And, like, I'm just getting timelines confused because I feel like it's all good. But it's like, consistently. Are you definitely.

No. 2023 and 2024 are the same years.

That's what I'm saying. It was like, one continued year.

One continued year, which is fine, no problem. But it's so funny. I feel like before each year, we're always like, oh, my gosh, I feel like next year is our year. You know, like, it's always that.

And I haven't experienced that feeling quite yet, but maybe, hopefully. How about you? You have. You're like, 2025 is gonna be my, like, no people post, you know, ready.

To make next year, like, yet. I feel like, like, December 26th is when I have that moment of, like, it's like that depressing day after Christmas. If you celebrate Christmas. Okay, so Now I need to focus on better life. Yay.

Yeah, yeah. But right now, I feel like a lot of people said this in the beginning of the year, and I still agree with it. Like, I literally. I'm sure you too. Like, I can remember exactly how I felt, what I smelled like on 20. Like, January 1st. Like, I remember that so well. December 31st of this past year. Like, I remember everything like it was yesterday.

I like, oh, I do now. Now. It like, took me a second to remember.

I'm like, I actually don't know where you were.

I was in Tulum.

Bikes around. I know. I was like, how did I celebrate? Like, what? Because I feel like that's the energy that you bring into the air. I was sleeping, so that is the energy that I brought into 2024. Didn't stay up for the ball to drop. I was like, you know, I am pretty tired.

Well, because there weren't like, TVs, right.

We were like, what was streaming? I was like, literally on YouTube. Not even YouTube TV streaming. Like YouTube streaming it. Wow.

I, you know, it was the end of the trip.

Yeah. Giving end night.

We literally take, like, no time off.

I did. I will say, like, I had like my spray tan on from the live show.

The Kopari gradual tan, it popped up, you know, in my mailbox. Has love. Has love when that happens. And I was drawn to it because it was. I let. I find gradual tans to be more approachable. I'm like, oh, like. But it definitely isn't like your good old Jergens like it. I woke up the next morning and I was tan. And then I did it a second night and I'm obsessed and I love it because I haven't had streaks. I also watched a tick tock on how to self tan your ha. Hands.

What. What are the tips?

[Brooke Michio]

You probably already do this all, but you put lotion all over your hands and then you take a mitt and self tan your arm. So like most of the product was on your arm. And then like, don't put any more product on the mitt, but just like lightly dust over your hands. But like, not even lightly. She was like, buff it. Buff it all around and then take a wipe like they do when you get a spray tan and wipe around your hands. And I'm. This is pretty impressive because yesterday I just had tan, like on like my. I don't know.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like not your finger, the base of the hand.

[Brooke Michio]

Yeah. It's not perfect, but I'm like, wow. Like, my hands have some color.

[Danielle Catalano]

I'm great.

[Brooke Michio]

I'm working on it. But that's like, I was just really proud of myself. And it's a great self tan. I love that it's gentle, it goes on clear, which I feel like you like when you can see it, but for me, I do.

[Danielle Catalano]

I like a little color indicator, but the graduals don't have that.

[Brooke Michio]

They don't have that. Yeah.

[Danielle Catalano]

Unless they have like a bronzer built into it. But most of the time they don't. And then it's more of like a makeupy, like, type deal.

Yeah, I agree. Well, smell, I'm just. I'm happy. Doesn't smell.

That's huge.

I know. Which I don't mind the smell. We always talk about this. Like, if I smell tan, I'm like, oh, that just means something good's about to happen. I'm about to go to an event. Like something like I have a party. Like, to me, self tan equals an exciting thing.

I don't mind it. I agree similarly, but I could see how someone could be like, that is vile. That is disgusting.

Head, shoulders, knees and toes.

Yeah. Anything that's, like, you know, has joints, I feel like that.

Right. So they wouldn't have it.

But no matter what. Like, in that case, I've risked it a lot of times and assuming that they cook it on different pans because I don't have an airborne allergy. Like, it's really just if it's right next to each other.

So if it's like they have a pan of chocolate chip and then they have a pan of, like, something with peanut. Like, hypothetically, they're non touching, but like, when they're cooking the back, maybe someone forgot to wash them. Like, it's like that. That you risk that.

Like ice cream shops.

Yes.

And get like, the different.

And on the back of, like, packaging, like, it will say, like, there may be a risk, like, trace amounts or something. That's because, like, they're covering themselves for, like, margin of error. Like, if.

You know, that's not good for Brook Mitchell, though, with the Red Panic. I feel like you're like, it's not.

But it's on every. It's literally on M M's. Like, you know, because, like, it's on Hershey. Like, everything you'll notice on the back of most labels, like, it says it. And I feel like it depends on the scale of allergy. Some. You know, I know there's more severe allergy people out there. Yeah. I don't know. I've. I've. I've seen some scares lately, though. I'm like, maybe I need to start carrying around. Not with me, but, like, it freaks me out so much. I'm like, maybe I should just be carrying that EpiPen.

