Taking a multi-faceted long term approach to treating hair loss

Maik Van Den Berg is an engineer from the Netherlands, who has been experiencing hair loss since just 22 years old.

He was diagnosed with male pattern hair loss, and was offered treatment with medication, which he suffered severe side effects from. This led him to stop using it and started to explore alternative options.

Maik describes the side effects he experienced, and how they can gradually creep up on you. He also shares how losing his hair began to have an impact on his self esteem and confidence.

He tried lots of products and began to find a combination of things that worked for him. He then developed Neofollics, as he wanted something that was effective but gentle enough to use long term, balancing efficacy with being user friendly.
