Plus see terms@walmartplus.com I'm James McComb reporting live from home in my bathrobe in slippers. Tonight we're talking Dunkin Poehler peppermint coffee. Gene's here with the latest. Gene, do you copy?
Gene
The home with Dunkin is where you want to be.
Damon Hadfield
What's up, everybody? Welcome to a very special episode of Game Scoop. I'm your host Damon Hadfield. Joining me this week is Sam Claiborne.
Sam Claiborne
Hey, happy tday scoop.
Damon Hadfield
Justin Davis Scoop. And Nick Limone joins us this week.
Justin Davis
I'm back, baby, for some turkey.
Damon Hadfield
And it is our annual 100 Questions Feast episode. This has become a bit of a Thanksgiving tradition for us. Of course, you know, this episode will be published live on Thanksgiving day here in the US So we have the day off. So we recorded this episode early and since it's a little bit off cycle, we're actually recording a regular episode this week. That'll talk about this week's news, which is last week when you're listening or watching this.
Gene
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
We can talk about how good we did on 100 questions in this week's episode of Game Skew.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah, yeah.
Nick Limone
I estimate we'll get them all in 88 questions. I hope I'm right and I hope.
Damon Hadfield
You guys do do well because you've been on a bit of a losing streak.
Sam Claiborne
Oh, all right.
Justin Davis
Well, hold, hold on. That's because I haven't been on.
Damon Hadfield
I mean, actually the last time they won is the last episode you were on on October 25.
Nick Limone
What can you say what a nice thing to bring up to your panelists before we start.
Sam Claiborne
Well, you know who the real turkeys are, y'all. I see peeking behind you there, Damon. Old blue eyes.
Damon Hadfield
Oh, yeah.
Sam Claiborne
Frank Sinatra Christmas lp. That was my family's go to crooner Christmas lp. I love those. J I n G L E Bells.
Damon Hadfield
J I n G L e G L E Bells.
Sam Claiborne
Yep.
Damon Hadfield
Oh, that's a good one. Yep.
Sam Claiborne
That's really good.
Damon Hadfield
It's one of the good ones. And now that it is Thanksgiving, you are free to listen to Christmas music now, Scoop. Nick.
Nick Limone
Wow.
Sam Claiborne
Christmas music unlock is appropriate.
Damon Hadfield
So, Nick, I think this is your first time joining us for 100 questions. The way this works, it's very similar to regular 20 questions but I have selected five games. They're all suggestions from out there in Scoop Nation. Five games, and you have 100 questions with which to guess all five games. And what's kind of interesting, Nick, is you can bank questions. So if you get the first game in 10 questions, well, you have an extra 10 questions to use on. On the. On the final four games.
Sam Claiborne
So let me demonstrate how this plays out, nick. We spend 31 questions trying to get the first one, and then we abandon it and then have fewer questions for all the rest of them and never ever get the first one.
Justin Davis
Oh, man.
Sam Claiborne
And if you ask, what if this is a console exclusive once, you will forget that you've asked that the rest of the times.
Nick Limone
Yeah. The other way that this goes down is you're like, oh, this is so easy. This is going great. And then by around question 62, your brains just mush and you don't remember anything that's going on.
Sam Claiborne
And Damon runs out of fingers, which is really awkward.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Justin Davis
Have you guys ever gotten all five games before?
Nick Limone
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Sam Claiborne
We've won.
Damon Hadfield
Okay.
Justin Davis
Okay.
Sam Claiborne
We used to do a victory lap and just do another one just for fun. That was maybe the Tina era. We had some wins.
Nick Limone
What if we tried to hack the system and say, did game one and game two come out in the 90s or something like that?
Sam Claiborne
I'll allow it.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. I don't think I'm against it. I think that's. Well, let's just. Who cares? We're making a stop as we go along. Let's see how it goes.
Sam Claiborne
Damon's like, I won't allow that because it'll make y'all worse.
Damon Hadfield
We'll see. We'll see how it goes. Okay, well, let's get things started. Our first suggestion of the year comes from Big Tony style.
Nick Limone
Big Tony style.
Damon Hadfield
Big Tony style.
Sam Claiborne
He's Miyamoto himself.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. Yep. Shigeru Miyamoto. He has a little bit of an anecdote about his pick, which I'll share after the game is revealed. So with that, let the 100 questions begin.
Nick Limone
Can you eat food in this game?
Damon Hadfield
I don't think so.
Justin Davis
All right.
Nick Limone
It's not.
Sam Claiborne
That eliminates San Andreas and Pac Man.
Nick Limone
Yeah. Those are the two games. Yeah.
Justin Davis
And Castlevania and any side scrolling brawler.
Sam Claiborne
Look, I don't know what Simon Belmont does with that turkey in Castlevania. I know it gives him life, but maybe he just hugs it and gets warm.
Nick Limone
That's a good point. Yeah. That's a good point.
Sam Claiborne
That is. That is the only Thanksgiving game I can think of. Though, is Castlevania.
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
There should be dinner.
Nick Limone
There's a lot of Christmas games. There should be more Thanksgiving games, those Halloween games.
Sam Claiborne
Okay, so we know that Damon doesn't know if we can eat in this game. I think we're on a good start here.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah, I said you probably don't eat in this game.
Sam Claiborne
Yes or no questions. All right. Did this come out as a console exclusive originally?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Justin Davis
Do you play as a vehicle?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Is it from this century?
Damon Hadfield
Yes, it is from this century.
Nick Limone
Is it on the Nintendo Switch?
Damon Hadfield
No, it's not on the Nintendo Switch. That's five questions, man.
Sam Claiborne
Did this ship on a disc first?
Damon Hadfield
Yes, it did. That's six.
Sam Claiborne
Is it based on a license?
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
Okay, what was the last time we had a problem with this? What was it, Justin? I thought it was like a book or like something.
Nick Limone
I don't know. You can't ask me any questions about previous game scoops because I black out and the moment I leave this room, I forget everything that we said and talked about.
Damon Hadfield
It is a licensed game, but it's a tricky scenario that we've had before on this show.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah, we just had this. So what was it?
