Let's dive in. You guys ready to get free? Let's do this. Yes. So fun, you guys. I am going to bring it today. Today is all about healing your relationship with money. We're going to drop in really deep so that you can use money as a vehicle to get free. So specifically, I'm going to make sure that we have a powerful process to access your subconscious operating system around what money has been, what you're capable of, what you've inherited and really look at is it true for me, is this something that is still operating in a way that feels aligned? Do I want to upgrade these misunderstandings, these money misunderstandings? We're going to do a powerful exercise as a group and I'm going to take you through so you walk away with a breakthrough and then I'm going to bring somebody up who is live to demonstrate the work so that you can see it in action. Everyone will walk away with a breakthrough. And it's so good. I'm so happy that you're here. Oftentimes with money we've inherited from our family, from our parents, from society. What money is, what it's not, who we are in relationship to it because most of our conditioning is set by the time we're seven years old. So that means that you've learned about all of these things from your caregivers, your parents, and that's not typically good news for people. And so this is an opportunity to really slow down, to get present and get mindful and upgrade your operating system so you can live more free. And I'm going to use money. But if you want to work, if money isn't something that's a lie for you and you feel really clear about it then you can use any topic on any of the tools that I teach. You can replace it with relationships or health, work with what's true and a lie for you where specifically you are going to work with money. But and I'll tell you why I think it's important in a moment. I really want you to have a healthy relationship with money where you don't over overvalue it and you don't undervalue it. You're a healthy steward of it. So it's part of your professional responsibility to do your work around this. Mainly because money brings up so much trauma for people. I want you to be able to hold a clear and compassionate space for them so that your money stuff doesn't get caught up. If you're a service provider, it is not a luxury to do this work. It is part of your professional responsibility. So as you really clear your subconscious blocks around money or whatever the thing is that has trauma or trigger for you, you can more compassionately hold that for your clients. And you also my biased opinion, this is the best profession in the world because you get to live more free and then you can serve more people more deeply as well. And not enough people talk about, not enough people talk about money. And so it brings up a lot of unconscious material for people. So it's an important piece of your professional development. It's also really important for you to know how to give and receive so you feel fluid around it and you feel more, you feel more free. It's priceless to know that you can make an impact and you can really support yourself sharing your gifts, feeling compensated for it. But I also bring it up because it happens to bring up people's sense of worthiness. And that's the heart of the work that I do. It's about identity and worth. And so again, we're going to use money as an access point to get there. But you can use relationships, you can use health, anything that's alive for you. It's all, I would say, follow what feels most, most activating for you so you can hold that space for yourself and use this bootcamp in a way that helps you live more free. And oftentimes what happens is that with the mind, it will project fear into the future. And this is a safety strategy. But what happens is when we have gaps in our understanding, the left brain fills in those gaps with meaning and it makes it up. It does it from our, and it does it with a lot of certainty, but it does it from our younger conclusions and our assumptions trying to create safety. But the more we are become awake to these things, the less we can be unconsciously programmed so that we start to really look at is this my truth? And if not, what's the updated truth? And so that's what we'll do here today. And I don't think enough people talk about it. And that's why so much subconscious and unconscious material comes up. So I'm glad that you're here, especially as a service provider. It's important for you to be able to do this work. And I honor you for prioritizing yourself and being here. It's such a gift. And so. So, you know, it's like part of this work is. And actually let's take out our tool for today. So type Bootcamp. If you don't have your tool, you can. Yeah, I think it. I went into to really unraveling some of the ideas around worthiness because again, that is the core of helping somebody change their life. We start with ourselves first and then we can better serve in the world from there. Again, whether we're a leader, a healer, a coach, a parent, we start with ourselves first. I know money can bring up things for people and again it's part of your professional responsibility to do your work so you live more free. You can hold hold a safe and compassionate trauma informed space in your sales conversations as any service provider. So we're going to do that today and then if you want more strategic tomorrow, we're going to do fear of failure because it's so common and it's a powerful experience. And then I'm going to keep the party going next week. So on Wednesday we're going to do a live on IG on Monday at 10 and then Wednesday at 10 and Wednesday I'm going to give you more practical things. Remember, 80% of the work is inner. I promise you even with sales you that 20% you want