B
Happy Wednesday.
A
Happy Wednesday. It's almost Thanksgiving.
B
It's almost Thanksgiving. We're back on land.
A
We're back on land. We got our sea legs out. Did you actually.
B
A little.
A
No, no.
B
Did you? There was like a few times I was like, laying in bed, like when I was home, being like, ooh, I'm on. I feel like I'm like rocking. Yeah. But maybe because I was paying attention to it.
A
You were like thinking with my eyes closed, like, think. Yeah, I was like, I never got seasick on our Disney cruise. You didn't either.
B
No, I don't get seasick.
A
No, no, no. Yeah, I don't either. But I did on the last cruise I was on.
B
But I don't know, it was like turbulent. This was very soft, very, very, very gentle cruise.
A
I did not know we were moving.
B
I know. You actually kept asking. You were like, are we even moving?
A
No, guys, I don't.
B
Doesn't matter.
A
Like, I was so convinced. I was, like, looking at the maps also. Guys. Yep. Invisalign voices here.
B
Let's address the elephant.
A
The elephant in the room. Guys, I got Invisalign yesterday and I feel like a 12 year old that, like went. Got their braces.
B
I think that you will. You visually, you can't tell. I will say that you can't tell.
A
I see. So I like, told them for attachments. I was like, let's do them all on the side so I can't really, really tell. And he was like, you might, like, have a little bit of a voice. Like, your voice might sound a little different for, like, a day or two.
B
Because you're getting used to it. Yeah, it's a new thing in your mouth. I mean, that's kind of major, right?
A
It's a new thing in my mouth. I really. I can't feel it too much, but I am noticing my voice a little, and I said to Brooke, I was like, I think I'm actually gonna try and keep the Invisalign in, because I only get two hours of the day, you guys, that I don't need to wear them, and I'm. My goal is to get them off sooner than later.
B
So you're gonna pretty strictly follow that rule.
A
I'm gonna. I'm gonna try. And I will say, I was at an event yesterday, and they're passing around grilled cheeses, and I was like, I literally, like, I can't just, like, pop one in, you know, like, you got to take out the trays.
B
That's kind of like.
A
It's a nice little.
B
Oh, a sneaky hack. Yeah. I would love to, but I. I've got my teeth.
A
No, I. I've got my teeth in. No. I know. I'm so sad right now, but I'm having a lot of trouble with taking them out. No one warned me about this.
B
Yeah. Because they're so tight.
A
It might be because my nails are a little bit longer right now. They're really tight. And apparently your first few aligner trays are, like, really, really tight. Really, really tight. But, like, I already, like, broke something, and I called them immediately. They're like, it's fine. Like, you don't need that one.
B
I was like, that's so, like, rubber bands coated, like, you know, it was.
A
The rubber band thing, really? Yeah. Because we talked about this, but they put, like, a hook on the back for me to.
B
Yeah.
A
And they were like, you don't need to do it this time. When you come back, we'll talk about the rubber bands. And again, I said to him, like, maybe at night, I'll wear.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
So they were like, it's fine. Like, you're not even doing the rubber bands right now, but, like, it's hard to get them out. I had to order shout out to all of you. I've gotten so many tips from our gal pals. Like, you need to get this Invisalign cleaner. Like, it's like an ultrasonic cleaner. You. At night, you just pop it in. It, like, swishes it around.
B
Oh, cool.
A
There's a liner remover, so they kind of look like floss sticks, but instead of, like, using your nails to get back in there. And it's not as easy as, like, a retainer.
B
I was gonna say with my retainer. I've used, like, denture cleaners.
A
Yeah, yeah.
B
Like, the tablets, like, you, like, do, like, the hot water and, like, you just fill your sink and, like, drop it in.
A
So satisfying or whatever.
B
Yeah.
A
The gunk. Come on. I mean, I haven't done it yet. I got them literally yesterday, but it's been a journey.
B
Wow. I am so happy for you. Taking initiatives to. I, like, forgot the day was here. I knew it was coming because you were like, no. Like, you know, I remembered it was like, mid November. Yeah, it's coming. It's coming. Big things coming.
A
And you were like, oh.
B
And then it was like, I saw your story. It was like, it's Invisalign day. I was like, hol, today is the day.
A
No. And I was me. As I do. I make a big deal out of everything.
B
That's a big. This is worthy of making a big deal. I'll give it to you.
A
Ryan was like, but you're not going to, like, look different. I was like, but it's different because I kept being like. Because I'm dramatic. I'm like, last time you're going to see me without Invisalign, like, what do you say? You know, I'm just like, everything, like, all weekend. I was like, oh, my God, like, tomorrow I'm going to have Invisalign. I can't. I can't just, like, grab a coffee and, you know, and just be fine. But I'm already. I'm already drinking iced coffee with a straw. Like, I don't care.
B
Breaking the rules.
A
But, yeah, so I just had to address the elephant in the room, which also maybe, like, I shouldn't do, because then now you guys are going to notice it. But, like, I. I. When I posted about Invisalign, everyone was like, actually, can you please get me updated? Like, I've always wanted to do this stuff like that. So, yeah. Invisalign awareness. Hey, that's me.
B
You're the Invisalign influencer. We need it.
A
Yes. Yes. You're welcome.
B
Now, Invisalign representation.
A
Yes. You know, your community. I'm now on Invisalign. TikTok. It's, like, really sent you one. Guys, there's something called Invisalign face. I'M here for.
B
That's. That's a good. That's a nice. Everything has, like a good side effect and a bad side effect.
A
Yeah, like. Right, yes.
B
It's a positive side effect here.
A
Positive side effects. So we've got Invisalign face and Accutane nose. You know, like, so what does it do? This one woman like, posted like, does anyone else know? I mean, it got 30, 000 likes. So I think that means people are relating to it. But it was like, she was like, I feel like my jaw is more snatched. But also, some people were commenting, like, it could also just like, maybe you lost a little weight because you're like, not eating as. Like, you know, you're snacking as. So I don't know. But I'm here for it all. I would love a snatch jawline.
B
So, I mean, that would be lovely. Like, everybody wants a free. Like, I feel like everybody wants a little chin lipo for free. But, like, I don't want to go through it. Like, the process, that's very low on my list. I don't know about you.
A
Like, that's like, yeah, you know, that's not. That's not there.
B
But like, I would love the look, but like, the process of it.
A
Like, no, no, I'm.
B
Thank you.
A
I will stick to filler in my nose.
B
Yeah, no, I'll stick to gua sha. Honestly, that's like, whenever I feel, like, puffy in the face, I'm just like, that. Me and that stone are best friends.
A
Like, yeah, you're good about, like, going to work. You're like, no, it's a gua shot day.
B
I. There are some weeks when I'm like.
A
It'S squash all week and it definitely helps. Or like, even ice rolling in the morning. Yeah, it does, like, change it up. I do feel they say it's like.
B
The consistency like anything else. They say that too. About workout. Unfortunately. True.
A
You're like, unfortunately, I'm seeing the results. You ran a 5k this weekend. Congrats.
B
Thank you, thank you, thank you. It's. It was a journey. I didn't realize that it was coming up so soon. Actually, like, I checked my app and I was like, holy. Like, I'm supposed to be running.
A
We're on the cruise. You're like, I got a 5k on Saturday.
B
I know. So I was like, I gotta get one more running before that. Because otherwise, like, I. I needed to train off kilter. I needed to train. It went well. I mean, I don't want to tell you Guys how high my heart rate went. Because, you know, people who are runners, like, you should never let it go. Yeah, whatever. Like, they give, like, some arbitrary number, though, you know, it should always be in zone two. I'm like, I'm in zone six.
A
Zone two for running. I could zone dude and walk.
B
Yeah, I know. No, they're like, zone two to three training. I'm like, I'm. I'm in. I'm past zone five.
A
Yeah, we're zone four. Five, Death Con five.
B
You know, I'm literally in zone six. Rip. Like, I am. It's so high.
A
You have to start somewhere. Oh, my God, my boot is getting stuck.
B
Your boot?
A
Don't mind me. I'm nice and sharp today.
B
You're giving kind of Americana with the red and the blue. The red nails and the blue.
A
Yeah, it is Americana. Red and blue today. I felt like wearing some color. It's opposite. I feel like normally you'd be wearing the color. No.
B
And I just. I couldn't. Oh, yeah. I'm, like, giving funeral. I couldn't think of an outfit today, you know, and it was just. I was like, I don't want to wear jeans. I wanted to wear pants due to the fact that. I'll get that into that in my panic. We'll get into that.
A
Oh, I'm excited on that topic. You know what I did this weekend that I've never done? I think maybe you do this, like, flipped my closet.
B
Yeah.
