This week on the Snack Bad Bunny. Life of a showgirl, Fat bear week, and a bold way to get a date.
B
This is a dear Meaty production.
A
Enjoy.
B
Hi, guys. Hello. How we doing, everybody?
A
Just kidding.
B
Like, it's a live show. I'm wearing sweatpants. I just need to be cozy today.
A
I wore that outfit last week.
B
Emotional support. Sweatpants.
A
What do you need emotional support for?
B
I don't know. The world.
A
They're great.
B
That's tough out there.
A
This shirt I'm wearing, do you like it? Yeah, it's like, old vintage Steeler shirt.
B
But, like, for real. For real or it's, like, on revolve.
A
It is. It is my oldest piece of clothing.
B
Wait, no, Really?
A
I got it when I was 17.
B
And you still have it.
A
And I still have it.
B
Yep. I can tell, like, the wear and tear.
A
It's cracked.
B
Yeah, it's like the crack, but it's quality.
A
I got it at a frat party when I was visiting Indiana University the year before I started going to school there, and I asked some guy to, like, take it off and give it to me, and he did. And I think this is the oldest piece of clothing.
B
Yes. I love, like, the screen print is, like, cracking. They just don't make shirts like that like they. They used to.
A
No, they don't crack them like this anymore.
B
That's great.
A
I was excited to tell you about it.
B
Did you ever have a terrible towel?
A
Girl, everywhere we wash our face with terrible towel.
B
Did you ever use it to clean up cum? No. Oh, is that, like, sacrilege?
A
No, I don't care. Anything can be used to clean up. Come. I usually use their clothing to clean up. Come. I'm not gonna. I'm not trying to use my stuff.
B
I just didn't know if, like, Pittsburgh people really used a terrible towel like, that way.
A
I love that idea because it, like, really, like, sends you off with, like, a perfect finish. Yeah. I mean, some guy probably at some point used his own terrible towel to wipe his cum off my back or my stomach or something after they score. I'm more of like a. I'm more of like a tits, like, come inside of me kind of girl.
B
Well, yeah, I don't want it.
A
Like, I just.
B
No, I haven't wiped cum off of me since 2023. Like, it's been up in there for two. For the last two years.
A
Like, I just.
B
Mixing and mingling with my IUD.
A
I think it's so funny to, like, dirty talk about people, like, coming on your tits. When I finally let Somebody do that. The. The look on my face like, you're not going to want to come. You know what I mean? I'm just like, oh, oh, tits. Oh, you're cooler than I am when it happens.
B
Oh, well, I mean, I've just never. It's never been on my face. I wouldn't know what to do. You know, I just plug my nose and close my eyes.
A
Face. No.
B
But even, like, I'm about to jump in the pool.
A
Dad, if you're listening to this.
B
Yeah, I don't. Steelers.
A
Yeah. Go Steelers. I think the cat's out of the bag.
B
All right, I have one quick tour announcement. This is second last. Second to last time you're ever going to hear me talk about the stupid love shows. Yeah, I have been pushing these, like, Cardi B and her new album, which. Just listen. Did you listen to Bodega Batty?
A
You told me you wouldn't voice note me and gossip with me yesterday until I listened to it six times. And so I did. I listened to. Do you do that? I actually, like, a friend of mine said to me the other day, she was like, my boyfriend will listen. Actually, it's her fiance. What? Will listen to the exact same song on repeat. She's like, he, like, he sets it to repeat. I.
B
Well, so Bodega Baddie. What? Track six on Cardi B's album. Am I the drama? It is too short. It's the best song. It is such a banger. I can't believe how good that song is. And so it's getting towards the end and I run it back before it can even end. It's too short. It needs to be like a five minute song. I told my fiance, I was like, is this not the best song ever? And he was like, are you trolling me? This is Mariachi. I said, divorce Mariachi.
A
Get out of here.
B
Do not.
A
We're hearing the different things.
B
Don't you dare the slander, Mariachi.
A
Wait, what's the thing? Like, you hear two different things. You hear, you know, there's like the blue dress and the dresses. What's the verbal equivalent of that?
B
I'm not sure. Oh, what was it? There was two names. Oh, my God. Yeah, it was the dress thing, but they did it with names, like, a couple years later.
A
Yes, but him hearing Mariachi is funny to me because I'm like, that's not what I'm hearing.
B
I get what he's saying. And he loves female artists. We talked about this before. He loves Cardi, but he does not love that Song like we do. Okay, but that song is so strong.
A
It's so strong. I listened over and over. But do you do this behavior? Do you listen to the same song? Like, I will take a walk. This is really like crazy. I will take a walk for like a really long time and I'll listen to a song, the same song.
B
When Avicii Wake me Up came out, Reyna, I had to pull my car over. I was like, this is the best song that's ever been made.
A
Do you remember when I played it?
B
Probably 12 times, for sure.
A
Do you remember, like, my obsession with levels? It was not normal. It was the first.
B
Do I remember? It's still happening this current day. I've never been in your car and haven't heard levels by Avicii.
A
It's the first song I ever put on a Spotify playlist. It's the number one.
B
When you got off an extra.
A
What I got off Rhapsody.
B
No, Avici Rip. I mean, some of the best songs of our generation.
A
Without a doubt. And I. Well, I'm on my. I'm on an MGK kick. I can't stop. It's just. It's not healthy.
B
How do we get here? I don't know.
A
It's a big music week for us though. On the snack.
B
Yes. Oh, I just. I've been hustling my tour. Two mentions left of the year. I added a show in Minneapolis, late show next week, Tuesday, so come on out. And I just. I wanted to add a show. Cause the first one sold out so quickly. So I will be there on October 7th at Acme Comedy Club and then New York and then Boston and then we're done. And then I can just hang it up.
A
You run vibes now?
B
Just. Yeah, just be in the bodega. I'm not gonna feed New York like bodega baddie. They're like, please don't, white girl. Please stop.
A
Do you come to New York with me all the time now?
B
No, I mean, I'm be there next weekend. Okay. Thank you to Shopify.
A
Oh, my gosh. We have partners. Oh, my gosh. Okay. Thank you to Shopify. Go to shopify.com GGE and get started building your own empire today. And Saks Fifth Avenue. Head to Saks Fifth Avenue or Saks.com for inspiring ways to elevate your personal style.
B
And thank you to Addie. Learn more@addie.com and cakes body. Get 20% off your first order@cakesbody.com with code GGE. Okay. We are kicking it off with an Animal report. Azul did get his dental surgery. He had 10 teeth pulled.
A
Oh, my God.
