantly trying to edit my closet, and I'm realizing that it really, truly is about quality over quantity, especially in my closet. If it's not well made and versatile, it's just not worth it to me. And you guys know I love those trendy pieces sometimes, but that is why I love quints. The fabrics, they feel so elevated. The cuts are very thoughtful. I know you love a good cut.
B
Love a good cut. I need it to be flattering. I need it to be, like, well tailored. And I feel like I'm getting pickier as I get older. Like, I'm getting more, you know, like, we're. We're. We've taste women. We're women on the go. No, seriously, we have taste And I feel like I love going to Quinn's to shop for those, like, elevated essentials things that I know are going to like, stay in my closet year over
A
year and they really will. I have this, like, cashmere sweater that, like, for our annual Nantucket trips. Like, that comes with me every year, whatever it may be. Quince makes these high quality wardrobe estate staples. Like, they've got these premium fabrics that 100% European linen. My mom, my mom loves it. 100% silk. Organic cotton poplin.
B
I'm hearing a lot about organic cotton, like, these days. Like, I feel like it's a good for you. But that's why I really like coins because, like, you could see, like what you're getting. I really like their silk. I feel so luxe. But I feel like we're talking about all this and you guys might be like, okay, like, how much is this stuff? What are we talking about? But coins actually works directly with safe, ethical factories and they cut out the middleman. So you're not paying for that brand markup or fancy retail stores like, you basically they're passing along the savings to you. So like that amount saved, like, literally just the customer gets it. So you're just, you're getting, I don't even want to say discounted items because it's not. It's just like they don't have to pay for all of that, like, you know, nonsense in the back and forth.
A
No, none of the nonsense. Good price. Also, Quinn's clothing is consistently rated 4.5 to 5 stars by thousands of customers. So I mean, real people wearing these pieces every day and like actually loving them. We've been talking about for Japan, like, we should just like shop on Quince and 100 capsule collection. I mean, we have Quince is everything too. Like, I also have sheets come from Quinn's. Like, they're amazing.
B
My duvet, my, my, There you go rug. When you first enter my apartment. Their home stuff is really good.
A
Wow. Yeah. Stop waiting to build that wardrobe you actually want. You don't need a closet full of options. You just need pieces that work. Right now. Go to quince.comgals for free shipping and 365 day returns. That's a full year to wear it and love it. And you will now available in Canada too. Don't keep settling for clothes that don't last. Go to Q U I n c e.com gals for free shipping and 365 day returns. Quince.com gals I don't. It's not Fake. I want to emphasize it's not these fake things. It's just. It's not all perfect.
B
Yeah.
A
Is what I'm trying to convey. But Brooke has been, you guys, the best friend of the entire world. I literally called her while I was on this trip. I was like, are you, Are you and Ben around? I'm like, can you guys talk to me? Like, I just, I. My friends and family have just been. Yeah. The absolute best right now. And it's just something I've never experienced in my life. And it brings me so much. I just feel so much empathy for so many of our listeners that have gone through something like this. And I'm just. I love you guys and I'm sending hugs if any of you are just going through anything similar. But on that note, I did go to St. Bart's yeah. And that was amazing. And my, I want to be clear, my dad was like, please go. You're gonna have so much. He was so excited for me.
B
This was very much so pre planned.
A
Yes. And I think, like, if I was. But honestly, like, if I had any trips upcoming with, like, friends, I'd probably cancel them. I'm gonna be so real. But these are like brand trips. These are, believe it or not, work trips. Which is the coolest thing to say.
B
I was about to say that I was like, you have contracted jobs. Exactly like, things. Yes, you can. Like, yeah, but it's worse.
A
It's like, which I hate to say. Like, I feel like both you and I, like, I, I know influencers. Like, I have a work trip. Like, I honestly will never say that.
B
I won't, I won't. But I will say I have contracted deliverables. Or I would say I'm going there to do some posting or I'm going there, like, but I, I agree with what you're saying. I mean, I'm literally going to a conference. I refuse to call out a work trip. I'm like, I'm going to, I'm going to this event in Austin. But it's like, literally like a, like
A
that is going to call it a work trip.
B
It is.
A
And so that's why sometimes, like, I've had to say in my brain, like, Danielle, no, this, you're going on this for a reason. You're contracted to go, whatever it may be. But like, honestly, thank God, we were supposed to maybe go to Cabo in the last few weeks. Like, I had that thought. I would have, I would have not gone to Cabo because, like, yeah, sorry. But no, you know, but Those.