A
I've never done this before. I always just have everything in my closet for all the seasons. And I just got so frustrated this weekend getting dressed. I was like, that's a summer dress. That. And I was like, you know what? Our cruise is over. I don't have any more, like, summer trips for a while. So I took every single thing out of my closet that I wouldn't be wearing for next month, put it in a. To, like, those big moving bags, and thankfully, I'm very grateful. We have a storage unit, and I put them there. And now.
B
Oh, you really, like, got rid of, like.
A
Oh. I was like.
B
I don't want to say you flipped your closets, like, you know, to the more like.
A
Oh, yeah, I guess it's not. No.
B
Yeah.
A
No, this is.
B
Yeah, that's real. Flipping your closet. Like.
A
Like, some people put things under their bed.
B
Totally, totally. No, that's real.
A
Because I had also not put all of my coats out. Took all the coats out. Like, honestly, it made getting dressed this morning so exciting. So I was like, anything in this closet right now? I Could kind of wear like, obviously I kept some dresses out. Like holiday dresses.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
Really enjoying it.
B
Oh, that's fun, right? A little holiday. Yeah.
A
I mean, like, it's definitely gonna bite me in the butt when like, I feel like in January I'll end up going like I'm to go to Tampa, you know, but like a spring break or. Yeah, like Cabo. Stuff like that. We actually haven't even spoken the word.
B
No, we haven't.
A
But you're going to Mexico for. When is that?
B
That's like the third week of January. Okay, so we'll figure it out. Figure it out.
A
But I. I'd rather just like not look at my summer things right now because it, like, makes me frustrated. So I. I highly suggest. I know a lot of people do this purely because maybe they don't have room in their closet or whatever, but I'm seeing the benefits.
B
I feel that I just need to re. Do a reorganization because I'm very visual too. Like, I'll be like, I have no clothes. But then I'm forgetting about, like, actually I have a lot of pieces.
A
Yeah.
B
I really want to work with, but they're not front facing in front of me.
A
You gotta merchandise them for yourself.
B
Exactly. So I do need to do like a re. Not necessarily a flip because the way that I have things right now, like, it's fine.
A
It's just more so like what's in the front? Maybe.
B
Maybe a flip like that.
A
Yeah, like sweaters towards the front and then like tanks in the back. Back of the line.
B
Yeah, back in the line.
A
That was really fun. Well, I would love to hear what you're panicked about this week.
B
I panicked about. Yeah, I'm sorry. This is just gonna be TMI for everybody in this room. Right now. I'm having some issues going to the bathroom.
A
Oh, I just wanted to talk about it. Wait, still?
B
Since the cruise, I was able to go since then. Oh, wait, yes, I know hot girls have stomach problems.
A
Yeah, that's true.
B
I just have not really had this problem in my life. So that's why it's like weird and confusing. But I know why. It's. It's a side effect of going up on my antidepressant. Like, that is fully. It's a known thing. Like, it's like. I don't know what the link is. I'm not. Look, look, I'm not an expert. All I know is that that is a side effect.
A
Hey, we were saying before the podcast, I literally said to Brooke, like, you're so back like, so it's worth it. No, everything else in your life, I feel like, is going so well.
B
Oh, no, it's totally worth it. Like, I feel great. And mentally, like, I feel great. Like, I feel like I was like, you know, whenever you change it, I was like, you kind of like a jostle. Yeah, I feel great.
A
Feel no more disassociating present.
B
I feel great.
A
Oh, I'm so happy.
B
Seriously feel, like, motivated for, like, life. I feel like a zest for life, you know?
A
No, I could tell. And it's. You're a delight to be around. Not that you were before.
B
No, there's sometimes when I give dark energy.
A
No, you're not a dark energy type of person. But, like, I could tell, like, you're su. Extra motivated. And, like, I could tell when you're posting more. Yeah, like, I was, like, posting tik tok. I know.
B
I've. Because I've just been inspired, you know? Yeah, it's nice to feel inspired sometimes.
A
It's like, it really.
B
It's a good feeling.
A
Like, I want to film something right now. I want to tell the girls about it.
B
Exactly. Like, sometimes I'm just like, I. Like, my life has no meaning. I'm so purposeless. Like, I go down those. Like, not to be, like, so depressing, but I'm just like, what's the point of this? And then other times, I'm like, I have the best job in the world. Like, I need to talk to my friends online, you know?
A
Yeah. Anyway, I'm so glad. So pants.
B
So, so panicked. So. Yeah, I just have never had this problem. Really. If anything, I've had, like, the opposite problem.
A
Yeah.
B
Like. Yeah, Like, I. So I just don't know what to do at this point. I. I'm just gonna say it as it is. I don't have a problem with talking about poop. I feel like some people are like, this is. Oh, my God, that's disgusting. You shouldn't do that. I literally don't care.
A
No, everybody poops. There's a whole book about it.
B
I completely, completely agree. And the. Maybe this is something that, like, as I'm getting older, my friends are talking about it more also because I feel like it's something that it's, like, correlated with your health in a way. Like, you know what I mean? Like, you're like, I have, like, oh, I'm regular. Oh, I'm not. Yeah, I think it's. Yeah, it's a buzzy thing. Totally. And it's also, like, when I'm traveling, like, it's like a weird, like, subconscious thing that you don't feel comfortable, like, in the bathroom unless you're like, if you're traveling. I. I know I definitely have that.
A
You've. Yeah. And I feel like you've always had that.
B
Yeah.
A
You're like, no, I will wait till I get home.
B
Yeah.
A
Oh my God.
B
Yeah. I'm taking Miralax every day.
A
I felt so bad for you on the cruise. I mean, you were pulling all the stops.
B
Yeah. Since I've been home, I've really, you know, I was able to go like a little bit, but like, I just feel like we were. What were you saying when you and.
A
I were sitting in your hotel room after dinner that morning and you were like, oh, it's happening. I was like, go, go. I'll sit here, go. And you cannot lose this opportunity.
B
Like, I. I keep thinking that I have the opportunity and I'm like, I just don't. It's a really weird feeling to be like. And I just feel like it. I'm hoping it's just like a bout of time and not like my new reality. Because.
A
No, I'm not enjoying this. No, that's not an enjoyable thing. Like, that's just because I feel like you've always been the type of person, like, I like to get up early and have my coffee and do my thing and my day is going to be amazing. And like, when that can't happen, like, it. It sets off the day totally in a wrong way.
B
Totally, totally. And it's not really, like actively affecting my life. Like, oh, my stomach just hurts. But it's more so, like, I just feel uncomfortable.
A
So. So this ties in with jeans.
B
This ties in with jeans because, like, I want to wear black and I want to like, have. It'd be like a little. I'm wearing a belt. But like, it still is. Like, it's not suffocating. There's room for. It's not even bloat at this point. It's like poop. Like, honestly, like, that's what I'm saying. No, literally, I've tried everything. I'm on tik tok. I'm doing the stomach massages, I'm doing the, the yoga poses.
A
Yeah, usually. Yeah.
B
And I'm working out, so I'm trying to like, move things along.
A
You're running, you're drinking coffee.
B
I know. Cuz some people are like, I swear I get on that treadmill and I have to go to the bathroom. Like, I wish, I really wish. Yeah.
A
Sometimes when I get like we need to do another live show, you know?
B
Oh, like the other nervous poops. You're so right. I need to do something that's, like, crazy. We have something coming up that actually, like, probably will be poop inducing.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
You're good for that. Yeah, I think you'll be.
B
Yeah.
A
Cleared out that day.
B
Yeah. Let me know if you guys have any tricks. I'm just hoping that this is, like, a bout of time. And, like, I just feel uncomfortable. And I'm sure that everybody, like, goes through this, but that's my panic because panicking about it makes it worse. That's the thing. Like, now I'm in a cycle where it's like, oh, I can't do it. And, like, now I'm, like, not concerned, but it's like, you know, the day is growing. Today is growing.
A
No, it become. It's like now it's been a week.
B
It hasn't been, though.
A
Eight days later.
B
I. I've been able to, like, go. It's just not. It's not right.
A
Not how you would like it. And I hate when that happens. I think this is just a phase.
B
I think so too. Just a phase. It's not a phase.
A
I know. Is what I think of, like, the emo. It's mom phase. Mom.
B
Yeah. I got that emoji app you told me to get.
A
I know you've been using it with.
B
Yeah, it's really. I keep forgetting to use it. What's it called again?
A
Sticker. Oh, necessary emojis. But you have to go to stickers to use it. So sometimes they're really good, though. It hits and they look like real emojis. So it's like. Then people are like, how do you have that. Yeah, secret.
B
Secret. Apple gave me.
A
Yeah. Apple gave me special accents. I can't. They need to come out with some more emojis. Like, I have a whole list of emojis that I want.
B
You should sell it to them.
A
I know. I'm like, apple, there's a price. Yeah. I have a price. Wow. Well, I'm glad you have some stretchy, comfy room.
B
Thanks. No, I feel. And, like, you know, like, wearing all black. Like, I'm like, so.
