Join Allen Childers and Carla Morrow as we talk art and the business of art! This week we discuss our experience having a booth at the Norman, OK Medieval Faire! Carla has had a booth at this fair for the last several years, and this year Allen came down to work her booth, and even had a small section of his own work to sell! It was a blast!

Carla Morrow is a fantasy artist specializing in painting dragons and capturing their energies on paper. Through Light, Color, and Energy Carla Morrow of DragonLady Art channels the energies of Dragons that dance at the boundaries of our perceptions and brings them to the light so that others may experience and enjoy them. She has been capturing them lovingly in watercolor for 20 years. Allen Childers is a fantasy illustrator with over 15 years of experience, living in Southeast Kansas with his daughter, and pets. Specializing in whimsical, imaginative artwork, his vibrant portfolio features dragons, fantastical creatures, and playful characters. Allen’s passion for fantasy worlds shines through his dynamic compositions and rich color schemes. He works in various mediums, focused on narrative and storytelling imagery . Alongside his illustration career, he is an Art Educator for grades K-5 and a US Army veteran. Allen has attended Pittsburg State University and Middle Tennessee State University for Fine Art.
