Oh, I said, I apologize to everybody in the room because I said, unfortunately, Danielle and I are coming off of a trip together where we beat every joke into the ground so much, and we are honestly insufferable. So I am so sorry to everybody who has to interact with us the next few days. Honestly, I've been a terror in my own life.

Like, I feel like, though, at least we're pretty good about. Once we realize we've done it, we're like, wait, we'll fill you in. Like, it's, yeah, never. You know, we'll fill you in. And then. But we forget that people don't know what's in our brains, you know, like, totally all of the time.

All of literally all of the time. We can't stop saying the phrase all of the time. Well, it's literally all of the time.

So anytime you say literally, like, oh, I, I literally. Then you say literally all of the time.

Yeah.

Like, I never do that all of the time. Like, it doesn't make sense grammar wise, but, like, it just feels right. And it's because we've said this before. But just a quick reminder at top of show, it's because one time Brooke was talking about going to the movies alone and someone commented on the tick tock and said, wait, that's so weird. I feel like Brooke would go to the movies alone all of the time. Literally all the time. Literally all of the time.

So now we just. I don't even know like how that became. Like, we just, it never ended. After the live show. We talked about the live show.

Yeah, we did talk about the live show. You get it? Live show people. So where did we go? We went to Cape Cod and we're going to be doing a full Cape Cod debrief because we went there for the Wilman wedding for Gretchen and Max, one of our very good friends from YouTube throughout the years. And it was so fun and we have so many fun stories and just silly times to tell.

Oh, silly. The gals laughed. They cried. I cried a fucking a lot. Let me tell you, a little bit.

[Brooke]

More than we expected. I think way more.

[Danielle]

I mean, I knew a little bit like going into it, it would be like just so meaningful because like, we are so deep of friends. Like, but. And I knew that they would bust out at an emotional ceremony. Like, I knew that it would be like really from the heart. Like some people, they rush through it. They're like, I don't really care that much. And some people, it's like a very standard ceremony. Like, you know, it's like the religion, whatever. Like this one was truly, wow. Like they just, they wrote, they wrote their hearts out.

[Brooke]

Like, oh my God, from the heart. There was just so much love there. And it's just again, so special. Like we know Gretchen since she was Gretchen loves beauty and you were Brookex beauty and I was the makeup by Danielle. Like, it's just so crazy. I had this moment of like, whoa. We all like met at imats and all these conventions and just through YouTube and now we're at each other's wedding. Did you just get the chills?

[Danielle]

No. Oh, suggesting my arm because I realized that I look terrible when my arm is pressed in my body and then I look back at everything and I'm like, why do I look like that? But a slight angle. Like, guys, I'm trying to learn my angles over here, so don't mind me. I'm just internally processing. But yeah, scratching. Amazing.

[Brooke]

Beautiful. Well, cuz you were looking at your arm. I was like, yeah, she just got the chill.

[Danielle]

Oh, I should have just said yes.

[Brooke]

Yes.

It's amazing. I'm learning angles too, with everything. Just to transition to the angles conversation. Because just to transition. I've I really learned that when you wear these gowns and everything, you have to work your angles. Can we talk about that? I'm literally being the most angular triangle posing like I'm a Barbie doll.

[Brooke]

Like in a pageant. You literally have to breathe. Suddenly I'm not there.

[Danielle]

But honestly, it works. And then, like. Like, it's amazing. You see those pictures. It's like the before and after of just changing your pose.

[Brooke]

Yeah.

[Danielle]

It's so true.

I can't go, unfortunately. Yeah. No. The gals are on summer break for one week next week. Just one. We are going to be recording in the Hamptons. I head to the Hamptons tomorrow. Brooke is joining next week, and we thought it would be really, really fun if we record a couple episodes together in the Hamptons because those always go so hard. You know, we go places and then we talk about it. So it's fun.

They're live. We've just been having so much fun with our friends through the summer. It's very, like, wholesome friend forward summer.

[Brooke]

It really is ffs.

It's a relationship forward summer.

Yes. No, I definitely agree. So we've been out here having fun, and honestly, logistically, we can't get an episode recorded until after next Wednesday. So we were like, gals are on summer break for one week.

We have a new segment that we're going to introduce, which is similar but different because I feel like a lot of our favorites of the week. We always do a favorite each week always ends up being beauty, or a lot of the times ends up being all of.

Literally all of the time. So we're gonna kind of infuse this as one of our segments, and it's gonna be called Glam on the Go.

[Danielle]

Wow. We're so original with that one. We really hit. Can we also talk about how every single company, literally all these companies, they.

Use on the go. So we'll be blank on the go. I've been noticing it more and more, Danielle. Like, it's like, I saw one that was hair on the go. Like, you know, the, like, I don't know. Sweep on the go. Because, like. Yeah, Like a blush or something. And I'm thinking, you know, I don't know.

[Brooke]

It's so true. And it's just we're out here being a blueprint for others and, you know, pat on the back once again. So do you have or what is your beauty product? What is your glam on the go? Miss?

Well, I actually didn't put it on my face today and I feel like I'm like kind of seeing the effects of like not putting on my face because it's so hot outside and I needed it. Maybe you've talked about this, the l' Oreal infallible three second setting mist.

[Brooke]

It's needed to talk about again.

[Danielle]

My God, I don't know where I was living under a rock. I guess. I did get it, you know, npr. So then I like discovered it. It's one of those that, like, the best way I could describe it in it is that if you have a pimple or anything on your face, it stings. Like it's strong.

[Brooke]

Yeah. Like, I.

[Danielle]

That's the best way.

[Brooke]

You can't open your eyes for a few seconds. You have to make sure it's safe.

[Danielle]

Yes. It's almost a biohazard. I don't know what's in it.

I don't want to know what's in it. All I know is that it locks the out of her makeup and like you are not budging. Like.

[Brooke]

No, it's so true. So much so that like when I have cried with it on it, like the one tier, like it kind of makes a mark, but then the other, it's like, wait, no, I, I wore.

It to the wedding and I, it was like the, the when you have a table and like a cup and like the condensation, like it doesn't fully seep into the table. Like it.

[Brooke]

Yeah, that's what I mean.

[Danielle]

Yeah. Like it just glide. Yes, the, the water just glides off your face.

[Brooke]

Yeah, it's like this little trail and you're like, whoa. Like, you can't even see that.

[Danielle]

I don't know. You're so right because I did notice that I was wiping my chest. I was like, I must look crazy. I looked in the.

[Brooke]

It's like locked in. Like, you are locked. And I actually didn't have it for the wedding day. I ran out. The rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner.

[Danielle]

You could have used mine. I had a can.

[Brooke]

I know, but like, okay, I felt bad asking. I did see yours and I was like, like, what if, like I was on, like, you know.