A
I'm so black. Yeah.
B
Perfect. Honestly, I've been watching the new season, the Kardashians, and, like, they love an all black fit.
A
Yeah.
B
And honestly, it looks amazing. So bomb on them. Yeah.
A

Also one thing, then we can go to your Panic Kim Kardashian's lawyer video. Did you watch this video that she posted on her Instagram about her law journey? No.
A
Failing the book. Clearly not.
B
Oh my God. Strapping. You're gonna love it. It's like a vlog of her.
A
Oh, it's Chris's birthday. Is it like her getting ready for Kris Jenner's birthday?
B
No, it's her studying for the bar. Oh and she failed tldr. I mean she posted this. She posted like. Yeah, she first posted like I failed like story of like a in feed picture. Right like that.
A
Yeah, the story like you know, people thought it was Chad GVT or whatever her her statement. Oh I didn't Like, I just play, like, a good. A well dressed one on tv.
B
Oh, different about the show. Yeah. But then she, like, took the baby bar or whatever, like, and failed. So then she posted something like, you know, I tried really hard, but I'm gonna try again. Like, I'm not letting this get me down. And then she posted a vlog of her entire journey of, like, studying for it and everything. You're gonna love it. I'm like, suddenly I want to go to law school.
A
Is it on Instagram?
B
Yeah. I'm like, like, you're gonna love it. Like, the way she has her study materials.
A
Like, you're. Is it, like, organized? Well, yeah, of course.
B
Of course she has the neutral.
A
Like, skims note car are neutral.
B
Of course. You know, she's whiteboards and she's like, I have to memorize all of this by tomorrow. Like, and she's like, in her skim studying. I'm like, I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed.
A
Brook's gonna text me tomorrow. I'm actually applying to law school. See y'.
B
All. I know. I'm in, like, such a joyous mood. You don't know what's coming next. It could be anything.
A
Oh, my God. Sorry. My brother had called me twice, so I was like, let me just, like, glance down on my phone. He goes, coming up to the city, December 6th. See you that, like, what?
B
Oh, big, big city weekend. We'll have to get the boys together.
A
I know. The boys are back. Yeah, I met. Yeah, I met someone this weekend that. She's a follower of ours for, like, ever shout out. You know who you are. And she, like, has, like, DMed with Sal. Like, she was like, everybody DMs us out. No, I know.
B
She said.
A
She said that he shouted her out on the podcast. I don't know which episode, but, yeah, she was like. I felt really cool. She has, like, a boyfriend now and all this, but no, that's cool.
B
One thing about my brother is I don't know if he. I don't think he still does, but, like, there was a period of time where he was entertaining dms. Like, I don't know. I don't know what his status is. Like, he was like, yeah, yeah. I messaged back. I was like, wow, you are like, I don't answer my dms. Like, one thing about me, I'm not going to answer my DMs. Like, one thing. It's a personality trait.
A
I feel how you feel about dms. Yeah, you're not.
B
I know.
A
Which I have to say this actually this morning we had a meeting and you're like, I love DMs. I'm like, do you?
B
I like to. Yeah, like, people like, con, like, business contacts. Like, I would rather like, stay in touch over there. Like, I'm not gonna text you Happy birthday, but I'll reply to your story. Happy birthday.
A
Yes. Okay. I was just like, I didn't say anything, but I was like, no. Ow.
B
No, but like, then you get into a convo, someone and you are going back and forth.
A
Yeah, I love. I mean, you know, but I.
B
There's definitely, like times where people reply to my story and I like, see it fully and I'm like, I'm just not.
A
Yeah, that's what it is. That's what it is. Yeah. You're like, there's something.
B
You don't leave any unanswered. Right?
A
No, I definitely, like, I'll see something like, oh, I want to, like, really give a good response. I'll like, wait and then I forget. But like, usually, yeah, you would be.
B
Scared of the way mine looks.
A
No, I've seen. You've showed me.
B
Yeah.
A
Like, oh, my God. You're like. And it's fine, you know, it's a compliment. I'm like, okay. Which is true, you know, you're a busy woman.
B
I'm really not though. Like, that's like, I am, but, like, I'm not. I am, but I'm not, you know. No, I definitely have the time to like, sit and I feel like thinking about not replying is taking up time of replying.
A
Did you see this does not have to do with this. It just made me think about it. Tinks his video about being a village.
B
Yeah, you're like, oh, so you're not a villager?
A
No, it like got me. Because I feel like you and I both, like, are right in the middle of that. Like, yeah, it's like, depends on the day. But it is so true because I've definitely been there where I'm like, I don't like, want to go to this birthday dinner. It's like, but they would, like, like, totally. We can't like all be so lazy and be like, no, for self care. I need to stay home. But then there are days where it's like, no, I really mentally can't do.
B
Totally.
A
But I thought it was an interesting conversation. Yeah, you guys should go watch Tinks.
B
And I'm sure that you and I both, I mean, I can identify. Like, I have one friend who I know is an amazing villager. She will show up for anything, for anyone. And I think about it often. I'm like, wow, that is like. You know what I mean? Like, we might not even talk every day or whatever, but because she constantly shows up for me, I know that she's one of my. You know what I mean?
A
Yeah.
B
Like, it means something. Like, that means more to me than texting every week or whatever.
A
100. Like, I think that way about, like, Danielle and Bridget for us. I'm like, they would literally do anything for us. You're so right. I will do anything for them. And that's just, like, one example. But I was having this conversation with someone the other day, and we were like, oh, like, should we go to this thing to, like, support this person? It's like, well, she hasn't really done anything for me. It's totally. Then it's like, is that, like, up? Like, I don't know.
B
No. I don't want to be a person who thinks like that. My mom. I can hear my mom. You're like, you can't be like that.
A
But, like, no, totally.
B
But at the same time, like, I'm not. I'm kind of done expending energy on people. People who literally can't give me a cent. You know what I mean? Like, it's really. Well, they don't make pennies anymore. I know.
A
That's so depressing. Which I was thinking, like, what are we gonna throw in, like, the pond? Like, when you, like, throw a penny.
B
You'Re gonna have to step it up. You have to give a nickel.
A
I use more pennies than nickels. I mean, I don't use anything really anymore. Yeah, I feel like I don't carry coins.
B
You don't carry your coin?
A
All my coin burst Ryan uses lots of quarters for, like, pool. But I feel like other than that, like, are you using coins? Well, I guess. You drive. Do you ever have to use coins?
B
They're all electric. Yeah, you just electric. Like, NYC Pay or whatever it is. Yeah. You do everything from the phone. You can look up via, like, your license plate number. If you have tickets on your phone, you could pay them from your phone. It's all. There's like, eight different apps, you know, it's not streamlined into one app. It's like, you gotta go on NYC Pay Go. You gotta go on NYC Park Go.
A
Like, there's Park Mobile. Yeah. What's the green one? I have that one. Yeah, it's like, oh, thank God. I already have my driver's plate, driver's, whatever, license plate on there. Yeah, it's crazy. Okay. We. I could, like, literally go on so many times with you, but I feel like we have so many things we want to.
B
Wait, do you have to talk about your panic?
A
My panic is Invisalign, and I already hit it, so.
B
Oh, you already hit it. Okay, we'll go to the next try.
A
And it is that my voice sounds different.
B
Sorry.
A
I'm on the go.
B
I'm on the go.
A
I'm on the go. I'll do mine first because it's right here. I'm wearing this. I'm in a lipstick era right now. It's usually around this time of year. For some reason, I want to wear more lipstick. You know, gloss, I feel like is for the summer, but I like a lipstick that has some moisture to it. And this is the. I feel like. Brooke, I have my Maybelline glaze oil balm, and this is in the color caramel glow. I would say it's similar to a dusty rose. A little bit more caramel forward. There's a little brown in it. But I got a compliment on this morning, and I was like, wow. And I like how it applies. Like, I feel like I can apply it without, like, looking in the mirror. And I'm okay, because there's some lipsticks where you're like, I can't trust this.
B
I've made the mistake where I'm like, I could apply this on the go. And then I look in the mirror, I'm like, no one told me that. I've been walking around like a clown all day.
A
You know what I can't apply without a mirror? Is the summer Fridays. Like, any of the tinted butter bombs. I look like a clown. Because you, like, apply it like a lip balm, and you're like, sure, yeah.
B
And you, like, do the, like, the lip thing, and then you're like, suddenly it's on my nose. Like, I don't know how this happened.
A
But, oh, my God. Or if there's wind. And then the. Your hair carries the lip product onto your cheek.
B
You're like, now it's is a cheek product. Now it's a cheek product.
A
So it's the worst. So what are you loving? What's your glam on the go?
B
I think I told you last week that I've been having dry skin, like, eczema, whatever. But, like, you. I don't know if, you know, like, I. Once again, you're not supposed to use, like, a cortisone or whatever for, like, a long period of time because, like, you build resistance.
