In this episode, we are digging into the receipts. I asked Google a simple question: What are the indicators of survival mode? I wanted to see if the things I’ve felt in my own life matched the data. Real talk: the list was a mirror.

I’m sharing my own "Aha!" moments: from the physical muscle tension that had my nail tech telling me to relax my eyebrows, to the mental fog that had me present in body but completely absent in memory. We’re talking about what it means to be a "recovering survival mode Queen" and why we have to recognize the loop before we can exit it.
