I'm Steele Johnson, an Olympic silver medalist in diving. In this podcast, I’ll share my experiences as an athlete and what it took to reach my Olympic dream.

It’s easy for athletes to find their identity in their sport, but sustaining that identity after the event is challenging. I’ll share my own struggles with this, especially after facing injuries.

My Journey and Goals:

Over the past few years, I’ve battled through several injuries. Despite this, my goal remains to compete in LA 2028 and, more importantly, to live a healthy life.