A
I think Cortisone's drying.
B
No, no, cortisone is like. It's hydrocortison. Like, it.
A
Oh, I always thought of cortisone is like. Because. So you get, like, shots of those in your pimple or didn't used to. What shot would you get? Like, you'd go to your facialist and, like. Or your German.
B
I know what you're talking about, but I.
A
That's not.
B
I don't think it was a cortisone shot. I thought a cortisone shot was, like, you get in your muscles or something. What would I get in my face? Now they think about it.
A
I have no idea. But. So you're using, like, a cortisone cream?
B
Well, no. So I had to, like. You're not supposed to use that for more than two at a time. So, like. So you need to find something else, essentially to treat your eczema that isn't like a steroid, because that's a steroid.
A
Okay.
B
You know what I'm saying?
A
Too much of a good thing.
B
Yeah. Maybe it does shrink. I thought that it hydrates it, though, because I thought that it's like. It's like I put it on my dry patches, and usually that makes them go away. So I don't really know.
A
Okay.
B
I don't know. Maybe.
A
Well, look, we'll come back next.
B
We'll come back. I don't really know. Okay. Cerave healing ointment. I hate the word ointment. I'm sorry, I. Ointment. Okay. I forgot my ointment.
A
It sounds like it works, though.
B
It's in a tube. It's in a blue tube.
A
Oh, like in true ointment style.
B
Yeah, but like, upright.
A
I trust CeraVe more than anything. I'm like, give me it.
B
And I was. I put it on some, like. Because I have it, like, on the back of my neck, whatever. Like, some areas that I was like, let's see if it really works. And it's like, in one day. I see a difference.
A
Do you put all over your face or spot?
B
No, no, no, no. I actually haven't used on my face at all. I've only. I mean, I think you can use on your face, but I have only used on my body.
A
Well, because we were talking the other day, I was like. I had gotten a spray tan, and there were just patches that just didn't pick up the tannin. I mean, that's probably for dry skin.
B
I still have that. Like, I'm still working on hydrating them, but they were like, really bad at a point. So, like, now I'm, like, working on getting them back.
A
Okay, good to know.
B
Because you're not supposed to really use, like, the really strong stuff for a while, which makes. That makes complete sense.
A
It's too much of a.
B
So you want to be, like, gentle. So I'm trying to use just, like, more gentle stuff. Yeah, I talked about that last week too.
A
Yeah.
B
Eczema girls rise up.
A
Yay. I love it. Well, so last time we heard from you or you heard from us, we were on a cruise. We were mid cruise. We were in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, and now we're back, and more things happened on that cruise, and I feel like we should share.
B
I know. Well, we had, like, so many eyes on us. Yes. Like, last week, like, it was, like, a full production setup. Disney hooked it up for us. I have to say, we felt so important. They were, like, recording time, like, set time. We showed up, and it was, like, a whole thing.
A
It was a whole thing. Like, guys, halfway through the podcast, like, there was literally a man, like, holding a light reflector up for, like, 20 minutes. And I was like, my God, is he gonna do that?
B
This whole. They had to swap out at one point. It was like. It was an arm workout. I know. I. They.
A
But it looked fire. I know.
B
It looked so good. It was really awesome.
A
But it was. We were like, oh, my God. Like, we couldn't be talking about poop that day.
B
No.
A
There it was all men. I mean, yeah, it's fine. But, like, you know, no.
B
And something about the Disney logo behind us. I just, like, felt like I was like, I have to stay on, keep it clean.
A
Yeah. And we weren't, like, paid to do that by now. We just thought it would be so cool to record on the ship.
B
Yeah. We asked. We fully asked.
A
Yeah.
B
We were like, hey, we could.
A
We record capabilities.
B
We record a podcast. And they were like, yeah.
A
And then other podcasts did it too.
B
I know.
A
Which was fun. Nikki Marie. We learned her name. Dude. Perfect. A couple other, like, podcasted podcast.
B
Podcasters. Yeah.
A
Podcasters reunite. Well, I had something that happened to me that I feel like you would just literally never even entertain. I was at, like, the bar on the On Land at Castaway Key, and I was ordering a drink, and I. The woman. I was just, like, in a social mood. And the woman. The women next to me, they were, like, clearly just there for a good time, like, getting all the, like. What's the word? Like, blended drink.
B
Like, frozen.
A
Frozen drinks. That's the Word. Thank you. And they were like a daiquiri and like a. Like, yeah, well, they got something. Have you heard of a yellow bird?
B
No.
A
No. Me either. But there was like this whole thing. She was like, can you do a yellow bird? And then the waiter or the bartender was like, yes, I can. And they were just like, oh, no one knows how to make yellow birds these days. And so I was just like. I was standing there, I was alone. I was like, so what's a yellow birch? Try it.
B
You tried her drinks?
A
Like, am I about to try this woman's? I. Like, I didn't know what to do. And so. But thankfully she, like, took a straw. She gave me my own straw and, like, had me sip it before she even sipped it, actually. So, like, technically you were fine, but I didn't know this woman. I was like, oh, my God. And so I tried it and it was. But then I found out there was like, tequila in it. And I was like, oh, my God, I don't even drink tequila.
B
You didn't drink it or you. I did.
A
I tried it.
B
I was like.
A
It was like, if I was like sick or something, I would have been like, no, I have the sniffles.
B
I have two things to say about this. Number one, you're always trying things when I'm not there. Number one, you stay trying things. You're like, of course. You're like, I'm gonna take shots of every liquor that this bar has to offer. Cuz Brook's on your problem.
A
Tequila sure. Looks around. Oh, Brook's not behind me.
B
Like, I'm like, you don't drink tequila? Sure. Okay.
A
Only when Brooks. Yeah, I just wrote that down, like, immediately. I can't believe I just did that. So that happened.
B
I feel that way too. I do not really try entertain. I mean, the separate shot is completely fine. And you were the first one to drink.
A
And if it was like someone we knew, like a friend, but this was.
B
Like, no, no, I don't really even.
A
I couldn't believe she.
B
Like, I'm not one to just, like, pass my drink down the line though. No, some people do that. They're like, who wants to try?
A
Or they're like, I never do that. I never.
B
People do it to be nice. I know that they do. They're like, oh, do you. Do you want to. Like, I'll be like, that looks good. And they're like, do you want to try? I'm like, oh, no. But then I feel rude saying, I know, I love that for you, but, like, I'm Just telling you it looks nice. I don't know.
A
No, seriously, we need to talk about the etiquette when someone offers you to try their drink. Because, like, do you really want to try their drink? Is it more offensive to say no or to be like, sure, I'll try it, but then, like, you're Sharon Spit. Like, I'm not. Like, clearly, I drink my friend's breast milk. Like, I don't know where I draw the line, but, like, it does get weird, especially right now with people, like, all being sick. Like, no worries.
B
Look, look, respectfully, I don't want to try your drink. I don't want to.
A
I like, oh, like, what if you say, like, oh, don't worry, like, I'll go get my own, and then that's rude.
B
I. I get that.
A
I know.
B
I, I, I just have never been a big, like, passer down the line of, like, my drink or anything like that.
A
College really broke that. I never was like that. And I feel like in college, people are just like, yeah, like, because the punch and all that.
B
Well, all rules. But that's why I was, like, constantly sick in college. Yeah. Stayed sick.
A
Yeah. We also need to talk about. So we Disney was so nice and made us reservations for this beautiful, like, brunch restaurant. If you're, like, a Disney person, I guess this Paulo steakhouse is, like, known. It's on some of the other ships, and it's like, that's, like, the spot. And so we were, like, excited. We had just recorded the podcast. We were, like, in casual gear.
B
They set it up for us. They were like, right after you record the podcast, you'll go to brunch. Like, they set up our morning for us, which was really nice. We're like, okay, great. Like, I guess we'll just go right up. I was wearing a Disney sweatshirt and, like, boxer shorts almost, because I knew that we were recording. I was like, I'm going, like, full Disney for my look.
A
Like, yeah, we had our Disney ears on. I was wearing a tank top and jeans. Like, I didn't. I really didn't think anything of it were in, like, I didn't feel any type of way.
B
No, no. Especially considering the rest of the ship. Like, people are walking around in bikinis. People are walking.
A
Someone was dressed like Tron or whatever next. I mean, people.
B
Yeah, they're, like, dressed in, like, cosplay. Yeah.
A
Yeah. Like, it kind of. All bets were off on the Disney cruise. Like, I was so stressed before going. Like, I kept texting Brooke, like, what? And Brooke was like, I really think.
B
Anything like I think we were some of the most formal dressed actually on the entire ship. Like there were some nights where we.
A
Like and everyone got lots of compliments like oh, nice dress.
B
Yeah, we got a few of those like you know, wow ladies, you look great.
A
Like heels. Wow.
B
I know.
