Travis has led global companies like ATTIK, Dentsu America, and SID LEE, working with renowned clients such as Coca-Cola, Nike, and Netflix. In 2017, Travis established Elevation Barn to address the confidence crisis in leadership. The company unites diverse industry leaders from 48 countries across 170 fields through its STABLE network. Travis also chairs EB Stable, the business advisory arm, and serves on the boards of the Biosphere Foundation and Mission Blue.