to have a strong sales process that feels in alignment. It feels good. You're being of service, you're using your gifts, you don't feel gross. And you so with two things with yesterday we talked about, if you just really simplify it, you want to make sure that you have a strong sales process. And you have a lead, you have a way to bring leads in. Keep it simple. We talked about some things that you can do. We already talked about that yesterday. So watch that training Wednesday. I'll go deeper into it. The replays are up for a limited time, but I want you to really tap into your resourcefulness, knowing that you, because this is powerful as an entrepreneur. It's powerful to know that you can handle a different economy, a pandemic, anything that's going on outside of you, the power is in you, not the situation. So it's powerful work and I would rather support you or your clients to say I choose to or I choose not to not. I can't. And I want you to really see that you always have choices and you always. And so that's what I'm going to do on Wednesday. And part of this work and my methodology is you want to have both developed so that you can have the strategic and the energetic, the transformational both. I had a lot of shame about money because I didn't have much. I was living off of power bars, living in Santa Monica, sharing a futon with my best friend. And I remember my friends would invite me to go to dinner and I felt so much shame. I didn't want to tell them the financial situation I was in. And so I would say that I already ate, but I would still go to dinner and I would just eat the bread and I felt like I was I didn't know that I could ever change that situation. And so, you know, in society it's socially acceptable to invest in your education. But none of my education taught me about business. I actually didn't realize I was an entrepreneur until after I got my master's degree. And they were like, you need to do 3,000 hours of almost unpaid internship to become licensed as a therapist. I'm like, whoever taught me a class, not one class. And I needed more than a class. I didn't have any basic business things. I actually thought I told myself I wasn't good at business. And that was the beginning of me starting to change. It was to realize the stories I was telling myself. Today's gonna be more mindset work. We'll do subconscious reprogramming and mindset work. So every day is it like yesterday was behavioral. So you can start seeing five levels of change that I work with and experiencing the power of it. But I realized it was like nobody taught me any of these things that I needed. And I knew that's what I needed. I knew I was good at what I did and I wanted to share my gifts. I wanted to be of service to people, but I knew I needed to make a Living from this to make it sustainable. And so I ended up hearing about a business training that my friend was going to do and I was just like, yeah, that's it, I'm going to do that. I'll join you and do that training. Mind you, I had $16,000 to my name living in Santa Monica. That was the money I had to pay for myself because I wasn't the work was not consistent and I was putting myself through grad school at the time too. And so I she told me she was going to do this business program. I was like, I, that's what I need. I need business. So then I found out and I was like, I just felt right and I started moving towards it. Then I found out it was $10,000 for six month program. And I just was shocked because no one in my life was investing in themselves at that level. No one I'd even heard of was doing something like that. And it wasn't socially acceptable and I was terrified. But I also knew that I wanted to invest in myself into the industry that I was going into. I wanted to know that I was being in integrity to invest in myself because I knew I wanted to go into high ticket. So I wanted to know what was the value exchange. I also wanted to walk through my fears and excuses and things and get support to do that so that I could support my clients and potential clients from a clean and tigris place. Not just telling them to do it, but from me walking through my own things. And I'm so glad that I did do that because of that program and because of like courageously walking through it. I, that was the time that I ended up clearing so much that was in the way. This is why I love coaching so much. Because as you take steps towards your dreams, anything that has been unconscious and has held you back comes up up so it can be cleared. And that's powerful when you have the right tools to actually be able to clear it. And so I invested in myself and I was terrified. I worked through the things. That's when I started putting together my methodology of taking the business skills and then using the transformational skills that I already had to put them together to make the Mastery method. And that investment called me forward and I ended up profiting two, a hundred thousand dollars in two weeks. And I discovered what I was capable of and I knew that business was the missing piece. But I didn't like the way other people were doing business. So I had to do it in a way that worked for me as somebody that values personal development, that values the transformational work. So I, and, and so I just, I had experienced and truthfully, I started to so and again, I love the steps that it takes. It's like do the say yes to what you want. That's why we did vision the other day. As soon as you get clear, you start taking steps on it. Those fears come up. But those can be used as stepping stones to get to your next level. As you work it at the root and again, it shows up in every other area of your life. So I started to transform these things inside of me and I started feeling really