[Danielle]

No, I still have A good amount, I think.

[Brooke]

Good. I need to buy another for the hand.

[Danielle]

The price is right too, with it, isn't it? Like $11? Yeah. Maybe 12, I think people said it's comparable to the Patrick Star. Patrick's Patrick.

It's really good. And it. It really locks in your makeup, like, a scary amount. Like, sometimes. Like, should I put it on?

Yeah. Like, is it.

Is it give a glow? Like, infallible spray day. Is it an infallible spray for a wedding?

[Danielle]

Perfect.

No, seriously. L' Oreal knew what they were doing. It's. And I like how it's mini. Like, you can bring it. Like, we had Carry on bags on the go literally all the time.

[Danielle]

I'm loving. All the time.

[Brooke]

I'm loving. And again, this is. I think this is the product I've talked about before. But, like, it just needs to be brought up again. Same thing, you know, we gotta start off glam on the Smoji, the Fenty Beauty Invisat powder. It carried me through this weekend. Like, again, like, we used this l' Oreal Infallible thing. So it was hardly. But, like, I feel like you still get a little oily. Like, I get a little oily, like, around, I guess, my T zone, like, on my forehead and then on my. Like, right under my under eyes. I don't know, like, just to touch up my under eyes because I did cry. That was lovely. It's like a translucent powder, but it has the puff. Like, anything that has a puff is so nice. And there's a mirror, and I just love it because you can, like, constantly reapply it throughout day and you don't look cakey, which I really appreciate. So props to Fenty Beauty. Props to l'. Oreal. We are just happy gals with our products. Like, it's just. Especially in the summer, you need products that can lock you in. And I feel like both of these. We didn't plan this, but they kind of go hand in hand.

Totally, totally. So all of the time.

All of the time. Which then leads us. Well, it doesn't really lead us, but our next segment, which we've also recently added, is Panic of the Week, which I've been loving.

It's been panicking out here.

I have been panicking. I panicked a lot this wedding weekend. I have to say, I feel like I was just acting in a way that, you know, sometimes got me into trouble. Maybe I Was speaking my mind. I think that. But for some reason, I was just. I get the sillies when I'm around, like, our group of girlfriends, like, you know, so it was Tori Disimone who's been on this podcast. Everybody's been on this podcast. Glara Purse.

Yeah.

Everyone on the chair, Dilati, you, me, and then boyfriends. Except for me. So that's why I felt, like, really unhinged. I think I was really.

You could just be silly. Like, no one to report.

No, I was like, hey, someone hang out with me. No, but honestly, everyone was saying literally all the time I had people to hang out with.

[Brooke]

Like, I felt at all times.

[Danielle]

I felt. At no point did I feel, oh.

I'm so glad or anything. Like, that was a goal in my head.

Friends. So we all got to go to brunch, which was so nice.

Yeah. I was like, can we just swing by? I, like, didn't even finish my one can.

So we're on our way to the liquor store, and we see sitting in, like, an Adirondack chair outside of one of the stores, Sydney Adams, husband, Jay. And we've met Jay. I was reminded we met Jay very, very, very briefly when we recorded a.

And then, like, my window's down, so then I shout out the window. I was like, hey, Jay. And like, I. But I didn't just shout out the window. I, like, put my body out the window, aj And I was like. And he didn't respond. He kind of just like, what's. And I was like, it's bra. Like, I'm, like, pointing to myself.

We're, like, driving away.

We're driving away. It's broke, by the way. No blank face, you know, no indication.

He waved at you. Oh, I. I did wave at you, but that. But before Brooke, like, you were like, hey, Jay. And he was like, hey. And you go, it's Brooke, by the way. I don't know what he did after that, but he did wave initially.

And then I was like, why did I say that? That was so weird. I literally, all the time. I don't. I don't really know him, you know? But I was just trying because Brooke.

Was in the front seat, so.

Yeah, you made me.

And Brooke was like, wait, you think that? You really do? I'm like, are you kidding? I thought you were with me.

Like, we always. Like, I always say that, you know, I'm like, oh, I'm a lot. But like, hearing it, it was almost like, oh.

Like, I was like, I think it.

Cost a lot of self reflection in that moment.

I was shocked. No, I. I know we are a lot, but. No, but when you hear it in a way of, like, you know, people have to take breaks from us. That's shocking. That's shocking. I was like, holy. You have to take a break. Because, like, I take breaks from people, too. But, like, yeah, but when you hear.

Wedding recap. So we found this beautiful Airbnb house. It's, like, seriously stunning.

Actually, I didn't look into it at all. I was sent the listing. Never looked at it. Everybody said, amazing. And I just sent the money. Like, oh, you never wired the money. I never clicked on it. I never looked at it. If every. Everybody was saying, looks perfect, so why do I have to look at it too? I was like, okay.

[Brooke]

So random like that. Like, Brooke will go on brand trips, and I'll be like, who else is going? And she's like, I don't know. I don't need to know. I'm like, where are you staying? She's like, I. I saw the hotel. Like, you're hilarious. You're like, I don't know. Like, you're so random.

[Danielle]

It's like, you're out of my control. Like, what am I gonna say in that case? Like, I was like, I'm the most type B of that crew. Like, I wouldn't.

[Brooke]

Yeah.

[Danielle]

But in that group, I knew it was time to take a B back seat.

[Brooke]

Like, you were like, yeah, I don't. Because it's. Because if you don't like it, then you have to pitch another.

[Danielle]

That's house. I was.

[Brooke]

And I'm glad you trusted you. Thought you were like, okay, all these girls approved, and it was beautiful. Like, seriously stunning. And we'll get into all of it. But the one thing. One of the things that was a bit off putting was we were convinced. I was convinced there was a ghost in the house.

I Think everybody really was. It was a old house. I don't know what year, but, like.

[Brooke]

It had, like, a preservation award.

[Danielle]

Oh.

[Brooke]

Side of the house.

[Danielle]

So it missed that real old bones. Like, it was. Yes. And there might have been bones in the house. Actually, there may have been. We didn't go in the basement. There was also an attic that we did. We discovered. We did not go in, like, a door.

It literally looked like the COVID of the housemaid. Like, the exact door with the stair. Like, and we. It was very scary.

[Danielle]

It was one of those, like, old creepy houses. And it was really big. Like, you know, you could be on. I was, like, shouting something to someone. I was like, hello. And it just. You could not.

[Brooke]

No, the house was. There was a lot of unchartered territory in that house. Like, once we checked out, like, there were still so many areas we didn't go to. Like, I know that for.

[Danielle]

Yeah, yeah.

[Brooke]

But I. I get spooked randomly. We've talked about on the podcast, like, just most random times, it's usually if I'm like, at a hotel or something. But, like, I just started to hear noises. Specifically with the room that Ryan and I had. We also had two twin beds pushed together.