B
That's life.
A
Like, that's.
B
That's life. That's the thing about life is that happens and happens, and that's why you kind of have to enjoy life, too. Like, it's both sides of the. The coin of being, like, you know, when things are, like, still and, like, good in my life, like, last. Literally last week, I'm like, I.
A
Consistent. Good.
B
Yeah. Like, I have to, like, sit back and, like, remind myself, like, wow, how blessed am I?
A
Right?
B
Have, like, a chill week.
A
Chill week? No, like, alarming. Like, just everything's, like. You can needle point good. No, it's so true. It's good to, like, kind of remember. Like, oh, wait. Like, this is actually a really great thing that, you know, I wake up, I have my routine. Like, I don't know the last time I've had a routine, but that's okay. Like, I'm. I'm. I am down for it. I'm. We're in, and we're gonna get through this. I am determined to. But St. Barts. St. Barts. Brooke, we will be going back.
B
Okay.
A
Okay.
B
Id.
A
It's. It is unfortunately, like, even better than I thought.
B
Really?
A
Yeah.
B
You were. You've always had that on your list. Like, I feel like you were like, I want to go to Saint bars. I haven't. Like, it's on my list for sure, but it's not. Like, I mean, don't get me wrong, if there's an opportunity across my desk, of course.
A
But I was at the top.
B
Yeah. Like, if we're planning a trip with friends, I'm not like, Saint Bart, you know? No.
A
Yeah.
B
I don't know, but I guess I just am unfamiliar with it, really. So that's why I want you to tell me about. Tell me about the. A tiny plane thing.
A
I want to tell you about everything. So, yeah, you do have to go. But after our Nantucket extravaganza, like, it was like that. It was like that small plane.
B
Oh, it's that small of a plane.
A
Yeah, it is that small of a plane. But I was so not scared because, seriously. So basically, you take a. We took a small plane from St. Martin to St. Bart, which was about 15 to 20 minutes. I had heard all these crazy stories, like, you're. Your stomach drops. Like you feel nauseous. So I, like, really went in very prepared. I felt none of that.
B
There was something about the dip. It, like.
A
Yeah.
B
They say at the end of the cliff, there's.
A
Yes. When you land, it kind of looks like you're diving into the Water. But it's because the Runway is right behind you, right behind the water. But you go in so slow, which is actually kind of freaky, though. They go like, you're landing so slow, and you're like, are we frozen in the air?
B
Yeah.
A
But I didn't even feel a stomach drop. I was. Even Clara, she was like, I was kind of excited for a thrill, so I was. Wasn't scared. I know some of the other girls had some tummy issues after a little Dramamine, you know, but nothing crazy. It. Honestly, it was a beautiful drive. You're over water from one island to another. These pilots literally do the flight every 20 minutes. Like, it's just so back and forth, back and forth. Like, it felt really great. Saint bars, though, I didn't realize their first language is French and they use euros to pay. So you feel like. I think that's why a lot of people go is you feel like you're in Europe, but if you're on the east coast, it's like a shorter flight, I guess.
B
Yeah. Yeah. International. It's an Internet.
A
It feels very passport. Yeah.
B
But it's. It feels international in the sense that, like. Yeah, the crowd is very, like, from what I could imagine, it seems that it's very. Like, that. Yeah. Like, Euro cool. Yeah.
A
Like, you feel like you're in the south of France.
B
I've never been, but I. No, I've never been.
A
No. Yeah.
B
There's places that, like, growing up, I literally didn't even know existed.
A
Like Mallorca.
B
What?
A
Like.
B
Yeah.
A
Saint Tropez. What?
B
I definitely had. No, I. I didn't know about Saint Barts until, like, I feel like I heard.
A
So we moved to New York.
B
Or maybe did they mention it in a Gossip Girl? Or am I making like.
A
Oh, yeah, they definitely.
B
Yeah, like, that's how I knew about it.
A
That's so true. No, it is. It kind of is Hampton Z, but better, like, it's Hampton Z in the sense that, like, every plate, you kind of. Every place kind of feels like surf lodge in the way of, like, it's very buzzy and, you know, it's vibey. You're on the beach and there's umbrellas, but then there's a club and DJs on the inside. I mean, you would love all the music.
B
Oh, I saw that. You got. Any of you guys are posting the music. I was like, you guys?