free. And so then with other. And that's what helped me remove the fear so that I could move forward with the strategy and be more successful and consistent with the outer work. If people are like, I'm scared of putting myself out there. We want to work with the fears. You realize you're not putting yourself out there, you're putting your services out there. Or I hate asking for money. You're not asking for money. You're not a little kid like, can I have. You're empowered like a professional. Like a doctor doesn't ask for money. You state your fees and your potential clients are empowered to say yes or no. There's no fee, there's no this inner stuff and gunk that gets in the way. It's a lot easier to step in your dreams and discover what you're capable of. So I had to really get back mindful and do business in a totally different way. And because I started getting free around this stuff, when potential clients had money blocks, I would lean in to support them because I was so grateful for the experience of freedom that I was feeling that I wanted them to have that whether we worked together or not. And this is part of the intention of why I bring it up today, whether we work together or not. I want you to experience what you're truly capable of. And, and I always want to make sure that things are free and accessible. And for people that want to go deeper, let's go and trust your intuition, trust yourself. You are more capable than the mind would ever have. You realize the mind often will limit us before we even start. And so question the misunderstandings, question the fears. You're so much more supported. And so I'm grateful that I did that work. And if you are a service provider, you're a coach, you want to do that work so that you again, you don't let your own fears hold you back. Because clients are our mirrors. And so as we don't move through that. Then our clients mirror us. But if you have the courage to move through your own fears, your life gets better. And then you can't help but want to share this with more people. And you know how to guide them because you've guided yourself. And so we do the work so that again, we just. We just hold money lightly. It's. It's just. It's an expression of value in our society. It's just a vehicle that shares what's valuable. It's nothing more, nothing less. And so part of the work is to support you. And I bring it up. I know it's a triggering topic. I know people will project on me because of it, but I'm more committed to you being free and getting served than not talking about it. And I wish somebody would have done this for me because no training ever taught me this. I put it together and I. I hope that it serves you. And it's just like, open hand, this is for you. And run with it. And I'm gonna share with you today part of what I did to help me get free. And in my certification program, I give you everything I did to profit. $300,000 in the first year of coaching, both the inner work and the strategic work. Okay, so let's dive in. You guys ready? Should we do this? Okay, so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna guide you on a meditation on money. And so I want to just support you in really deeply healing any misunderstandings, any limitations that you've inherited from society, from your caregivers. So we're going to do this now. And I want you to know that if you have big T trauma, meaning you can't hold what comes up from childhood or memory with presence, you get too activated. Please don't do this. Two minute visualization. You can listen to it, but don't close your eyes. Don't actually be guided by it. You need to take care of yourself. I want you to make sure that you know how to take care of yourself. And please do. And so we will. It will still be powerful for you to do the inquiry that I'm about to guide us through. Yeah. Yesterday was so powerful. Phoenix is so powerful. All of you guys brought it, and we're all rooting for you. Phoenix. Phoenix. Watch the replay. Actually, some of you won't know he's here. Yes. So good. All right. Life meets us at our point of action. So you're showing up here, and I will show up and meet you. That's right. That's right. Okay, so go ahead and take out your tool. I'm gonna guide us on a process. So I wanna invite you to just close your eyes, take a nice, slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs and your belly. And just let go of any stress in your jaw, your belly, your brow, releasing, relaxing, surrendering, and just bringing your awareness into your heart. Just noticing what you feel in your body. Notice if there's a place in your body you feel nourished and safe and let yourself place your attention there so you can expand on the safety, knowing you can come back to this at any time you need. And so just letting that, expand that safety in your awareness and just knowing that this is here for you, just let it, just expand a little bit more, letting it go. And so when you're ready, I want to invite you to go back to your childhood home when you were 6 or younger. Just letting yourself be there in your childhood home and just notice what it feels like to be there, what does it smell like, who's there, Really letting yourself feel and embody being in your childhood home at 6 or younger. And then now I want you to notice your mom or a primary caregiver and you're just observing them in your childhood home at that time when you were 6 or younger. And I want you to notice what was their relationship with money? Not what they told you, but what, what did they do? What was their relationship with money? What did you learn from them by watching them on how they related to it? What did they teach you? Collect the data? Maybe they taught you that money is security that you need to save.

