Imagine this. It's a weekday morning. You walk over to your closet, open the door, and instead of letting out a sigh of frustration, you instantly know what to wear. You reach for an outfit that feels comfortable, flattering, and 100% you. You slip it on, glance in the mirror and think, yes, this is perfect. This is exactly how I want to show up today. Now, this might feel very far from your reality, but it's not a fantasy, friend. This level of ease and confidence around getting dressed is completely possible. And it's precisely what we'll be working toward Inside the free four day wardrobe revamp bootcamp. Happening from tomorrow, September 16th through this Friday the 19th. In today's episode, I'm breaking down what you'll learn over the next four days, why it matters, and how this training can completely transform the way you shop and get dressed. Not just this fall, but for years to come. Welcome to her Style podcast where we're all about empowering you to show up and get dressed every day with confidence. I'm your host, Heather Riggs, a 15 year and counting certified image consultant and color specialist, ready to build a wardrobe and a personal style you love. Love. Let's get started. I know, I know you are busy. We talked about this in the last episode. You have work, kids, family, travel, commitments, all the things. And it feels like there's never enough time to even think about your wardrobe, let alone fix it. But here's what I've come to learn over the past 18 years. Working alongside women at every age and stage of life all over the world. And let me tell you, we all have the same challenges. When your closet isn't working, it slows you down every single day. Getting ready in the morning is a literal nightmare. And when your clothes don't feel like you, it chips away at your confidence all day long. And when shopping feels overwhelming, you just end up wasting money on pieces that you don't love and that don't serve you well. And that's why I put together this week's Wardrobe Revamp Bootcamp. It is designed to solve all of that. This event is fast. I'm talking four hours total. It's one hour per day from this Tuesday through Friday. And that might be even shorter than your latest Hulu or Netflix binge. But this week is all about taking action. It's about getting into the trenches and getting work done so you can make real, tangible progress progress on your wardrobe. It comes with bite sized homework every day that you can actually finish. I'm going to walk you through exactly how to do it. And you're going to have an amazing community doing this alongside you and cheering you on every single step of the way. And most importantly, and this is really what I want to focus on in today's episode, it's the fact that the information that you're going to learn this week is timeless. You will be able to revisit the frameworks. I'm going to walk you through season after season, year after year, as your style evolves so that your wardrobe always stays aligned with you. If you love the podcast, you are going to love the Bootcamp, because I share a ton of information here, but I know it's sometimes hard to piece everything together, to figure out how to apply it all to you personally. It's hard sometimes to understand all of these concepts without seeing the visuals behind it. So this is our opportunity to hang out together for a couple of days, for me to walk you through the exact process that you need to follow to build a wardrobe you love and to take action with my eyes and feedback and input on all of your homework throughout the week. So this is our chance to hang out in real time. Let's take this off the podcast and connect. I want to say face to face, but I guess I may not see your face unless you hang out with us on Zoom instead of in the Facebook group. But there are ways for us to get to have some back and forth throughout the week. You're gonna get to look at some visual examples, as I mentioned, to bring what you've been learning here to life and to get your exact challenges solved. I'm gonna answer so many questions throughout this whole week, and I am on a mission to make sure that you have everything that you need to move forward with your wardrobe. Revamp with confidence. And you might be familiar with the Bootcamp already. Maybe you came to the live event that we hosted back in January, or maybe you've been listening intently to the recent episodes where I've shared quite a bit about it. But I do wanna paint the picture of how what you're going to learn in these four days is going to impact the way that you get dressed for the rest of your life. You've heard me and lots of our collective members talk about how this process really does stick with you and transform things for the long haul. But I wanna dive a little deeper into how this free event is gonna help you do just that. So on day one, which is happening tomorrow, on Tuesday, September 16th, we are going to tackle the three pillars that will set the stage for Everything else that you're going to do when it comes to your wardrobe, I'm talking about your style, your best fits, and your colors. I talked about these foundations before, but in terms of your personal style, you are going to finally uncover your signature style. So instead of shopping randomly or trying on a million different things each season, you are going to know exactly what aligns with your taste and your wardrobe goals. This is not the same for everyone, but all about getting a clear vision of how you want to look and feel in your wardrobe. And sometimes this is the hardest step for us as women. I feel like we somehow manage to like all the things or we don't like anything or we don't know what we like at all. I think we can get so busy focusing on what other people are doing and wearing and saying that we wake up and we realize that we've lost touch with ourselves. So. So if you've been feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with the trends, letting your closet just coast on autopilot, or maybe avoiding your style altogether, we are going to sort it out tomorrow on day one together. I've got your back on this one, I promise you. We are also going to break down how to flatter your figure. This is also a big question mark for a lot of us. So no matter your body shape, your proportions, or where you're at right now, you are going to walk away from this boot camp with clarity on the silhouettes and the clothing details that highlight your best features. Because I think it's about time that you start feeling confident and having fun getting dressed again. And a lot of that is feeling good in your own skin and knowing what is going to work to make you look your very best. We are also. This is all in day one. We're going to talk about color. This is my favorite thing, and I want to show you how to use color intentionally. So we are going to figure out your skin tone type, whether you have light skin, dark skin, hyperpigmented skin, whatever the case might be. We are going to figure this out because it's the first step to knowing which hues are going to bring out your best and which colors are going to help to give you that natural glow and just light you up and have you hearing all the compliments when you walk out the door. And we're also going to talk about how to pair colors together. I know there's a lot of confusion around that you might be really playing it safe, opting for a lot of neutrals just because you don't