A
Yeah, it's like Rufus vibe that I
B
was like, I can't.
A
Yeah, it's like house music, energy. It's so fun. And like, every restaurant that Kopari took us to, it was my dream. Clara literally was like, danielle, this is your little dream. It was like bagatelle. Every dinner. It's like a dinner that turns into a party. My favorite type of going out. I know you love that, too. Oh, my God, it was so fun. On the last night, they took us to this place called Lati, where it's like a show. And then there was Magic Mike, and then there was burlesque desk, and then they brought me on stage.
B
This guy comes over that I saw
A
that serenades me there. It was so fun. And then the show stops, and we're dancing to, like, DJ music. Oh, it was amazing. The Kopari team does such. It has. I have to tell you guys, for whatever reason, I've had it on my list for years that I want to go on a Kopari brand trip. I don't know why. Well, I mean, now I know why.
B
Well, you knew because they were like, they looked great. Yeah.
A
They just end.
B
I use the products. You love the products.
A
I love those suns. Yes. That sunscreen's amazing. So it was just such an easy integration for me. I'm like, I love this sunscreen. Anyways.
B
You look tan.
A
Thank you.
B
Yes.
A
I'm so happy with it.
B
Nice glow. Not burnt.
A
Not burnt. Yeah, that's the thing. We were all laughing like, none of us are burnt because we were just spraying on sunscreen constantly.
B
And as you should be.
A
As, hey, Ben would say. Yes, as you should be. I was talking to my boyfriend the other day about credit, because, you know, you got to start building credit. Like, I don't own anything at this point. I'm very much a renter. But when you start wanting to buy things like cars and houses and stuff like this, like, you need to have some good credit. So there's actually something. Super.com's credit building program. It's this new, easy way to build credit that was actually made to take the complexities out of building credit, which I think is really, really cool.
B
Yeah. I feel like we've all had that moment where you realize, like, I remember when I was in college, I, like, learned about your credit score, and I was like, oh, my gosh, I got to build this up. Because it takes time. It takes time and a lot of effort to kind of of lock in. And I guess really part of growing up for me has been the realization of how important your credit is in so many parts of your life. Like you said, when you want to buy a car, when you Want to buy a house like it is, it's just there. And if you want to improve your credit, why not check out super.com?
A
with super+ you can access the super.com card. It's this secured card that gives you a $5,000 credit usage boost. So this isn't money you can spend. It's reported as a credit line where you're always using $0, which can lower your credit usage ratio, a factor that makes up about 30 of your credit score. So this can lead to a very quick and dramatic score increase for people with maxed out credit cards.
B
And you can go from maxed out to manage. So if your cards are maxed out, you can add the super.com card and that will instantly change the math. We're, you know, we're not mathematicians here, gals on the go. We're not going to run the numbers for you, but super.com will.
A
Yeah. And there's no hard credit check to apply either. There's 0% APR and there's no minimum balance requirements. So it's designed to be a safer way to build credit, not another debt trap. We're not trying to do that for you, of course.
B
This is real credit credit building. It's not just a score tracker. And that. So every time you use the super.com card responsibly, the activity is reported to all three major credit bureaus. And that's like these, that's what I use to check my credit score. So like the Transunion, the Equifax, the Experian. So it's going to help you build a positive payment history over time.
A
Yeah. And you can also like report your on time rent payments to the credit bureaus. So this is showing up to, you know, two years of past rent. So the biggest bill that you're already paying every month can finally start working for your credit. Which I think is super cool.
B
And we love tracking our progress. You could track your progress in the app.
A
Yep.
B
And they have the super plus advantage. And this really, this isn't just like a credit card like that just exists. Like then you get the super plus membership which is built to put money back in your pocket and you can get cash back on everyday purchases. It's this whole situation here on super.com. it's a financial toolkit. It's not just another card. You get a 90 day money back guarantee because building your credit table takes time. So even like these quick solutions like they're still going to take 30, 45 days to report. So super.com is offering you a 90 day money back guarantee.
A
If you're not satisfied, start building your credit the easy way. Go to super.com credit right now to see how Super plus can help you boost your credit score. That's S U-P-E-R.com credit credit building features are only available to Super plus members. Impact on your credit score may vary. Super.com cannot control factors outside their services that may impact your credit. Visit super.com for more details. It was really cool too, what they did. And I'm like, oh my God, more brands should do this. They did an awards on the last night, which was really cute. So everyone got like superlatives. Like someone got like, most likely to be on a reality show.