B
Including the bottom row, the underbite that sticks out all four of those incisors. And he's here today. He's a little low energy. I mean, he's on pain meds, but if you want to. Azul, do you want to come? Snow, Come on. Aw. So, I mean, you can kind of tell he just doesn't have those teeth sticking out. But he looks really cute, and he just has that little, like, pad, you know, that the teeth would stick out of. And his tongue, like, kind of sticks out a little bit. So cute.
A
He won't show it to me.
B
I know we're on the plate, but he. Yeah, he's still got teeth in there, but he is. I think he's missing. There's like 14 to 15 total because we had to pull 10 and he'd had to have teeth pulled when I first got him, but he did really great. And he has a new look now. And I was saying last night, I was like, how does he look? Both older and younger. I don't know how to describe it.
A
I actually think he looks younger. I think it's funny you said that. I actually think he looks younger, but.
B
It was a part of his personality. But he's just as cute as ever. He's still an icon. And so. So I had texted the vet, like, do you guys save the teeth? Like, is that an option? Cause someone DM me. They were like, you should save his teeth. And I'm like, what? Make it into jewelry? And then I just texted. He was like, we usually don't. They're kind of gross. And I was like, okay, people keep their placentas. I can't keep his teeth.
A
Do you know how many people ask me what they do when you give a breast? When you get a breast reduction? Like, where all the stuff goes, where the boob goes. Everybody asked me this, like, can you save some of it? Where does it go, this stuff? It's in a body. I don't want it.
B
But what do they do? Did we talk about this before? Do they just throw it in the trash?
A
So it's hazardous waste.
B
It's hazardous waste. Duh. Everybody knows that there's special trash.
A
Yeah. You never see those things that say hazardous waste on them. It's like blood and titty meat. Guts and. Yeah, Breast tissue. Teeth. Yeah, and teeth. Your nipples just go on the table next to you and they put it back on.
B
Oh, my God. That's right. Once told us they. They switched their nipples, I think KFC. We went on KFC the. @ barstool. And he had a friend. This is right after your breast reduction, when he had a friend, probably number two. Who's to say. Yeah, number two and a half. And the woman that got her nipples switched, when they put him back on, she knew because only one nipple was pierced, so she had the pierced one on the wrong side. Crazy.
A
That's crazy. I actually, I. I don't know. I've had this happen three times and I couldn't say which nipple.
B
Yeah, for sure. I couldn't tell my nipp.
A
So Fat Bear Week, you specifically instructed me to not read about this. And I was like, say less. One less thing I have to read. So I have no idea what this is.
B
So I didn't really know either. So Fat Bear week, I was seeing it in my feed on Instagram and TikTok, and I'm like, what is this? So I dove a little bit deeper. So Fat Bear week is when you can vote for the fattest bear of the year. So some of the largest brown bears on the planet make their home at Brooks river in Katmai National Park, Alaska. And basically you vote for them. There are matchups open for voting September 23rd to the 30th. So it just ended, or it's still going on as we record. And it's a single elimination tournament. For each matchup, you vote for the bear you believe best exemplifies fatness and success. In brown bears. The bear with the most votes advances to the next round. Only one will be crowned fat bear champion. So you fill out a bracket.
A
Okay, you do. Is there cameras in this area? Like, how do we. Who nominates the bears names? The bears puts them up.
B
A lot of it is unclear. I think they search out these bears. They know know who they are. And some of them have been in the running for a couple years. I was watching a clip from Stephen Colbert talk about last year's bear of choice that he chose. And then they're all around, and then they put their pictures up, it sounds like. And then you again fill out your bracket and predict your fat bear winner, and then you can campaign for your candidate. So some of the bears have. They all have numbers, and then some have names and numbers. So I'll. We'll put these up on the screen. But I found my favorite, and I'm gonna tell you, I think who your favorite is. Okay, so my favorite bear is bear, and I've chose all females, obviously, because there's obviously males and females and there's cubs. So my favorite Bear is number 901. She is a medium sized and fat adult female. She has blonde rimmed triangular ears. Her fur is golden brown in the early summer and grizzled brown in the late summer. I just felt like that sounded very. Not the blonde room. Yeah, just a little. I liked her hair. Her hair color choice. Okay. She was has since first identified in 2018. She has since become one of the most prominent and recognizable female bears.
A
She's the Beyonce of bears.
B
Yes. She readily achieves a level of fatness above that of many other bears.
A
She exceeds the fat.
B
She's in it to win it. Yeah.
A
Oh, is. Are we voting on the fattest of the bears?
B
However you want to vote. But yeah, the thing is, like, pick.
A
The fattest bear, but like fatty. Like B H A t fat.
B
Okay, so this one for you. It's for you. Bear 909, also female. She loves salmon. She's always catching salmon. And after, after losing some of her cubs, which is really sad. They like tell you all these sob stories when you're reading about the bears. She adapted quickly to single life and behaved a bit more boldly this summer than she might have if she were caring for young cubs. So she had a slutty summer, doesn't want kids. Exactly. She was like, bye, I don't care about those cubs. So you're 909 and I'm 901. And again, you guys can go to it's explore.org and it will tell you about fat bear week and you can like look at the their hall of fame and vote for your favorites and fill out your bracket. I just think it's so funny. Like they were just showing up in my feed. I was like, what is fat bear week?
A
So this has really taken off this year. And also I was wondering if it had anything to do with. And it doesn't. But like, I've been getting served so much content lately of bears. People's homes. Yeah, bears that go into homes and like people are trying to like, lure them back out of the house.
B
I know they're in the home or in the cars. I mean, I just feel like they have gone a little rogue and that's the state of the world.
A
Yeah. I think they're just like, this is a lawless land. Get the National Guard to get me out of here. What are you gonna do? Right?
B
And I always say, like, if I get killed by a bear, that's how I wanted to go out if the last thing I see before I die is like a cute cuddly bear, that's what I would have wanted.
A
What's the dangerous ones are? There's a lot.
B
So black fight back. Brown lay down.
A
The brown ones are gonna kill ya. Right.
B
Those are just how you react. Like the.
A
You can fight a black bear.
B
They just. They are. I guess they get a little more scared. So, yeah, brown. Big brown bears. So anyway, that's your bear week update.