It'S not possible to be wealthy or it's for other people without any judgment. We're just like a neutral scientist collecting the data of what you learned about what money is and what it's not from your mom. And if you had another primary caregiver, I want you to take a look at them, maybe it was your dad, a grandparent, an aunt, and look at and notice what was their relationship with money. Did they teach you by their way of being, that you had to work hard for money, that money is freedom? Just noticing the positive and negative imprints that you inherited from your caregivers. Without any judgment. We're just collecting the data, collecting the information, And just taking a moment to just take note of what you realized and just thinking any insights that came forward, any realizations, and just if you want to tune into your younger one that was six or younger, just to see if that, that part of you needs to hear any reassurance or safety from you in this moment, just to let it know. Thank you for sharing with me. Thank you for trusting me. Just offering them gratitude and reassurance. And then when you're ready, taking a slow, deep breath in and maybe just letting your little one know that they can come back to be with you right now in your life, if that feels right. So they can see how your life turned out, that you were safe, that you're okay. If they want to be with you. Taking a slow, deep breath in through your nose and just coming back to your adult self, coming back to this moment, letting your little one know you'll come back and just thanking it. Coming to this space, back into our room, opening your eyes. And I want you to have your workbook for today. And I want you to start filling out, what did you learn about what money is from your mom? And you can type it in the chat here as well. And I'll read some of these because these are universal. So maybe that money gives me security. You'll always be broke. Keep waiting for it. Yeah, yeah. Some tears are coming up. And if for some reason it's glitching, you can also go on your email, there's a Facebook group we're streaming. We're also streaming on YouTube. My mom ripped money off my money. Sorry. Mom ripped off money in front of me, saying it was just paper. So we're collecting the information and find there's going to be positive and negative things we've inherited. I'm going to focus on the negative here just because I know that's where it causes more problems. So we can update some of those operating systems. What if it doesn't feel safe? We don't have money in the present. So then write down, I don't have money. I'm not safe. Okay. Or money. Yeah. Money is safety. Question. Yeah. The question that. That money. Yeah. There's so much in there. So. So now you're gonna write down. After you wrote down mom, write down dad or another caregiver, whoever raised you. I have to work hard for money. Money won't bring you happiness. Money is scarce. And so again, we're just looking at. And life will show us what's operating in our subconscious. But we're also doing this meditation to help us bring it to conscious awareness so we can start looking through, combing through some of these misunderstandings. Yeah. Money is safety. Okay, so now I want you to find a specific moment in your. In your life where you had stuff coming up for you, potentially, if you're a coach or a service provider around sharing your feedback. If you aren't a goof service provider, you haven't shared your fee. You can find another time where you felt limited by money, you felt a contraction. But the most important thing is that you find a specific memory and then you write down what was the thought? So it could be like, I was at my computer and I went to my online banking and I saw that I. I saw the number of how much I had. And then the thought came, I'm not safe. Or I was pitching in front of a potential client and I had the idea, I need this client. So we're taking any of those. You could even work with one of the misunderstandings that you inherited from your family. But find a specific situation and find the thought that was causing stress for you. Okay? That's the most important part. And so when you're ready, then when you have those two things, I want you just to close your eyes, just for a moment. I want you to really get mindful, and I want you to look at this conclusion and I want you to ask yourself, can I know without a shadow of a doubt? And we're asking the part of you that bought into this, not the conscious mind, we're really slowing down to go deeper. We're asking the part of you that bought into this. Can I know without a shadow of a doubt that this conclusion is accurate? That money has to be. I have to sacrifice for money, whatever it may be. Can I know without a shadow of a doubt truly asking that part fresh in this moment, and you just want to feel into if it's a yes or no and whether whatever it is, yes or no, let that be your answer. And if for some reason you found a yes, I want you to really identify, would you be willing to bet someone's life that you love on the validity of that? Can you absolutely be certain that you would be willing to set somebody, somebody's life that you loved on the accuracy of that? Like, how much do you buy into that? So really look for yourself. Okay. My truth is, I don't know. And you'll have to find your own either way. Okay, good. I love that you're so. So. Now I want you to look at number five. I want you to look at. Imagine yourself in front of a potential client, freed of this money misunderstanding, or in that same situation, you were logging into your bank freed of this money misunderstanding. Notice what is different in that situation, as if you're in a movie, you pressed Pause. And now you press mute. So the same movie is playing out, but you don't have the same conclusion. The money misunderstanding that's operating. What is your experience now? What becomes more available? What do you notice? What's different? How do you feel? So type in the chat. Notice how do you act without this money misunderstanding being at the forefront of your life? Yeah, the. The amount of money doesn't define me. That's right. I have more space, more freedom. There's a little bit of delay that I notice that I'm worthy, relaxed. So this is your power. The power is in you, not the situation. And we have a lot of power between our ears. And if we don't, if we don't slow down to actually look at what we're feel, feeding and giving our energy to, it can rob us of our peace and in the life that we already have. And from this place we get more