B
That's silly.
A
Clara. Clara's had something to do with like, Most likely to plan a brand trip. You know, stuff like that. I thought that was really cute that they did that. My roommate was Ella Helicas, who's so, so fun. We had been on a trip with DSW before, but honestly we didn't really know each other that well. So it was fun to get to know each other. On the first night, I think I had this like, loose memory, but I didn't know for sure and I was scared to ask her the next morning. I was like, ella, did I like, squeeze your arm in the middle of the night? She goes, yeah, you did. I was like, oh my gosh. She was like, and then you grabbed my hand. I do not remember grabbing her hand, but I think I must have woken up and been like, where am I? You know when you're first night at a hotel. I guess I grabbed her arm. Maybe think it was Ryan. And then I guess I grabbed her hand. And then I do remember her being like, like, love you. It was just a way to bond for sure. That was a blur, let me tell you. But it made me like, like, I get why Gretchen did her bachelorette in Saint bars. Like, it is.
B
I forgot that she did that. Yes.
A
It is so fun. But it is like, I feel like our drinks, it was like 45 a drink. Like what? Yeah, no, you would have.
B
Wow. I would think that would have, like, sent me over the edge. It was so. We live in York, New York City. Like, I can get down with the prices. Like, right?
A
We're used to like a 25:30 drink.
B
Yeah, that's $40. I feel like our perspective is extremely skewed. Yeah.
A
So that was kind of crazy. I feel like if I did that, which I'm sure Greta did too, I'D have to, like, you know, cover something. So I don't know if St. Bard's in the picture first Bachelorette for me, but it was so fun. The only thing is the car. There's no Ubers.
B
Like, so how do you walk? Like, what do you mean?
A
You have to hire, like, drivers for, like, the whole weekend. Like, there's not even, really, like, a taxi service, at least to our knowledge, that you could call and they come get you and they drop you off. Like, one day, Clara hired a taxi to take them shopping because the shopping, I mean, there's Hermes, there's Chanel there. I actually didn't get to go shopping, but probably for the best. But you had. She had to, like, pay for the whole hour for him to, like, wait for her and then. Yeah.
B
Oh, my gosh. See, this is. But this is like, a real, like, rich destination.
A
Everyone are, like, millionaires there.
B
It's crazy. Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
This is like, if. If they don't have, like, ways to get around unless you book a car, like, that's, like, real rich.
A
Yeah, exactly. Like, you have to have a driver. Yeah. So that's. That's definitely kind of weird, but it is just beautiful.
B
It is. Is that why people go? Like, do people go for the scene or because it's beautiful or both?
A
I thought it was the scene, but it is also beautiful. There's hills, there's beautiful ocean, like, the bright blue waters. But then all the restaurants are so, so fun.
B
And are the people friendly.
A
So friendly and, like, European fun. Hey, like, it is. It is that vibe, unfortunately. And we will be going back in some way.
B
I'm down. I would. Yeah, you know, I'm down to. I'm down for the get down. Like, I would like to go. You know, I. Yeah, I'm pretty much down to go, like, a lot of places.
A
Yeah. No, the only thing is, yeah, it was so lovely going with the brand, because the logistics of everything, I think, are pretty crazy. And not to mention, on our way back, this was nothing to do the brand. This was not the brand's fault. But our flight coming from the United States to St. Martin got delayed, and I was so worried this would happen that by the time they landed, the flight attendants timed out, and we're in St. Martin, and it was the last flight out already, so there was no crew, There was no one to take us. So what do they do? Well, I guess it's like a law now where Delta, like, has to provide all of us hotel rooms. And we were looking it up. I'M like, opening my computer. I'm like, where can we stay? It was me, Clark, Nana, and Madison were the girls in the New York flight. There was one hotel that had, like, availability. And I'm like, if this gets canceled, all of us, like, there's. I don't even think there's enough rooms. And I think that's what was happening with Delta. They were like, we don't even. There's not even enough hotels. So they literally, I think, like, begged. I think the flight attendants, which I felt so bad, or I don't know,
B
them overtime or something. Can you.
