You know how it is at this point in May, right? The initial momentum of spring has settled into something real, and sometimes real life just feels... heavy. So today, we're going to practice something I call the Happiness Archaeology dig, and trust me, it's going to feel good. Let's start by finding a comfortable seat, somewhere you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes. If you're sitting, let your feet land gently on the ground. If you're lying down, that works beautifully too. I want you to notice the points of contact between your body and whatever's supporting you right now. Feel that? That's your foundation. You're held.