resourceful, more creative, more generous. So without that misunderstanding operating. So see yourself in that same situation on online banking or in front of a potential client, notice what you would do differently, Would you be more generous? Money is neutral. That's right. I get to allow myself more money, more confidence. Okay. So I want to invite you to just bring in compassionate self forgiveness. Why I like this process, this is from the University of Santa Monica. And why I like this is because it starts to reprogram from your. From your heart. Your. Yeah, from your heart. You had this realization and it loops back up into new operating system in your mind. Okay. And so I'm going to guide us just to do a few, if you feel called, always do what feels right for you. Guide us to do a few of these money misunderstandings, forgivenesses. So you can follow along after me if you want, but I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding that money had anything to do with my worth. I am priceless. My services, on the other hand, are not. I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding that I couldn't do that. The truth is that was just a conclusion I bought into in my mind. It has no basis in reality. I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding that no had anything to do with me. If somebody said no to working with you, I forgive myself for buying to the illusion that that had anything to do with me. Maybe they weren't ready, maybe it was about my skills, but not me. I can let that go. So allowing yourself to just flood through maybe one or two forgivenesses on your own that are tailored to you. I forgive myself for buying into misunderstanding. And the truth is, yeah, I forgive myself for buying the misunderstanding that money had anything to do with my worth. I am priceless. That's right. Powerful. Take a nice slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your heart, feeling your center, feeling your power in that same situation, knowing that this is your truth that you could come back to any time and just letting it go as you feel called. You can just shake out your body if that feels right, to shake it out. But the breath coming back, so good. Yes, you are priceless. That's right. So let's go to a specific moment so that we can find evidence, because here's what's true. Science shows that rather than just saying affirmations, we actually want to find evidence for how the opposite of what you were buying into is true so that it creates new neural nets. And so let's take whatever your misunderstanding was with money and let's actually change it to the more empowering statement. So money's not safe. Money is safe. Or if it was, money is my safety. My safety is in me. My safety is in the moment. So it's like, nobody will pay that. People do pay that. So let yourself find a new empowering statement. And then I want us to find evidence for how that's true. And so it can sound like, if it's like nobody's going to pay that. You could say finding examples, specific examples. It might sound like, well, I didn't think people would pay that, but actually I had a corporation that would send me out for, to deliver the services that I'm now charging. So clearly people are paying that or people are paying that because I see people online doing that all the time. Or I remember a time where I didn't think I could do something and I did it. So clearly that is not necessarily true. Would it? Yeah. Somebody said, would it be evidence in a court of law? No. Yes, I can. I can. Because I'm safe with me. And the more specific you are, the easier it is again, because the mind's not intelligent. You tell it once story, it finds all the evidence of how that's true. You tell it another story, it finds all the evidence of how that's true. So what you're doing is you're creating new neural nets by finding specific examples that are true for you around how you're. It's almost like we're creating a new money mantra. So if it was, I can't do that. I can do that and tell me the evidence and the reasons why. You can type it in the chat and you want to. I Was taught that. Okay, yeah, type. And I know there's a little bit of a delay, so. So find examples and evidence for how that's actually true. People with money are unhappy. Realizing money magnifies what you already have in your. In your life. So if you're unhappy, it'll magnetize that. If you're happy, you'll magnetize that. I'm. I'm reading some of yours. I didn't think that I could drive across Canada to start my new life and I nailed it. That's right. It's almost like self doubt comes up because you've never done it before. So just be gentle with yourself. Of course doubt would come up, you haven't done it before. And so the mind starts creating meaning, but we're just looking at that to re discover what's actually true, taking dominion over it. Safety is in the present moment. That's right. That's only. Safety is only found now. It's never in the future. It's never in your mind. So people have paid my rate before it has an amplifier. Okay, good. So what I want you to do is these are just, just I want you to write a few examples because the more you have, the less your mind can rebuttal and the more it starts to. And the first one's usually the hardest, but once you find one, you can find two, you find two, you can find three and keep going. And then you start. This is what I did when I was like, I'm not good at business. I thought act or I'm not good at sales, so I can take that one. And then I thought, actually sales is about service. I know how to serve people. So let me lead with providing value. Let me lead with that. And then I started unraveling that misunderstanding. And I love sales now I teach sales. I love it so much because I love serving. And that's what it's really about. So start opening your mind to see all the evidence that's already here. But when you're locked in fear, lack and separation, you can't see it. So we're opening the window, we're opening the aperture to see a greater, more abundant truth. Okay, so I want you to write one action step that you're going to do from, take from this inquiry that we just did right now. One grounded thing that you can do. And I'm going to bring up our demo so that I can demonstrate this as well. It might glitch for a second while I'm bringing her up. It usually works out just fine. It Just takes a second. He was always gone when we were little for like a really long day. He would leave really early in the morning and come back in the evening. So to me, that meant work is hard. Many hours.