A
I sure hope so, because the pilot was like, we're well rested, tested, we're ready. But these pilot or these flight attendants have been going for 16 hours or something. It, like, literally broke my heart. But they had to get us. I'm sure they paid overtime. Yeah, like, legally. But then they. They literally had to pay them overtime or something. But anyway, so they got us. They're like, we can get you guys with these flight attendants. We can get you to my. Or to Orlando, but then we'll have to switch crews. We're like, okay, so we're not getting home to 3am but that's fine. So we land. We're on our way. There they go. Actually, we're gonna land in Miami. Because for a second, I was like, if we land in Orlando, maybe I'll get out and go to Tampa at that point.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. I was like, let me go see my fam. I don't know. But then they were like, actually, we're landing in Miami. So I text my brother. Never mind. Yeah, not coming from Miami. That's too far. And then we got a new crew, but then the pilots were like, we're about to time out, so if we don't take off in the next 30 minutes, we're not leaving.
B
No.
A
It was crazy. So then everyone's like, oh, my God. No one go up and pee. Everyone sit down. So we can.
B
The same plane.
A
It's the same plane. So we never had to get off the plane, which is nice. But then we landed at the. At 2am but then the clocks changed for daylight saving. So then it was 3am I didn't get home in bed until 5am What a ride.
B
Oh, my God.
A
But, like, also, I feel like I get so annoyed when people complain about their travel. So I'm sorry, but it was more so just like. Like, I'm not upset. Like, things happen.
B
Whatever. Yeah.
A
And it was. It was a Sunday. Everyone was so chill on Our flight, though, because we're all coming back from vacation. It's a Sunday. The next day. We're gonna be fine. So thankfully, no one was, like, pitchforking.
B
Yeah. It seems like everybody was on, you know, we all agree to keep sitting down. Like, that kind of community.
A
Yeah. We had our buddy Debbie. She was, like, decked out in Lily Plitzer, and she's like, I've done this fight. No, we. This will be okay. Like, we got this.
B
I feel safe. Someone like that comes in like, you, You've been here before. I. Whatever Debbie says.
A
Yeah. I just, like, we trusted her for some reason, so that's that. Oh, also, one more thing before we go to you. I. I am loving not having hair extensions.
B
I don't think you need that up.
A
You don't think?
B
I. I agree with everybody in the comments. I do.
A
You do?
B
Yeah. I don't think you need them. I think that your hair. It's not at an awkward length. I think that it's at, like, the length. I don't think it's short nor long. I think it's me. You have medium length hair. I think it looks great. I think the color looks great. I think the length looks healthy. Speaking for the commenters, I'm like, me and my commenters, we stand in solid.
A
That's so nice. I definitely feel a little more naked, but it kind of makes me want to do more, like, hair health stuff. It goes to show, though, like, having those extensions in, like, my natural hair didn't get, like, so damp damaged.
B
Yeah.
A
So I will say that the only thing I was like, it'd be fun to have my hair extensions in for would be Coachella, because I do have new hair, but I'm like, is that worth it? So.
B
No.
A
But I literally canceled my appointment was supposed to be today. I canceled it. I was like. And he even was like, my goal is for not. For you to not be doing exceptions one day. So he was cool about it. But I. I was able to do a slick back, no problem.
B
I feel like everybody agrees. Literally everybody.
A
But then it's like, are you guys, like. Then one girl commented like, no, these girls are, you know, preying on your downfall.
B
No, I do not think people are praying on your job. I think you look younger.
A
You think in, like, a good way.
B
Yeah, I do. I. But that's also my opinion.
A
Did you notice it? No. I'm taking.
B
And I'm usually team long hair.
A
I know, I know. That's why this is crazy.
B
But it was long. Long.
A
Yeah. But then I cut it.
B
I.
A
But it was long.
B
But then is it worth it? Like, that's my thing. Like, if you're if right for these, for the length that you currently have.
A
Yeah. If I'm gonna just have it a little longer, is it worth the point?
B
Like, then you have to give so much maintenance for something that you. It just is, like, a little bit more volume. You might as well just add it in when you need it. You could do.
A
Yeah. I did the clip ins for a little. No, hey, hey. It's a night. It's an easier lifestyle. I will say it isn't like, home and stuff. Like, who cares what my hair looks like right now?
B
Right now, I think. I don't know if you got a blowout, but it looks great.
A
Also. I'm not getting blowouts because I can do it myself with this amount of hair.
B
This looks.
A
I did this with the wavy talk round bra. This is amazing news.
B
Yeah, no, it really, really does.
A
Well, thank you. So maybe.
B
Really, I speak on behalf of everybody here and. No, I don't think people are praying. I mean, I think some people. Some people are praying on both of our downfall, but that's okay. But they. They'll never win.
