Erin Coupe is an executive partner, speaker, author, and facilitator leading people to an enriched human experience in work and life. She is known to energize, empower, and inspire audiences to cultivate the relationship inward while illuminating the possibilities of better ways of being and leading in the world. After discovering a thirst for learning and mastering non-conventional methods to navigate stress, anxiety and overwhelm, Erin dove deep into progressive studies in neuroscience (MIT), quantum mechanics, and spirituality. She now brings the sum of her whole life experience, credible corporate background, and transformational knowledge and guidance to the professional world through her work. Erin lives in the north shore of Chicago with her husband and two boys, and is an avid writer, cook (not baker!) and nature enthusiast.