Damon Hadfield
But it's not that scenario. It's a different license.
Justin Davis
What, did it lose its license or something?
Sam Claiborne
Well, what we thought it was last time is that the game was a licensed property. For example, if you wanted to license it and it's out there, but this is a company that licensed it themselves. But that turned out to be wrong. That's not what it was for the last game. So that's what it could be for this game. An example would be that Lucas Games is now publishing Lucas. You know, Lucas games. Games, like they're. It's a self contained situation.
Damon Hadfield
The most recent example, Nick, was Lies of P. Oh, Pinocchio. But it's public domain, so. Yeah. Yeah, but this is not that scenario.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah. Okay.
Nick Limone
Okay. We know that this game came out on a disc. I want to at least get the. Get the console down. Did this game come out for the PS4 and Xbox One era of consoles?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Justin Davis
PS4 and Xbox One. You don't eat.
Sam Claiborne
Is it a license kit?
Nick Limone
It's a multi platform game.
Sam Claiborne
Is it based on science and fiction?
Damon Hadfield
Not really. Not really? No.
Sam Claiborne
Sounds like Tom Clancy.
Nick Limone
Yeah. Yeah, you're right. You're right. It does kind of sound like Tom Clancy, but not based off any. Like a. Yeah, like a Splinter Cell or like a Ghost Recon.
Justin Davis
Is this a Tom Clancy game?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Justin Davis
All right, let's do it. Let's Go.
Sam Claiborne
I remember that being an exception to the license rule before because it was, like, based on a book series and we never got it. So we got Warhawks. Is that what it's called?
Nick Limone
Yeah. There was Warhawk. There was End War. And then, you know, obviously, it could.
Justin Davis
Be Splinter Cell or Rainbow Six. Rainbow Six? Vegas.
Nick Limone
Rainbow Six.
Sam Claiborne
Era.
Nick Limone
Yeah, it's late. Late era. Clancy speaking with, like, I know people. People talk a lot about how Splinter Cell. Like, they lament Splinter Cell being gone. But, like, Ghost Recon was good, too. Like, there was a lot of good Tom Clancy.
Sam Claiborne
There was a Ghost Recon last generation also.
Nick Limone
Yeah. What was it called? The open world one. Yeah. Wildlands.
Justin Davis
Wildlands, yeah.
Nick Limone
World.
Sam Claiborne
Would you. Would you describe this game as multiplayer focused?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
It's Siege.
Justin Davis
Well, is this a tactical shooter? No, not Rainbow Six. And it's not Warhawks. Cause that was an Xbox 360 game.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah, a cool.
Justin Davis
Blacklist was a. Was Blacklist.
Nick Limone
P.S.
Justin Davis
That was Xbox 360 as well.
Damon Hadfield
Right.
Justin Davis
Blacklist. Splinter Cell. Blacklist.
Nick Limone
Blacklist was cross gen, I believe.
Sam Claiborne
So maybe Splinter Cell was a co op focused game. I believe it was.
Nick Limone
It had co op in it, but, like, multiplayer focused. We asked, and the answer was.
Sam Claiborne
I think it was. I remember playing it at E3, and they really pushed us to play.
Nick Limone
Yeah, but like.
Justin Davis
Well, Blacklist featured a story mode, but it also had a co op campaign.
Sam Claiborne
Wait, that's what the Splinter Cell was called. Black. Or I mean, Ghost Recon.
Justin Davis
No, no, no. Splinter Cell was Blacklist.
Nick Limone
Ghost Recon was Wildland.
Sam Claiborne
Anyway, is this a Ghost Recon game?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Okay, so it's the Splinter Cell Blacklist. That's what you think it is?
Justin Davis
Yeah. Because Conviction was the one before that, and that was on 360. So it has to be black. Unless.
Nick Limone
Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it.
Sam Claiborne
Let's just ask.
Nick Limone
Do we.
Justin Davis
Get a Splinter Cell game?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Nick Limone
Oh, God, I'm so glad we took Sam's advice.
Sam Claiborne
Is that what it's called?
Nick Limone
So we know it's not. What do we know it's not? It's not Rainbow Siege. It's not Ghost Recon. It's not the other one, Splinter End.
Sam Claiborne
War is all it could be.
Justin Davis
And war was a 360 game, though.
Sam Claiborne
Really?
Nick Limone
Oh, oh, oh. What was that question?
Sam Claiborne
Wrong.
Nick Limone
What was it? Was it the. The MMO one? The Division.
Sam Claiborne
Tom Clancy's the division.
Nick Limone
But wait, but did we. Do we know that this game isn't multiplayer focused?
Justin Davis
The Division is. Wait, yeah. What was his Answer for the multiplayer focused.
Sam Claiborne
You're already forgetting. I believe it was that it is multiplayer focused. Is that right, Damon?
Damon Hadfield
That's correct.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah.
Justin Davis
Okay.
Sam Claiborne
Yes.
Nick Limone
No, the division is extremely multiplayer focused.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah, no, it is multiplayer focused. We're good.
Nick Limone
We're good.
Justin Davis
But now there's a difference between Division 1 and Division 2.
Sam Claiborne
Is this first game in a series?
Damon Hadfield
Yes. That's 15.
Sam Claiborne
All right.
Nick Limone
Is it the Division?
Sam Claiborne
The Division, or whatever?
Damon Hadfield
Yes, it is. 16 questions.
Sam Claiborne
Wipe your brains. Wipe your brains.
Nick Limone
I can't. Can't.
Damon Hadfield
Yep.
Justin Davis
Dude, I always wanted to like this game.
Sam Claiborne
I completely forget that this is a Tom Clancy game.
Damon Hadfield
I know.
Sam Claiborne
This always answers my question, why aren't there Tom Clancy games anymore? And the answer to that is, there is dummy, and there's a very popular set of two of them.
Nick Limone
Yeah, I liked. I liked. I played a decent amount of Division 1. Actually, Division 2 didn't grab me the same way.
Justin Davis
A lot of bullet sponges. That's what turned me off.
Damon Hadfield
That is. That is exactly what I was going to say. When you're. You're fighting human enemies that just can take thousands and thousands of rounds, it's like, okay, I hate that. All right.
