However, I believe in equipping our bodies to thrive in the presence of these microscopic co-inhabitants. Did you know that calcium's role extends far beyond bone health? It's instrumental for our immune function and even helps regulate our sleep. In a recent podcast episode, I dove deep into the complexities of calcium metabolism and discussed how maintaining the right mineral balance is crucial. Bone health is just the start – our body's symphony of minerals plays a vital role in overall wellness. Vitamin D is often lauded for its role in bone health, but it’s the unsung heroes—bioflavonoids and vitamin K—that truly complete the calcium absorption story. In this episode, I highlighted how these nutrients work in tandem to ensure calcium finds its way from our bloodstream into our bones, aiding in both bone strength and reducing fracture risk. The interplay of nutrients in our body continues to amaze me! "Vitamin D is well-known for its role in calcium absorption, but its impact on immune function and emotional well-being is equally important." Seems like everyone is looking for energy. It's the #1 cause for disease, sickness, and symptoms in my opinion. I have seen it for the for years working with people. When someone lacks energy they go to their reserves and "borrow it" from organs and glands. This is where thyroid dysfunction, adrenal exhaustion, erectile dysfunction, weight gain . . . . Lack of energy also is huge in apathy, don't-give-a-care, decreased stamina, lack of concentration. SO GUESS WHAT? People go on a journey to find energy - energy drinks, sugar foods, caffeine, Rx, chocolate or they might unintentionally create stress, drama or relationship conflict because that gives them adrenalin/epinephrine . . . . . All because the body is out of gas. But there's way to help with energy that isn't bad for people - dihydrogen monoxide, the mineral mineral, GPC, CMO, fermentation . . . . Our ancestors were able to create energy without high fructose corn syrup, energy drinks, or a double cappucino. The heart is the most important muscle in the body. It's the first muscle to show stress or nutritional inadequacy, and hormone imbalances. It's also the first muscle to respond. If the heart is "off" people feel an impending sense of doom, lethargy, hopelessness and decreased vitality. It's not a good feeling. Yes, you can do something about it. It's not just blood pressure meds, or decreasing activity. What if you could unlock genes, proteins, and energy to repair and optimize the heart? If the heart has no horse power as in the case of low blood pressure, people feel terrible. If the heart is overworking (high blood pressure), many times there are no symptoms but it's a risk factor for blowing your hydraulics (stroke). If the heart works too hard for too long, it enlarges and the valves don't work. If there is a deficiency in fat loving B vitamins or B vitamin cofactors then the heart gets out or rhythm (atrial fibrillation). Many times, just getting the B vitamin co-factors into the body and help the heart into normal rhythms. We even touch on aortic stenosis, heart fatigue, and adrenal exhaustion. Also learn about: 1. B vitamins that act like a heart regulator 2. G vitamins (co-factors) that help nerve relaxation (high blood pressure) 3. NHP- natural hormone pre-cursors for heart conditions 4.