A
Okay. And this is a perfect segue into speaking of animals. Bad Bunny is doing the super bowl halftime show. I mean, I guess, call me naive, I didn't expect that amount of attention that this got both negatively, all of the complaining and the feedback. And it was a really fascinating choice. My initial thought was, great, I love Bad Bunny. I think it's gonna be so fun. I think about, like, the collabs he's gonna do and the people he's gonna like bring on. I mean, he's collabed with everybody, so. Drake, Rosalia, Cardi, B J Balvin. I mean, there's like nobody he hasn't collabed with. I thought, like, this is going to be the most. There's been a lot of talk about this, about how Bad Bunny is not gonna sing in English. It's all gonna be in Spanish. And as somebody who's always listened to like, Latin artists for a long time, way before it became like, so popularized in the U.S. like, I was like, Daddy Yankee OG fan rolling around. And I'm a huge Pitbull fan. And I have been singing songs in Spanish, not knowing one word of Spanish for many, many years. Over a decade, since I got this shirt.
B
Yeah. I mean, I love Bad Bunny. He is a global superstar. If you. If you don't know this, you're a huge fucking dork.
A
That's the most famous artist on the planet.
B
Yeah. Besides Taylor, but it's literally him and Taylor Swift. He just did a residency in Puerto Rico. And, you know, I don't speak Spanish and I love his music, but there have been times where I've been like, I do wish I could sing along, but it doesn't matter. I still appreciate it and enjoy it.
A
I think you. I think that you don't even realize that you do sing along to a lot of songs in Spanish. Donza couduro and pepas and bailando Nueva yo Nueva yo. I mean, New York, like all the, like, the hottest songs in the danza. Coduro was like the biggest song for years. Everybody can sing every word of that song. You don't know Spanish. I don't know Spanish.
B
Right. So you are learning it while you're listening. It is interesting, enriching your life.
A
And if you're like, I don't know, I'll be able to sing along for this 15 minutes of your life. Either skip it or, I don't know, start listening to his music and sing along to it again. I don't speak Spanish and I belt out these songs.
B
Yeah. So there's just so many different layers here. I mean, I am just so deep in the tweets and the comments that people are saying. I mean, people don't like it. Their racism is on full display. And I think a lot of people don't know that Puerto Rico is a US Territory. He's a US Citizen.
A
Oh, yeah. Your education level is showing.
B
Truly. I think people are like, think he's Mexican? I don't fucking know what people think, but I just think that that has been on display and you can just tell that the way that people are speaking about this. And you know what? I always want to say these negative tweets and comments and posts are being amplified because, of course, we talk about rage bait. And it may not be, obviously the majority of people. There's people that are excited, there's people that hate this, and then there's people that don't care. Or they're like, I don't know the songs, but I'm down for it, whatever. But obviously we've been seeing a lot of, like, racism, both blatant and just coded in general when it comes to this. And I just think it's crazy. Like, if you're racist, maybe don't watch football. Do you know 75% of the players aren't white? Truly, I looked at the stats this morning and, like, I just think the people that have the audacity to complain, if it is about race at all, when we're talking about sports, when we're talking about music, I mean, I could just rant forever about people that are in favor of what we're seeing with ICE and the deportations and have the audacity to eat at a Mexican restaurant, but that's a whole different story. Like, stop consuming the culture from the people you want to be harmed.
A
Go off, sis. And also, what are you going to do? Not watch the Super Bowl? Get fuck out of here. You're going to watch it. You're going to watch the halftime show. You're going to watch it next year, you're going to come back time and time Again, you will survive this few minutes of a musical performance. If you hate it, go eat a pigs in the blanket in the kitchen.
B
Right.
A
Like you're going to be okay also. Yes. He's an American citizen. You want an American to perform, he's an American citizen. It's going to be so lit. It's going to be so fun. I can't wait. And this is sort of an interesting play by the NFL. So I want to talk about like the business of reaching other consumers. So the Steelers played in Dublin this week and I was talking to a friend of mine about like I've never seen a football game in Ireland. It's pretty common for there to be a Mexico City game, a game in Brazil and a game in London that's like most years. But now they're expanding to other markets there. In Germany the Steelers played. I had to watch a game like 8 o' clock in the morning this Sunday in Dublin. And the NFL is trying to reach other markets. They've tapped out the United States. Every single person in the US that's gonna watch the NFL is watching the NFL. They're trying, they have. So they've saturated the market here and they're trying to reach other markets. So like all of these Spanish speaking countries, all of these people that are Latin in other countries are gonna watch this. This was a play to make money.
B
Yeah, well, it's always money. Just follow the money. Also, it needs to be said that like 50 million plus people and growing speak Spanish here in the US and the US is the second largest Spanish speaking population in the world. So it still is speaking to a lot of people here. But I wanted to go back to the US citizen thing. I love this. I saw this one post and some, you know, stupid idiot wrote, of course the NFL would announce a non US citizen for the super bowl halftime show. And then someone wrote back, all the non US citizens who have performed at the Super Bowl. Rihanna. Rihanna still isn't a citizen. She was talking about not voting. Oh yeah, like race. Yeah. Shakira. Coldplay.
A
That's crazy.
B
The who? The rolling stones, Paul McCartney, U2, Bad Bunny. US citizen.
A
That's crazy.
B
When you really do think about like, you guys are so stupid. And you know, I just think the level of delusion and self centeredness that you, a random nobody in the middle of the country, no offense to the middle of the country, thinks that the halftime show should fit your taste every year.
A
Totally.
B
Like sometimes you just might not like it like anything else. Did I like last year, you know how I feel and that's okay. And I love the message that it sent and it wouldn't have been my pick, but like, how self important are you as a person to think that it should be catered to you? Music, the most subjective thing in the world. Like, do you think, like everyone liked Tom Petty years ago? Like, which I'm a Tom Petty fan, but you know what I mean, like, it goes back and forth and sometimes it's older performers and newer performers and Spanish speaking performers. And we had obviously with JLO and Shakira and we had the like Dr. Dre year. And I don't know, it's just like crazy to get all up in arms about it to the point where I'm boycotting the NFL or good bye, not gonna watch the Super Bowl. This isn't safe for children. Oh, I'm sorry, you don't want your children to be bilingual.
A
Banishes the same for kids with all the sexual messaging from every other artist that has done the halftime show. That is so crazy to me. I don't know. It's like, I think you'll survive if this performance doesn't like, suit your palette.
