Before we can walk the path of peace, we have to understand what’s keeping us from it. As Meggan Watterson writes in Mary Magdalene Revealed (a beautiful companion book to TFT), these seven imbalances — or what she calls the seven powers — serve as a template for what it means to be human. They reflect the ways we get stuck. We need to notice them and then confront them so we can realign with what is real and infinite within us.

In this episode, we explore the seven imbalances: what they are, how they show up, and the practices that help dissolve them. When we release these imbalances, we return to our true essence — clear-hearted, connected, and at peace.