Sam Claiborne
Hate that.
Nick Limone
But if you're. If you're slashing them up, you'll sword slash them a hundred times, but shooting them with a gun, you're like, no, thank you.
Damon Hadfield
Yep. Yep.
Justin Davis
Also, quick Aside, incredible original E3 tech demo where you go cover behind the door and you close the door.
Sam Claiborne
I was like, the only game in which bullet sponges are acceptable is Splatoon. Because that's in universe.
Justin Davis
Yeah.
Nick Limone
It's just an actual sponge.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. I think that that E3 trailer was the first time there was, like, the fake co op game experience where, like, there are players communicating with each other and, you know, playing the trailer.
Nick Limone
You got somebody on your six. Oh, I got you, bro.
Sam Claiborne
Oh, God. I remember that for like, just Splinter Cell, though. They did that, I think.
Justin Davis
Go ahead and get into cover. I'm on overwatch.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah. So we now have a federal surplus in questions.
Damon Hadfield
Mm.
Nick Limone
What was. What was. Sorry, what was Big Tony Stiles anecdote.
Damon Hadfield
He picked this in honor of Black Friday because this involves an outbreak, a pandemic outbreak. On Black Friday.
Nick Limone
It takes place. Yeah, there's. There's. What are some other examples of that. What? It's the last of us is right before Halloween. Right? So there's Halloween decorations around.
Justin Davis
Fallout is falling out pre Halloween.
Nick Limone
My bad, My bad. That's what I was thinking about. There's all these, like, Rusted Halloween decorations around in fallout lore.
Justin Davis
Dead Rising 4 is set during Christmas.
Nick Limone
That's great.
Damon Hadfield
And then he also has a relevant question. He says, have any of you braved the Black Friday crowds for a deal? Please share any Black Friday experiences worth noting. No, I never. I never go like actual shopping on Black Friday.
Sam Claiborne
Never. Never had.
Justin Davis
I used to work Best Buy at Black Friday for six years. So I am a veteran of the Black Friday wars where you meet the most interesting people who also make sure, if you do actually go out on Black Friday, make sure you're actually buying something that's on sale. Because you'd be surprised. A lot of people just buy normal stuff at full price.
Nick Limone
No, I have never gone to a store to shop at Best Friday as a tea. Black Friday, Best Buy Black Friday as a teen, we a couple Black Fridays in a row. We went out and caused like a ruckus. We went into stores and just hassled people, which I'm not like, proud of, but, like, it did happen. And nice B roll. And yeah, then I'm like, oh, no, I'm not really interested in doing this. And the Internet became a thing.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah, yeah, Just buy your stuff online.
Nick Limone
There's good PS5 deals on right now. There's never been a better time.
Justin Davis
4K Blu Ray deals.
Sam Claiborne
Weirdly now, Black Friday is also record store day. There's two record store days a year now. So your local, usually your smaller record stores participate. But there's a big record store day backlash now because of kind of the nonsense of, you know, the Taylor Swift and during the market stuff and everything. But, you know, yeah, what's good for the smaller stores is still good. And by the way, I know a small retail outlet that sells vinyl LPs now. It's called Dign Store. Yeah.
Justin Davis
Slick plug.
Nick Limone
Yeah. Thank you very much.
Damon Hadfield
Maybe this record store day you can get yourselves a copy of A Jolly Christmas from Frank Sinatra.
Sam Claiborne
Yep, that's the original cover design. The one I grew up with for some reason is slightly different than that. And then there's 80s ones, which are amazing. I also appreciate the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas lp. You get that one on cassette for sure. If you can't find it on vinyl.
Nick Limone
We like those two are on repeat in our house a lot. And then. And then John Legend. Christmas is really good too.
Damon Hadfield
Well, don't forget A Charlie Brown Christmas. That's. That's the. That's the goat of Christmas albums.
Sam Claiborne
That is a Bay area recorded and written LP at Fantasy Studios here in the Bay Area.
Nick Limone
Cool.
Damon Hadfield
If anybody Likes the Charlie Brown Christmas album. I recommend looking up Vince Giraldi's other stuff because it's also great.
Sam Claiborne
Very, very melodic, easy listening, piano, jazz stuff is rad. It's so fun.
Nick Limone
Yeah. I mean, there's nothing Christmassy about that soundtrack except that, like, it just has become that over time, thanks to us, we have injected that meaning into it.
Damon Hadfield
Okay, we can move on to our second selection. You've got four extra questions in the bank. And this one comes from Devin Toland from Northport, New York. Devin says for this episode, I suggest redacted. I have not played this game yet because. Redacted. Let the questioning continue.
Nick Limone
Maybe he didn't play it yet because he doesn't have a PS5.
Justin Davis
Or maybe it was rated M and he's 16 and he's a law abiding citizen.
Sam Claiborne
Maybe it's a game that just never got reissued and so it's been around for 50 years and unplayable.
Nick Limone
Yeah, yeah. He can't find a legal. Legal copy of it.
Sam Claiborne
Tennis, Virginia. All right. Is this from this century?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Is this from the last? Is this. Well, I don't know how the best way to phrase it, this game come out in the last five years?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Yeah. I knew it. He doesn't have the console yet.
Sam Claiborne
Is this on the present generation of consoles?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Nick Limone
What? Wait a second, wait a second.
Sam Claiborne
There we go. We got a window right there.
Nick Limone
Wait, wait. Or it's a PC exclusive.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Justin Davis
PC only. That's what I'm thinking.
Sam Claiborne
Okay.
Justin Davis
Is this a PC only?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
There we go.
Justin Davis
We got World of Warcraft.
Nick Limone
That's not in the last five years. That's the first PC game. I mean, I don't know. Could be factorio.
Justin Davis
It's on Switch.
Nick Limone
Oh, yeah, you're right.
Sam Claiborne
Would you call this an indie game?
Damon Hadfield
Yes. That's five for this round.
Sam Claiborne
Do you think this spent some time in the top 100 steam charts?
Damon Hadfield
You're asking me that?
Sam Claiborne
Yeah. What am I asking?
