As we finish up with Tom Voigt’s website content from circa 1998, we will look at the inclusion of others affiliated with Voigt and their attempts to put forth other fake suspects while attempting to deter an identification of Jack W. Tarrance, Jr’s handwriting. Followed by new letters written to Voigt in 2002 and 2003 which are strangely taking credit and giving forensic evidence to support the claims of being the Zodiac Killer. This is striking similar to the Zodiac Killer’s persona.