Like, we'll be having some friends come and hang. They reserved us, like, a whole room.

Whole room, they said a section of the bar that's.

So we were like, okay, we'll have a little back section. It'll be tight, but we'll make it work.

Yeah. That was awesome. It was a whole room of all of our favorite people.

We were on the roof. It was like the fourth floor. It was like, go up to the fourth floor, like, you know, this group, and we.

Yeah, we show up.

It is a big space.

There were lots of stairs.

Lots. It was a workout to get up there. It was not. I don't know what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting that many. We knew everybody, but I wasn't expecting that many people to show up.

It felt nice. It was really sweet because we had so many friends and family that came to show that we. We couldn't have everyone in the dressing room. It was already so hectic, like, just with our families and stuff, because the dressing room's so small, so we're like, okay, let's just tell everyone to meet us after. And it was so sweet.

So sweet. Yeah.

Why did I bring that up? Oh, because then at the end of the night, I was heading down the stairs, and, like, there was a third.

Floor, too, with, like, a second floor. Like, every. There was a bar essentially on every level.

This was giving Nashville, you're so right, you know?

Right. I feel like those stairs are a death trap, though. Like, one wrong, one wrong, one wrong stuff.

I kept, like, looking behind me like, we're all good. Like, vibe check, vibe check. We're on the third floor. We just have one more photo. But we were heading down, and these guys. There's, like, just a ton of guys on the third floor. And I had, like, my sparkly dress with feathers on, and they were like, is it your birthday? And I was like, no, no. And then my friends behind me were like, no, no. She just did a live show. Her and her co host gals on the go. And this guy goes, I know Brooke Michio went to her high school. And they're like.

And I just kept walking. I was like.

My friends were talking. I'm like, yeah. And he was like, wait, is she here? And all this stuff.

I need to know who was. Because I. I was like a few steps in front of you. I feel like we like the same. But I totally did not.

I don' why didn't he say anything to you? I was like. Right. Maybe they weren't by the. Because they were like in the doorway. Maybe they were about.

It was like a men's like, it was like, they're like end of the year party.

I got this opportunity, like, literally a few days before the live show. T Mobile was like, hey, do you want to go to the SEC championship to see the Georgia Bulldogs play? And I'm like, obviously, yes, 100%. Like, well, not obviously. I even told the T Mobile girls. I was like, I had to think about it for a second because we had the show on Friday night and then the next morning I would have to fly out in the first flight because it was like a 430 flight. And like, I wanted to go so bad. Also, my family was in town staying with me. So I called my parents and I told them and they literally were like, go, we will be fine. And I was like, oh, that was like the one Thing that I was worried about because I knew it wouldn't affect the show at all, but it would just affect the next morning. Because normally it's like, you know, I knew we were at the after party. We were gone and everything.

And you stayed at that app. I mean, you. You closed out the after party. Like you were there till one. Like.

Yeah. Whenever we all left. Yeah.

Bar closed at like what, 12:30 maybe.

They turned the lights on and they're like, you guys need to.

Yeah, they kicked us out essentially.

But yeah. No, I. Because it was just everyone was there. So fun. But it was so funny. Every time I see someone, they'd be like, why are you still here? Go home. Like, because you're all still here.

Like, I'm doing the math in my head though, of like, oh, my gosh. And Danielle, you need to be up in three hours.

Yeah.

I took a nap. So I got home, I showered and I got into bed and I slept for about an hour and a half. And then my hatch alarm went off at 3:30. I had to get up and wash my hair so that I've never done this. But I did hire glam for game day, which was the. The best thing I ever did. We have to. We are using this glam team for Atlanta. We have to use the hair guy too. He's amazing. It was the best vibes. It landed. Ryan came with me, which was so fun and it was hit the ground running. It was the best day though, because I got to spend it with Fibula. I'm obsessed with this man. He's hysterical.

You get the hype. You're three years late. I was three years ago around this time. Like, look, I met.

[Brooke Michio]

Yes. You spent a whole day with him.

[Danielle Catalano]

Yeah, I mean, it was like the full day, I guess, but it was like in a crowded setting. You got to know him more one on one, which I am jealous.

[Brooke Michio]

No, it was so funny. So I'm like having this call with T Mobile. I was like, okay, cool. Like, is it just me going with to represent Georgia? And they were like, okay, we're actually gonna have one person from Texas too. And I was like, oh, who? And they said Fibula. And I was like, oh, my God, just me and Fibula all day. This can be so fun. So he brought his friend, I brought Ryan. And it was literally just the four of us and the awesome girls that worked with T Mobile. It was the best day. And I was a little nervous because, like, you know, we can get a little competitive. And I didn't Know what Connor's vibes were? And he's definitely like a huge Texas fan. But, like, right before we went into the game, they basically had me and Ryan sit with one of the gals, and then Connor and his friend and one of the other gals sat with him.