To get money, you have to like, you're away. You're away from your family. You put the effort in somewhere else.

Else. Yeah. Okay. And have you. Because what happens is people will oftentimes then pendulum. One way or the other, they're like, I don't ever want to work. You don't control me. Kind of rebel. Or they unconsciously are tied to work the same way that their parent, that they saw their parents. Did you go either way?
B
In my previous incarnation, before coaching was like, work was everything. It was my whole identity. Now I'm really struggling with the opposite. I'm like, no, I want freedom. Like, this work stuff is stupid.
A
Okay. So it rebelled. The pendulum swung. Yeah.
B
In my 40s. Now I don't want to work.
A
Yeah. Okay, great. Okay, great. So we could work with that or we can work with. You said there was something sticky around sharing your services or your tell me whatever you want to work with, and we'll kind of focus on that.
B
I think maybe still the price, like, speaking a price, feeling like I'm offering some value because I'm a pretty new coach and I've had amazing feedback, but it feel, I, I, I love learning, so I think, oh, I need more learning. I can't do it now. I need, I need more.

Good that you highlight this because it's like, yes, you can love learning and you can keep learning, but if there's a hiding behind the learning, that's why in my, we make sure that students are receiving money in the program so that you comb through that. Because that was an edge for me as well. So that you're not just hiding behind perfecting a website or taking all the certification programs without actually making your investment back and doing the work. So share with me a specific situation where this sensation, this fear would come up and what the actual thought was. And I can coach you into getting clear, but just for people, it's helpful. It's like this meditation where we're pressing pause. What was the situation you were in front of somebody pitching your services. You have one of those.