[Danielle]

Was there a clear separate. Like, you felt the line.

[Brooke]

Yeah, I felt the line, but it was fine. Like, every night we went to bed, like, we were just exhaust. Like, it didn't matter.

[Danielle]

Were you each on your individual.

[Brooke]

We were like, there. It was not a cuddle bed. You could not.

[Danielle]

Someone slept on the crevice.

[Brooke]

Yeah. And it's like, it's okay. Like, we got there last. Like, that's how it goes, you know.

That'S kind of how I felt about it. The selection of the house. Like, I was like, no worries.

[Brooke]

Like, I don't know. Like, yeah, it's, like, so chill. You're so chill.

[Danielle]

If everybody advocates for this house.

[Brooke]

Switched beds, you guys, like, yeah, because there's two. There's so much to talk about. But yeah, so I. My panic was that there was a ghost. Because when we went to bed, I think it was just the AC unit that was right next to. I don't really know. It was just making noises that I've never heard before. And it was very scary. Like, literally sounded like someone was rustling around in my room, like, trying to, like, find something in a bag. And, like, if I sat up, I didn't hear the sound. And I could look around and I didn't see anything. But when I would lay down again, I hear, like, it's scary.

[Danielle]

So, like, okay, I didn't realize it was that. When you said noises, I thought you meant, like, water in the pipes or like, a creek. Like, I didn't realize. No, it's like a rustling.

[Brooke]

It sounded like someone. Like, it sounded like Ryan had gotten up and was going because, like, one morning he went to go golf. So it sounded like someone was up and doing things. But then I'm like, oh, my God, he's asleep. Like, was here, and it was just scary.

[Danielle]

There was a lot of noises. But I. To psych myself out, because I there. I slept with my door open. I mean, and you even said you were like, if someone comes into this house, brooks Dying first, 100%. Because I'm at the top of the stairs with my door open, like, ripped.

[Brooke]

Like, oh, I know it's dark. No, when I was going to sleep, I was like, oh, my gosh. Like, what came in here? I'm like, brook's room is right next to the stairs. And then Katie and Jack and then me and Ry. Like, I'm literally thinking.

[Danielle]

You're plotting. You're like, well, at least I have a few lines. Like, surely all your butt.

[Brooke]

No, not actually. I was worried for you.

[Danielle]

I was not really worried about that. I. I definitely heard noise. I didn't hear rustling, but I just heard stuff. But I convinced myself I heard water running at one point, like, actively, and it sounded like someone was doing the dishes or something.

[Brooke]

Oh, you did say the next morning.

[Danielle]

Was someone who's up late doing the dishes.

[Brooke]

And they're like, nobody.

[Danielle]

Literally no one, you know, I was like, okay, great. But I convinced myself that it was other people in the house because there were so many people staying there, that I was like, surely someone's got to be a sleepwalker or something like that. It's like someone's in it, has insomnia, and they're like, like, you know? Yeah, I've got to convince. I was like, maybe.

[Brooke]

Guys, I just spilled computer all over my outfit, literally.

[Danielle]

Is it on the shorts, too?

[Brooke]

Oh, yeah, it's on the shorts, too.

Oh, God.

And then Ryan's white dress shirt hanging in the closet. I thought it was a ghost. Like, like the old school ghost with the sheet on top. Like, I was, like, freaking out.

Oh, my God. I don't like to hang clothes up, like, in the manner of, like, a person that I could see it. Because that for. Does freak me. I do get that.

In the manner of. Wow. You think about it all.

I. I, like, I'm not gonna hang.

You don't face it. Like, it was.

[Danielle]

No. Like, I would put it, like, in my closet, in the bathroom, or, like, somewhere out of sight.

I do. That would kind of freak me out.

Yeah, it was freaky. I should have just shut the.

Like, a suit jacket in the corner.

Oh, my.

Yeah. All you need is a pumpkin head, I feel like. And it's like, he's you, right? Like.

No, that's so true. Yeah. So true. So that was my panic. But, yeah, the house was stunning. But there were, like, a lot of us in this house, which is good. There was lots of rooms, lots of things. But it was a hot few days on Cape Cod.

[Danielle]

A hot few days to be in a house with no AC on the bottom floor, which is most of the house. Upstairs was just the bedrooms, like, where we slept. Yeah.

[Brooke]

Yeah. And yeah.

[Danielle]

No. So no ac. They were like. We left the doors open. Literally. Doors open.

[Brooke]

No owner's like, yeah, turn on all the AC units upstairs, and the windows are open downstairs. And when I saw that, I was like, I feel like that's a little scary.

[Danielle]

They're really trusting. It's a. It's a key under the mat type.

[Brooke]

Of town, I guess, which is awesome. Wholesome, maybe.

[Danielle]

I don't know. I, like, err on the side of caution always. Like, I. Even if in a town like that, like, give me the home security system, I want to be locked up.

[Brooke]

Like, yeah, yeah, no, for sure. Like, go. We definitely went to bed with some unlocked doors. Like, yeah. I was thinking.

[Danielle]

And once again, I had to let go because I realized.

[Brooke]

Let go. Like, God, Yeah.

There was no use being though.

[Brooke]

No. But it was also an issue because the windows were open, which equals bugs, which Brooke loves bugs. So it was fine.

It was awesome. It was awesome, honestly.

[Brooke]

Yeah.

I really liked when I got attacked by mosquitoes when we were preparing for bed. That was really awesome. When I was washing my face and, you know, getting all cozy, and I got three bug bites in rapid succession.

[Brooke]

We were literally in the upstairs bathroom. And I feel bad because I feel like sometimes. And I'll say this, I undermine your bug bites because I know you.

[Danielle]

Yes. Well, because you. You probably have small ones. And you don't know that. It's not, you know.

[Brooke]

Well, it's just. I feel like you do get bit by bugs a lot, and I just don't relate. Like, I think it's our blood type. I don't know. And I always don't sweat.

[Danielle]

We the dance where everybody's profusely sweating so much, and I was like, God, aren't you. I look at Danielle. Dry. So dry.

[Brooke]

Were you sweating?

[Danielle]

Yes, I sweat on my upper lip. I was so. You told me. I did.

[Brooke]

I forgot.

[Danielle]

But I used that spray, so it was not. It was like beat.

[Brooke]

It was, like, beating up. It wasn't ruining the makeup. It was just beating on top. Like a condensation on a condenser. On a Coca Cola.

[Danielle]

Exactly.

[Brooke]

Or a Diet Pepsi.

[Danielle]

Oh, gosh. Yeah. So I got bit by bugs. I got. I'll just say it. I got a bug bite on my face. Who the gets bug bites on their face? I did when I was.