A

It's happening. And I think that's also because I get excited to put on my pajamas because they're so, so comfortable and that is because of skims. My skims pajamas are out of this world. I was like, what? I didn't even. I was like, what? You're. We're all on a Disney cruise. Like, everyone's kind of all over the place.
B
It was because it was a nice restaurant. Like, it was a. Definitely a little.
A
Like at night. It would have felt weird, of course, but it was the daytime.
B
But they sat me. No problem. Like, they.
A
Yeah, there was no, like, up, down.
B
No, no. They just took us right to our seat. I. I did look around. There were other people, probably maybe a step up from what I was wearing, but same Disney sweatshirts, ears, the whole everything.
A
And oh, I don't have it written down. I'll find it like the comment I thought I did.
B
I'll get the exact.
A
So it was also funny because Brooke and I were both posting like our own content on the cruise.
B
Oh yeah, because it's hard.
A
Like if both of us are trying to film a vlog at the same time, like, that's impossible. So like Brooke had like her morning. I had my morning and I was getting so many messages like, what's it like being on a Disney cruise alone?
B
I was like, they wanted to make sure you were okay. Yeah, we have to do Some content separately, too. Like, we do have our own. Like, it. It's the balance of, like, our own pages and then, like, our pages together. Right?
A
Yeah. And, like, we had different interests. Interests. Like, you were more interested in, like, the food.
B
Yeah.
A
And, like, showing the food. And I was like, I want to show my morning routine. Like, it's just. Yeah. Different.
B
I completely agree. And I think that that's, like, our. You know, we are very similar, but we also, like, post different content at the end of the day. Like, that's why we work. Yeah.
A
We've got a little bit of both completely.
B
Not that we're so different, but, like, you know, like, if we wanted to post everything as a collab post, we would have filmed everything together. But we were like, we're each gonna, like.
A
Yeah. Which is what? Also, like, Disney would probably be happier if we, like, do some on our own show. Not that we were required to do anything, but.
B
No. Out of the kindness of our heart. This was. This person commented on the. I made a video, like, come get brunch with me on a Disney cruise. And I was wearing, like, that sweatshirt, like, casual. She says, looks delicious. Do they? Do they do? Away from the dress code for brunch. First time seeing sweatshirt. Sports were in there. Enjoy. I was like, I was peeing my.
A
Pants because I literally thought nothing of it. And it's like, oh, my God.
B
And I was like, there was a dress code. Like, I didn't even think about do.
A
Away with it for brunch. Like, okay, me?
B
Yeah. I was like, oh, sweat. Sportswear.
A
Like, sportswear.
B
Do you. What are you wearing?
A
Yeah, blazer.
B
Like, I mean, come on.
A
Do they do away with the sports coats? Sports goods?
B
No. And then I said, I assume there were others in casual gear, so I assume they don't abide by it. Someone replied, they do. I saw someone get turned away before. Not.
A
Not on.
B
Not on the media preview cruise.
A
I don't know. Like, way to put Brooke into a spiral. Like, she was already.
B
I was like, I was dressed. I guess not, right? I get the funniest comments, though. I got this.
A
You really do.
B
This one's really funny. Brooke, please put ice cream in your hot coffee. It's a cruise hack for iced coffee.
A
I wrote that, too. That was so funny. It's. It's honestly amazing. Like, the Disney community, like, people had so many tips that, like, we didn't even know about to, like, after the, like, niche tips or, like, go to Deck 8 to see this carpet, like, there.
B
Oh, the front. The front of the ship has this theme artwork. The back of the ship has this theme artwork to, like, orient yourself.
A
People that haven't even been on the cruise were telling us what, like, it was.
B
I know. They were like, did you see the. The new statue of such and such? We were like, oh, my God.
A
Yeah. Or the midnight kiss. Yes, they do.
B
Oh, the show in the middle.
A
I know. At midnight. They do. Like, the show in the grand hall you didn't, like, know about until I.
B
Was not up at midnight. And most of the time we were asleep. Yeah. There were long days.
A
They were long days. But the beds.
B
So much fun. Oh, it was a really, really great cruise. I have something to say. There was a bit that we, like, literally couldn't give up on this cruise. And I want to keep. I've been still going with it. I tried to explain it to Ben for the safety breathing.
A
Yep.
B
They were. We were, like, headed to our muster stations or whatever. We were going, actually down the stairs. I remember where we were going. And they were like, if this actually happens, you will hear six short blasts followed by one long blast like this. And then they play.
A
Yeah.
B
They went.
A
Oh, my God.
B
And then we were like, oh, I guess that's the long blast. Yeah. And for some reason, we just couldn't let it up. Like, six long. Last. Seven was. It was seven. We could.
A
It was seven. So then, like, because the cruise, it was like a cold front in, like, South Florida into the Atlantic Ocean. So when you'd walk on the deck, it was so windy.
B
We underdressed. I. Yeah. In that regard, I had to not.
A
Bring the right jacket.
B
People were in, like, full, like, coats and stuff. Like, I should have worn a coat.
A
Yeah. I did not. I were packing for a cruise. It was so confusing, but. So we'd be like seven long blasts, seven cold blast.
B
And then I was just using it for everything.
A
No, I'm glad you're filling them in because we'll definitely be saying this.
B
Yeah.
A
Especially with the winter. Like, yesterday, I was outside, I was like, oh, seven long. Yes. Like, I said that to myself.
B
Seven long gusts or whatever. Like, we fill it in with, like, ever. Like, we were using, like, at dinner. We're like, seven long songs or whatever. Seven long.
A
It was really fun. Oh, I meant to tell you the other day. Met a girl in the wild, and she was like, I'm a gal. And I was like, damn. I guess gal pals isn't hitting. Like, she was like, yeah. I was like, that did sound cute.
B
I, like, I. I don't Mind. Yeah. Like, I'm a fellow gal.
A
Like, I'm a fellow gal. I liked it, though. I was like, oh, my God. Hi. Maybe. So excited. We tried, that's all. I just wanted to tell you that. So 5K, are we doing the turkey trot? It's Thanksgiving.
B
Happy Thanksgiving.
A
Happy Thanksgiving. Everyone's getting ready. Blackout Wednesday.
B
Oh, are you. You're sending. What age do you age out of blackout?
A
Like, totally aged out.
B
Okay.
A
Totally aged out. But then we found out that all of our friends are gonna be in town.
B
I feel like you said the same thing last year.
A
No, and by the way, last year was the last year that we went to, like. Like, I will not do what we did last year ever again. Like, we went to, like, the bars. It was like seven long blasts.
B
Yeah. Yeah.
A
The people that just graduated from college that we knew in high school. Like, it was, like, weird.
B
Seven long shots.
A
But I still like the idea of, like, meeting up with your friend. Like, if you are close with your friends from high school, whatever. Like, I liked the idea. So I think we're gonna all, like, go to dinner.
B
Okay.
A
And then go to, like, a casual bar.
B
Okay.
A
I mean, but I really can't be hungover on Thanksgiving again. Like, last year. It was either last year there before I, like, couldn't even eat.
B
You couldn't even enjoy.
A
That won't be happening this year. Okay. Mark my words.
B
Invisalign's coming out for things.
A
Yeah, No, I know. I was like, great, Justin. But it's so easy. I was like, I could be, like, after the holidays, but then it's like, that's two months that I could be starting Invisalign.
B
Yeah.
A
And, like, I feel like summer. I'd like to be, like, towards the end of my Invisalign journey.
B
But anyway, no good time to start. I've. I've come to terms with that at this point in my life.
A
Start anything.
B
Yeah. Like, I. You can time anything. I. I kind of feel that way, like, sometimes about, like, skincare treatments or something. I'm like, you know what? If I want it, I'm just gonna get it. Because, like, I. There's gonna be no perfect time.
A
I was actually gonna speak to you about this. My co worker. I really want to do, like, a good peel. Like, I don't know what kind of. But, like, a seven long blast peel.
B
Yeah.
A
Like, a few days of recovery.
B
Like, your boots. It will peel like a snake.
A
Yeah, like my snake boots, if you're not watching on YouTube. So. But then I was like, the podcast. But then I was like, you know what? Maybe I'll just make a moment out of it. Maybe we could get. You don't do peels. I need it. My skin is, like, needing, like, a.
B
Yeah, good snake peel since I went off Accutane. I feel good with my rep. And.
A
Then for me, it's the scar. Like, I just. I've been putting off because of the recovery.
B
Yeah.
A
I don't know exactly what I'm gonna do. If anyone has suggestions for, like, scarring and just discoloration, whatever, let me know.
B
I heard micro needling. That's what everybody says.
A
Yes, there's micro needling. And I've had multiple people tell me I would benefit from it. I just like the recovery of it all.
B
But, like, I think that may be better than appeal.
A
No, no, I. I agree, but it's.
B
Like, it's a few. Seven long sessions.
