Dennis turns Jack into the FBI in 2000, and determining if Jack gave the cops some busy work in 2001 with the Anthrax mailings is continued with 2002 and 2003 mailings to Tom Voigt which contained a white powder, fingerprints and DNA purportedly from the Zodiac Killer mailed out of Malaysia where the last Anthrax scare was sent to Microsoft in Reno, NV. DB Cooper mailed Reno, NV as well. Coincidence???
