Hosted by Rauce and Joel · EN

We're back and Rauce has lots of days off, like…most of them! How dealing with a job change opens the boredom door and helps motivate whatever is the next chapter. Renedo smoked a joint with his dad, but not the same one. You read that correctly. We watched the Orlando Magic bow out of the playoffs but we think the magic they had just got transferred to another Orlando team in Purple, voodoo style! Rauce is aware that he calls Tyrese Spencer Sean Spencer. Joel talks about his middle aged physical struggle to perform in a play that he wrote, how a teenage girl almost killed him and how to buy tickets to watch him try and live through it all! You can't run from your 40's, not fast anyway. Renedo remembers the first thought he ever had and it kind of holds up, do you remember yours? The boys give a hearty shoutout to the dreamers out there.

Sabrina Ambra in the building for ep 106! She's here and she doesn't just give us an update on how she's doing, what she's been up to, but also helps us appreciate the crazier things in life. From how it's insane to finish a salad while American history is unfolding in front of you to the fact that Lebron James is now in Disney movie level territory. Sabrina and Rauce let us know about filming something awesome for the future also ended up involving a duck crime scene. All this! On Nico's birthday. We find out Sabrina and him are twins. The Starwars photo is irrelevant! Everyone is 36! Except Joel! Enjoy!
We are tackling the big issues this time like celebrating our Orlando Magic being dominante in the NBA playoffs! Also, we discussed what it's like to get fired from a job and how it can totally change your perspective on what's even going on on this planet? Rauce goes in depth on when he lost his job Renedo shares a time when he probably lost his job for the right reasons and Joel questions whether or not the workforce can handle anyone losing a job. We dive into a major sloth controversy, and it leads us into questioning whether or not animals should live in captivity, but then we realize we all have pets so we kind of just changed the subject. The number one song in the nation was produced by artificial intelligence, and we wonder if any jobs will be left once it figures out that we like to not do things. This one goes for big ideas so get ready to fill your think tank with our sauce. Enjoy!
We're back and basking in the glow of a great Moe Mini Masters! Rauce sold the fancy seats in Ocala and Joel saw a second floor kilt from downstairs, what a weekend! Rauce reads the news for the first time in a while and immediately regrets it. Turns out the President is a Dr who might also be Jesus but is for sure fighting the Pope. We talk moon mission and realize we're all on the same hockey team. Rauce is really into caves but not literally and Joel's garage is the man cave we all need, enjoy!

The boys are back for Episode 103, and we talk about Joel preforming with an improv legend Colin Mochrie, and how that was a much different experience than Rauce perfoming for an RV park. Renedo got called King and his life is forever changed. We also talk about how we think the world percieves us!

This one's for the cinephiles! That's not dirty, we promise! Today we talk movies and introduce our very own Good Sauce Movie Critic Emily Maraglia. We dive into her appreciation of film, how it started and what her movie watching goals are for this year. Yea we got a Project Hail Mary review. Joel explains why he only shows kids the first half of Disney movies to prepare them for the real world. Do you know your favorite four films of all time? We list ours and there's everything from Jaws to White Men Can't Jump! Rauce flexes on reading a book before it became a move and we list books that should be made into movies. He also opens up about having plastic surgery if his wife gets it. If you are curious about the past present and future of movies, this episode is for you!

Ep 101! People are still listening! We are joined by Rauce's great friend and in someone he draws inspiration from- Jake Ricca. A millions views? A billion views? Who knows any more. Jake is an Orlando Comedian who did something that Rauce has always wanted to do. Move. Jake moved to Austin to pursue his comedy career a long with other Orlando omedians who are all now flourishing. Why? Cause Orlando's comedy scene rocks. Everyone on this show loves sketch comedy and what better way to prove that than to have a the first and last ever SKETCH COMEDY OFF. It's the first podcast ever to ask the big questions….like who is Geoff Epstein?

Congratulation! Celebrate our 100th episode with a look back at how this show started, what it is and what it hopes to be! Our good friend Alex Shelnutt from A Day to Remember returns to welcome us to triple digit territory. The gang goes over why the number 100 is such a cornerstone to our species. The history of 100 and even what the number looks like after a few too many dranks. We make surprise phone calls to the folks that got us here, including Jim Colbert, Jack Bradshaw, Chase, Olivia and Kathy Padgett and our very own announcer who had no clue why we called him! Rauce makes some bold promises for future content so sit back and enjoy the centennial sauce!

We welcome licensed mental health professional Amy Lecours to the show! Her career blends mental health and comedy and we can relate to that big time! Rauce admits to trying to steal free therapy… and then kind of gets it. We discuss our dad issues, the link between childhood trauma and comedy and ask exactly how mean can you be when you make fun of people? Amy breaks out a magic book that immediately calls out Rauce and Joel's crippling addictions to video games and coffee. How much should we shelter kids before they become lame? How do we take care of ourselves without being selfish? We go full magic 8 ball and ask Amy everything we can think of. She's super smart, insightful and funny and we can't stop laughing…enjoy!

We have the amazing Tae Tatted Upp sitting in! Rauce attended the best wedding he's ever been to, including his own, and relives the magic for us. What makes a wedding dance party come to life? Rauce and Joel saw Messi play soccer this weekend and are forever changed. What celebrity is your favorite? Tae asks us why white people like rock music and we think it might be the guitars. It's a bangers, enjoy!
