We live in a world where good health is usually equated with a certain kind of appearance. Yes, some healthy people have flat abs and thigh gaps and thin bodies. But that doesn't mean these qualities are necessary for good health. Now, how do you know you qualify as a healthy individual? I will be telling you eight different ways you can know.

Eating well and healthy is the most important part of improving our health. All humans have to eat food for growth and maintenance of a healthy body, but we humans have different nutrition requirements as infants, children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors.

Healthy living means different things to different people. To most people means both physical and mental health are in balance or functioning well together in a person. In many instances, physical and mental health are closely linked, so that a change good or bad in one directly affects the other.