B
Yeah. And Bad Bunny, you know, he has been vocal about only doing Puerto Rico to support his people and not doing the continental US Shows. And he was saying that he had a fear of ICE raids at his shows. He had concern that ICE agents could be present outside the venues, potentially targeting concertgoers, which is sick that were here. And then he made the decision to protect his Latino fans, who were the majority of his audience, from that threat. And now he's like, I'll do one and it'll be the fucking Super Bowl. I think it's a power play. I love that he what he stands for, that he's standing on business and that he's doing that. And he knows it's gonna ruffle some feathers too. And I like that the NFL did it. I saved a couple tweets that I loved. This was so crazy. This person tweeted, I loves Mick is the handle in February of 2025. So February this year, all these white people mad about Kendrick Lamar super bowl performance. I hope next year they get Bad Bunny performing the whole set in Spanish. Can you imagine being that person? And then I just loved some person tweeted like, NFL fans are furious. Nobody wants to see him perform. Jamel Hill responded, he might be the biggest entertainer in the world.
A
That's probably a you problem. Imagine being this mad about anything. Who has the time?
B
I know. Oh, here here's one. Why the heck would you want someone that sings in a foreign language before language? It just doesn't sound right. I think I would feel unsafe being there. Someone wrote, they're all about to cry and say, it should have been Pitbull. And someone wrote, this is Bad Bunny. He was just announced as the 2026 Super bowl halftime show. Massive Trump hater. Anti ice activist. No songs in English. I just love to see it.
A
I saw this girl's take and she was like, people are complaining. Like, you won't be able to understand, like, anything he says. But, like, Dave Matthews Band is, like, the biggest artist. And, like, all the songs are just like, try to understand anything Dave Matthews says.
B
It's so crazy. I don't know. Do you want to sing along at the halftime show? Learn Spanish. Be smarter.
A
You've been given a warning so you can start learning.
B
Yeah. Duolingo. Get it popping. You're that upset and just.
A
You could dance to it. This is the kind of music that, like, gets me out of my.
B
Oh, my God.
A
I've been such a fan for so long.
B
Monaco, when that song dropped, I can't wait. Lost my mind now. It's just like, if you are upset about this, like, you are a pathetic loser and you are not hot. If you were wondering, am I hot? No. This is not saying you have to be a huge fan, but if you're upset, if you are boycotting football over this and you're making all these racially coded remarks, you are not hot.
A
That's the tweet.
B
Stay inside. Be better.
A
Get hotter.
B
Get hotter. Learn Spanish. Get hotter. Imagine, like, shitting on Bad Bunny. The coolest motherfucker in the world.
A
So embarrassing.
B
It's so embarrassing. You are ugly. Did you see this video of Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, who are married, the hottest couple alive.
A
Why didn't I know this?
B
Yeah, I feel like it's a little under the radar.
A
I feel like that's the hottest couple that's ever.
B
They've been married since 2010. They have two children.
A
What are you saying to me? What do people know about this? Yeah. Is it on Wikipedia? How did you find out about this?
B
Well, I think I like low key. Knew it, but forgot about it. And I saw a video of them dancing at a Bad Bunny concert, and it was so hot. It was like, such a turn on. I mean, the two of them, and they obviously just both had great moves and rhythm and they were getting after it. Like watching Jon Hamm at a Bad Bunny concert. Like, if you really are anti bad Bunny again. I can't stress enough. Like, please get. Get out, cooler.
A
I feel like I'm blacking out that you told me these two are a couple. I really. They're so hot.
B
I don't think about Javier Bardem a lot. I mean, when I. Well, I. I just. When I watched F1, he was so sexy in that, and so it kind of jogged my memory that he was out there being hot.
A
I love her, too. Like, I loved her Blow Blows like one of my favorite movies. And I just low key forget.
B
Yeah. Okay. So we're super excited. This is going to be huge for you. This is literally Raina's super bowl.
A
So.
B
I can't wait for this if the Eagles are in it. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. I'm fine. If they don't make it to the Super Bowl, I'm way more chill because we won last year and that's okay. I mean, obviously they're on the right track. They're 4 0, but Jalen hurts and bad buddy. I won't be able to handle it.
A
It's too sexy.
B
I gotta go.
A
You know, I want to go every year. We don't have any for the last two years.
B
What do we do? We don't have anything to do.
A
That's true. We don't have anything to do. We might have a bachelorette party that weekend, but we're not gonna do that. We're gonna do the other weekend.
B
We'll go from the bachelorette to the Super Bowl.
A
I am so sad. We did not go to the super bowl the last two years. Like, so, so sad.
B
I know. All right, well, we are just going to thank a couple partners and we will get back into it. Okay. I'm telling you guys about Saks Fifth Avenue once again. We've been talking about them a ton. I have a big announcement. So I've been on this journey to find what I'm wearing for my special. I can't even describe the amount of things I've ordered sent back. I tried to get something custom made. Like, I've been.
A
Big decision.
B
It's huge. I've worked with a stylist. Like, it just. It has not been working out the way I've wanted. I've had an outfit. I thought I was gonna get it tailored. They couldn't tailor it because whatever, it's not important. I found something from Saks. I can't even believe it. I was. It was my last. It was a totally different vibe. Very different vibe. I'm not Gonna tell you guys, you'll see. And I was just like, you know, we've been talking about Saks. Every week. I'm gonna go to Saks. I'm gonna get there. This thing, I actually got it on sale. They have great sales from time to time. And I think that's what I'm wearing.
A
I'm. I love the vibe. It's really special and different. You know, I say all the time, like, there's some websites that just every person shops all the time and everyone's just like rolling around in the same stuff.
B
Yeah, I've never seen anything like this. Yeah, it feels like it was made for me. I'm just so excited. So I can't recommend it enough. I mean, I'm directing people there to get stuff for my wedding. I've ordered shoes from there and they have accessories, they have stuff for kids. They have all different kinds of brands, all different price points. And so at this point, I am just like, they are my go to. If you can't find something somewhere else, you're gonna find it on Saks and I will die on that hill. So we are just such fans. Of course, fall means new trends and you wanna get your jackets and coats and sweaters and new denim and pants and all the things for your work, your play, date night workouts, everything. They truly have it all. And we just, just can't recommend it enough. And hopefully you will see what I'm wearing from Saks when I shoot this special. I can't wait to show you guys. So check out Saks Fifth Avenue or go to Saks.com for inspiring ways to elevate your personal style every day.
A
And Ashley Addy, our little pink pellet sponsor, is becoming a whole vibe of its own.
B
I know, right? I have been hearing about it and seeing it everywhere.
A
I just saw that Gwyneth was talking about Addy. I heard some celebrities like Jenny Garth say Addie has helped them.
B
I love knowing that low libido is becoming less faux pas to discuss and women can talk about what's really helping them. And for many of them, that's Addie. So a quick reminder for our listeners. Addie is the little pink pill clinically proven to boost frustrating low libido in certain premenopausal women. In fact, clinical trials reported women having more satisfying sex each month.
