Stephanie Poelman is the owner and coach of Pherform in Hong Kong. She is also voted as one of the recognised young individuals under the list of Prestige, 40 under 40.

Pherform, a strength-focused women's gym, was founded in 2016 with the intention of providing a welcoming and inclusive space for women to pursue their fitness goals. The gym's mission is to make an impact on women's lives through Pherform's Female-Specific Training Program, which centers on the transformative power of strength training.

Utlizing her experience in the fitness industry the last 10 years along with her background in HR, Stephanie has successfully managed and operated over 9 multi-disciplinary fitness facilities around the world. She's been instrumental in the growth and development of Pherform and is excited to continue the growth and strength of the community.
