Unable to stop the crimes against my own body; this queer, bookish liberal who loves musicals and opposes guns joined law enforcement to make positive changes to the system and prevent others from being harmed. Guess how that went? In 2020, I fled both my toxic career and abusive relationship. I couldn't begin to feel safe until I'd made it across the country. After much therapy, medication, and screaming from mountaintops; I speak out about silencing victims endure in our society from all sides, and fighting back while rebuilding our own health and safety.