A
They'll never. Anyways, that was a mouthful. Thank you for listening. I just. I'm an episode off. You know, I had so much.
B
No, you. So much. I feel like there's even more. Like, what. What else? Okay, so then, I don't know, life at home. How's Finn?
A
How's Finley? Oh, Finley's so perfect. It's, like, kind of tough, though, because, like, I, like, can't really pay much attention to him, but it is so nice to have him. And when I was saying goodbye to Finley this time, he's never done this. Like, he, like, jumped on me and wouldn't get off, and he's never done that. I was like, don't do this to me. But I'll see him again. I'm going back home. As you guys are watching this. I'm going back home this week, so I'll hopefully see him briefly.
B
So let me get those Delta miles fo show, guys.
A
I'm already at gold, and I'm about to hit platinum.
B
Wow. And it's.
A
It's March.
B
Yeah.
A
So I think you probably. I'm hoping. I want you to hit diamond this year.
B
I've been living so much platinum life right now, though, so platinum and I have been getting upgraded pretty much. Like, I mean, if there's availability, I got it. Like, and the best is checking the list, and I'm like, I'm number four. There's four seats. And then, like that, no one joins the list and. Oh, it's so fun.
A
It is so fun.
B
It is so fun.
A
Did you talk about your Atlanta trip at all, or do you want to?
B
No, I mean, I'm happy to. Yeah. I mean, life updates right now, like, in this, like, waiting period.
A
Oh, yeah, not that. Sorry.
B
But, like. Oh.
A
Oh, you know. But when did we. Where did we leave off timeline with you? Because, like, you and Katie.
B
No, you're so right. No, we didn't really talk about Atlanta that much. I stayed at this beautiful hotel, the fourth hotel. When we go back to Atlanta, Danielle, it's. It's brand new.
A
Is that where we will go?
B
We're.
A
I'm excited.
B
We'll live there. It is literally. There's an apartment building across from it. I was like, if I move to Atlanta, that's where I'm living. Like, it is.
A
Wow.
B
I already have it picked out. I was like, I picked out my unit. Like, like, mental.
A
You like the area?
B
I love it. It's right by the belt line. It's very, like, this specific area. It's like, they put it up yesterday. Like, so if you don't like that vibe, you know, you want, like, real charm and whatever.
A
Like, we like new.
B
No, no. This is literally corporate created. Like, you know, it's. But it's pretty, like. Yeah, they did a good job with it. Yeah. There was one day where, like, I know I have a fear of bugs. Like, I Obviously, you know, I know
A
you have a fear of bugs.
B
Fear, bugs.
A
It's so bad.
B
So we stayed, like. It was across from, like, the fourth. Oh, it's also right across from Ponds and Pons. Is everything holy?
A
Probably even more now.
B
Yeah. No, no, it's a mall. It's a. Like, it is. I mean, I don't know.
A
They have, like, a Sephora.
B
Yeah, Sephora. Warby Barker. I feel like when there's a Warby Barker, like, that's an indicator of, like,
A
when there's a Warby Parker, they've got
B
the chains, they go to Reformation.
A
Wow.
B
Wait, I spoke. No, I actually. I don't know about reformation. They have a Suzanne, so I feel that was major reformation they had in North Carolina.
A
I'm trying to think about anthropologies.
B
Yeah. Oh, yeah, of course. They've got the full anthro people. There might. There might have been what? I didn't really go shopping, honestly. Like, that was. It was like a Walk through to, like, go to lunch.
A
Yeah.
B
Wait, let me tell you. The lunch place that I went, because I actually did go to, like, lunch place.
A
Yeah.
B
Maddie. I got to see all my Atlanta friends, and they took me around to, like, the best places, and it looks
A
like the weather was good. You went to the aquarium?
B
I did.
A
How fun is that?
B
That was really fun. It's a fun. Oh, I haven't, like, been to a good. Like, I don't even know the last time I went to an aquarium.
A
That good.
B
It's really one of the best, I think, of the big shark, the whale shark. I went to the needlepoint store there. Labors of love.
A
Did you have any issues with that owner?
B
No issues. They were really nice. I told them that I was from New York, though, and they're like, how
A
is it up there?