A
Hell yes. And the Addie vibe is a sexy vibe.
B
So sexy. Addy clinically proven to boost libido. Ask your doctor if Addy is right for you. Or go to add yi.com to find a provider.

So in the biggest news probably of the fall, Life of a Showgirl drops this Friday. This is the most anticipated album in the country.
B
Yeah.
A
For a lot of people.
B
Yeah. I mean, I feel like a. This is the. Would you say this is the most promo she's ever done? I mean, some albums, it's the most.
A
Promo anybody's ever done, right?
B
Yeah. Like, it's a ton. Sometimes previous albums have felt like they came out of nowhere. Yeah, I guess. This is the most promo I've seen for any album in recent history, if not ever.
A
I mean, for any artist. I mean, she is releasing this movie, which she did release a movie of the tour previously, but she's releasing this movie in theaters that people can go and like, listen and watch the album get made. And there's a video in it.
B
Okay.
A
So that'll drop. There's been these, like, exclusive merch drops. She's done vinyl album drops. The Elizabeth Taylor estate did a drop because one of the songs called Elizabeth Taylor. I mean, it is just consumerism at its finest. And I at its finest. She. She could do whatever she, she wants. It's Been a lot. And I understand. She's like, I'm the biggest musical artist, I'm the biggest selling touring artist in the world. I'm gonna like make that money. It just. It feels a little cringe to me.
B
Yeah. I mean, people want anything and everything from her and they will buy it. And she is running a business and we live in a capitalist society. People will say there are no ethical billionaires. Don't know if I disagree, but there has been more pushback and criticism than I've ever seen for her about this. And I am seeing it from her, from fans. This is not. She's always had haters and I'm not talking about them, but I noticed it in my algo on TikTok. Just a lot of it. And I don't think I'm seeking that out to have it kind of show up for me, you know, this is something I particularly felt like I cared about. So it made me think that this is really out there in the world. It's not such a niche thing. You know, people who are self proclaimed swifties have really been turned off by the amount of promo for this album given the state of the world. And the vibe is read the room, you know, like, we are in dark times. People don't have money and it is just so much stuff to buy.
A
Yeah. I actually didn't take any issue with quite a few. So the movie I thought was actually kind of fun. I think that like after the Eras tour, people are like looking for something. People want it. They want to like go and sing in a theater. My dad went and saw the Eras tour movie and he was like, it was so delightful. It was so nice.
B
Totally. Yeah.
A
So I think people like that. And I love the Eras tour. It was so fun to be there. And there's an exclusive vinyl collection edition at Target. It's the cardigan that really pushed me over the edge.
B
Oh my God.
A
I was just like, we're selling an exclusive cardigan.
B
The cardigan is. It's always. It's funny what pushes you over the edge because people will criticize Beyonce for this too. And the perfume is what pushed people over the edge. Like the hair care line was like, okay, well, she put a lot of work into this and she has great hair. We want to see her hair care line. But the perfume. Does Beyonce need a perfume? You know, like, it's just. It feels like too much for a lot of people. I mean, I go back and forth. I'm kind of sharing what I'm seeing and I guess I'll. I'll give my stance. But, I mean, you know, it could. It could change, but it's just like, all these vinyls. I mean, she's raking in millions and millions of dollars and at the same time, not speaking out about anything happening in the world. And that's her prerogative. And I also wanna say, like, would we ever scrutinize a man in this way? Probably not. But has a male performer since, I don't know, Michael Jackson, like, in our current age ever been as popular as her? No, I don't. I don't. Besides, Bad Bunny, like, truly, I think of, like, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, maybe some country artists I'm not thinking of. But, you know, she broke the Internet with her Kamala endorsement, and I feel like she really motivated people to vote. And then she's just been silent. And people say, like, well, she's maybe scared for her safety and she has a target on her back with the President. But I think that she is this female empowerment, LGBTQ rights. Like, it's so bad. Everything is bad. Like, and I think people want it hear from her.
A
I think maybe she's like, I did. I did at least try to do my part. And I did. I sure. I put my name on Kamala. And I don't know, I'm trying to think, have we seen other music artists? I mean, Beyonce put her support behind Kamala, but, like, have we seen, like, Selena Gomez do this? Have we seen Sabrina Carpenter do this? I'm asking. I'm genuinely asking. I'm not. I'm not sure.
B
Yeah, it's definitely. People hold her to a higher standard, but it. I think it's just the two things together. It's like, it's all of the pushing this stuff to buy this person who was so rich and so famous. And again, she's really generous. I mean, what she does for her crew, and that goes without saying. There's just a bunch of different things to say here. But it's just like, I think people, like, stop selling us stuff without doing something in the darkest of times. I mean, I'll just, like, read a few things. I saw. I said some. I saw this on TikTok and he said, if I'm being completely honest, it's never been harder to be a Swiftie. It feels like us fans are just a vessel to get her album to number one. We're expected to play into all the gimmicks, pre saves and variants, all under the guise of connecting with Taylor. But in fact, were just Used for marketing. Which is sad as her older music was so special and truly felt like a connection with the fans. And now it's never felt more than just a manufactured pop product. And I saw another one that said this just feels very calculated. It feels like everything is a business transaction. Even from her engagement. Just hovering over all of it is the political undertone. Again, this doesn't reflect everybody, but I just hadn't seen this much criticism for her. And I do think the two things together feel a little like a read the room situation. But also, I mean, this is the plan. These marketing plans are decided well in advance, but they're still decided in this current climate since it's been 2025. So I don't know. I mean, my take is that it does feel a lot of like, buy this thing, buy this thing, buy this thing over and over and over. And people are like, come on, on.
A
I guess it just feels like it's. If people want it, if there's a market for it, sure. If there's like a huge fan base and they're like, I gotta get this card again. Like, for me, the movie feels like you're providing an experience for people.
B
At least people can go with their.
A
Girlies and get dressed up and have a night out of it and you've provided an experience. The vinyls, I mean, people have been collecting stuff like that forever. I hate to be like, I hate to like, say, like, you can't collect a cardigan. I guess you could. It's just like, I don't know. We did, we did Cardigan. Yeah, we're done with cardigan. We did the cardigan thing already.
B
Yeah. Yeah. I'm curious what people think. I mean, again, I have mixed feelings on it and not everybody has to speak out about what's happening in the world, but I feel like once you start, once you kind of do the endorsement, you push back on Donald Trump. It's like people are like, hey, it's so bad now. When you posted that we were still in a democracy and what's do you care what's happening now? I don't know. I think, I guess that's where people are coming from.