Nick Limone
That's. What do we think?
Damon Hadfield
Sometimes you ask each other.
Justin Davis
Oh.
Nick Limone
Oh, yeah.
Damon Hadfield
I don't know. I can't answer that. I don't know.
Nick Limone
Okay. Does this game have pixel art?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Yeah. So what is that? So, I mean, I know this is on a million consoles, but like, you know, something like a Stardew Valley, like some big. Or like Undertale.
Sam Claiborne
I think Game would know if that was in the top 100 Steam games, which is.
Nick Limone
Did Undertale ever come to, like, consoles? Did that get ported?
Justin Davis
Yeah, it's on Xbox and Switch and stuff like that.
Sam Claiborne
Is this a cozy game?
Damon Hadfield
It could be. It could be. Let's say probably not, though.
Justin Davis
Pixel art indie game on PC only.
Nick Limone
Geez. Does this game have multiplayer?
Damon Hadfield
I don't think so.
Nick Limone
Okay, so that eliminates all the weird, you know, like, what was the jousting game that we got really into in the office? I guess that was way more than five years ago. Yeah, we went through. We went through a long nidhogg phase in the office.
Justin Davis
It's a good game. That's. Why.
Sam Claiborne
Is this game's perspective top down sometimes?
Nick Limone
What? No, because I was thinking. That's a really good question though, because, like, you know, I know that they're all on consoles too, but there's Binding of Isaac and Nuclear Throne and just all of them, but it's not any of them because they're all on combat.
Justin Davis
Is this an RPG?
Damon Hadfield
Sometimes. That's 10.
Sam Claiborne
Oh, maybe it's UFO 50.
Nick Limone
It's UFO 50 again. That is on PC only right now does this game. Is this a game that has 50 games in it?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Hey, is it UFO 50?
Sam Claiborne
Why has he played it yet?
Damon Hadfield
Because it's only on PC.
Justin Davis
He doesn't have PC. So far ahead. This is fantastic.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah. You're enjoying that. The federal surplus.
Nick Limone
Don'T get lulled.
Sam Claiborne
Bill Clinton at the end of his administration, but here we are.
Nick Limone
Exactly. What's going to happen is we're going to get completely hosed and then burn like 42 questions trying to answer Ocarina of Time and just be way off base.
Justin Davis
We will learn to resent its absence. I understand.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Nick Limone
All right. I gotta get back to UFO 50. Man. What a. What a. What a game. Like, I never. I never played. I never played that Brawler yet. I didn't even get to that one.
Justin Davis
Brawler's pretty good.
Damon Hadfield
And dude, none of them are multiplayer.
Justin Davis
So good.
Nick Limone
No, yeah, a bunch of them are multiplayer.
Justin Davis
A lot of them are.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. Well, I got that wrong then.
Nick Limone
That's okay.
Justin Davis
Pin. Golf rules, man. There's so many good games.
Nick Limone
Yep.
Damon Hadfield
The cops have shown up. Yes. You guys are doing the ball. You're at 28 questions with two rounds down, three rounds left to go. You guys are in good shape.
Nick Limone
Yeah. Great. What's next?
Damon Hadfield
The next suggestion comes from Tom H. Let the questioning continue.
Justin Davis
Oh, man. Just straight away, that's what this is.
Nick Limone
What I'm telling you, man, it just keeps going.
Justin Davis
I like Sam's kicker. Is this from this century?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
Okay.
Nick Limone
I feel like if I'm. If I'm gonna metagame it. Damon usually Likes to give us a menu of games in like 20, in like 100 questions. I hope so. I feel like we're due. Is this game a Nintendo exclusive?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Exclusive to any console?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
PlayStation?
Damon Hadfield
Nope.
Nick Limone
Xbox?
Damon Hadfield
Yes. That's five for this round.
Sam Claiborne
All right. Was this on the Xbox 360?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
Cool. That saved us. We were getting a little bit of stray there, but now we know it's an Xbox 360 exclusive.
Nick Limone
Do you shoot guns in this game?
Damon Hadfield
Oh, yeah.
Justin Davis
So what is this, a cover based shooter?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Is this the first game in a series?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Does it have a significant multiplayer component?
Damon Hadfield
Yes. That's 10 for this round.
Nick Limone
What is the git? Yes. So what's the tagline for this game?
Justin Davis
Gears 3 or Gears Judgment was like.
Nick Limone
Was the tagline for this game bigger, better, and more badass or whatever it was? I don't actually. That was Gears 2, but I don't remember. Well, how can we narrow it down to the specific Gears game? Gears 2 is the one where you go inside that weird whale and then, like, chainsaw your way out. Right.
Justin Davis
Does. Does this game take place primarily in San Jacinto, which is a primary location in gears of War II?
Damon Hadfield
I don't. I don't know.
Sam Claiborne
Did you play as well? Let me think.
Nick Limone
You still play as Marcus Fenix. I mean, we're trying to be cutesy about it, but we can just like. Okay. Is this the second game in a series?
Damon Hadfield
Nope.
Nick Limone
Okay, okay, okay.
Justin Davis
So it's either Gears 3 or Judgment.
Sam Claiborne
Hold on. I got a good one. Is this a numbered game in a series?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Yes.
Justin Davis
Is it Gears of War?
Damon Hadfield
Yes, it is Gears of War 3.
Justin Davis
Dude, we should have asked if they had tank tops or if their armors have no sleeves, because Gears 3, they have no sleeves.
Sam Claiborne
That's so funny. In that game, they all have funny vests.
Nick Limone
We don't need to protect our arms. I didn't realize until so I mentioned that I've been flirting with, like, Warhammer and Warhammer lore over the last year, and I did not realize how much of Gears of War is just completely ripped from, like, Warhammer. And like, it's like. It's like the scales fall from your eyes whenever you get really into something new because you're just like, wait a second, like, all this other stuff I like is just ripping off this other thing, and I didn't even know it.
Justin Davis
Everyone's a linebacker in the Gears of War universe, and I love it for that.
Nick Limone
Yeah, I like. I remember the GDC talk where I learned that, like, Roadie running is only like, you know, 10% faster than like normal running, but it feels faster because they give you speed lines and the.