[Brooke]

Oh, yeah.

When I was washing my face, it. So now it looks like a pimple, which is. That's fine. But, like, you know, I have clear skin right now, so, like, that's really annoying.

[Brooke]

I know. It's like, you've worked so hard.

[Danielle]

No. And it's so itchy. And I'm restraining the feeling of wanting to claw at it. Because that's the other thing about. They leave a really bad scar.

[Brooke]

Like, if you really.

[Danielle]

That's what I like. Every scar that I have on my body is an old bug bite. Yes.

This was 2006. Big mosquito here. That's really funny.

So funny. We were literally, like, as we literally always do, recapping the night. Blah, blah, blah. We're talking Brooks actively washing her face. And she goes, oh. She grabs her cheek. She goes, I just got a mosquito bite. I was like, oh, for sure. Like, so dramatic. She turns her head. You guys, we're gonna put this photo in the newsletter, which is linked down below. I lost it. I was like, oh, oh, mama. You got a bug bite on your chin.

And then I got one on my back. And then you got one.

Because spiders are part of the ecosystem. I know. They kill the other bugs.

Yeah. And it's just like, she feels so bad. They work so hard, but does she.

Well, no. It's like webs that no like, spiders outside. Like, in our, like, back deck, we'd always have these spiders, like, create these beautiful webs. And she would, like, get emotional if Freddy, like, took a mop and.

No, it was a whole okay to get emotional. That's like. I understand. Like, not just let it be, but.

[Brooke]

Feels for the spirit. No, I'm serious. I know.

[Danielle]

Does she, like, admire the webs? Like, she's like, it's beautiful.

I don't know. She just. I think she just, like. I see where she's coming from. Like, but it's so funny.

Okay. I want to talk about the wedding, though, in the sense of, like, people had a lot of questions on the embargo situation, on the not posting and, like, whatever. Because people are like, I cannot believe you guys pulled this off. You went on, like, a whole sneaky trip. Even my friends were like, holy. The wedding happened.

[Brooke]

Like, I know. Like, wait, you're on the cape?

[Danielle]

Like, yeah, yeah. No, I thought. I, like, went and came back and they were like, I saw you there, but I was confused.

[Brooke]

Like, oh, like, I'm by my friend. Yeah. Like, Brooks and Massachusetts.

And I realized that we did a fantastic job of secret mission secretly. Yes. So it's the interesting thing with these influencer weddings, which I do not consider this an influencer wedding. It really was. There was maybe two tables, 16 people total that were from the social media universe. The rest of everybody was a friend from college or home or.

Yeah. And that's including their plus ones, right? Like. Yes, sorry, sorry.

[Danielle]

I was accounting for the two tables.

Yeah. Probably like eight of us.

[Danielle]

Yeah.

That do social media for a living. Very give or take.

Very, very curated group in a good way. Like, I feel like it was really thoughtful who they invited.

No. But we could say, like, basically it. There was a Thursday welcome party. Friday, the wedding. So that's the setup.

Yeah. And thank you to you and Ryan once again. Now I understand that you had to have a meeting about it.

Not actually. I just said one thing to him. Joking.

By the way, you know Brooke, she's a little weird. Like.

[Brooke]

No, it was the day. It wasn't even going into the trip. It was on the wedding day on Friday. Oh, yeah. It wasn't going into the trip on Friday. I was like, by the way, like, oh, that's amazing. I. I could tell that you were a little down that you didn't have your man there, which was so fair. But it really wasn't making it our problem. But I. I know you and I.

[Danielle]

But then I feel like I wasn't like.

[Brooke]

But then. No.

[Danielle]

Then the wedding hit and I said.

[Brooke]

Well, the afternoon dose hit and that was good. Boom. Done. No, for sure. Like, I. You didn't make it any much problem, but I just know you and I knew that it meant a Lot like you wanted him to be able to be. Yeah, he wanted to be there.

[Danielle]

New people that I wanted him to meet and stuff.

[Brooke]

Right.

[Danielle]

I feel like I'm telling stories about him as if he's like a storybook character. Like, that was the weirdest part. I was like, he's kind.

[Brooke]

Yeah.

And they're like, okay.

[Brooke]

Oh yeah. Because Tori's like, what is he like?

Let me tell you stories about this.

We got to meet Tori's boyfriend, which was really fun. And she was just really wanting to meet back.

Her friends have really awesome boyfriends. Like I will say, I feel like.

[Brooke]

Literally all of them, Literally all of the boyfriends. So special. So, yeah, we took. We me, Ryan and Brooke flew from New York to Boston and then rented a car. Debates if we should. Maybe next time. We would have just driven the whole way, but we weren't sure when you were gonna be able to go.

[Danielle]

I know, I got it. Look, I hopped on a plane, so I. That's what I told my mom today. I was like, I couldn't have a say because as with every plan, in this case, I hopped on.

[Brooke]

You know, I couldn't just like, yeah, it.

[Danielle]

So thank you for having me. I felt like the kid in the back seat. I was being chauffeured around. Honestly, it was lovely, I have to say.

[Brooke]

I hope so.

[Danielle]

I was a long way. We multiple stops. Ryan's taking his calls. It was fun.

[Brooke]

No, I was getting nervous though, cuz you're so team go. I was like, Ryan's like making wrong turns and then he's like, I got to stop at the running store. I'm like, oh my God.

The wrong turn was bad. That was a bad wrong.

[Brooke]

You downplayed it so well.

You're just going to do a quick loop around. We had to go through the entire city of Boston.

[Brooke]

It was an extra 15 minutes for sure.

Yeah, that was bad. I knew it because in Boston I had made. You guys know on there's like a.

What's with the driving in Boston? Like actually like everything's so confusing. The signage.

[Danielle]

I do agree the signage could be worked on.

[Brooke]

It's better in New York Underground.

[Danielle]

What like what. What road is that? I'm trying to think about? It's like the highway. Basically when you're going into Boston from like the airport, Cambridge, like any area I have made when I used to live there, I made that wrong turn literally all the time.

[Brooke]

Oh, so you did an extra round.

[Danielle]

I would have to go back because the exits are. Are they come up on you fast.

[Brooke]

They come up on you fast, and it's like, you don't want to err on the side of caution, of, like, you don't want to switch into another lane and get into a car accident. So. But yeah, we went to Mary Lou's, which was such a highlight for those of you that listen live in Massachusetts and get to get Mary Lou's coffee all the time. Like, I'm jealous. They had multiple iced decaf coffee flavors, which was so fun. Brooke, on the other hand, had an experience.

I. I struggled at Mary Lou's at least the first.

[Brooke]

Every time, though.