A
I guess as much as she can have like world class security and people around her, like Donald Trump has made public statements against her and it does threaten her safety. And so I'm just like, I'm just hypothesizing. But like when they had that bulletproof shield take her out into the game.
B
That was her stalker.
A
So I don't know but, like, Donald Trump has made public statements about her, and it is frightening if he mobilizes his audience against her. And so I guess I understand, sort of feeling like I have. I'm the biggest star in the world. I tried, you know, where I stand. And now I'm gonna. I have to prioritize my safety. I'm still a young woman, you know?
B
Yeah. And when it comes to the consumerism of it all, like, is there a world in which she does anything that's like, I don't know about free. I don't know what the answer is. I just think they were, like, charitable component. Of course, something where people are like, taylor, we have spent thousands of dollars on you. You know, is. I don't know. I don't know. I don't have the answer. Is there anything?
A
But I think that's a great point. Like, I've seen people say, like, I pay for $5,000 for floor seats at her concert if I buy this cardigan or this vinyl. Why isn't there a charitable component? You honestly rarely see people do things today that there aren't charitable. Like, how many companies do you and I have advertised on the show that 10% of proceeds go to XYZ, and we've seen it for so long. And it would be really nice if she picked a cause and said, like, a portion of these proceeds go to somewhere or.
B
I don't know. I mean, you're in charge of your ticket prices. And I, as someone who tore both of us. But we really don't feel comfortable with certain prices. Even though people would pay it, people will buy it. I mean, we have been pushed by the ticketing platforms to do more platinum tickets, which the price is based on demand. And there was a point where I saw my ticket prices for this tour, specifically, like, the Boston show that were fewer platinum, and they were up to a price I didn't feel comfortable with, and they would probably sell, and that's more money for me. But I don't. I don't like it. I don't like that price. People thinking I would charge it. And I really don't want to be like, oh, I'm so much more ethical than Taylor Swift. I just. I do wonder about that. I do. Are these artists like, well, if they're going to pay it, you know, And I know that sometimes it's Ticketmaster making these decisions, but we are involved in these decisions as the artist, and we have a cap for fluctuating ticket prices. And there's been points where we're like, honestly, let's. We're gonna make less money, but we're gonna set this price as something that feels like what people can afford right now. Even though there's been times where, like, God, we. We put on such a show, especially for the holiday shows, but we're like. It's just more about wanting. Not wanting to price people out and wanting people to come and have a good time and not feel like they need to overdraft because of it.
A
I am with you, but I guess there are, I mean, verified resale sites. So, like, I sold my. I had four Taylor Swift tickets I.
B
Sold to outside of the verified resale, which also. They're in a lawsuit right now because they were gouging those, which. You love to see it. If there's one thing that can unite the nation, it's take a master pricing. Anyway. All right, so that's moving on.
A
Anyways. Now there's shit all over this. I could not be more excited. Like, Friday is gonna be so exciting for me. I can't wait to hear the album. I just. I have loved most of her albums. I'm really excited.
B
Yeah, for sure. Again, this is just, like, an interesting aspect of the Taylor Swift fandom. The criticism and her ability to. What it sounds like a lot of people think not meet the. The moment with this new album. But, yeah, I mean, we made our little album covers to mimic it. Like, I'm excited to hear it. I think it's going to be a little more lit than past albums, and I'm into it. We just thought it was interesting to discuss. So anyway.
A
Okay, well, all right.
B
We just have one funny thing, and I just love this. Someone sent this to me, and I did a little more research, and the headline is, mary Lisa, Bay area bachelorette puts up billboards in quest to find husband. So this woman, Lisa Catalano, she put up billboards that say marylisa.com and then you go to the website and it's, like, all about her and what she's looking for. She's 40, 42. I think she's 41 or 42. I saw varying reports on her age, but anyway, she's in that age range, our age range. So she's really out here. And I don't mind it.
A
Oh, I love it.
B
Yeah.
A
I would have picked a different photo. She looks like she just came from workout class. But other than that, listen, it's tough out here. Whatever you need to do, you know?
B
So she told local news station she has seen significant interest in her search for husband. With applicants from across the country and even as far as Brazil. In one day, the site drew over 27,000 unique visitors and more than 127,000 page views. 350 applications of eligible men who meet her criteria. Her website features dating preferences, likes, dislikes, political party affiliation, religious beliefs. She's also posted several videos where she shares her views on kissing on a first date, sex, intimacy, yada yada.
A
I love this. And I wonder what she's using. I wonder if she's using, like, a Google form. You have to use a Google form to, like, weed people out, right? Like, you can't just, like, hire somebody to be, like, reading all these emails. So it's definitely got to be like, yes. No, on the political stuff. Like, you have to be able to, like, sort it quickly.
B
I love this.
A
I love this. She is, like, yellow aura all day. She is type A. I wonder what her sign is. They say, like, what her sign is. This is just somebody who is, like, not gonna leave it up to fate.
B
Yeah.
A
She is, like, organized. She has, like, a lot of, like, spreadsheets. I love it. I'm not surprised. She's from the Bay Area.
B
She said the dating apps aren't going well, and she's reached the point where a drastic measure was in order. She goes, also, how Silicon Valley is it to do a website? Yeah, like, this is, like, you said, so Bay Area. I just. I love it. I mean, billboards are back. Do you see?
A
Like, did they go anywhere before?
B
I'm just saying. I think that's the oldest form of advertising. I learned about that in college. Outdoor advertising. You probably did, too.
A
It was my first internship. I worked at this company called Lamar. They're a billboard company.
B
Yeah. But Olivia Herman, who is. Who does the Philly mom on Instagram. She does this impression of a Philly mom. You guys have seen it. She wears this blonde bob wig and a red turtleneck. And I guess she's working with an outdoor advertising company. And every week after the Eagles game, they put up a billboard. It's a real billboard. I don't know if it was real at first. So she'll. They put up a billboard with her, and she's collabing it. I'm like, this is genius.
A
Honestly. I mean, anybody can. People think, like, billboards are hard to get. Anybody can get a billboard.
B
We had billboards in Times Square. We just bought them. Listen, when you see people like, oh, my God, our billboard, they just bought it.
A
They just paid for it. It's not even that much money. To be honest, it depends on the one that you want, where it is. But like, you could have probably afforded a billboard if you needed one.
B
So I want to keep tabs on her if she finds her man. What a story. How did you guys meet? He responded to a billboard.
A
That guy's cool.
