Paul opens the day talking to HPU men's basketball head coach Jesse Nakanishi regarding the promotion of Kyle Ruiz to the associate HC role along with the multitude of players the Sharks brought in via the transfer portal. Paul spends the second half of the opening hour talking about the NBA Draft, eventually making the case for Arkansas G Darius Acuff Jr. to be drafted higher than projections currently place him.

Hour 2 starts with Paul diving into the MLB collective bargaining agreement negotiations between the owners and MLBPA, talking about what an international draft would look like compared to the current system. The chatter moves back locally after Campbell S Isaiah Chong made his commitment to Sacramento State, hearing Michael Lasquero's chat with the Sabers' star defensive back about what stuck out about the Hornets. Paul wraps the show up with a look ahead at the next few days of World Cup action and gives an update on Ku'ulei Agbayani's adventures.