Sam Claiborne
Camera shakes and it goes near the ground.
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Justin Davis
I love Gears of War so much. I was so cracked at multiplayer.
Nick Limone
Same. Yes, same, same, same. I replayed Gears 1 and I had this year, actually, and I had ambitions to go through the rest of them. I stopped at 1 for now I've.
Damon Hadfield
Only played 1 and 2.
Nick Limone
Agree.
Justin Davis
5 is kind of a masterpiece, in my opinion. 5 is very good. Very curious to see what they do with E Day, given that it is a prequel.
Nick Limone
Yeah. The story ends. I don't know. I don't want to spoil it.
Sam Claiborne
Well, everybody's a toddler in it right there.
Nick Limone
Crazy stuff happens at the end of that game and you're like, whoa. And then for the next one they're just like, now we're not going to continue that story.
Justin Davis
Maybe it' maybe it's like one of those prequel sequels, you know, like, what if it's like a better Call Saul situation?
Nick Limone
Oh.
Damon Hadfield
Where they're like telling. Yeah. Also continuing the story seems unlikely, but, you know.
Nick Limone
But we'll see.
Sam Claiborne
Oh, I missed that show. Now that you mentioned it.
Damon Hadfield
I know.
Justin Davis
Good show.
Damon Hadfield
Did Gears invent the active reload? Is this the first game to do that?
Justin Davis
Yes, I believe so. Yeah.
Nick Limone
I mean, I'm sure as with all things, there's some example of a game that did it earlier. But yeah, Gears is mainly where that came from.
Sam Claiborne
And we all got so good at the timing for the weapons you use the most.
Nick Limone
Yep.
Sam Claiborne
And then you'd, like, pick up something that you don't use very often. You're like, wait a second.
Nick Limone
Yep, my favorite.
Justin Davis
That's just a Boltak pistol. Boom.
Sam Claiborne
Sniper rifle. Oh, my gosh.
Nick Limone
I always like the Tor burst. The torque bow was my favorite.
Justin Davis
Dude, Torque bow is so sick. That sound just, you know, hairs on your neck stand up in a match of gridlock when you just hear.
Nick Limone
Yep.
Justin Davis
So good.
Damon Hadfield

Sam Claiborne

Damon Hadfield

Nick Limone
I rolled the Natural 20. Yes, and a rotating cast of incredible guests.
Damon Hadfield
I am Johnny Chiadini, Jasper William Cartwright.
Justin Davis
And Grant Howitt, Sharmini Bundell as we.
Damon Hadfield
Weave thrilling new stories with gorgeous sound design and beautiful original music.
Nick Limone
Search Realms of Peril and Glory wherever you listen to podcasts.
Damon Hadfield
And the next suggestion comes from Juan from the Dominican Republic. Let the questioning continue.
Nick Limone
Well, let's just keep it going. Did the game come out this century?
Damon Hadfield
Yep.
Justin Davis
Is this game a PlayStation exclusive?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
Was this on the PS2?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Nick Limone
PS3?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
Ooh, these are kind of hard for us sometimes. PS3 exclusive.
Nick Limone
The PS3. I mean, I played my PS3 a lot, but, like, that console is kind of a black hole for me.
Sam Claiborne
Was this published by Sony?
Damon Hadfield
Yes. That's five.
Justin Davis
Is it. Okay, is this game from a European developer?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Does it have a sequel on the PS5 like that came out for the PS5?
Damon Hadfield
A sequel on the PS5?
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Damon Hadfield
Is your question. No.
Nick Limone
Was this a. Was this a digital, like, released game, like originally? Yeah, you know what I meant.
Damon Hadfield
Nope.
Nick Limone
Okay. It's just a normal ass video, kid.
Sam Claiborne
Are there no sequels to this game?
Damon Hadfield
Sorry, no. The answer to that question is no, there are not. No sequels to this game.
Sam Claiborne
There are no sequels to this game?
Nick Limone
No. That means there are sequels to this game.
Sam Claiborne
Okay.
Nick Limone
Because you said, are there no sequels to this game? And the answer is no, there are sequels to this game.
Sam Claiborne
So it's not Heavenly Sword.
Nick Limone
God damn it. You're doing this on purpose.
Sam Claiborne
No, Heavenly Sword doesn't have sequels.
Nick Limone
This game has sequels.
Sam Claiborne
Okay, okay, okay. So it is. It's still not Heavenly Sword is what I meant though.
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Justin Davis
Is this an action. Wait, hold on. Is this game set in. Is this game set in ancient Greece?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Nick Limone
Okay, that's a good question, though. Is this a. Do you shoot things in this game with guns?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
But it's not Killzone, because that was made in Europe.
Sam Claiborne
Resistance.
Nick Limone
Oh, man. Yeah, I forgot about no Resistance sequel.
Justin Davis
On the PS5, though.
Nick Limone
What's the answer to the sequel? But. But then.
Justin Davis
Wait.
Nick Limone
But there is.
Justin Davis
There could be Resistance Fall or the PSP one.
Nick Limone
I mean, okay, we know you shoot things. Are you shooting. Is this a Sci Fi game?
Damon Hadfield
Is it a Sci Fi game? Is the question yes.
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
Is it a first person shooter? Do we ask that?
Damon Hadfield
No, it is a first person shooter.
Nick Limone
Okay, so Obviously there's Resistance 1, 2 and 3. Those were made by Insomniac.
Justin Davis
Yeah.
Nick Limone
Is this a game by Insomniac?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
Is it the first of its name?
Damon Hadfield
It is. That's 15.
Justin Davis
Is this game Resistance, the Fall of man?
Damon Hadfield
Yes, it is. 16 questions.
Justin Davis
Dude, I wanted to play this game so bad, but I never had a PS3 at the time.
Sam Claiborne
I liked it.
Nick Limone
Yeah. Resistance 1 and 2 are like, legit. Great. And then 3. 3 falls off pretty hard, in my opinion.
Justin Davis
I just thought the weapons were so sick. It's like the Insomniac. Like, if it's an Insomniac game, it has the Sickest, coolest weapons.