A
Like, it's three long sessions. But I'm like, maybe I could just lean into it, wear a hat and sunglasses to the podcast. Be funny about it.
B
What do you think is.
A
No, you do approve my request.
B
The company gives plenty unlimited PTO here.
A
Okay.
B
Perfect. Wonderful benefits package here.
A
This is so great to hear. Okay, then I might do it, like, in January. Like, I'm not going to do it, like, there's no time in the holidays. No, no, no, no. But maybe catch me in January. I. I have a lot of things on my list of, like, in January, as Clara calls it, a later list.
B
Yeah. But I never actually get around to it. It's the difference between us. Like, Clara, like, actually does those things.
A
She, like, cleans your baseboards.
B
Yeah, Like, I forgot about those things.
A
Yeah, I know.
B
I have, like, scuffs on the wall that do come out with a magic eraser. Like, 100. I know. For sure. But, like, I just. I'm, like, saving them up to do it all in one day. I'm like, oh, we're gonna do a wall cleaning day coming up. Like, haven't done that, though.
A
I know. The Scuffs really do something. Like, all. Yeah. Yeah.
B
Wait.
A
Thanksgiving turkey trap. Is this a thing for you? Are we doing it?
B
I obviously never participated. I used to literally clown on people that would do this. Like, you know, old. That was the old me. That was the old me. This year. I'm not planning on doing one just due to c. Like, the circumstances.
A
Well, I didn't know if, like, the family. If his family does that.
B
No, they don't. They don't. There's not one. Like, there's not. There's one, like, in the county, but, like, not. It's not like, oh, it's right down the road.
A
Yeah, that's easy.
B
Totally. I feel like it's like a family thing. Like, you know, does your family do turkey jots or not? I definitely do not come from a turkey jaw family. I definitely come from a, you know, wake up and start eating family. Like, you know.
A
Yeah, it's like parade. I always get Starbucks parade. Then you make the cheese board. Then it's the. The Thanksgiving meal. But one thing I love about you, you. No, this is not, like, this is a nice thing.
B
Oh.
A
Like, you are okay with, like, changing your mind. Like, I feel like you'll be, like, so strong about something and you're like, actually, I changed my mind. I mean, I feel like we all are like that to an extent, but I feel like you're like, you own it. You're like, I used to make so much fun, but now I feel like next year you'll be running a turkey trot if you can, like, organize it correctly.
B
I feel like that's. The growth experience is normalized, changing your mind. And I feel like I. That's like, a big thing that I've always tried to, like, not speaking indefinites, which is not. I. I haven't stuck to that entirely, but I'll be like, you know, I try not to say I will never, ever do that, because what if I do? Or I would say, like, I'm likely to not do that, you know?
A
Right. No, that's. We were just having that conversation this morning about, like, showing your kids online. It's like, I have no idea what that'll look like.
B
I know what my opinion is now.
A
Yeah.
B
But I don't have kids, so. Yeah, it's easier to like. Actually, I wanted to talk to you about this. The skin care for kids. Have you heard about this? I have.
A
I actually would love to hear your opinion. I feel like we might have different opinions based really what you said.
B
No, I think it's cute and fun.
A
Me too. Okay. I thought you were. I. I completely agree. Like, remember growing up, it was like, you wanted to play with your mom's makeup, but they got you, like, little kids makeup. It's the same thing.
B
I completely agree, actually. I think it's actually safer because I was using. Once again, like, I was using Mac rouge on my face. You know what I mean? And then we had to wipe it off. I think that it's fun. I think that it's also, honestly, like, people like it's getting them into skincare too young. I think it's teaching. I do wish that the foundations of skin care were better in taught to me at a younger age rather than makeup. I think that that should be prioritized because that's something that through life will be with you.
A
No, your skin is like you're the biggest organ on your body. It's very. Your epidermis. It's very important. I totally agree. And then it's more about natural beauty. Right? Because you're like focused on like your skin glowing rather than like, like covering it.
B
I completely agree. And I think that that's so bad.
A
That she's getting so much hate. But I think she knew going into it. But it's like she knows her message.
B
It's like controversial or whatever. I could see how it could be controversial because it's like, is it encouraging it? Like, yeah, kids are gonna see that and be like, I want that, mom. But.
A
But it's cute.
B
It's better than them using Glow recipe watermelon dew drops that have active ingredients buy them or they go to Sephora and they buy Drunk Elephant. You're not supposed to use Drunk Elephant. Like, you're not supposed to use like, you are not supposed to. Like, we're barely supposed to use Young Elephant because it's like so strong and such so anti aging ingredients.
A
And I'm glad we're aligned on this. Yeah, I think it's adorable. Little face masks.
B
I think it's really cute.
A
That's so cute. Like, I feel like when we were younger we'd play salon or like.
B
Yes, it's the perfect.
A
And I'm sure they're super simple ingredients. Like I, I am so. I feel so bad that she's getting paid for.
B
Tell me you didn't used to do like. I definitely did sleepover themes where it was spa themed, cucumbers on the eyes.
A
Like, like we would get the sheet.
B
Masks or whatever it was back in the day.
A
And yeah, I think this is so cute. I think it's gonna do well. And I think it came from her genuine. Like she has a daughter. She's like, I want this for her.
B
And I think it's fun. Like, you mommy will use her retinol and you use your like gentle. As long as there's legitimately nothing in it. Like, I almost don't even want it to do anything. Like it should just be blank.
A
Like for looks almost.
B
Yes. Because some people are saying it's gentle. Like there should be no skincare in it. Like, it should almost be Simulate skincare.
A
Yep.
B
You know what I'm saying? Like, it's like play. Play skin.
A
It's like when there's. You play grocery.
B
Yes.
A
Like, it's like fake food. It should be like that.
B
Like easy bake oven. Like you don't actually eat it. Right. Like, you know, like you make.
A
Oh, I totally.
B
You did. I mean, I probably did too, but like, it's not. You have a few bites. I don't know. It's not. Yeah, Yeah.
A
I definitely ate the whole thing.
B
I. I don't even know if I actually had one.
A
Well, maybe the peanuts of it all.
B
No, I think that they were just like the same. Sounds messy. Like.
A
Yeah. Speaking of peanuts, that made me think of Meadow.
B
That connection is crazy.
A
No, I know. That's crazy that I thought of that. Cuz this store opened up in New.
B
York, if you haven't heard. I feel like it's taking everywhere by storm. And this is another thing that's divided, literally. Skincare for kids.
A
Yeah.
B
Metal lane dividing the Internet.
A
Like, no, straight up. It's like kind of like an Erewhan for New York City. Apparently it's like really small. We have yet to go. But they like keep selling out of things and they're not disclosing like certain alert. Like, if you're allergic to this, don't eat this. I feel like they're just figuring out the kinks. Whatever. I understand that's really important. But it's a host of other issues in that.
B
But it's a new business.
A
Like, I've seen lots of things.
B
Yeah. There was the raw chicken. You didn't see that?
A
I saw it.
B
Yeah. But I'm not. I'm not like playing devil's advocate. I'm trying not to or to defend. Because I really don't know this person at all. The person and who's running it. But he made a whole video about how he's been documenting this whole process. Right. I'm opening a gourmet grocer and Tribeca. If you've seen those videos or if you live on any side of the Internet, maybe you've seen it on an Architectural Digest or Vogue or something. Like, it's like this gorgeous grocery store.
A
Influencers. Yes.
B
He's been really hyping this up.
A
Yeah, but he's been really.
B
The whole thing is he's documenting his journey through it. And he made a whole thing about how in documenting your journey through this and like being really public about it, you get the negatives from that too.
A
Yeah.
B
So you're seeing his failures in real time. Right.
A
Whereas like the Wegmans guy isn't like.
B
We'Re not like, I got raw chicken from Wegmans.
A
Yeah, that's so true. I even saw this thing someone made. I mean, they did make a tick tock about it, but it's not blown up as much like the microwavable rice packs from Trader Joe's. Someone found like a bug in theirs, but like it's Trader Joe's, like, whatever. Like they don't have like a huge.
B
Social media presence, like picket signs.
A
Like, but like for him it's. You're right. Or he's right.
B
Whoever said this, it's actually really scary. Like I, I think about that like in launching a business that's. Well, that's also just my fear in like launching a business too. That's always been my subconscious fear is like I'm scared that if I were to put out a product then like people are gonna go on tick tock and like say their bad reviews or something, which totally is part of the process. Like that's going to happen because for every hundred happy customers, you are going to have one bad. That is a fact.
A
Like, yeah, Paige Lorenz was talking about that about Dairy Boy on Halle's podcast. She was, was like, she takes the.
B
Feedback from the negative. Yeah, but you're never going to please everybody is the whole point.
A

I remember I. When I was, like, really in my ginger shot era, I really wanted to, like, come out with my own, like, ginger shot line. And I was talking to my team about it, and they were like, just so you know, like, there's a lot that goes in with food. Like, there's so many rules. So many. You have to be so careful. And I was like, I'm out. Thank you for that.