B
Yes.
A
Like, you just. I think about people that meet in certain ways and it's like those people are going to vibe because they're attracted to the same type of like, I don't know, just we vibe on the same level.
B
Exactly. Like I. There's two types of men. A man that would be like, oh, that's so desperate. Yeah. And the guy that's like, huh, what's up with Lee girl?
A
That's my girl.
B
That immediately is a good filtering system.
A
It weeds people out. Yeah.
B
Okay.
A
And then, you know, somebody can fill.
B
Out an online form.
A
They had to work a little bit harder.
B
Yeah, exactly. You know, they have a car, they were on the highway.
A
Well, buses.
B
Uber pool.
A
Yeah. That doesn't weed anybody out.
B
They don't do that anymore. That died with COVID Okay, well, let's just talk about our other partners and then we will get into headlines for you guys. I am telling you about Cake's body. Another thing that will probably be part of my special outfit is my nipple covers. So we love Cake's body. So obsessed. I feel like this summer this replaced bras. For me, they just really are the solution for so many different types of tops you could wear. And again, they are nipple solutions. And they are sticky, they're reusable. You just wash them, you stick them on. They have this little nip nook so the sticky part doesn't stick to your nipple. And it feels like you're like ripping your nipples off when you take them off. There's a large size and shape range to ensure seamless coverage on a wide range of boob sizes. From Cakes Itty Bitty to Cakes plus. And they're even cakes triangles, which works great for teardrop shaped girls. Oh, that makes sense. I was wondering about the triangles. So if you have a more teardrop shaped breast, they have the triangle shaped cakes. Oh, yeah.
A
Okay.
B
And I just love this. I mean, again, I've worn them with just like a white rib tank and I have this one sheer tank and I'm like, how am I gonna wear that? Like, you can fully see my areola, but I'm not gonna put a bra under. It had little spaghetti straps, so this worked for that. We love the their story. They were founded by twin Sisters. They are a woman run company and they do really great things for the employees that work for them within the company. Dermatologist tested and approved. Safer, sensitive skin and they are super seamless. We love that. Their mission is of course to provide boob solutions for all women that make them feel flattered and free while supporting women's health causes as well, which we love. So I want you guys to check this out. I said it before, I'd never really used a product like this and I tried it and it has completely changed my life. I'd rather wear these than a bra most days, obviously. And you can even wear them when you're sweating, you're running around, so. And I also feel like they give my breasts a little bit of shape. You know, they do. Like they're obviously. I don't know how to describe it, but that's how I feel like my boobs look better when I'm wearing them. So you guys can check out the product for yourself. Go to cakesbody.com and use code GGE for 20% off your first order this fall. Again, that is cakesbody.com, code GGE for 20% off.
A
Okay. And Shopify, literally I'm gonna go a little rogue. Ashley and I have used Shopify to run all of our businesses for many years. Even prior to meeting each other we had merch business businesses through there. We run Vibes only through Shopify. The girls gotta eat merch store. If you have any small business side hustle storefront and you're looking for a one stop shop to grow that business, Shopify really is the answer for that is the best place to start and grow anything you are thinking of. It's the one commerce platform behind the big brands you know and love. We can log in from anywhere on a computer or our phones. We track inventory of everything at Vibes only through this. I love the reportings and analytics. Ashley and I can track what time there's traffic on the site and how much inventory we have left. We can change prices at the drop of a hat. It runs our website. I mean it truly does everything else. And you and I are such pros at it by now. But if you know nothing about it, it really is user friendly. And they have all these AI tools which are a total game changer to guide you through everything. Directions, reporting, editing, image, content, ideas. I mean it is just the one stop shop for running your business. And we have run ours on there for many, many years, close to a decade. So if you're ready to build Your own empire, whether it's merch or products or the next best idea. Get on shopify.com GGE and make it happen.
B
Okay, headlines. We have a lot, a lot of headlines this week. Okay, so the biggest headline, and saddest. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban split after.
A
Almost two decades together.
B
After 19 years, she filed for divorce. And I don't. I don't know what to say. It's sad. People are upset. People are in our comments like, please talk about this. I need community.
A
I mean, I think that a 20 year marriage is a huge accomplishment. You almost never hear of this in Hollywood. It's unbelievable to be able to make it last this long. She escaped the Church of Scientology. I'm so proud of her. Right. And she married this country superstar. I mean, it's just. It's sad to see a couple for such a long time that also, like, really kept their relationship out of the spotlight, which I think is such like a recipe for staying together for so long. But, you know, you hate to see the ending of any lovely couple.
B
Yeah, of course. I mean, like you said, this isn't like a failure. You stayed together for 20 years. But I think they're one of those couples that people didn't expect them to break up. So you do kind of hold them as your, like, holy grail, like fairy tale. Together forever.
A
Like, if they can't make it.
B
Yeah. Like, what's the world coming to? I saw a tweet that said amc is gonna fly their flags at half mast. She's the AMC spokesperson. I don't know. She's been working so much. Like, she's in like 10 movies a year. Like, was that because of that she wanted to get out of the house or was it. Did that put a strain on the marriage? I mean, I don't. It's not.
A
Keith Urban. You're not as a big of a country fan as I am. He is a huge country star, so he might be doing too much too.
B
Yeah, no, I'm not blaming her, but I'm like, she has, you know, as she have. They have trouble in paradise. And she's like, I just gotta get out of the house.
A
I don't know. I think a lot of couples, like, really thrive with some distance between them.
B
Okay.
A
You know.
B
Well, they didn't. All right, so speaking of, speaking of breakups, we have a reunion, and that is Laguna Beach. They are reuniting also.
A
After 20 years. After 20 years. I am so excited. And they are saying, you know, this is obviously not going to be the same style of reunion that you would see on Bravo or with Mormon Mormon wives. This is all positive. It's just catching up with everybody. Kristin Cavallari is a producer on it and you're going to see see all these people come back for it. Jason Waller is not on it, which I'm upset about.
B
What about Justin Bobby?
A
Justin Bobby was the Hills. He wasn't on Laguna Beach.
B
Oh, true. Okay. Sorry.
A
Just not Adriana Patrick either. So none of the.
B
Okay. Right. Like Talon and Trey. Dieter Low. Okay. And Alex. That was season two. And when you guys watch this, it says fans can look forward to hearing never before told behind the scenes stories. I mean, I feel like I know all the behind the scenes because I listened to the podcast. I listened that first season of Kristen and Steven's podcast and I feel like I got all the tea. But I'm just so excited for this. And this is set to debut on the Roku channel in 2026. So I guess I won't be watching it.
