Happy Thursday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul open the day celebrating yesterday’s news from HPU about the official addition of women’s flag football next year with the Sharks. We move over to the diamond to recap the Hawai’i baseball season wrapping up in the Big West Championship, falling on the opening day against Cal State Fullerton after the bats went cold.

Hour 2 opens with Ku & Paul debating the potential incoming change to the College Football Playoff and if there are any incentives for the fans to look forward to in a 24-team playoff bracket. We also look over the Sports Business Journal’s 2025 awards and give takes on if the voters got everything correct or if certain nominees were robbed for Best Sports Team, Sports Facility of the Year and many other categories.

Happy Tuesday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul begin the day recapping an insane opening game of the 2026 Western Conference Finals that saw an alien-like performance from Spurs star Victor Wembanyama. We get into the latest update in the lawsuit between the Mountain West & PAC-12 as the two sides officially found settlement ground ahead of splitting off from each other. The first hour wraps up chatting about UH baseball, hearing from head coach Rich Hill ahead of the Rainbow Warriors’ elimination matchup against Cal State Fullerton this week.

Hour 2 opens with a walk down memory lane in Hawaii sports in the 2025-26 season as Ku & Paul run through their favorite moments from the year that was for the ‘Bows. We dive over to the diamond to discuss some softball after the 2026 New City Nissan Goodwill Softball Classic wrapped up over the weekend, hearing a pair of interviews from Michael Lasquero’s time out at the event. The day closes out with Ku and Paul talking about the evolution of the sports media world and what HSRN is looking for in potential help heading into the summer.

Ku & Paul return after a full weekend of state championships, seeing Moanalua raise the Koa Head Trophy in boys volleyball, girls flag football and track & field. We hear from the coaches & players from Le Jardin their win over the weekend, giving the state a few new champions. The day wraps up recapping a couple of commitments from the weekend for Hawaii football, getting a verbal pledges from Campbell WR Shaison Kupuka’a & Cathedral Catholic OL Asofa Lauifi.