Nick Limone
Yeah, it was a really cool. Like what? Like Ratchet and Clank has like crazy weapons in it. Right. But it's very, you know, so family friendly. I mean, those games are great, but like seeing that imaginative weaponry and stuff like that put in a little bit more, you know, adult immature environment. Yeah, it was good.
Sam Claiborne
I like this and to a lesser extent Kill Zone. But it just shows you that, like, it's strange that there is triple A games cooking out for PlayStation. It's such a clip back then and it's just really off right now.
Nick Limone
Yeah, I know. It really bums me out. It's like if you look at like Naughty Dog, they did Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 in like five years. It's completely nuts. Maybe six years, but still on one console.
Damon Hadfield
Resistance to me seems so out of place in Insomniac's gameography.
Sam Claiborne
Oh yeah, totally. But it was kind of. Yeah, yeah.
Justin Davis
They also had that game Fuse, which is the 4 player co op game that also had cool weapons but was mostly kind of just mid, you know. Yeah, but it feels like a cut from the same cloth as Resistance.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. Did you eventually play Resistance, Nick?
Justin Davis
No, I still haven't done. Maybe I'll do that. I own a PS3 now because I bought one on a great deal on Craigslist, so maybe that'll be my move.
Sam Claiborne
It's neat that It's World War II sci fi set. Like, it's just. It's a cool amalgamation of stuff. It feels a little. I mean, it's not a Bioshock like game, but it's that kind of like alternate history form of sci Fi, which was all the rage at the time.
Nick Limone
And I miss.
Justin Davis
Also, I didn't realize there was vehicular segments in the original Resistance. That's kind of cool.
Nick Limone
Yeah, me neither. I didn't remember that.
Sam Claiborne
I mean, this was supposed to be an answer to Halo, if you can believe that.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah, cool looking enemy launch game for the PS3.
Sam Claiborne
And a launch. Yeah.
Damon Hadfield
Okay, that was 16 questions that round, so it brings you to 58 questions total.
Justin Davis
Dude, we're crushing it with just one.
Damon Hadfield
Round left to go. So you can take what, 42 questions on this last game?
Sam Claiborne
Everybody can tune out for 20 minutes to tune back in to hear us win.
Nick Limone
But if we finish, if we get it done early, we can leave early, right, guys?
Sam Claiborne
We can put those questions towards any 20 questions we have for the rest of the year.
Nick Limone
Ooh, I like that work. Is that how it works?
Sam Claiborne
Yeah, it's called Thanksgiving Leftovers.
Damon Hadfield
It's not bad, actually.
Nick Limone
Maybe we get one extra question per week or something. I don't know.
Sam Claiborne
Leftovers.
Damon Hadfield
All right, our final round final suggestion comes from Lesh from Dylan, Colorado. Let the questioning continue.
Justin Davis
Shooting from the hip. Is this a Nintendo exclusive?
Damon Hadfield
No, no.
Justin Davis
The trend is broken.
Sam Claiborne
Would you call this a spooky game?
Damon Hadfield
I would not.
Sam Claiborne
Are you personally thankful for this game, Damon?
Damon Hadfield
I am not.
Nick Limone
Oh, what a sweet question, though.
Sam Claiborne
I don't know if you would have been thankful for any of the games. This 100 questions.
Nick Limone
I already forgot what they all were. Except resistance.
Justin Davis
Wait, hold on. I want to ask this one again. Do you eat in this game?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Nick Limone
A definitive no. This time though.
Sam Claiborne
It'S not Okami.
Nick Limone
There's definitely that question is really. I'm thinking about some of my favorite games that I've put hundreds of hours in and I'm like, I'm not sure if you eat in this game or not. Some old Zelda games like, does Link ever eat?
Sam Claiborne
He drinks milk potion.
Nick Limone
Yeah, he drinks milk.
Sam Claiborne
Or maybe. We don't know. We don't know. He might dump it all over himself.
Justin Davis
Yeah. The healing effects of milk poured on your skin.
Sam Claiborne
It's just like the warm turkey theory. You just hug that warm turkey for a little while.
Nick Limone
It's true. We're making assumptions that cold Dracula's castle.
Sam Claiborne
Must be freezing in there. Dracula don't care. He doesn't care about keeping his Frankensteins warm.
Nick Limone
No Frankenstein from. Nor is Frankenstein's. Or is Franken Beans.
Justin Davis
Is this game from last century?
Damon Hadfield
No, that's five.
Sam Claiborne
Only 2000s kids will remember this. 100 questions.
Nick Limone
Was this game a console exclusive? Yes, but not Nintendo.
Justin Davis
Not Nintendo. And it's console, so not PC.
Nick Limone
Was it a PlayStation exclusive?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
But which one? We just had PS3.
Sam Claiborne
I hope it's PS4.
Justin Davis
Does this game have a sequel on the PlayStation 5?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Is that because it came out for the PlayStation 5 originally?
Damon Hadfield
I can't say if that's the reason why, but do you want to ask me if it came out on the PlayStation 5? Yes, originally. Yes, it did.
Nick Limone
I like Damon being a rules lawyer just now of like, I don't know why it doesn't have a sequel.
Justin Davis
PlayStation 5 exclusive.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
He really parsed the syntax of that question, even though it was just a Segway. All right, so PlayStation 5 game. What do we got?
Justin Davis
I'm looking at my PlayStation 5 and asking it what games do I own? Because surely I own this game.
Sam Claiborne
Is this gameplayer focused game?
Nick Limone
Yes, that's 10 was it developed or published by Sony?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Sam Claiborne
Brian Stride. This should be easy.
Nick Limone
Yeah, I just don't associate them with that many multiplayer focus.
Sam Claiborne
No kidding.
Nick Limone
Not ever since Resistance stopped so in SOCOM and Mag.
Justin Davis
Dude, I'm tripping now.
Sam Claiborne
Was this developed in Japan?
Damon Hadfield
No.
Sam Claiborne
Okay, so what do we got?
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
Helldivers.
Nick Limone
Oh, you're right. Yeah, it's Helldivers too.