B
You know, I. I know people love. Yeah. They're like, how are the needlepoint stores up there? They're great. Like, I don't know New York, too, Like, people. Yeah, but that too, like, they were like, oh. Like, I feel like their demeanor change. They're like, anything. Like, you know, and they're like. And they're like, well, where? And I'm like, oh, I'm visiting town. They're like, we're from. And I say New York. And they're like. They like, pause.
A
You know what I mean?
B
Yeah, it's like one of those type of. I'm like, yeah, the big city.
A
No, they're always so shocked.
B
Yeah.
A
What is it like up there? Yeah, like, it's good.
B
Crazy.
A
Yeah.
B
I'm getting in the name of this restaurant. I'm like, why? Oh, purveyors. Necessary purveyors. Have you been there? You probably have.
A
Sounds familiar.
B
It's very your vibe. Like, we.
A
You know, what kind of food was it?
B
Brunch. We got. I got a sandwich, fries, good. Coffee, good. Like, it's your vibe, for sure.
A
I don't know. It's either someone suggested we go there, or I've been there, because it sounds so, so familiar. But that's so nice to know. Oh, I looked it up. No, I haven't been there.
B
It's really. Everything is brand new. I feel like everything opened yesterday in this area. Like, it's just. But, like, it's just so, like, convenient to get to. Like, I've never explored Atlanta in the walkable city of Atlanta way, but I think that's because the Belt Line created sort of like this district of, like.
A
So what area is that? Is that midtown? I know a lot of my friends live in Midtown Inlet. Who knows? Or maybe they call it the area.
B
Well, it's four. Fourth hotel is the name of the hotel. Fourth Hotel. But they, like, spell it weird. It's F O R th. I don't know why they don't spell it the way that you're supposed to spell. It's literally called, like, the way that they write everything. Like, the taco place. I went to this place. Real tacos. I think it's a chain, but it's real tacos. Dash Beltline. Like, the location of it is like, the beltline location. I don't know. It's. No, there's definitely, like, a name for it, but I don't know. There's good coffee shops. Like, it's just. It's a vibe anyways.
A
It is. It's a really fun. For sure.
B
But there were bugs. And one day it rained, and then.
A
Right.
B
And we were waiting, like, we had, like, a little bit of time before our flight on, like, Sunday morning. So we're like. I was like, oh, I'll take. You know, I was like, ben, we can go to Ponds. Because, like, I'm an expert.
A
I went to school in Georgia.
B
Yeah, I'll bring you there. And it, like, we're waiting for the rain to stop. The rain stops and we walk over to Ponds. We walk through this. Like, there's a big park in between us and Ponds, right? That has a lot of concrete. It's so. It's like, you know, patches of grass and then patches of concrete.
A
Okay.
B
And we're just like, casually strolling. And then, like, I, you know, took a look down, and I don't know if I, like, wasn't paying attention to the previous, like, part of me, like, when. When we were walking previously or like. But I think I look at the ground. Like, I think I maybe just had noticed. I look down. There are more thick ass earthworms than I've ever seen in my entire life.
A
Not expecting you to say that.
B
Literally everywhere to the point. And then I just started freaking out because I realized that I was in the middle of it. And I. Like, there's no way around but to hop around. I was like, I'm gonna step on one. They're all moving. They're big, big, girthy earthworms. I don't. They're different in Atlanta. They're thick. Ew.
A
Yeah. I'm not.
B
Like, you can see their guts. Like, they're clear. Like, I'm telling you, though, they're thick. Yes. It was in this one specific area. And I literally. I wish that Ben recorded me because I just start shrieking at the top of my lungs and, like, hopping from location. I'm, like, running in between all. I don't know why. Like, it's a worm. Like, obviously it's not gonna. Like, it's like. But it's like when you're surrounded, they're nasty. I'm sorry. I don't. I like a little caterpillar. I like a little inchworm. Like, these were big, thick, and they were.
A
Just.
B
Because I think that it rained. And then, like, the area kind of flooded so that all the worms came. And there was a good stretch that I. Like, we were just in the middle of it. Like, there was no way around, and I was freaking out. Cortisol level 10 for sure. Like, that was a panic. I know.
A
Because I would watch that.
B
No, you would. You would love that.
A
I need to re. Watch that video of you and the bug in Nantucket. There.
B
He's the one you want.
A
I feel bad laughing, but it's.
B
No, it's okay. I'm. I'm. People probably are like, you're such a little Brooke. But, like, I. I'm. So.
A
It's what you're scared of.
B
I just don't like it. It. I will jump out of a plane,
A