B
I. I was so inspired after going to the food trade show with my mom this year. I was like, I want to come out with a cpg. Like, the package. Like, I just could see myself coming out with, like, you know, definitely, you.
A
Are a good consumer. Like, you know it so well.
B
But my mom was like, like, no.
A
Yeah. Like, I'm gonna stop you right there.
B
And she works in it. She was like, brooke, it's. Yeah, she's not that. She's, like, shooting down my dreams. Like, I'm sure if I came up with the next brilliant thing, she, like. If it was a poppy, you know, maybe she would support me. But, like, there's just. It is so. It is a grind. You usually lose money. It's. It's. It's hard.
A
Yeah. You'd have to really be willing to, like, put that on your back. And, like, food is hard. That food is really hard. So.
B
Because it's shelf space especially. Well, Ginger shot's really hard because that's.
A
Refrigerator space has to be so fresh. Like, no.
B
Yes. Oh, my God.
A
Pasteurized. Like, she was like, there's a lot if. She was like, we can do it if you want. And I was like, honestly, no.
B
Yeah.
A
Thanks.
B
What's better? Like, even shelf stable is, like, a little bit better, but still really hard. Like, it's just. You're out there grinding, and, like, there's.
A
Like, chemicals, or there's usually an ingredient. No.
B
You have to be so passionate to make it worth it. That's the thing. And I was like, there's really not anything I'm willing to, like, die in a hill for at this point in my life, you know? No.
A
And that's the thing. We get so many questions all the time from, like, family members or just people. It's like, so what? You know, why haven't you come out with a brand? It's like, because I'm not passionate enough about something to just, like, do it.
B
Like, I have fleeting interests, for sure. So do you, I think. Oh, my God. Of course.
A
But more so it's like.
B
But nothing long term, that you're like, I want this to be my what I leave on society.
A
Right.
B
Danielle Carolyn has. Yeah.
A
It's like, of course we have these little. Like, a little. Yeah, there's, like, one specifically that you have that I still think you should do.
B
There's one I have that's. Yeah, I do have it. But, like, I. Then I'm. I'm. I'm literally Metal Lane. Like, I'm literally this guy. Like, I'm scared. I'm scared because I'm scared that I'm gonna put it out and people are gonna make videos reviewing it and roasted. Be like, this is made in a factory, and blah, blah. I'm scared. I'm. I. Like, that's a real fear. And I think that if you're not admitting to that, that's. I mean, maybe. Maybe some people are invincible, but, like.
A
No. No one's invincible.
B
Yeah.
A
It's just not that way.
B
I think we've also talked about this. That's, like, my fear with, like, being. I mean, I don't think that this is what's holding me back, by the way. I think I'm out here trying, but, like, I would be so scared to be someone with 10 million followers because of that, too.
A
No. Yeah. Literally all the time. Brook and I are like. Actually, I'm so glad we're not, like, so viral, because we couldn't handle it, which we probably couldn't.
B
So true.
A
Like, we just think some people let.
B
Things roll off their back. Like, I. I don't.
A
And I. I do think that because, like, I feel like sometimes, like, for those. Like, the video that you had go viral, like, the Virgin Hotels, like, when the comments get, like, so many, it's almost like you don't read them.
B
Wasn't that your video?
A
Oh, was it my video? Oh, you were in it. Sorry. Yeah, it was my video. But, like, I. We're the same human at this point.
B
No, I was like. But in the articles, it was, like, the picture of me on the video.
A
I was getting, it was so funny because it was my video. But, like, Brooke was the face of.
B
A traveler on the bed.
A
It was like this virgin hotel. Like, we were at the hotel and there was this weird chair. We made a video about it, but, like, not that it got, like, all this hate, but, like, it's almost like you don't even care at that point because it's like, there's so many people. So maybe you would get to that point where it's like you're not even reading the comments, whereas now we're like, every comment is. I know.
B
You're right. You're right.
A
Maybe that would be the case.
B
Yeah. Anyways. That's beyond. So, anyway, so he opened up this gourmet grocer and Tribeca, and the lines are apparently crazy.
A
Yeah.
B
And apparently they're selling out of food really quickly and stuff. And, like, people have, like, really hot takes about it and stuff. I mean, I. Look, look. What. Were you more offended that you weren't invited to the. The. The opening of the Lane or the Wicked premiere? Because, you know, the gals. The gals miss both of those.
A
Yeah. Definitely miss those invites. Definitely Wicked. Just because, like, we're theater girlies. Yeah. Would have been iconic. One of us could have been Elphaba. One of us could be Glenn.
B
Such a missed opportunity. I don't want to talk about it. Universal. That's fine.
A
Noted. Maybe it was because we were just on a Disney trip. It's fine. Maybe that's why.
B
No, no, it definitely wasn't. Everyone got that invite, like, way before.
A
The Disney, like, way, and everyone. This is, like an internal thing. But notes, you know, on Instagram, when people post.
B
Yeah.
A
All my whole notes was, like, pink and green emojis.
B
Oh. I don't even look at that because that. That's a space where I get angry. Honestly, I like that.
A
At least I'm not contributing to it anymore with my, like, waffle emoji.
B
Now I, like, want to go on and just see, like, just for shits and gigs, like, what people have on there. Because I don't look at it anymore because I noticed that it just makes me angry.
A
I don't know why. If you guys don't know what this is, it's basically on Instagram, notes, like, when you go to your DMs, people that you follow and follow bat, they follow you back. They can. You post, like, little status updates. And usually people just post, like, Miami.
B
So confusing to me, though. This person that I follow, like, I'm doing a giveaway soon or something.
A
Like, she doesn't realize. Like, I didn't. She doesn't realize it's not for her followers. I'm telling you.
B
Because I'm like, okay, I guess I'll enter your Giveaway. But, like, we're friends. You know what I mean?
A
Yeah, I know. It's like, I don't think she realized weird space is the same.
B
Okay. I think. Yeah. There is a lot of Wicked, like. Okay, we got it. You went to the Wicked premiere?
A
Yeah.
B
I'm salty. We're salty about it, but it's fine. No, I'm really not actually that salty. I was, like, sitting home last night. I was like, like, honestly, sounds like a lot of work to get dressed.
A
No, I was like, honestly, I just got Invisalign today.
B
Oh, yeah, you went. You had a dinner last night. You said you had a dinner.
A
I had a dinner. Oh, I had an event. Yeah. And I got my nails done. Oh, I had to get my nails done.
B
Yeah.
A
No, I took myself to dinner last night. I went on. I had, like, time in between things. Oh, wow. Yeah. My table for one. Wow.
B
Bring it back.
A
Bring it back. It was actually one of those restaurants where it was like, all table for ones. I felt really seen, because Thai food is sometimes. It's almost like, fast casual. Yeah. Food comes so fast. I'm like, I. I know I have 30 minutes. Like, I knew. I was like, I just want some chicken and rice right now.
B
Chicken and rice. So you're literally turning into Ryan.
A
I'm turning into Ryan as we speak. It's so funny. My friend was over and she was like, can I have some water? I said, yeah. By the way, like, we don't have a Brita.
B
Like, you said that to me too. You gave me the whole.
A
Yeah, I said the whole thing.
B
That's completely fine.
A
But she's like, why? I was like, we just, like, need room for his chicken. Like, honestly, like, where the Brita goes, like, that can give us, like, three containers of chicken. Like, it had to go. So we're drinking tap.
B
One day. You're willing to sacrifice.
A
I know. I was like, I'm getting tap water. All these restaurants. But I guess it's not as often as like. But yeah. Haven't died yet.
B
No. New York City has good tap water. Good water. We're good. I want to circle back to Melan, though. So what, like, what are the. Oh, I don't even.
A
Wait, what are you most. Would you have rather gone to Wicked or.
B
I mean, I would have wanted to go to Wicked for sure. Like, that would have.
A
Is that Lincoln Square? That's the good premier spot.
B
And, like, I'm so excited to see the movie, but. I know.
A
But it has kind of turned into this thing. And I saw you said this too. Like, I went and saw with my mom last year because it was, like, around Thanksgiving.
B
I know. It's a tradition. Hey, we have traditions. Sorry. Yeah, we actually have traditions. Actually, we. We have our own thing going on. Sorry, I can't go to the premiere. I have to go with my mom.
A
Yeah, I literally have to go with my mom. No worries. Yeah, but what were you about to say?
B
I don't even know what else to say about the gourmet. Gross.
A
I want to go. I want to check it out. I feel like. I don't know. I really want to figure out. Did you see kids tick tock of the air One smoothie? That was so funny. She, like.
B
But she just bought the kit. I thought the kid bought the kit.
A
Oh, I didn't realize that there's a kit that you can, like, make it at home. And they said.