Sam Claiborne
Totally Divey Hells as we call it.
Nick Limone
That game's on Steam too though, right? But not any other consoles.
Sam Claiborne
It is on Steam, but he wasn't thankful for it. I thought he'd be thankful for Hell Divers.
Nick Limone
Yeah, that's a good point. And it was a very sort of like. No.
Justin Davis
Is this game a Starship Troopers? Like, no.
Sam Claiborne
Oh, we knew he was thankful for All Daggers.
Nick Limone
What about Starhawk? Was that last gen?
Justin Davis
That was PS3, wasn't it?
Nick Limone
I don't know, man.
Justin Davis
Multiplayer focused, PS5 game.
Damon Hadfield
I'm losing my mind.
Sam Claiborne
Did this game get immediately canceled?
Damon Hadfield
Yes.
Nick Limone
Oh, that's so sad.
Justin Davis
Does this game have a one off episode in the upcoming anthology series Secret Level?
Sam Claiborne
Just burning the questions out. You don't eat the leftovers on Thanksgiving night.
Justin Davis
I'm coming back for round two. I'm hungry. Is this game Concord?
Damon Hadfield
It is Concord, yes.
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Damon Hadfield
And I do know why it doesn't have a sequel on PS5.
Sam Claiborne
That's a good point. That's a good point.
Justin Davis
Dude, we did it. We crushed it.
Sam Claiborne
I have a Thanksgiving leftover suggestion. Make a pot pie with them.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Nick Limone
We've been getting into pot pies lately too.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah, I like a pot pie. For sure.
Nick Limone
Yeah.
Damon Hadfield
Well, you guys netted out 74 questions.
Sam Claiborne
Excuse me?
Damon Hadfield
What?
Sam Claiborne
Nothing.
Damon Hadfield
So, yeah, 26 questions ahead.
Nick Limone
That might be a record.
Damon Hadfield
It might be a record. Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah. It sounds similar to some earlier ones we had. Thanks to Nick.
Nick Limone
What is a video game we should do? Video games we're thankful for?
Justin Davis
Yeah. Damon, what games are you thankful for?
Sam Claiborne
We know one that he's not.
Damon Hadfield
I mean, it'd be all my favorite games, right? I'm thankful for Shadowgate and Perfect Dark and Rival Schools and Dodonpachi.
Justin Davis
Tasty.
Nick Limone
Yeah, those are all pretty good.
Damon Hadfield
I do have one email that I wanted to share, so let's check in with the listeners real fast.
Nick Limone
Hey, listeners.
Sam Claiborne
Happy listeners.
Damon Hadfield
Corey C. Writes in saying, remember, viewers, listeners. You can always email your questions to me at the email address gamescoopgn.com Corey says Gamescoop Crew. Longtime listener, first time writer. This isn't so much of a question, just a story. I wanted to share a little about myself. I'm an ex Nintendo employee. As I transitioned out of that role with Nintendo and into a more lucrative position in the hand tool industry, I grew older, had a family. Next thing you know, I'm a lapsed gamer. How could this be? I've been playing video games before I could talk. My job was to talk to fans about video games. I worked for the best video game company in the world. This couldn't be happening. Not to me. But sadly, here I was without video games, sitting in my video game room, staring at my dusty switch, Xbox and PlayStation. Truthfully, the only thing that kept me holding on to the video game industry was is gamescoop. It was one of those episodes of Gamescoop that I heard one of my favorite video game personalities, Justin, rave about a little game called Vampire Survivors. I thought to myself, boy, that sounds like fun. Long story short, after battling with the idea of gaming again, I picked up the controller for Vampire Survivors. And I haven't put it down since. All I think about within reason when I have free time. Justin, I know you've named some other garlic likes, but what are some of your favorites that I could move on to once this run is over?
Sam Claiborne
What a great.
Nick Limone
Let me pull up my nerd stuff spreadsheet where keep all of these. Yeah, Brotato is really, really good. You played that one, right, Damon?
Damon Hadfield
I haven't played Brotato.
Nick Limone
Oh, Halls of Torment is probably my favorite. That was the one that won Garlic like of the year. There's a really good. Well, like, Soulstone Survivors is pretty good. Bone Raiser Minions. That's another one you would like.
Damon Hadfield
That's a good title.
Nick Limone
Yeah, it's really cool. They made a shockingly competent Vampire Survivors clone based off the Nicolas Cage movie Renfield.
Justin Davis
Oh, yeah.
Nick Limone
And it's like, it's one of those things where like, you know, it's not incredible, but it's like it's like 10 times better than it really deserves to be or should be. So the Renfield one is really good. And then Death Must Die is the other one that I've name dropped before.
Justin Davis
Justin, I'm so sorry. You did just say it. But what's the one that's like Diablo? That's a garlic. Like the Halls of Torment. There you go.
Nick Limone
Halls of Torment. And that one recently came out of early Access. So this is the Renfield one that we're looking at now.
Sam Claiborne
Crazy. I saw this movie.
Damon Hadfield
I have Halls of Torment. I have Halls of Torment installed on my Steam deck, But I haven't started it up yet. It's on my list.
Nick Limone
Yeah, this. Oh, go ahead.
Damon Hadfield
I would just say Corey ends this email with thanks for the recommendations. Thank you for the years of amazing work and content. We, the GameScoop listeners, appreciate your work and we hope to listen for many more years.
Nick Limone
Yeah, well, thank you for listening. That one's sweet. I'm a firm believer that, like, if someone's a lapsed gamer is not as into games or even a genre of games, like, oh, I'm not feeling RPGs. It's like you just need like the right. Like I thought in my head, I'm like, I don't have the time or patience to play gigantic 80 hour, 100 hour RPGs anymore. But then Baldur's Gate came around and I said, nope, I was just waiting for the right game. And then I was just as immersed and sucked in as I ever have been.
Sam Claiborne
So I really hope that this person had an experience at one point in which a sibling of theirs or maybe a spouse's sibling also had kids. And then those kids were able to say, my uncle works in Nintendo. And this is what I. Yeah.
Nick Limone
That'S awesome. I'm afraid to Google the hand tool industry on my work computer.