Yes.

So you're there in your mind's eye. And what is the thought? If it's unconscious, unedited, raw, what is the thought? Like, they're going to reject me or they're going to what is the thought?
B
It's like, it's like a. I think it's, yes, they're going to reject me. And maybe also like a worthiness piece like, oh, I'm not good enough at this yet. Why would they pay me?
A
Yeah. And so when you tune in, close your eyes for a moment, tune into your body, which one feels most alive? Your body will tell you, I'm not good enough. Why would they pay me? They're going to reject me. They reject, they'll reject me. Yeah. And it's very common, Victoria. So I love that you are bringing this up. I think just letting other people know, I can coach you through Victoria. So if you just really tune into that energy in your body. So we're just tuning into something deeper than the conscious mind. We're just tuning in. I'm going to ask this part of you just to imagine that you're there in front of a potential client and you're pitching your services and this belief comes up, they're going to reject me. And all we're going to do is we're going to look at what happened. How do you show up from that place in that sales conversation? What are you feeling? What do you say or not do?
B
I think I'm feeling kind of like the energy pulling in almost even a little bit of like a, you know, needle position. But a lot of times like if I'm remembering back to the, like those moments, it feels like almost my tongue is weighted down. Like being able to speak feels very hard.
A
Yeah, of course that's a protection mechanism. It doesn't want you to be rejected. So it's, it's holding down and in. And so even if you just do that with your body for a moment just to exaggerate it a bit, and we're just going to bring presence into that energy in your body and we're going to get mindful and just get curious, pressing pause on that movie in your mind. They're going to reject you. And we're really tuning into this part that believed that. And we're going to look again. Can they reject you or would they be rejecting your services? The services? Yeah. So can they even reject you or can they reject a story of you?

My own story? It's. Yeah, yeah.
A
And so just notice what happens when you fear that they're gonna reject you. And you, it's okay to breathe into that energy in your body, just making space for it. And you can let it do whatever it wants to do. If it wants to stay curled or if it wants to move. Just trust in whatever it needs with the breath, with allowing it. And so when you're believing that they're gonna reject you, do you reject you? Do you reject this energy, this feeling of rejection?
B
Yes. I really want to get past it. It's like I wanna, yeah. Like I'm like, get out of here.
A
Uh huh. Yeah. Like it starts to pull you down and in and you're like, move on, let's reject you and try to outsource my okayness by getting a client unconsciously thinking that my needs will be met through their. Yes. And then losing your power in that moment. Yeah. But now we're starting to see can they reject you? And would it be okay if somebody said, can you absolutely know for certain that if they said no, it had anything to do with you?

Of course not.
A
Yeah. And we're really talking to that part. Not the conscious mind, but just the deeper part that got bought into the misunderstanding. So we're just looking again to see. Maybe they weren't ready yet. Maybe there was a fear that hadn't been spoken. Maybe they were scared. Maybe they didn't feel safe to share. Maybe it was the sales skills, but the skills aren't who you are. So it's still not you. And you can learn skills. And so take a breath and just breathe into whatever energy got activated. Starting to sort of open your mind, see what else becomes available in that same situation. I feel like there's something. Hold on. I just want to just tune in because it feels like there's something with your dad too, because in some ways he was rejecting his own well being to sacrifice to make money. And so I think that there's something here around that. And I just want you to tune into yourself and what you inherited, what you learned. Because what I hear is that you overworked and then pendulumed to be like, I don't want to work at all. And so to just invite yourself to just tune in to see what wisdom is here for you around that what's actually true. Do you have to work hard for money?
B
No, I think it's. I'm learning. It's more about, like, attraction and doing what. Like movement. Like doing. Doing what feels good and fun and.
A
But including all of yourself. So in the first style, it was rejecting the part of you that wanted to have fun. In the second style, it's rejecting the part that shows up to consistently take the next step. We want to say yes to all of it, not excluding either of it. And so if this feels right for you, I forgive myself. I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding, for buying into the misunderstanding that I needed to reject a part of me to be successful.

Of me to be successful. And what's true, does real success include all of you?

