Greetings everyone, and may mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. This week’s message was a little different as it was mostly for the kids, but it still applies to everyone. Every year, we use a dozen Easter eggs that each contain a small item used to explain the story of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. While the story itself is simplified for children to understand, it’s a powerful story that changed everything. What Jesus did for us on the cross not only freed us from the chains of sin, but restored us with the Father that was previously separated by sin. We now have salvation through Christ, and the hope of eternity in Heaven. Easter is more than just eggs, it's a celebration of what Jesus accomplished for our sake.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20
