Today's episode is a little life update so you can get up to date with everything that has been going on in my world and why I disappeared.

Episode #35 takes you through what my 20 week prep looked like for my 3rd body building/fitness competition with ICN. How making a really difficult decision helped shape my entire year and how I managed to stay in my own lane and be really present through the process.

I also discuss the waves I have been riding since show day as I only ever want to be authentic about how I am doing with my own mental health.

Rounding out the ep I discus the start of my journey in collecting and freezing my eggs. A topic I am happy to be creating conversation around.