Damon Hadfield
I thought that was a little odd also. But hey, that's where Corey C. Ended up.
Sam Claiborne
It sounds like a cool job to not only work for Nintendo, but also communicate with fans on behalf of Nintendo. That's always. That's always fun.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. Yeah. Well, what, I mean, what would that role be recently be? Like social media, classified information, Social editor for Nintendo Power?
Sam Claiborne
Yeah, yeah, that's the romanticized version.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. They don't have gameplay counselors anymore, do they?
Sam Claiborne
No, they did all kinds of promotional material and tours and stuff like that.
Justin Davis
He intercepts fans when they go to try and talk to Miyamoto. He says, I'm sorry, you can't pass.
Sam Claiborne
You know what's cool is, remember the situation at E3? And maybe it's like this at Gamescom. In fact, I think I know it's like this at Gamescom that I think about it. But the people manning the booths were just regular Nintendo employees. They would apply throughout the year. Xbox was the same thing. Or they would just kind of get involved and then they would get to go to E3 and they would just kind of like help people through demos and booths. Right? And that was really cool because I'd always ask them, like, oh, what do you do at Microsoft? You know, and they'd be like, oh, actually I do our like, you know, corporate audio for all of our meetings. Like, stuff like that. It was really, really cool. And so, you know, and Nintendo was, you know, you get a sense for how big and tech level these companies are when you start talking to people about stuff like that. Like, they're fans, they like games. But like, their job might be something as mundane as like, you know, custodial work or something and.
Nick Limone
But.
Sam Claiborne
But they work for Nintendo and they get that opportunity. It's really cool.
Nick Limone
Yeah. I think an important sort of growing up realization is that, you know, you can get into the video game industry without being a designer or programmer. But it's like Nintendo needs accountants. So like, whatever you went to school for, like, that discipline is probably transferable to be like, adjacent to the. To the hobby that you love a lot.
Sam Claiborne
Yeah. Like, I can see another life in which, like, you know, if you wanted to work for Nintendo, like become a lawyer, like do entertainment law. Nintendo needs those all the time. And you need them. You need them for other jurisdictions. Right? You need them for. You can't have the same lawyer force in the US that you have in Italy or Japan or whatever. So they need a worldwide. It's pretty cool.
Justin Davis
But be a cool lawyer that doesn't shut down, like fan games and stuff. Be a chill.
Sam Claiborne
I don't know if those fan games deserve it. They deserve it.
Nick Limone
Be a chill lawyer. Like, dude, I mean, whatever. Like, I. There's plenty of lawyers in my life that I love a lot, but professionally, I think chill lawyer is a little bit of like, they have no Chilly moron.
Sam Claiborne
My legal. My professional legal counsel is that. I think you should give this one a pass, bro.
Nick Limone
Yeah, look, it's really fun.
Justin Davis
No, seriously, Miyamoto, it's really cool.
Nick Limone
We'll let your fan game stay, but just like, just be cool about it, all right?
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Justin Davis
Don't charge people for it.
Damon Hadfield
All right, well, that's all the scoops we have for you for this special episode. For all of our listeners and viewers here in the United States, I hope you have a great holiday weekend. I hope if you're not in the United States, I hope you have a great weekend as well. And I hope everybody gets to play some games. I'm trying to sort of revisit some of the games that are going to be talked about in Game of the Year discussion. So last night I returned to metaphor Fantazio for a while, and then I need to get back to Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, because I never finished that. So I'm going to try to bounce back into some of the games that are being talked about in the short list for Game of the Year. How about you guys? What do you guys plan to play this holiday weekend?
Sam Claiborne
Well, I'm going to play more Halo. I might go into Halo 3. However, I am excited because when we all come back from vacation and in December, there's a bunch of big games out suddenly. And I'm really excited for December in Indiana Jones. I think Infinity Nikki is going to be one of the biggest games on earth. So I'm just excited to cover that and talk about it and stuff like that. And then there's a bunch of multiplayer cool games with Marvel Rivals and Delta Force and stuff hitting and then Path of Exile. It's a crazy December and it's going to be really fun talking about all those games. So. Looking forward to that.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah. When we come back from this break. Yeah, there's only three episodes of Game Sweep left and that whole month is going to be filled with. We'll be talking a lot about Indiana Jones, I'm sure. And then there's all the Game of the Year wrap up stuff which will culminate in the Damies, of course. So yeah, this whole year.
Sam Claiborne
Talk about those. We've had a lot of behind the scenes meetings about the Damiens already.
Damon Hadfield
Yeah.
Sam Claiborne
You know, from the corporate level, right?
Damon Hadfield
Yep. It's true.
Justin Davis
If I may make a quick suggestion for all of those who are in a tryptophan induced coma and looking for something to watch. Highly Recommend Watching a two hour documentary on the making of Half Life 2, which Valve just dropped. I watched it. It's incredible. It's so fascinating. You learn so much stuff. You see a sneak peek at what was Half Life 3 or Half Life episode 3.
Sam Claiborne
Isn't that crazy?
Justin Davis
It has since. Oh yeah, it looks.
Nick Limone
I'm.
Justin Davis
I'm excited, man. It seems like they're going to cook on something. I think that, yeah, the way Gabe ends the documentary, it feels very like wink, wink, nudge, nudge, it's coming. And I cannot wait. I redownloaded half life2 to celebrate. So I'm probably gonna be playing that.
Sam Claiborne
It would have been really cool if they did this though. And they just gave it to Digital Eclipse and they're like, hey, can you guys just do this instead of us? And then they put this all in one of their formats and then you got to play all the Half Life stuff that was under.
Nick Limone
How crazy would it be nuts if like that moment in Portal where you break out of the portal like environment for the first time. Is it's a digital eclipse, like, Half Life game, and it's the timeline and it's the interviews and everything. Then you click on something and then half life three just starts and you're like.
Sam Claiborne
Man.
Nick Limone
Wake up, Mr. Freeman. What am I playing? So I downloaded the Black Ops 6 campaign, and you are all right. It is great. It's so good.
Sam Claiborne
Is it open world, the first open world part yet?
Nick Limone