know what goes with what? I'm going to give you some actual examples just to help get your creative juices flowing. And I want to help you avoid the colors that wash you out. So we're going to talk about all of those things. We are diving deep. And again, color is a literal game changer when it comes to your closet. And this is my area of expertise. So you can bet I'm going to be bringing you all my best tips. And I really think that without having this clarity, without understanding these three foundations, you are likely to keep impulse buying, defaulting to the same outfits over and over, or chasing trends that don't work for you, knowing what is actually going to work for you and beginning to understand why some things do work for you and why they don't. Because I know there's nothing more frustrating than seeing a really great outfit on someone else to try it on and have it not work for you at all. That is one of the worst feelings, is not understanding why some things just don't translate the same way to you. Going to get into that tomorrow and I want to help you be able to choose pieces that make you feel amazing every single time. And again, this is information that you're going to learn once and just keep applying over and over again. On day two, which is going to be Wednesday this week, we are going to roll up our sleeves and get into your closet. Don't panic. I'm not talking about the overwhelming closet purge that you've seen on tv. You are not, I repeat, you are not dumping everything you own out onto your bed. I know we do not have time for that, friend. Instead, I'm going to give you a simple and strategic process to streamline what you own, identify what's working and what's not without the guilt and emotional attachment, and start creating a capsule wardrobe that's perfect for your personal style and your lifestyle. I'm not giving you any generic checklist. We are going to figure out what you specifically need to feel your best in your real day to day life. This isn't about decluttering for the sake of it. It's about creating a wardrobe that works hard for you. So instead of staring at 100 options that don't feel right, you're going to be left with fewer pieces that give you more outfits. And just imagine how much brain space you'll get back when everything in your closet feels like it's earned its place. There's a purpose for it and you know what to do with it. And that's going to Bring us to day three, which is all about shopping and styling strategies. And this is the day that so many women tell me changes everything. Because you are going to learn how to shop strategically, within any budget, without impulse spending or coming home with pieces that you're going to regret. You're going to see how to maximize what you already own and remix your outfits in new and better ways. And you're going to walk away with styling strategies that make your outfits look more stylish, put together and like you. Because we all want to feel at home in our clothing, right? This isn't about playing dress up or putting on somebody else's style. It's not about faking it till you make it. It is about feeling like the best version of you. I promise you, you do not need a bigger wardrobe. You just need an intentionally curated one. And when you start shopping and styling your pieces with, you can finally feel confident about everything you have in it. On our last day together, Friday, day four, I'm hoping you'll be able to join me live because I know a lot of people work from home on Fridays, so you might have a little bit more flexibility if you can't make it live the rest of the week. You can always catch up on the replays at your convenience. But we are going to have a live Q and a on Friday, September 19th. Everything's happening at 12pm Eastern Standard Time. And actually I guess it's Eastern Daylight time. Whatever time zone we are in right now, it's Eastern time. You can look it up. We have a time zone converter if you need that. We will help to make sure that you can get there live. But I want you to bring your questions. You can bring them all week long. You can post them in our pop up group on Facebook for the bootcamp. You can ask them during the sessions. I'm going to cover as many as I can. But Friday is all about answering your questions. So we are going to have a whole hour dedicated to that. I'm going to answer them live personally. We can dive deep together. And I also want you to hear some real success stories from women who have been where you are and now have clear, cohesive closets they love. Because I want you to see that this is possible for you too. And it's a lot easier than you think. And I want you to walk away feeling inspired, encouraged and equipped with strategies that you are going to be able to use for years and years to come. The support and community that you're going to find within this bootcamp are unmatched. And you do not have to do this alone. You'll leave not just with answers, but with the motivation and accountability to keep going. Like I said, this week is all about taking action and not just learning about your wardrobe, but actually implementing what you learn into your wardrobe. And I know you might be thinking, I don't have time for this right now. My life is crazy. The kids are just getting back to school. Work is nuts this month. But I want to tell you, each training this week is just one hour long. The homework is quick but powerful, and you will get more time back every single morning once your closet is in order. So this small investment in time that you are going to make over the next few days will pay you back in dividends every time you get dressed. And if you are thinking, I've tried something like this before, please hear me. I think I did say this earlier, but I want to reiterate that this bootcamp isn't about giving you blanket style advice that seems to work for everyone else, but not you. It's about giving you personalized and actionable steps that you can finish in just 15 to 20 minutes with my real time coaching behind it and a loving community alongside you. And if you're wondering, will this really work for me? I can confidently say yes. As I mentioned, I have worked with women at every age and stage of life in all parts of the world. And these six pillars that we are going to walk through this week are universal. We're going to talk about your personal style, your best fits, your ideal colors, cleaning out your closet, designing your wardrobe with intention and shopping and styling your pieces strategically. Again, this is all universal. Everything is adaptable to you, to your lifestyle, your budget, and your season of life. And my commitment to you is that by the end of these four days, you will have a signature style you love. You'll have clarity on how to flatter your figure, confidence in using color to your advantage. There's so much psychology behind that that we're going to dig into. You're going to have a streamlined closet full of pieces you actually want to wear, a clear, capsule strategy to guide you in future shopping, and smart styling tips to elevate your everyday outfits. You don't have to do any shopping during the next four days. We're going to work with what you have. And the best part is that this information is going to last. You can revisit what you're going to learn this week in every new season to ensure that your closet always feels aligned with your needs. And designed for your life.