Real success includes all of me.
A
Yeah. That way you don't burn out. You get to play and you get to show up. But it's not too hard on the masculine and Burnout. And it's not too hard on the feminine. And no strategy. We develop our full range here. You get to play and you also get to show up when it's required to show up. You want to be called forward to your next level. There's fun in that. It's just not the burnout part. Yeah. Yeah. And I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstandings that I needed to work hard.

There's a new way that you're learning how to do it now. Listening to yourself. See if there's any other misunderstandings. You just want to presence in this moment. There may or may not be. I know we could go deeper. And I also know it's abbreviated. I.

The truth is it's the whole of me that makes me who I am.

That's right. Yeah. And your zest and your magnetism and your aliveness. Fun gets more done. Like you bring that into your clients. I know you have that. I can feel your vibrancy. We want that as a part of this. But the part of you that says I don't want to work is just rebelling against the old programming. And so then. And then it's like, I have clients. I don't have clients. And then it's not consistent because I'm working and I'm not working. But the fun. You get to bring that into the work. So you'll hear an insight. You'll get inspiration to reach out. You can use play and magnetism in it. But we want to attract clients and create clients. And that's the not. There's this physicist that says it's not do, do, do. It's not bbb. It's doobie doob, doo, be, do. And like that's how we get the dance. So that's what you're learning is nervous system integration work in your. In your career because you're upgrading the patterning of what was modeled from your dad. Yeah. So be there. Be there in that situation with your potential clients. Same scene. And now we've pressed mute on that money misunderstanding. That they would reject you, that they could reject you. What becomes more available in your experience now? What does that feel like? What do you do or say?

I think the thing that popped in right away is like curiosity. Like, I'm curious to. What about what their answer is? Because maybe we can work together or maybe we have a fun conversation. And that's it.

And what does that feel like in your body? Like it's.
B
It feels openness, like a lightness. Like instead of that crunching in, it's like, oh, okay. You know, like.
A
Yeah. When it's not about you. The ego's not taking it personally or not collapsing and then trying to push through it to have a sales conversation. You've gotten out of your own way. You've created a safe space. So then you're curious about other. It's not what I can get, it's how. What can I give. What's available in this moment which feels more. I hear, vibrant and alive and more connected to the values that you want to bring into work. Yeah. So what. What is an insight you want to take from this to ground in the next 24 hours?
B
I think it's the going back to like the whole is important. I've kind of struggled since I left my old job of like all of that is bad. And now I went all the way over here. It's like finding myself again.

Yes.

And like that. That is the important piece. And bringing that sense of joy and fun into it rather than it. But what it. But remembering that sometimes you have to take the steps. Right. Just the doing is just as important.

Even you can bring. It's not a doing and then fun. You've made it binary. There's joy in the doing. You can. Fun gets more done. It's like bringing that into it. And that. I know that you have a lot of vibrancy. My sense is you're probably a seven in the Enneagram, an enthusiast. You love life and want to like bring that out into the world. I don't know you, so I don't know. But if that's the case, that's part of your magic and that will support your nervous system. Your aliveness attracting people are like, I want what she has, so you get to bring that. But when you think I don't want to work. It's just the part of you that's rebelling because you've pushed yourself to do what your dad did. And you're evolving beyond, which includes all of it. My methodology is about saying yes to your full range. And then those parts of you aren't leading, but they're allowed. There's going to be a moment where it requires a bit more of your focus and strategy and numbers. And then there's going to be a moment where you're like. It's just like being at a dinner party and just radiating who you are and your love and curiosity of others. But we want to question the operating system and the beliefs that we are taking into our business so that we can get more free and follow our dreams in an easier way. So thank you. And because life's a mirror, then we feel rejected by life, by other people when we embrace. Part of my methodology emotionally would be to embrace the part of you that feels rejection. Somatically breathe into integrating rejection as a sensation in your body. Unconsciously help you see what do you fear would happen if you didn't have this fear of rejection Behaviorally still take the steps towards getting better at sales and then mentally question that you could ever be rejected. Maybe they're rejecting your services, but not you you. And so gosh you guys, it's so good. I'm so excited to share more with you. Keep showing up for yourselves.