A
I don't know how to find it. How does one find the Roku? I mean, I'm sure like they'll link out to it. Lauren Conrad is also the executive producer and Stephen Coletti. So like they're all going to be there. I'm sure they're like linked to it. Someone needs to teach me how to use Roku.
B
I love Laguna beach so much. I have a joke in my stand up and it's about. It's very specific to only people that really know Laguna Beach. And when I tell it, about half the audience laughs. Maybe even a third, maybe five people sometimes. But they laugh hard. And it is worth it every time. It gets a very like, if you get it, you get it.
A
Get it. Okay. You can't tell me the joke now. You gotta tell me after.
B
Okay. And then also premiering but sooner is because it's premiered this week is Love is Blind season nine, Denver.
A
I've actually been waiting for Denver for so long. Like I feel like I've been hearing about Denver for like, like four years. I'm just dying to see. I have a specific idea about what Denver is like so much more than I had a specific idea of like what dating in Houston or Charlotte or any cities would be like. It's. Everybody has an idea of Denver dating.
B
Yeah, Denver. It was called Menver. A lot of women were moving out there years ago, like pre Covid to find men. And some of them did. And it's changed a lot. And we've been interviewed about the Denver dating scene. I think the Denver Gazette interviewed us or something. The Denver Post, you know, like, it's. It's such a city that has like a reputation regarding dating. And I guess they interviewed all the contestants and they were like, it's terrible. I saw this interview that it was just like, it's rough out here. And this show just amplified it. So I don't know what we're about to find out, but that premiered on the 1st, so you guys can watch the first few episodes on Netflix.
A
Selena Gomez got married last weekend to Benny Blanca. So I don't have a lot to say about it. Congrats. Happy for them.
B
The photos were great.
A
Yeah, she looked beautiful. Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran gave speeches. It was star studded with her whole cast of only murders in the building. It was in Santa Barbara at a beautiful hotel. Looks great.
B
I saw Kate Kennedy answer a question on her Instagram story and someone was like, why wouldn't she do a Vogue exclusive or another massive publication? And Kate's take was, she is the biggest Instagram following in the world. Why would she not put this out on her own platform and control all the photos and the narrative and all that? I thought that was interesting. I totally agree with you.
A
But you would think, like, you need.
B
To because she doesn't need to.
A
Exactly.
B
But I do think you think of this being in Vogue, it feels beneath her. But yeah, I think that's fair.
A
Like, I think the biggest stars in the world do Vogue exclusives. I hate to like immediately compare it to the person I'm gonna like, say. Cause I think so highly of her. But, like, Alex Cooper did an exclusive in Vogue for her wedding, which is. She's a humongous star. She's not Selena Gomez.
B
Selena Gomez is like the biggest.
A
So, like, it feels like it is a different level of stardom. Like, it would be weird to me if Taylor Swift or Sabrina Carpenter wedding.
B
Yeah, you're right. You're right. That's true.
A
It feels like a different, you know, it feels like our level, you know, us.
B
And Alex, is my wedding gonna be in Vogue? Okay. And lastly, so this delivery driver in Chicago, it says delivery driver curses Trump, then dodges border patrol agents in a wild Chicago provocation. So I saw this, and now I'm seeing it set to all these different sounds and music. So this delivery guy, I think he just yelled like, fuck Trump or something. And these ICE agents started chasing after him and they could not catch him.
A
The video is absolutely insane.
B
I mean, first of all, it's crazy that you can't yell something. I mean, the. The way it went down is disturbing, but it's so funny. It brings me so much joy. Can I show you my favorite one?
A
The way that he is evading the police is so insane to me. Like, he's a professional bike driver. He's just so you guys know, he's running with the bike, and then he's.
B
On the bike, and they just give up.
A
There's 15 agents chasing after him.
B
They just, like, give up. These fucking losers. And this other. This is the other music that I thought it was so funny. Set to. Have you seen that one?
A
It's so unserious watching this.
B
He's like, bye, bitches. What an icon.
A
Just in case you guys aren't watching. I mean.
B
No, we'll put up on the screen.
A
15 of them are chasing after me. It's so ridiculous.
B
It's like a Looney Tunes sketch.
A
Well, aren't they just letting whoever sign up to be part eyes? You don't have to be like, I.
B
Can'T talk about it. It makes me sick. Yeah. Meanwhile, they're getting paid, like, three times more than teachers. I could throw up, but for him to taunt these assholes and then ride off into the streets of Chicago just like, fuck y'. All. They can't catch him.
A
I hope he's having a great day.
B
Like, you know, he got home and he, like, got in the. In his house and he shut the door, and he, like, leaned up against the door, and he was, like, breathing so heavy, and he's like, I just did that shit.
A
Every man on earth. That is their fantasy.
B
Or what if he was bringing someone a delivery? Like, he's just bringing someone their sweet green.
A
I would just. I would be like, I got to talk to somebody about this, right?
B
Like, if that man showed up on your door with your salad and he's like, listen, I got to talk to somebody. You'll never believe what just happened. I would get all my cash in the house.
A
I would hang on every word of the T. I'd be like, we got our snack right now.
B
Take your pants off.
A
Zoom you while I blew them.
B

Podcast: Girls Gotta Eat
Hosts: Ashley Hesseltine & Rayna Greenberg
Date: October 2, 2025
Episode Focus: Pop culture rapid fire — from Bad Bunny’s divisive Super Bowl Halftime announcement, to Taylor Swift consumerism, Fat Bear Week, and an epic dating strategy.
This week’s "Snack" is a whirlwind of comedic hot takes and candid conversations around current pop culture moments:
On the Super Bowl Bad Bunny backlash:
“If you’re upset, if you are boycotting football over this and you’re making all these racially coded remarks, you are not hot.” – Rayna (22:47)
On Taylor Swift’s capitalist streak:
“It feels like all these vinyls, she’s raking in millions and millions…and not speaking out about anything happening in the world. That’s her prerogative, but…” – Rayna (32:14)
On direct dating tactics:
“Billboards are back. Do you see?” – Ashley (42:09)
“There’s two types of men—a man that would be like, ‘oh that’s so desperate,’ and the guy that’s like, huh, what’s up with this girl?” – Rayna (43:31)
This episode is a crash course in pop culture as filtered through two hilarious, sharp women who don’t shy away from slippery or controversial topics. Expect smart humor, spicy opinions, female camaraderie, and very little filter—whether they’re talking about music icons, sexual clean-up hacks, or the merits of a billboard for dating.