B
Yeah, that was like, the whole thing. When they were like, Erewhon in Charleston, Erewhan in Dallas. Remember they posted that?
A
Yeah.
B
Swipe through. It was just because you could buy the kits.
A
Oh.
B
And they send you the cups, the blend, the coconut thing. But it's like a hundred dollars for like, four.
A
Spit take.
B
Yeah.
A
Oh, I didn't. I guess I didn't follow further into that because, you know, there's like, a kith opening up.
B
I. I don't know.
A
So she didn't go there. She probably did.
B
Maybe she did. I saw her do that. She did a tutorial of, like, using the kit at home. And it does look delicious. I mean, for sure.
A
But I don't even like our one smoothies. I'll say it.
B
Yeah. I feel like we tried the Haley Bieber one. We're like, it's okay. Like, it's not. Yeah.
A
So sweet.
B
It was really sweet. It was more milkshake.
A
It was a milkshake.
B
Yeah.
A
That's why I literally said. I was like, does Metaline have those milkshake things?
B
They're not a smoothie. Danielle thinks all smoothies are milkshakes.
A
They're milkshakes to me because the. The one I get from Juice Generation is basically a milkshake. And I love it.
B
So. Yeah.
A
Oh, I'm splash zone over here.
B
Wait, Last order of business. I don't know how long.
A
Last week.
B
Yeah, we have time for last order of business. We had another thing to talk about. Hair by crispy.
A
Oh, my God. Oh, my God. We have to quickly talk about this.
B
This is trending right now too. Everybody's talking about hair by Crispy. But her real Name is Hair by Chrissy, right?
A
Yes. She's been in the space for a very long time doing usually, I mean, not only blondes, but, like, highlights, the long extensions. Like, I feel like Mormon wives. Like, the mom talk. Curls came from Hair by Chrissy.
B
She pioneered this. She's been doing this since, like, 2010s.
A
Right, the 2010s.
B
And are you watching Secret Lives?
A
I dabble. But no, not like I'm on season two. How many seasons?
B
Just skip to the current season.
A
Okay, maybe I'll just do that. They.
B
They all rock. The. Like, they have so much hair, and I feel like this look is really. I guess it's in. In other places, it's not really so in. In New York. I really don't know here at all, actually. If I see someone with it, I'm like, I know you don't live here.
A
Yeah, I'm like, Texas, they're like, a hundred percent.
B
Like, it's giving Texas.
A
It does look so beautiful. But yeah, Hair by Chrissy. She has, like. I mean, if you don't know, you should just look up. Hair by Chrissy. Hair by Crispy. A lot of people are just like, first of all, they literally charge, like, $4,000 to get your hair done. And it's, like, for her to, like, touch your hair, like, and then someone else does your hair.
B
People are just doing story times. I went there and, like, showing the receipt or like, I went there. The whole thing is that, yeah, maybe it looks good right after she does it. But I think that people are sharing stories about how they don't actually care. This is allegedly, like, they don't actually care about, like, the treatment.
A
Yes. Alleged hair.
B
Right. So, yeah, if they're bleaching it blonde, like, they're not gonna, like, take precaution.
A
Like, they're just, like, they're just gonna rip it. They just wanted to look good when you leave. And it's really. I mean, this, I think, is actually cool. You go in without makeup, and they literally do your makeup. So the after looks amazing because you have, like, professional makeup, and your hair looks unreal.
B
Is that for everybody, though, or only the select few?
A
I. Maybe then I saw videos. Like, it's only for the influencer. I. I don't know. I. I don't really. Or maybe you could pay. Maybe you have to pay for it. And so that's what gets you up to $4,000. Maybe that's an extra thousand.
B
That's what I'm just. Are people really spending that much on.
A
Getting their hair Done Girls going too.
B
I see some of these things on Tik Tok where people say that they're like paying for things. I'm like, where, like in high school I didn't have $4,000 to go get my hair done. Or even in college, you know what I mean?
A
I remember like being like 200 for Balio. Yeah, that was a lot of money. Still is. I. I did say to Brooke though. I was like, so then I was like, I feel like I've talked to this girl before. So I went to my DMs with hairbrookersy October 15, 2018. Hi. Do you already have someone that you love that does your hair? I was like, I do back home, but I'm in Athens. Are you based here? And she goes, I'm in Arizona, but would you ever come to Arizona? I was like, ah. Like, I'm in college. Like, if you're ever an atl, like, let me know. And she goes, what if I flew you here just for a day? And I was like, oh my God. Like, maybe like, let me know if you're in Athens though.
B
Like that's. What are you in Athens? She's like, no, no.
A
You know what I think, I think. I thought that she like worked at tribe that like hair place in Athens.
B
Did you follow each other at this time?
A
Yeah. I wonder if she's still follow. I still follow her. Lol.
B
Well, that's so funny because you definitely unfollow others.
A
Let's see if she unfollowed. Yeah, Unfollowing her. She unfollowed me.
B
She's out.
A
Bye. Hair by Crispy.
B
But I just think this is so funny because she messaged. So she messaged you in 2018. I know what your hair looks like.
A
I was bleached blonde.
B
Short. Was it short bleach blonde or long bleach? Long bleach blonde.
A
Whatever it was, this was my soft. No, it was natural long bleach blonde. No extensions yet because my hair had been like. Hadn't been fried off yet.
B
Natural long. So you just know she's gone going on your page. And she goes, oh, she looks great.
A
She's my ideal candidate. She's like, we could get her doing anything. She's like perfect. My.
B
She's like bleach blonde, long natural hair.
A
No. And like there weren't as many influencers then. Like, I feel like now you are.
B
Honestly the hair by like not the hair vibes, but like the. You were posting like blogger esque pictures. I could see her.
A
Yeah. I think it was my flower crown. Or maybe this is a little after.
B
It was after that. You were doing like aesthetic shots though. Like, before it was really like, like, thanks. I feel like you were doing, like, high quality imagery, like, for college. You know what I mean?
A
For college, definitely. But yeah, it's definitely. If you haven't gone down this rabbit hole, like, Tana Mojo made a whole video, but it's been interesting.
B
That's so funny. You have hair by Chrissy Lore.
A
I know. I was like, should I make a tick tock about it? I was like, I'm not trying to start, like, what would I say? She asked me to do my hair and that's all.
B
No way. She would have flown you out. That's kind of crazy.
A
Yeah. Maybe we could just clip this. That'll be my tick tock about it.
B
Yeah, she want, like, that's a crazy thing for someone to, like, offer to fly you out.
A
No, I know. She said like, her daughters watched me or something, so they probably said like, she. Yeah, I, There was a lot of messages.
B
Oh, oh, oh, yeah.
A
There was more.
B
How old are her kids?
A
I don't know. Now I'm like, are they our age now? Where are they now? Yeah, they probably are, like, dying. Like, this probably sucks. But she also, their mom is like, leaning in and making merch. Like, it's a whole thing. You guys need to look it up.
B
I think that they, like, do well, though.
A
Yeah, I'm sure they're fine enough people still, like, all PR is good pr. Whatever.
B
I, I, this is such a mass generalization. I know that this is, like, not true literally in the slightest.
A
But I feel.
B
And she's not even in Utah. She's in Arizona. But I'm watching, like Secret Lives, Mormon Wives, and I watch Real Housewives of Salt Lake sometimes. Like enough to know. And I feel like so many of these women and they're all successful looks like, have businesses that are like either like a med spa or they do a hair plate, like a whatever. And I'm just like, damn. I mean, like, if all fails, I guess I'll move to Utah and start a stuff salon.
A
Like, no, you're so right. I just started Salt Lake because I was told, like, if you're going to watch one, like, maybe that'll get you. And they all have these. They took their daughters to get facials at their salon or whatever spa they have.
B
They have a lot of these. Well, actually, we really said if all else fails, we decided. Well, I decided what we're going to do. Well, not collectively but. Well, honestly G was kind of a great name for it.
A
It would be a great travel agency. Watch out.
B
The travel agency. Because we. We were around a bunch of travel agencies agents this past week and I was like if all else fails, like I would love to be a Disney travel.
A
You know guys, we were literally this last thing we were getting off the cruise and there was a travel agent behind us and she was like. The girl was like so what do you have next? She's like ah, Cabo tomorrow. And then from there we go to Vegas and it's like all of these like travel things she's doing.
B
It's like the same like they're trying to entertain them.
A
Yeah. Previews. I was like, oh my.
B
We both at the same time go. No.
A
I was like that sounds you like to travel.
B
Yeah. And we heard one organ, one woman. She told us, she's like I have a client who you know, she's. They're booking the premium suite.
A
Top seller. Yeah.
B
100,000. Perfect client. I was like this sounds like an industry that maybe gals on the go if all fails. I mean. Well, we already have gals on the go but gals on the go and we'll launch the travel agency branch off of it.
A
I'm so interested if maybe that could be our. We have some time.