[Danielle]

Every time. Now, people who have an allergy, you relate to this, and maybe. Maybe you err on the side of caution, and you like this. For me, I hate this. When you say, I'm allergic to xyz, I say, I'm allergic to peanuts. And they. You see the shock? Look, you know, I could tell how serious the place takes it based on how the employee reacts.

[Brooke]

You know, training.

[Danielle]

Like, in training, they tell you. So I could tell this employee took it very seriously. And she's like, basically, like, sirens went off. She was like, peanut, it was really serious. I was like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's not that serious. Like, literally, like, I'm not gonna die. Like, I. I was, like, making.

[Brooke]

I was like, no EpiPen here.

[Danielle]

No. No Benadryl. Only, like, because what.

[Brooke]

It was about mocha.

[Danielle]

So, yeah, she was like, well, our. Our syrup that we use in every drink, like, it might have nuts. And I was like, well, you would know if the syrup you use in every coffee had peanuts. Like, yeah, you would know. I assure you.

[Brooke]

Yeah, yeah.

[Danielle]

Literally all the time. But then she, like, said something to someone else, and then, you know, they're flagging it, and they. They whip out the binder. The allergy binder. I hate it. Hate to see an allergy binder coming.

[Brooke]

I've never seen an allergy binder ever. And all I hear is, Brooke, go, Danielle. Look, they've got the binder out. I'm like, what binder? And you're like, the allergy binder.

[Danielle]

It's the ingredient list, and it says, what's safe to consume? What's not safe to consume? This one was actually not an ingredient list. It was. Was just. If you are allergic to xyz, do not have these items. If you are allergic to these items. My allergy is a little different. Like, I can have things that have cross contamination. I can have things that, like, it's not.

[Brooke]

She's flexible.

[Danielle]

Yeah, it's a flex allergy. It only. Only hits when it needs to.

[Brooke]

[Danielle]

Yeah. But if, you know, you know, I'm sure that if you're allergic to dairy or gluten. I've had this. Like, I go to Applebee's and they're like, like, you know, I'm like, can I order the chocolate milkshake? And they're like, they bring over the binder. Like, it's just the.

They make it your problem.

[Danielle]

And I like, you want to take that risk? Here's the binder. Like, you know, and then I'm like, all right. And then I'm like, well, maybe shouldn't I. Like, then it starts to. You start.

[Brooke]

Then they. They tell me. They're like. I don't know if they're. Supposing they lean in. They're like, well, son, the syrup that's in all the drinks, it's made out of Swiss mist hot chocolate mix. So if you could have that, you're fine. Fine.

It's like, well, way to break the facade.

Like, Like, I have that literally all the time.

[Brooke]

Okay. Like, I've had twist this hot chocolate. Like, great.

It was so dramatic.

So dramatic. But also like, I don't know why. I don't like knowing that information. Like, don't you.

Yes. No. It was so nice. On our way back, we also went to Mary Lou. We did the drive thru. This time no one was behind us in the drive thru, but we were overwhelmed. Bro, I've never. Brooke is always prepared for a coffee. Like, she knows exactly which ones. And I was thinking, we already went to Mary Lou, so. No, Brooke was overwhelmed.

She couldn't figure that menu was crazy.

You did a prank. So then we were delayed a little bit longer for that because I saw.

How crazy the menu was. Random drink names. I'm like, oh, do you guys remember during the holidays when you could order the. Like you had your boyfriend order the fala latte. So I was like, fuck it. I'm whispering to Brooke in the backseat, I'm gonna do a break.

And like, people are like, wow, Brooke, you didn't laugh. I was like, I. Like, I wasn't sure if he even took it seriously, but clearly he did. Yeah, right?

Well, I didn't think so either because I'm like laug as I say it. But I think because we are a lot. We're already giggly. So he probably didn't take it because he had already ordered. Guys, he ordered me an iced vanilla latte with cream. I like, re. Watched the video and you hear him. I'm like, no, we don't get that. But that was very. He was really sweet.

We pulled up, he immediately ordered. I was like, wait, you already ordered?

Did you order? Like, we didn't tell you what to get, but yeah, I made him to.

Yes. No, when we showed up, I've seen that a lot. Yeah. There's, like, a swag bag that you, like, fill with, like, items you want.

It was really fun.

Yes. And then the custom drinks. They were different on the welcome party than the actual wedding. Like, there was.

Yeah, there were. And that's. You know, the dog is always involved in the wedding, so hers was the.

It. No, the hats were iconic. They were custom, like, embroidered. Like, they were nice, too.

We all, after the party, went home and put on our hats. And, like, for some reason, when you put on a hat late at night, you just feel a little sillier. It was so fun.

I had, like, literally one drink. I was not.

We have videos on Tick Tock of Brooke explaining, like, Labubus and, like, because Clara and Katie were at a liquor store and saw there were four little boo Boos left and they bought them and they were like, oh, my God, this is so exciting. Like, we found some rare Labubus upon. Or when Clara brought them out, I was like, oh, those are fake for sure. Like, I thought we all.

We all were in a line with.

Like, a liquor store.

Like, they do not sell the boo Boos at liquor stores.

It was just the most gorgeous wedding. We just discussed that. Like I've also like aesthetically, but like.

Every detail was like every detail was absolutely incredible. It was like right by the beach. Hydrangeas everywhere. Uhhuh.

So many hydra. Literally so many.

[Brooke]

I've never seen more hydrangeas in my life. There are these large stairs to walk down. It was very grand.

It was so grand. I was, were you thinking like, don't trip?

[Brooke]

No, of course. And I was like, oh my God, is Gretchen walking down these stairs? She did in fact walk down those Stairs.

[Danielle]

And she gracefully. Gracefully and smiling the whole time. Literally radiant.

[Brooke]

I was like, we're all sobbing. Like, poor. Our row is like. And I think it was just also emotional, which I can't even get to. We already cried on our.

[Danielle]

Yeah.

About it. But, like, we were thinking about, like, her dad.

[Danielle]

And, like, that's why it was definitely. I mean, it was emotional because it's our friend growing up.

But yeah, they.

It was really so many, like, ties to her dad. And like.

It was just so sentimental. It started raining during the ceremony. I. And like, there were a lot of moments when it was like they were talking about her dad. And then it would be like a huge clap of thunder and it was like.

Or like a bird would fly right over.

It was weird. There was lots of circles. Like, she would be like, you know, I feel my dad with me today. Like, boom. Like, and it was like. Oh, my. Like, it was. I cannot express.

Like, it was like, beautiful. And. Yeah. And then it started to rain. But, like, you would not even know. We did not get wet. Those wedding planners handed out umbrellas faster than you could say fast.

[Danielle]

I couldn't even believe it. I couldn't even believe. Like, I feel like I blinked and I had an umbrella in my hand.

