Foreign. Hey, everyone. Jonathan here. I know a lot of you are out there thinking, what can I expect from Heavyweight this year? The uncertainty is distressing you. You're not sleeping well. Since I think of all my listeners as my children and I hate to see any of them unhappy, I wanted to give you a rundown on what to expect this spring. We'll be revisiting some of our favorite episodes.

Yeah, the last 10 years, everything's changed. Those updates will begin on March 12th and they'll come out every other week to until early July. And then while you're out splish, splashing in ocean waves and enjoying the summer sun, dutifully applying SPF to avoid the harmful effects of ultraviolet light. We'll be hard at work inside, thankfully, where there is no sun on a brand new season of Heavyweight that will come out later this fall. So lather up, get those listening ears ready and stay tuned.
