Thinking against what your primitive emotions tell you may actually lead you to the results you want. But bearing through and keeping everything within yourself, for some people in particular, is incredibly difficult. For those people, I promise you that some things need to be held deep within you, so that you can actually get what you want in life. Some things mean more when you don't always express them, and focusing on understanding what other people are going through, what they're feeling, and how they understand the world may seem annoying, but is one way to navigate the world.

And when you think you're losing everything, that may be exactly what you needed to figure out that you didn't have anything--that whatever you build from this point on is what will mean strength and become your pillar. We're all on a journey to let our true selves shine, and in the process, they need to be polished and sometimes tortured to get to a place of tranquility.