[Brooke]

It was awesome. And they were like the big, nice umbrellas too. So, like, we really didn't get. I saw some people were randomly soaked. I don't know know if, like, the way they were sitting, maybe they thought.

[Danielle]

They'Re too good for an umbrella. You know, some people are like, that's kind of embarrassing to hold on.

[Brooke]

Umbrella.

[Danielle]

Yeah, I'll hold it all day long.

[Brooke]

I hold that umbrella. No, it was amazing. Like, we literally didn't get wet. It's. We all went into the cocktail hour, which was right next to the ceremony. So it was like an easy. And then it stopped raining.

[Danielle]

Every locate. Like, it was so many different locations. And that was so cool. Like, the welcome party was on at, like, the actual, like, hotel part. I guess it was like outside of a restaurant. A really popular restaurant.

[Brooke]

Yeah. And like, looking at the beach. So, like, on your way to the beach was this area. Area.

[Danielle]

Wait, I was talking about the welcome party.

[Brooke]

Oh, sorry. Hi.

[Danielle]

Up on a hill. And then the ceremony was like, more on the way to the beach. Yes, it was very cool. It was like a rotating stepping stuff. Like, we got to, like, unlock new spaces.

[Brooke]

Yeah. And then, like, after the cocktail, we unlocked the dinner area, which was so beautiful. And the food was so good.

[Danielle]

Food was incredible.

[Brooke]

The speeches were amazing.

[Danielle]

Yes. You got double steak, right?

[Brooke]

I got double Turt or double turf. You can surf and turf.

[Danielle]

Yes. It was salmon and steak. Like literally my perfect meal. My dream day. Cute.

Cute. There was bread and butter. It was so good. There was. Oh my God. In the burrata and mozzarella and so good tomato before was delicious. Like everything so beautiful too.

[Danielle]

Like the tablescape. Just everything. The speeches were amazing. So funny. The second speech. The second guy speech was so. I found it fondly. It was really funny.

Yeah. Cuz that was. Max had two best man. That's bestman. Yeah, this. They were both really funny. But the second one was really, really funny.

So it was, like, dark, but then just red.

And it was very moody. Like, they had. And it was a real. Like, I felt like I was in Europe. Dj, like, you know, he was Euro for sure. Like, he was up there. Are like.

Yes, Burgers and fries. A bar. And then it was just like the dance floor. And I, We. We had heard because we know that Gretchen Max love a club. Like, they love a. They love the grand in Boston, specifically. Fun club where you get, like, the sign and the bottle girls and like, that's kind of like a real. A real club club. Yeah. Yeah. I think. You know why they love it so much? Because they would go in college, right?

[Brooke]

So it was like, so their relationship. Very sentimental. Yeah, no, it was. It was a blast. And she had her bridesmaids. They were all in, like, little black dresses, right?

[Danielle]

Yeah. Everybody changed into a black dress. And then she changed into, like, a white dress. And they came out with, like, the sparkler things. They handed out flashing cowboy hats to everybody. Stick the flashing sticks. Well, actually, there was glow sticks first. I like, was.

[Brooke]

Was like, say, oh, yeah, we're, like, getting dressed our glow sticks.

[Danielle]

I love a glow stick. It was so fun. And then they changed the light color and then they came out and it was. It was epic. I have to say. I haven't seen a wedding do that yet.

[Brooke]

No, it was awesome. It, like, the Vibes were already high, and it just brought the vibes even higher.

[Danielle]

Totally. And everybody was once again on the dance floor.

[Brooke]

Oh, yeah.

[Danielle]

It almost felt like the people multiplied. I was like, did we gain people?

[Brooke]

People just ran to the dance floor. I feel like.

[Danielle]

Yeah.

[Brooke]

And they're playing like, no Broke boys. Like, it was just peak peaking.

[Danielle]

Core memory. Feel like a core memory. Like, something that was. I can't even imagine what they think about it. Like, they're probably, like, so happy that.

[Brooke]

I hope that I know. I just. Knowing Gretchen, Max, they were just sitting over there giggling the next day, like, looking. Just recapping everything. I would love to be in that debrief. We. We had a little debrief text with her, which was nice.

[Danielle]

Yeah, she. She was.

[Brooke]

But I know.

[Danielle]

I feel like you feel FOMO on your wedding day. You're like, wait, tell me what you guys got.

[Brooke]

I know, right? Like, tell me the story about you.

[Danielle]

Like, what happened in your house. House.

[Brooke]

No, seriously? Yeah. We all went back after, and we were just giggling at. In the house.

[Danielle]

Some people were drunk.

[Brooke]

Some people were drunk. I feel like most. I'd say three fourths of our group was pretty drunk.

[Danielle]

For sure. For sure. I almost didn't even realize how drunk I was, but I think I was sweating so much that it was coming out. Honestly, I think I peed once the entire wedding day.

[Brooke]

I'm not surprised.

[Danielle]

But it came out, so it has to come out somehow.

[Brooke]

Yeah. But then we do have to quickly tell the story.

[Danielle]

We do. We do.

[Brooke]

We got permission.

[Danielle]

We do have permission. You know, Clara burst. She presents online, and she truly is so put together. Like, so, you know. Oh, guys, we're hanging out. Like, we're gonna need, like, an app. Let me make one.

[Brooke]

Let me, like, yeah, I've made. Or like, oh, I'll make the dress. I'll help you with. Yeah. She's so amazing.

[Danielle]

She really is. And she's, like, motherly. Honestly, she's younger than all of us by far.

[Brooke]

Yep.

[Danielle]

Literally all the time.

[Brooke]

And she even younger than me.

[Danielle]

Yes. But she still has her together. Like, it's. It's impressive. But it was time, you know, the night's over. It was time. Everybody had, like, progressively, I guess, gone up, gone to sleep. I. I hadn't seen her in a while. I didn't see her since the wedding, so I just figured, okay, she went up, went to bed, you know, But I was going to my bedroom. It was time for me to turn in. I said, good night, everybody.

[Brooke]

Me, Katie, and Brooke are downstairs like, cleaning up chit chatting Brooks. Like, I'm gonna go to bed. Good night.

[Danielle]

Good night.

[Brooke]

We were soon after you.

[Danielle]

You and I go upstairs and I open the door to my room and I find on my bed, Clara purse, sleeping upright, almost as if she's in a chair, arms crossed across her chest, full glam dress with the dirt from the. You know, it was muddy, and she just is sleeping.

[Brooke]

Oh, and a bloody toe.

[Danielle]

And a bloody toe.

[Brooke]

I'm gonna say it fully sleeping, sound soundly bed. Which, first of all, we know Brooke doesn't really with outside clothes on the bed. Even your own clothes.

[Danielle]

No. And so. And not ones with visible dirt specifically. Or blood. Oh, my God.

[Brooke]

She had stubbed her toe, by the way. And she did wrap it. It was wrapped.