So they separated us intentionally.

And I feel like intentionally.

[Danielle Catalano]

Were you in a Georgia section?

[Brooke Michio]

The Brooke. The whole stadium was Georgia. It was incredible. It was probably 3/4 Georgia because it's in Atlanta. So I do, you know, feel bad for Texas in that way, but also like, go Hogs.

Yeah.

[Brooke Michio]

Like, the Georgia Bulldogs know that stadium so well because of all the SEC championships, like, every year. Every year. Or like, we play one game there, like, there's always something, so we're definitely lucky to have that. But. Oh. So right before the game, Connor was like, okay, so I'll meet up at halftime. And I was like, yeah, hopefully we're in a good mood. And he was like, what do you mean? And I was like, hopefully we're in a good mood. And he was like, what do you mean? I was like, if we're losing, I'm not going to be happy. And he was like, wait, really? So I was like, okay. So he was like, I am just so. Texas football hasn't been this good in so long. I'm just happy. Yeah, he was happy.

I feel like he's like, I hope both teams have fun.

Yes.

And you and Ryan are like, like.

If the Bulldogs don't win, will not be. No, but it was great. So obviously the Georgia Bulldogs ended up going winning, and then it's an exciting game to watch.

I mean, were you like, like, the energy, Was it there?

It was there, Brooke. It was there, locked in.

And you. Wow, what a time.

And then we went back to the hotel and we all went out for a little bit, which was really fun.

And I just like, for. I mean, I. I didn't know. It's not like, I forgot. I didn't know. Like. Like, so many people would just go up to Connor, like, girls just like.

And what, like, what piece of work do they reference of his? Like, are they like, oh, my God, are you. I have shoes. I have had. I have purse or like, whatever.

Some of them, I don't know, I couldn't hear it because, like, I didn't want to, like, be up in their business, but I would hear them be like, can you say blah, blah. So maybe it was, I have yours. A lot of them were just like, let's take a selfie or Like, Connor, I love or fib you.

And like, keep walking.

He has so many people that love him, and I understand why he makes everyone feel like you're his best friend. Like, that's how I feel.

I know what she means. Like, if you, like, even if, like, you don't have your makeup done, but, like, you go get a blowout, your hair is done. Like, not even do a color sometimes it's like your hair shows, and then it's like, oh, there's your face. Like, where's face?

Versus, like, it all being one person consistent thing.

So in between Christmas and New Year's, I will be. So sometime in between, then. So I'll be coming back with dark hair. So this will be the last time this red hair grazes junior. Oh, my God. What about. But she'll be met.

No, your hair color is great. And the blowout, the extensions. I feel like it's a whole vibe.

Well, what else are you doing over Christmas? How long are you even going home for?

[Brooke Michio]

Going home for 10 days. Going home. Hoping to make it to Disney family kind of Wants to go to Universal. I'm like, well, that's a pivot. Because like literally every year, except for like two years, we miss. We've gone to Disney and I'm like, that's like what we do. But working on that.

[Danielle Catalano]

What's the hold up with Universal? You just don't like, like it?

[Brooke Michio]

Well, it's just I've never been, you know me, I'm tradition based and it's just not Disney during the holiday. Like, I'm sure they do a great job. I love Universal. I like, sure they do a great show. But Christmas in Disney, you were just there. Like, it's, it's really. I know.

[Danielle Catalano]

And it's all decorated and it's like, yeah, yeah, it's nice.

[Brooke Michio]

But I don't have much plans other than that. Working on like slowly helping my dad kind of refurbish or re. Refinish the house, like getting a new couch. And like, he just needs his hand to be held. So we're working on, on getting some new furniture.

Yeah, but I know how New Year's works. People don't want to agree to something until last minute. And I know the day of it's gonna be like, can I bring my five friends? And I'll be like, sure. Honestly, like, let's.

Yeah. I feel like you always say yes. You're so good like that. You're like, yeah, of course.

Well, I've bit myself in the butt before. Well, say like, oh, I'm so. I'm a little worried about space. No. And then like, no, not everyone ends up showing up. Then I'm like, wait, I wish I told that girl she could bring her too. You know, like, just to be generous, too. Yeah, of course to be generous. I would like to be.

But I'm like, well, to be generous, but then also to. Yeah, I know. Because you're.

And you want to make sure everyone gets along, like, the vibes.

And I know you think about, like, not inviting people if you hurt their feelings. So I feel like you can't think about that. You just have to do.
