In this episode I talk all about creating and ridding of boundaries, rebuilding yourself, and the art and importance of self-reflection. XO, HollyPocket

Grief is an inevitable part of human life, but at the same time we are so unequipped to deal with the emotions that grief triggers. In this episode, I share my experiences with grief and help to explain the typical stages that we go through during this time. This is a process that we cannot go through alone, so in this episode, I also explain how to be there for your loved ones who are grieving. XO, HollyPocket

Growing up we have been taught to criticize and not praise ourselves. However, as I started my road to eating disorder recovery about a year ago I learned to challenge this. We must be gently with ourselves, because we need to become our own best friends. Listen to find out why it is important to adopt the lifestyle of learning how to become gentle with yourself and the benefits it has in all aspects of your life. XO, HollyPocket