[Danielle]

Her room was far from mine. That was the confusion part, because I was like, you do have your own room. Like, it wasn't like we were even close to sharing a bed like this. There was so much before that I didn't also objectively had the worst room in the house. Like, there was no. Like, it wasn't even a good room. Like, you know, so that's why I was confused. And I was like, am I. I think I was like, clara, are you. You good? And I thought that she was pranking me. Like, I thought that maybe there would be a camera in the corner. She'd be like, I was awake the whole time. Got you. But she wasn't. So then I ran back downstairs and I was like, guys, Clara's in my bed head.

[Brooke]

Like, no. Brooke goes, guys, Clara just scared the living daylights out of me. And I was like, what's going on? You're like, danielle, can you come help move her? I was like, what the do you mean I gotta go see this? Yeah.

[Danielle]

You thought I was once again being dramatic.

[Brooke]

It proves that, you know, red panics are warranted.

[Danielle]

Yeah, these. These were warranted panic. The bug bite warranted the.

[Brooke]

This.

[Danielle]

Okay, thank you. I brought Danielle upstairs, and she.

[Brooke]

She.

[Danielle]

She saw it with her under eyes, too.

[Brooke]

I walk in and I see, like, exactly how Brooke explained it. So then we're like, okay, we gotta wake her up.

[Danielle]

You're like, clara. Clara. And then you.

[Brooke]

I wish she took a photo kind.

[Danielle]

Of immediately, like, stood up and just started walking.

[Brooke]

We're like, like, oh, hi.

[Danielle]

Yeah. And we were like, oh, my gosh. Like, let's get you to bed. You know, you've been here for, like, a long time. She's like, I've literally been here for, like, six minutes. Six minutes. The. Like, it was such a specific amount of time.

[Brooke]

Like, not five minutes.

[Danielle]

Six minutes. Six minutes. Also, how do you even have a concept of time?

[Brooke]

Like, when you sleep, you don't know how long you've been.

[Danielle]

Yeah. And she was knocked out cold. Like, it was a. A slumber, which for sure. And then we cut. We told it. We talked about the next day. She was like. She said she. We could tell the story because I think it's funny, because she. You know, Cloud Purse after dark.

[Brooke]

Like, yeah, Cloudburst after dark is hilarious.

[Danielle]

So fun. I love Cloud Purse after dark.

[Brooke]

She's hilarious. So we still don't. She's. We FaceTimed her last night. She's like, I still don't really know why. Maybe I just was tired of walking and I.

[Danielle]

No. Yeah. There's no context of why she was in my bed. I thought maybe she wanted to hang out or something or. But there was a chair in the corner. If she was really gonna sleep upright, she could have slept in the chair.

[Brooke]

I know. And she said she does that sometimes.

[Danielle]

She says she does that. She's like, well, I sleep upright, literally all the time.

[Brooke]

Oh, that's strange. Poor girl.

[Danielle]

He's like, well, sometimes my back hurts and I'll fall asleep. Sleep. I don't think I. Maybe with the exception of an airplane, I. I don't think I've ever fallen asleep sitting up.

[Brooke]

No, but some people can just fall asleep.

[Danielle]

Like, of course. I can't think of anything less comfortable. That sounds awful.

[Brooke]

I know.

[Danielle]

No, no, I know.

[Brooke]

I was going to say all of the time again.

[Danielle]

I know.

[Brooke]

Sorry. All of the time count was probably at 72.

[Danielle]

Well, I guess, like, dad's fall asleep, like, in the chair. Did your dad ever do that? Yeah, in the recliner.

[Brooke]

Of course.

[Danielle]

But they're, like, back, like, you're, like, elevated. Yeah. No, I think that trope is so true. Like, the dad falling asleep snoring in the recliner.

[Brooke]

It is. It's such a trope. And then we woke up the next morning. Everyone kind of dispersed really early. And then there was just me, Brooke, and Ryan. And we also had to get going, but we got on the road.

[Danielle]

No, we had a day first.

[Brooke]

Well, we. Well, yeah. Brooke and I got coffees and breakfast.

[Danielle]

And we bought bracelets, and we brought bracelets.

[Brooke]

I said to Brooke, I was like, oh, my gosh. Because my mom reminded us. My mom went to go buy a Cape Cod bracelet. She was like, have you heard of these? I was like, oh, my God. Gosh, for literally years Since I had a babysitter when I was 8 years old named Courtney, and she always had this really beautiful two tone bracelet. And I was like, what is that? I love it. She was like, it's a Cape Cod bracelet. You gotta get it on Cape Cod. And so I always knew one day I'd go to Cape Cod and get. I think Gretchen has one too. And so I said to Brooke, I was like, let's get Cape Cod bracelets. I really, really want to get one. And Brooke was like, what?

[Danielle]

I. I was like, I'm not familiar with the, the Cape Cod bracelet, but, you know, I'll come with you. I'll support you. I thought that she was talking like a friendship bracelet or like, moment.

[Brooke]

Yeah, it's like, that's a little off.

[Danielle]

Brand, guys on the camera, it's a silver or just like a bangle with a little bead in the center of it. And it's like semi permanent. Like you can shower in it and everything. And it's pretty attached, but you can like unscrew it. But it's kind of a process.

[Brooke]

It is a process. It's beautiful, though. And we got the silver with the gold bead, and apparently it's.

[Danielle]

It says on the back, Cape Cod Jewelry Company. Nothing about this to me says Cape Cod, but, hey, I guess it's the thing.

[Brooke]

I know it started like, literally years ago, and I did notice just walking around the town, like, all the girlies had their little Cape Cod had bracelets on it, and so now we're. We're one with the people.

[Danielle]

I wasn't. That wasn't on my bingo card for the trip to get a new bracelet.

[Brooke]

No, I know. Well, actually, it started out I was just like, I'm gonna get one. Like, I, I. Do you want to get one? But I was like, Brooke, you know, Brook, starting to like to match a little more, which is really exciting. I said to Brooke, I was like, you know, we could get them together.

[Danielle]

If we agree on the item.

[Brooke]

Yeah. But I showed you the photo. You're like, oh, I'm sold. Where do we go?

[Danielle]

And I was like, you know, I wear. I wear bracelet more bracelets than you.

[Brooke]

Yeah. So it's nice to have like a little stack that, like, stays on.

[Danielle]

Yes. And it's cheaper than the Cartier love bracelet. I can get more behind this price point.

[Brooke]

So this was like 200. But then we were going to purchase them, and, you know, it was the same price for each of them. So it's like we could do two.

[Danielle]

Transactions or we can put on the company card. I've been addicted to using the company.

[Brooke]

We used that company card all weekend.

[Danielle]

All weekend. We're like, It's. We're doing. We're vlogging. We're doing. We're like, literally, the company. Company.

[Brooke]

The company needs it. But, yeah, because we're splitting things all the time. It's like, okay, I could buy our coffees or we could buy it with the gals in the go cart. It's unlocked a whole new thing, and.

[Danielle]

It'S literally the same money. Like, that's the thing. Like, we're acting as if it's like, fake money doing something wrong. It's like, no, this is our money.

[Brooke]

This is our money that we get to use. It's just an easier transaction. It was fun. We. One place we were using it. I was like, brooke, take a picture.

[Danielle]

Because it was our first time.

[Brooke]

It was our first time using it in person. Yeah. And so I was like, brooke, take a photo. And then the guy and the cashier was like, oh, my God. What if he's, like, scared? I was like, don't worry, you're not in it.

[Danielle]

And you guys were holding it. And then he goes, no, ma', am. I need your id. But he was like, he didn't care about.

[Brooke]

But he was like, I need your idea or something. And I was like, yeah. Hey.

[Danielle]

We told him our entire life story. We were like, we look, we just started the company. We're really excited.

[Brooke]

Yeah.

[Danielle]

Like, he goes, congratulations.

[Brooke]

Yeah. He didn't ask what the company was. He was just like, congratulations. Excited. We told him multiple times, we have a new company, so we have that photo for it to go in the newsletter, too. Like, quickly. There was a Jaws motif also on Cape Cod. There were sharks everywhere. One of my mom's friends was showing us, like, they're literally great whites everywhere. Like, the shark trackers. There's huge signs, like, big Jaws motif here, you know, so that was exciting.

[Danielle]

Go near the water, though, so were safe.

[Brooke]

We did not get to go to the beach, but I was, like, loving all the shark content around the town. Also, quickly, when Brooke was getting all these bug bites, I was like, do you have any calamine lotion? Tell me that's not. Like, that's what I grew up using when I got a book. But you put the calamine on it.

[Danielle]

But now it's 2025, and we have technology. Like, now, like, you don't have to use the pink. The last time I used calamine lotion, it was, like, separating. It was like, the layer of, like, alcohol to shake it stuff. Yeah. I feel like my family is like an old expired bottle in the back of the cabinet. But, like, no, you. We have. You can get now. They have Benadryl gel.

[Brooke]

Like, wow.

[Danielle]

Yeah, we have the technology, but I.

[Brooke]

Was just concerned, and I was like, yeah, I guess so.

[Danielle]

Like, you were like, oh, you can go put your Calmine lotion on. I was like, oh, okay.

[Brooke]

That's no need. Okay. I thought about me.

[Danielle]

You really think I go home and I'm just dousing my mom?

[Brooke]

I do. I do think that. But not anymore. Now. Now. Myth debunked. No calamine. No mini calamine in Brooks toiletry bag.

I learned because I have a doctor in the house. Or student doctor.

[Brooke]

Yeah.

[Danielle]

That you can just put some cortisone on it.

[Brooke]

Hell, yeah.

Because I don't really have any of the bug bite stuff on hand cortisone.

[Brooke]

Dab it right up.

[Danielle]

Yes. Yeah. It's nice. A little hack. Yeah. You have been thinking things about me recently. You thought you sent me, like, this shoe collab. You were. It's like New Balance shoe collab.

[Brooke]

Oh. Oh, I want that. I was showing you it.

[Danielle]

I like them, too. It just was. What is it? It's like the.

[Brooke]

They look. The New Balance has a Miu Miu shoe, like, a Miu Miu sneaker, and they came out with, like, a non mew mew version that's more affordable that I plan to purchase. But I sent it to you, I guess, because Brooke has a pair of aloha sneakers and I look like I Love them. And I always think they look like the Mimu sneaker. So I don't know. I guess it was.

[Danielle]

But then I was like, do I give designer dupe? And you were like kind of.

[Brooke]

Oh.

[Danielle]

You were like, in the best way. Kind of like, yeah, you did write.

[Brooke]

Something back like that. I did, yeah. But I guess I was more so saying, you know, when you get like lazy and you respond to something, you're like, sure. Like, I don't know.

[Danielle]

Yeah, you're like, I don't know.

[Brooke]

It's because I'm glad I got to explain to you what I really meant.

[Danielle]

But I do like, you know, I can't justify like a really expensive bracelet at the moment. So I get the Cape Cod.

[Brooke]

No, same. Hey, I'm all about the tubes.

[Danielle]

Yes. Literally all of the time.

[Brooke]

All the time. So I do think that's all we have time for. I have another story that we'll tell in next week's. Because it doesn't have to do with Cape Cod. So that was the. But we hit all of our.

I know. It was really. This week was really just Cape God. Like I feel like. God.

[Brooke]

But it felt like we were there for centuries.

[Brooke]

Centuries. But it was camping. Yeah, we did feel like we were camping at times in the house. Like not in Cape Cod, just our house was a little hot because the.

First night I didn't mention that I slept room because we couldn't figure out the lights in the bedroom that like, you know, was the. The bedroom that I was intended to sleep in. For some reason, which I think is.

[Brooke]

Kind of funny, cuz it was dark out and you're like, I can't sleep in here. Like the lights don't work.

[Danielle]

That was spooky. It was like.

[Brooke]

I know, but we're just about to go to sleep.

[Danielle]

I like do things in my room before sleep. I like pots around. I do. I was up later than everybody. I was like, you guys are kind of wimps. Like, honestly. No.

[Brooke]

You were always the last one the in to bed.

[Danielle]

Like always so late. Like it was like 12:30. I was like, we're having a sleepover. Like stay up late, people.

[Brooke]

No, I know, I know.

[Danielle]

Like, I felt like I was up, like, you know, so I was going to see the sunrise.

[Brooke]

Looked at my phone till the break of dawn.

[Danielle]

But the first room that I slept in had no ac, so I slept with the doors open.

[Brooke]

Like, so would you rather have no AC or no lights?

[Danielle]

No lights. No lights. For sure. It was camping. There was a lantern on my side table.

[Brooke]

Yeah. So she slept in the little boy's room the first night. I have a hilarious photo of Brooke in the little twin bed. Like, no sheets on. We, like, are like, hey, Brooke, we're going to get coffee. And you're like, hey, no sheets. Just laying. It was so hot.

[Danielle]

It was so. It was so hot that I couldn't even use a blanket. Yeah, I did that to myself, though. I didn't realize that there was no AC unit.

[Brooke]

I wouldn't have either.

[Danielle]

It was warm and it was right next to the bathroom. I felt like I was going golfing. Everybody was up going golfing. I, like, heard everybody. I was like, like, boys, we got to go, like, get some birdies or.

[Brooke]

I don't know what you're saying.

[Danielle]
